My dad was here and the staff was very kind to him.

Brookdale has recently put all of their residents on an out of State pharmacy plan. This provider is located in North Carolina and by being out of South Carolina a great number, if not all, Medicare supplemental policies do not honor.Many of Brookdales residents are incapable of understanding this. So Brookdale is doing a great disservice to its residents and their families.In my opinion, the only reason for doing this involves some sort financial gains for Brookdale by way of kickbacks.

Excellent facility. Great caregiving. Home-like atmosphere. Staff is very attentive to residents both in nursing & administrative capacities. Meals are well prepared & presented. My brothers health improved & thrived during his stay there to the point where he went on to leave & live independently once again. He and our family are very appreciative of the care he received at Brookdale.

Called that place you can hear them put you on speaker .... I guess the girl in training was really unprofessional talking about “why everybody wanna come here” I heard her in the background I was told to leave a message with Brian but I just hung up. I’ll take my business else where ....

I hate when you let the office people know that there are bed bugs in the residents beds and it like its nothing to them. like its ok!
