I am so impressed with Regeneration Salon and Spa. It was so professional, clean and relaxing. They have so many wonderful services, I will be going again!I got my hair cut and highlighted by Chris Mears (level 2/3 ). I cant rave enough about Chris. He is professional, personable, and TALENTED! He uses so many wonderful techniques to get just what you want. He really took the time to listen to me, care for my hair and make sure it laid just right for my face shape. I am so excited about my hair-do!! I went from shoulder length hair to a pixie cut and the texture is fabulous!Go to Regeneration Salon & Spa. You will go in a cute caterpillar and come out a beautiful butterfly!Remember, ask for Chris, although I dont think you could go wrong with anyone. A person who manages their shop this well is only looking to hire the best.

Chris has styled and colored my hair on multiple occasions! From blue, to ginger, to a pink and purple split. He is talented, professional, and super kind and engaging with customers. If you have any coloring you need done on your hair I would recommend booking an appointment with him

I went it with QUITE a few different images of what I was looking to achieve, was told around $100-$200 which I figured was normal so I had no problem. I was looking for a darker root and base color with some lighter ends and when I left, my hair looked NOTHING like what I asked. I’m brassy and orange all over my head and have some darker roots. Still even have some old dye in my hair from before I came in to get it “fixed”.. also was told it would be $257 for whatever it was that she had done. Was told my hair wasn’t taking to the colors so I would have to come back in two weeks so get “closer” to what I wanted and spend EVEN more money, my hair is fried and orange and I have dye and bleach lines in my hair that you can clearly see, my haircut isn’t even, and I was leaving not happy and as the review said above me, hair that I easily could have done at home. I now have to wait for my hair to regain health and strength before I can go SOMEWHERE else and get it fixed.

Went in to have black removed from my hair. I knew this would be a lengthy process and by no means did I expect perfection. After 4 hours of bleaching, I was informed my hair color would be very close to the picture provided and would be able to get the cut I wanted-also shown in another picture. When I left, after 5 hours, my hair was a brassy orange and the cut was not what I requested at all. I asked for a dark brown on top and received a still very brassy and orange color. I was told my hair did not take to the dark color. Ive been dying my hair for 8 years and have had my fair share of dark color. The color requested was not put in my hair and I have never been more embarrassed in my life. $365 in and my hair looks like I bleached it at home. Initially quoted 130 before cut, anticipated more with the color I requested, told it would be closer to 300, and even with the 50% off of haircut (55 normally) still 365. Wow. Never going here again. Completely heartbroken. Oh, and was told I can come back in 2 weeks, spend more money, to get it closer to what I requested. They will never touch my hair again. Totally devastated.

I went in with an image in mind but i wasnt quite 100% on what i was wanting. Marcie walked me through questions and ideas to see if we could find the look that i was looking to achieve ! i went in wanting to be absolute purple, but we landed on this amazing mix of purple and red!!! Im very impressed at her attention to detail she talked to me about how my hair was dry and what products could help along with how to properly use them. i will definitely be returning as well as keeping this color i finally feel like me !!

I actually had a great experience with this salon so I recommended them to some friends.2 of my.closest have went and had very bad issues, so I feel responsible. I can no longer recommend.I should also say I used a young.man named Chris who did very well.Both of the people I sent got an older red headed lady that did not deliver.Consistency is key.

Regeneration has such an amazing atmosphere and is full of kind smiles and skilled professionals. I visited Miranda Fuhr for some much needed eyebrow rehab which was quick, painless, AND I had little to no redness afterwards. (s/o to pink wax!!) It was a perfect pandemic pick-me-up with little to no stress due to the safety measures they have implemented.

Went in to get my toes done and let me tell you OMG the best smelling stuff ever!! they do so much with you feet not only did mine feel soft but they felt new definitely enjoyable and relaxing!! The young blonde girl that did mine was amazing and i felt like she was fam. 100% summer ready now.

Amazing experience! Would highly recommend..i got a massage and the massage therapist, Ariel, was amazing! She applied the exact amount of pressure that I liked and just made the experience so great..so stress relieving. I came in for a 30 min massage and ended up asking for the 50 min.. didnt want to leave. Amazing staff and amazing place!

I am new to Columbia and finding this salon has been my favorite thing so far in the area. I didn’t really need to tell Marcie anything, she just made me look beautiful. I highly recommend Regeneration Spa, and Marcie.

If you want quality, this is the place to go! I have been going here for hair, nails, spray tans, facials, yoga and more. I love it all. They are great at what they do and worth every penny I spend there!

As a birthday present to my mom, I sent her to this place for a massage and other treatments. So this is basically a review on her behalf. She said the place is great, and the masseuse was one of the best she’d had. Only problem she had was that the music was pop and didn’t find it ideal.

I use Zach here and love him! I had tried a few other places in Columbia, but I have really thick red hair that can be a little difficult to cut, and just couldnt find the right person. Someone recommended Zach, and I have been going to him for about a year and a half now. He listens to what I want and does a great job with my hair. Very reasonably priced, too!

Got a 200 dollar gift certificate for my birthday a couple years ago. Just got around to using it and was told that it had expired. What? I could understand if I purchased a free massage and it was worth more now than two years ago but a 200 dollar gift certificate means you got 200 and I now have a worthless piece of paper. Gift certificates are a sham to make money for businesses. I’m sure you would make plenty off of all the gift cards no one remembers to turn in or that get lost. Bad business sense to tell a client that after you got 200 dollars that you weren’t going to honor your gift certificate. We spend an average of 700 a month on hair cuts, manicures etc on our large family. Hope the 200 was worth the lost business. I would honor a coupon even if it was expired but to turn away a customer with a gift certificate that you were paid for is ridiculous.

Regeneration salon and spa is the best! I dont trust anyone with my hair when it comes to color and the staff there is great! Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I had my hair done and had a tiny blonde streak that didnt get color on it and Marcie, the owner didnt hesitate to fix it. This will be the only place I will go to get my hair done.

Great experience. I started going because my hair stylist Chris, who Ive been with for the past 4-5 years moved to this salon. If you go here ask for him! He does great with male and female haircuts and styles (Im a male btw). The cost of the haircut also includes a shampoo and beard trim/lineup. Furthermore, you can go back in a week and a half to two weeks and get your hair and beard lined up again for free. Absolutely great service there. And you get a free coffee to boot when you come in.

Temp was too cold, for massage the music was too loud, no waterfall sounds to help relax, massage ladies stokes were generic and fast. No deep tissue or moderate pressure. Would not recommend to anyone. Amy was great

It took me almost 4 years to find a hairdresser I liked in Columbia and Im so glad I didnt settle, Amy is incredible! (And affordable)

The staff are so friendly and I love that no matter what I get done or who is helping me I always leave satisfied and estatic.

I had been happy going to salon adair for a couple years now but for my wifes birthday I planned a spa day for her and my daughter who is 1.5. She was going to get her hair done and nails like mommy. I was quoted a price but when my wife got finished the price was $40 more. She did no add on but found out that instead of the cheaper price for my daughter they had charged the same price for her as my wife. My wifes services took much longer and my daughters stylist even went to do another customer in the middle of hers. I was very unimpressed with the experience. Not only was I lied to about the cost when I callled to complain about this the manager seemed to not care at all. And on top of that my daughters hair and nails came out looking the exact same as they went in because the staff was too busy to spend the time with her. Yet I paid $60 dollars for it. I understood it wouldnt be perfect as she doesnt hold still but I expected better then I do in five minutes in the morning. Very unimpressed. Not Kid friendly at all.
