I had a fantastic experience at Columbia Dental Group! Erica was my hygienist. She was super friendly and thorough. She really took the time to get to know my expectations and concerns. Dr. Clayton was attentive and also took the time to listen and explain. We are thrilled to have found such a great dental office for our family!

Dr. Clayton is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I fractured my front tooth, Dr. Clayton was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. My first appointment went so great yesterday! As a hygienist myself, I must say this office is the BEST! Dr Clayton is so thorough and knowledgeable. We discussed some of my airway concerns, along with some treatment options for retaining tooth placement! Erica was my hygienist, and did a great job assessing all my oral needs and concerns!! Also did a fabulous job with my cleaning. All the ladies are an absolute joy!

Love all the women who work so hard but especially Brianna she went out of her way to take care of me and get me a appointment earlier than expected she knows her books ! Even outside of work she knew she could squeeze me in today at 11. I have to brag.. I’ve been going here for a few years now and I am continually impressed at the quality of service from literally everyone in the office. My hygienist Ali spent so much of her time educating me even though my appointment was at the end of the day and they were closing. Because of her help and the tools she recommended, my oral health has made a complete turnaround. Briana dealt with my insurance and estimates. She very patiently answered my many questions and even made some suggestions on what might work best for me. Dr. Clayton is always so friendly and personable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I had my first appointment today and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office! Ally was my hygienist and she was so knowledgeable and I really appreciated how much she educated me along the way. Dr. Clayton was also very kind and obviously cares a great deal about her clients’ individual needs. The level of detail and care that they put into their work is a rare find!

I have been a patient of Dr Claytons since she bought the practice from the Fredericks. She has been the best dentist I have been to in my 50+ years. today, however I want to turn my praise to Erica Burlson one of her long term hygienist. I will not see another. She is the best ever. She will spend extra time doing the work. I HATE the pressure washer thing they remove plaque with. My teeth are too sensitive for it. I like the old school iron picks. She takes the time to make ones teeth sparkle. You will not find a better lady to work on the choppers than her.

I’ve been going to Columbia Dental Group since I was a child! This is hands down the best place you can go to, they are so flexible and reasonable. The staff is always friendly and treat you like family. I am a little biased but I think Erica is the best hygienist you could ask for, she has been taking care of my teeth for about 20 years ! They are also always doing things for the community like their annual first responders event. This place is the epitome of small town community living .

Today was my fourth experience with the amazing and caring team of Columbia dental Group. Have you ever heard of someone that is terrified and is filled with such anxiety to just go to the dentist? Unfortunately, thats me! My husband took me the first time so that I knew he was there to help relieve some of the anxious thoughts. Then I met Ali my dental hygienist I was afraid of what would come next but then she asked a lot of questions and explained a lot of things that I did not know. I was thinking this is pretty awesome that you know so much and she really had my best interest at heart. However, still nervous we began the procedure during this time I wasnt breathing I was just holding my breath my body began trembling due to my fear at this time Ali stopped she asked me to take some deep breaths and let them out slowly we did this until my body was at ease. I thought to myself who does this but a kind and gentle person that just wants me to have a beautiful smile that Ive always wanted!There are not enough words to describe the wholesome attitudes of all the team members at Columbia dental Group! I would just like to say thank you to you all for making my experience so wonderful that Ill never have to look for a dental office again 🌻

Been coming to CDG for 2 yrs. they have done great job. They offered special cash payment plan if you had no insurance. I’ve had great care.

I highly recommend this team if you are looking for a dentist. From the time you walk through the door until you leave, you will encounter nothing but friendly faces and smiles. Dr. Clayton and her team go above and beyond to make sure your dental experience is a great one. When I have my routine cleaning it doesnt matter which hygienist I get, I am always asked if I am comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. They are very knowledgeable and will take time to explain things to you so you know exactly what is going to happen or what you need to do to follow up on your oral care. For example, I had to get a few fillings and a crown put in and although I am not afraid of the dentist I do get nervous because in past experiences the dentist has always had trouble getting me numb. And after maybe one of two shots the dentist kinda gives up and drills anyway and I have always felt pain when I had dental work done because of this. Fortunately, when I told this to Dr. Clayton she assured me that she and her staff were more stubborn than my teeth and they wont let me have any pain during the procedure. And she was right. They kept numbing me until they were sure I was comfortable and asked me constantly if I felt any pain during the procedure...and I DIDNT! And the cherry on top was when Dr. Clayton took the time later that evening to call me personally and follow-up to make sure I didnt have any problems or questions. Not the receptionist....Dr. Clayton herself. I have NEVER been to a dentist that does that! It made me realize that her care didnt just end when I left her office, she made sure I was ok even though I was at my house. Like I said, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great dental experience!

I have had such an amazing experience with Columbia Dental Group. I am currently doing Invisalign through the office and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. They have made the entire process super easy and I’m so happy with my progress so far. I hate getting impressions and was happy to find out the office uses digital scanners for Invisalign and crowns - SO much easier. Every experience is personalized, professional, and they even make visiting the dentist fun!

I saw 2 different dentist before going to see Dr. Clayton neither dentist could figure out what was exactly wrong. One was even going to pull the wrong tooth!! Dr. Clayton got me in quickly and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the pain I had been in for over a year. The staff was all wonderful and extremely clean during Covid. I am so glad I was recommended to them and highly recommend them to everyone!

I would recommend this practice to anyone who has dental anxiety. On my most recent visit my dental hygienist Ali and Dr. Clayton were incredibly gentle, personable, and kind while addressing my many concerns. A few months ago I had a temporary crown put on a tooth that turned black and Dr. Clayton did a better job covering up the color than any dentist I have ever been to for this same issue. I am pretty scared of the dentist, but Kristi held my hand and was so reassuring throughout the entire process. I was SO lucky to have her! They are all incredible at what they do and I cannot recommend this practice enough!
