I went there and I like my nails but after 2weeks my nails start popping off and lifting

Use quality products and made my frinds feet look brand new lol....will be returning very soon.

I went in on Monday for a fill in and a toe color change. I was happy that i was in and out. The next morning when I was showing my toes off all the polish is off my big toe later on that afternoon the GEL polish is of my baby toe. I went back in on Wednesday and got the gel polish redone on my toes and feet.. and one of my nails are already chipping... it’s only been 5 hours! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

I normally go here to get my nails done. This time I wanted something a little special. I showed my tech the design I wanted and asked if they were capable of doing it. They said yes, and this is what I got. Very disappointed with the service I received today

I loved it here and was a customer for a very long time. I highly recommended this place. I was recently disappointed when my daughter’s nails started to pop off. She got acrylic tips done the day before school started back. A week later they started to pop off (not break) like press-on nails. WTH! I’m not sure of the guy’s name who did her set but we will definitely not be back!

Very mellow a little over priced but quick service kind people not a lot of yelling and screaming and they know their customers by Name pedicure was sub par feet still rough and I still have a callus but nail tech was on point1st timer

Overpriced and within 4 days my nail was about to break, so I had to soak off the acrylic. After only 1 week it looked as I was already due for another fill. They thinned the gel polish too much and it looked NOTHING like it did on the sample. If Im paying more I expect exceptional service.

Service was great except they never answered my question about glow acrylics. I got the vip pedicure and it was amazing 👏🏿😍. Also got lashes, brows and nails. Everything was great. I like glow acrylics though!

Pedi (reg) and mani (gel) $60. They are slacking 😪. Regularly get a pedicure 🙄. Went in today to get manicure service was terrible. Mary the short thin one in front right of the door has a very smart mouth. I dont like my nails drilled. 😒 They started speaking their language. I sat down and the tech pull out the drill . I left. 4 weeks prior to this same smart mouth had me walking with no shoes. Smarty responded to a comment i made.. you cant get Coronaviris walking barefoot on their floor. The elder man does a great job. What i dont know i cant speak on. He does good with pedicure.

This place is not what it used to be. I went for a fill in and it was horrible. My nails were not what I wanted., a French tip, as he didnt want to do it. They were filed so badly there were sharp rough edges all over them. When I said something he said they will wear down. I used to go to them all the time and they were wonderful. Now they are just trying to get you in and out and do a horrible job on your nails. Dont waste your money there!

Just went for a regular mani pedi with a friend. They don’t care about quality just about getting you in and out despite having an appointment. My friend got a deluxe pedi and just fingernails trimmed. I got mani and pedi with polish. $120 absolutely wasted. I chipped my nail on the drying machine and they just painted over it so it no longer had a smooth finish. I regret tipping.

I have not done my pedis for so so so long. So today I decided to treat myself. My husband and I walked in to get our pedis done. We did not have to wait at all which was perfect. We really enjoyed our pedicures here.

They are toExpensiveAnd the work is not that good. I will not be going back there.

I do not recommend this place, my full set was rushed & my pedicure. I wanted to relax while getting my pedicure but couldn’t due to the lady only doing my toes for about 7 mins including the soak. Also she lied to me about prices, kept throwing out numbers. By the end of checkout I paid $105 for both basic sets with only two designs on two fingers. Never paid that much anywhere else! Please don’t go here, you will be dissatisfied with their service!

I have come here several times and have loved every nails I’ve done. They are great with COVID precautions.

This was my first experience getting my nails done. I went in with my best friend around 7 excited after getting off work. Not that they aren’t ‘pretty’, but the work looks rushed, i.e. nails crooked, bumpy. I won’t be going back at least not in the day time, maybe I’ll receive quality work.

I was really looking forward to a pedicure as I was visiting from California and all the nail salons have been shut down since March. I got the deluxe pedicure for $40 and it was the quickest pedicure Ive ever had. Done in 15 min flat. I was told it was around 30 mins and in my experience at home, they end up lasting almost an hour.The massage and pampering experience was sorely lacking. There was only one other customer there getting her nails done so they werent busy. The guy who did my service seemed like he didnt want to be there. As soon as he finished he went and sat in a chair and did nothing. I gave it 2 stars because the polish job looks nice but that was about it. I wont be returning next time Im in town. 😕

This has become my go-to nail salon after trying several others in the area. They do an outstanding job and take their time. Love coming here!

I got a gel pedicure in yellow on 15 Mar 21 and on 17 March my big toe on right foot had peeled off and was still sticky and two were peeling - I returned 18 Mar 17 to get them reapplied by a different tech.

I’ve been here a few times to get my nails done. My usual place was closed so I decided to stop in for a deluxe pedicure. The pedicure in the moment was nice. And clearly it’s the gift that keeps on giving cause now I have a lovely infection in my big toe. Never got an infection from a pedicure before. But clearly this place is off my list period.

I have been going to this Salon for 4 years. Last week I received a Gel Polish, Manicure and within three days my polish was off! I was in the salon a month ago, and while there I overheard another customer saying the same thing happened to her. For me the clear Gel coat was all over my cuticles, so not a tidy job done by the nail-tech, which caused the polish to peal. When I called, they said that was unlikely this would happen! I dont lie and why doubt a customer who has come to you for 4+ years! I will not be back.

I do not recommend this place. Went the YESTERDAY for a gel set. Price said 35$, okay cool. I sit down he says 5$ for the take off (after he’d broken three of my nails MY NAILS NOT FAKE) and 15 for the polish, so 55$I said I’ll take clear. After I step outside I see two off the nails a chipped.So now it’s Saturday!!!! And the Gel is lifting off my nails.What the heck!?!I want to post pictures but I don’t see that option

If I could give NO STARS I would. This place is horrible. As you can see below. They were rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. I was very clear on what I wanted and even provided them with the pics but they were unable to deliver. I was told they didnt have certain colors and had to push the issue further and then miraculously they found it. I feel like this should be something they have on the Nailed it! TV show. My 12 daughter could have done a better job. What a complete waste of 60.00. Will NEVER return to have my nails and wallet violated again.

They were great with my daughter today- we were there celebrating her 5th birthday. The young woman who worked with her treated my daughter like a Princess and did her nails exactly as she wanted even adding little flowers on her thumbs. She was great with kids- really genuine. Nails looked beautiful and my daughter was thrilled! Wish I had gotten her name but all of the technicians there are awesome.Cannot express how important customer service is - and this place does not disappoint!!!

Peter has been doing my nails for 3 years. My mom used to cut hair next door and discovered him. I drive almost an hour every 2 weeks because i know he will take his time and i have never left disappointed. I love them all!

I started coming to this nail shop a few months ago. I gave them 1star because they are very fast. I noticed my toes itching really bad after a pedicure from them a couple of weeks ago. Now I have a pus-filled blister on the second toe of my right foot. I have NEVER had any blisters or itching on my feet or toes before. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning. They need to practice cleaning their bowls with bleach or something!

I needed a fill and nail repair while I was traveling, and chose this salon based on the reviews. Im so glad I did!! David did my fill plus gel polish, and did it so quickly and so WELL, i decided to have pedicure. I chose a regular pedi from the menu, and it was just right, with a small hot towel and short massage. I was done with both in about 1:15 (~45 min per service), but it wasnt rushed at all. I have no idea how he accomplished that but Im VERY PLEASED. I couldnt wait to post this review - Im sitting in my car outside the salon. My nails look great and I couldnt be happier!! PROS: very professional, very clean, very service-oriented (without me asking, David helped find a toe polish to match my nails - I didnt want gel polish on my toes, also he asked several times throughout the process if I liked my nails and toenails). CONS: none

I came when they first opened and was seen immediately. I got a gel polish fil in and toe polish change. I wanted something stylish and the nail tech knew exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in less than an hour. Will be coming back! (I have the vanilla nails with the stones)

I have been going here and only here for the past 6 months. My tips have grown out to about an inch in length. I have had only 2 broken nails the first the overlay came off no damage and the second... 2 weeks ago I ran into something and my nail split. They were able to save it! The work isnt always perfect but overall I appreciate the amount of care they put in!!!!

Received a walk-in pedicure and gel manicure. I did not have to wait, the salon appeared to be clean with no strong salon smells, and my services were detail oriented. In addition, the prices were reasonable. After going to several salons in the area and having horrible, expensive experiences, I am glad to say I have found a salon worth my repeated business. Very happy and will be coming back again!

I dont know the name of the guy who did my nails but he took his time and kept asking if I liked how they were looking. This is the only place I will be going from now on to get my nails done. This place only got a star because of how pretty it is. But if I could give zero stars ? I ABSOLUTELY would. The costumer service is horrible !! They were rude and didn’t understand what anyone was telling them. A costumer was called ridiculous because she told them that she wanted to get her nails done as well. There was an employee walking around the salon looking confused and dazed. Bottom line is, have never been to a nail salon that has such disrespectful employees. Do not waste your time coming here.

I went here for the first time on a Monday, there was no wait. One of the few nail salons that do the pink and white set. The nail tech took his time and made sure I liked it and did not stop to work on other people like they do at other salons.

To cheap to have latex free gloves for those with a latex allergy, and doesnt tell you until you are in the chair, unprofessional. The nail place next to publix and carters was much better.

I was looking for a place to get my nails for valentines day and this place had the highest reviews and now i know why!! The employees were incredibly professional and the salon is very clean. Im so happy with how my nails turned out and ill definitely be going back again for another set!

Some of the nail techs are not friendly at all but their nails are beautiful and so are the eyebrow work.

If I could give 0 stars I would, quality of service is cheap and doesn’t last well at all!!!!! The customer service especially from the woman at the first booth to the right is awful. They do not value their customers and they half do the work so u have to come spend money again sooner!!!! Don’t go!!! Trust me!!!

Very nice staff. I also enjoyed the deluxe pedicure. However, I received a French manicure and asked for a pink polish to cover some of the discolor in my nails. Its as if I never spoke since I got clear. My toes really do look good, but the polish on my nails started chipping within 3 days. I was out of town at a conference and unable to return for touch-up, so I finally removed it all within a week since they looked so bad.

If I could give this place NO stars. I would. Staff was extremely unprofessional and awkward to be around. I was sent here by one of my college friends who said one of her very close family members worked here and that they would welcome me with open arms. But upon arrival there was a totally different atmosphere. They don’t smile. They aren’t welcoming. And they only offer a certain selection of things to certain people. I had 3 broken nails and they told me it would be $30 to fix it not including the gel polish I needed in order to make them match my other 7 fingers. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever because on top of my total experience and letting them know I was not pleased no one seemed to care. I told them I would be leaving a review and they told me that if it wasn’t going to be a good one I could leave their business. So that was what I did. Hope this place closes or restaffs soon. I had to see businesses go down hill because the people they select to run it.
