Everyone at this office, from the front desk staff to the doctor, were friendly, welcoming and professional. I rarely have great experiences at medical offices for several reasons, but the care and attention I received at this office was outstanding. I walked into the office (no appointment) with a severe sinus infection and pretty much no voice, and I was in and out of the office in under an hour with an antibiotic, allergy meds that partner with the antibiotic, nasal spray to clear out my sinuses, and a pill to help my severe cough. A week later I feel great, am getting my voice back, and didnt have to miss even 1 day of work. I am so beyond grateful for this office taking such great care of me!

First let me say the doctor and nurses were very attentive and I had a good visit with THEM and got the care I needed. However, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I went in for a dog bite. Waited for over 2 hours for a tetnus shot and antibiotics. The front desk never informed me of the wait time, there was only 4 people in the waiting room when I got there. The negative review is mainly for the waiting room set up. They did not separate sick patients from the otherwise healthy patients. As I was waiting, very very sick people possibly covid patients were piling in. This is extremely irresponsible. I dont understand how come they didnt just say sick to the right, and everyone else to the left. Such a simple thing to make people waiting feel more comfortable. They ask covid questions, for what? Why would you need this info if to not have precaution plan to protect patients and staff. People were coming in with fever, cough, etc and being seated next to people there for a drug test, routine visit or injury. Makes absolutely no sense. I am vaccinated, double masked and never tested positive for covid but as a person with lupus I will be anxious for the next week thinking I may have caught something. I had to change my seat as a fevered woman coughing near me kept taking her mask down, not to mention the staff never wiped down the area once the two plus hours I was there. So having signs up saying you guys clean and sanitize is a lie. Call me paranoid but I just wish they took things seriously.

Yes, the wait was long. There is a staffing shortage and a surge in the sick.No, you can not walk in here to get a covid test for red rocks tonight.Yes, if you are sick and NEED a covid test, you will get exceptional care.What I observed is this.They are training people who appear dedicated to learning the job well. Good luck, Newbies!There are male Karens in this world. (Sorry for the expression, Karens out there. I know youre delightful.) They wear scrubs & drive Teslas & lack patience for office staff, because you can not just walk in to get a covid test. Pretty obvious to me theyre trying to reserve covid tests for the sick and not the concert goers, but what do I know? Youre obviously a doctor, or a dentist, or a nail technician. Is this how you represent yourself? Yikes. Thank you for saying your name so loudly that I can refuse your care in the future,provided I am concious. I hope your loved ones are well. You delayed my care and stressed an already overworked staff. You need to Doordarsh pumpkin spice lattes to this office. STAT!Be prepared to wait. If you are sick, ask to see a provider, dont just ask for a covid test. Offer to wait in your car for a text so you can be comfortable.The staff & providers at this location are giving thier all and are worthy of our patience. I received excellent care & I will be back.

Very professional and great staff. I came in last Sunday because my 4 year old took a bad spill off his bike and cut his lip. They were super nice, made him feel at ease, and helped me feel much better about everything as well. They were quick and professional. Usually, when I got to medical office, either the front office staff are rude, but the doctors are great, or visa versa. Here, everyone from the receptionist to the doctor did their utmost to help me kid. I really, truly appreciate their service and professionalism!

I have never been to this UC Health urgent care before but I’m really Happy that I did. We were treated with respect from the front desk to the medical staff and I really appreciate the promptness. They were a bit overwhelmed when I first got there due to so many kids trying to get their physicals done at the last minute it was supposed to be a two hour wait but it only ended up being a 30 minute wait and they were very caring and listened to my daughters concerns I would highly recommend this urgent care and I will definitely be going back if needed.

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! They got me in and out quickly but made sure they went over everything with my history and symptoms so they didn’t miss anything. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Best part was they had antibiotics on-site to give me instead of having to make an extra stop at a pharmacy. Highly recommend!

Typically when I go to an Urgent Care I wait forever and when I leave I regret even going. Opposite experience here. They got me in pretty quickly, and Dr Yee was the only Dr on staff that evening so I did have to wait a bit once in my room but he was super professional and thorough when treating me. Definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

Waiting time provided is not even ball park accurate. I went to the clinic at 12pm on a Friday for my 5 month old son. I was given a 4.30pm reservation. We went back home to wait. When I called at 4.10 to confirm the time, was told 4.30 was still good. So we were there at 4.30. I waited till 5.20 and asked. I was told we will be seen in 45 minutes i.e. around 6.05pm. We were eventually seen at 6pm. I had to stand there holding and walking to comfort my sick son for 1 hour and half. I asked the receptionists what emergency cases could have had happened within the 20 minutes travel time causing such a long delay. I was told none. This unnecessary wait could have been avoided. The medical team was good though!

Andrew Robert “Bobby” Austin is easily the worst and most useless doctor I’ve had the displeasure of having handle my medical conditions. If you need professional medical attention, I highly recommend avoiding this specific UChealth. Other staff were very friendly and respectful, but wow. I’ve never been so disappointed with the medical attention I received than I am today thanks to Andrew Robert Bobby Austin. I’d prefer to call him Dr. Google because that’s equivalent to the help you will receive from him. Total disgrace.

Check in system is garbage. I received texts saying I had a spot in line and that my reservation was at 12:49pm. I arrived at 12:35pm as per the text messages and respond HERE like it says. 20 minutes go by nothing, so I call the front desk wondering my wait time. Well wouldnt you know it Im not on the list and never was. The next available spot would be another 1.5 hours, what is the point of a text system if it does not work with your computers?!?. Im so over UCHealth and how little effort they actually put towards being a good company.

I found the UCHealth Urgent care clinic to be top notch. I was able to book appointment ahead of time. I was checked in promptly and seen by the nurse and doctor very quickly. They listened to my concerns, provided a diagnosis and sent me home with specific instructions. I was very pleased and relieved.

Waited for 1.5 hours. Had to leave because I had work. I understand there’s a wait time, but it would be nice to at least get told “ hey it could be 2 hours” and then i can plan accordingly.

Had a great experience here. Loved the caring staff and their affable yet professional attention. So refreshing to be treated with respect by medical professionals who clearly enjoy their jobs.

I showed up and was turned away and lied to and told they where closed and had been for An hour and remember this was at 7:30 and it’s posted they dont close till 8 and when I call the other office I was told they didn’t close till 8:00pm. This is not the first time I have been treated like garbage at the north end Uchealth and there supposed to be there to helpYou and they not only don’t care they lie

A lady that came after us, went in before us. I confronted front desk and asked why she would go in before us? The lady did not know why. So you would think it would be first come first serve when it’s a medical facility. We are all here for different reasons but one persons health issue is not more important than another’s. This is an urgent care. Update: a second person that came about 45 minutes after us was seen, we are still waiting in waiting room. I guess our condition is not as urgent. We’ve been in waiting room for 2 hours.

Poorly run and resourced facility. Made an advance reservation for my sick kiddo. Took 90 minutes after appt time to be seen. Walk-in’s and kids with sports physicals were being seen when they arrived after us.

Been here two other times and 2 receptionists were available. Was timely in/out. Understaffed! 25+ mins just to check in when I already e-checked in. Sweet lady who apologized. Please provide a tablet so we can check in on the device! No AC, must be cost cutting overall. Disappointed in UC Health today!

I needed medical care the day after Thanksgiving, during most peoples long holiday weekend. They were able to get me right back to be seen, and they took really good care of me. We set up an appointment through their online portal and got a confirmation email only to arrive and find out they were closed.

Some Urgent Centers will charge as Emergency room based on medical need. UC Health urgent center does not, if not deemed emergent.The best perk to this urgent center is you are able to sign in online or over the phone. Then you simply show up at your assigned time. This saves hours of waiting in the lobby to be seen. Absolutely invaluable!!

This place is amazing with top notch service and care! Everyone listened to my concerns and took me seriously even after my own pcm refused a flu test I asked for. Provider jean Luke tested me for flu and found me positive for both flu A and B. I took myFamily back the next day and they were seen by Stan who took amazing care of my husband and children. The nurses and front desk staff were so amazing my son got sick in the lobby and they helped me clean him up and got us back to a room so fast. I will never go to another urgent care this place is the best!

Had a great experience with Jim the Physician Assistant! He was very welcoming and considerate and made sure to address all our concerns. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation. Will definitely come back because of his excellent service. All the staff from front desk, to MA, to X-ray tech were great as well!

We came in at about 7:55pm and they closed at 8pm. They got my daughter in quickly and locked the door behind us when they could have easily said they were closing (thanks Angie!!). The nurse and PA were extremely kind to my 5-year-old and were still in good spirits when we kept them there past 9:30pm (again, when they easily could have just referred us to an ER). Front desk personnel is friendly. Medical staff very pleasant and addressed my concerns. My lastvisit, Dr. recommended I go to the ER. She called hospital right away to let them know I was on my way. This was my 3rd visit, service and care are consistently commendable and highly recommend. They also conduct follow-up calls to patients.

Excellent experience. Note, you can call ahead and get a place in line and an appointment time. I required stitches for a finger laceration. From arrival to when I left was an hour. Everyone I encountered was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this facility.

I visited the urgent care of off Voyager Parkway 9/13/19. All staff were polite and easy to interact with, and were informative about recovering from a car crash. However I was given a muscle relaxant that interacted with another I was already taking. I expressed my concern early on about being able to drive/work after taking the prescription, and was assured it wouldnt affect my work. I experienced memory loss, confusion, and drowsiness. I after work I researched the muscle relaxant that was given to me. I found that this is a known interaction between the two drugs, and am frustrated it was given to me in the first place. I understand that this is a hospital with students, but this could have had bad consequences for me.

Great PA and Nurses. Could not have asked for better treatment all the way around. Very thorough exam when I went in with the flu. Immediate breathing treatment and fever reducer.

Dr Christa is wonderful. I’ve had to come here in the past & I’ve had another great experience. The wait wasn’t long. The staff is terrific. Christa made me feel at ease with my sickness. She truly cares about her patients. I will come to this location in the future if needed.

I was able to get in within 25 minutes of calling , be seen within 25 minutes after arrival. and no issues with insurance at all. Ms. Andrews was exceptionally concerned and professional. Thanks for the good experience.

I brought my daughter into the UCHealth Urgent Care on Voyager last night. She was seen very quickly even though it’s cold and flu season which was amazing. Everyone was very kind and Nurse Practitioner Jose was very patient, pleasant and helpful! Thank you for being there in our time of need! We would definitely come back to this Urgent Care!

With three young kids, I have had my fair share of urgent care visits. This urgent care, by far, was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. The staff was very friendly, the doctors intently listened to us and gave careful consideration of treatment, and the wait time was only a few minutes. This urgent care felt more like a friendly neighborhood doctors office versus a turnstile push-em-through urgent care. And the cherry on top was that they actually called to check-in on my son a few days after our visit! To bad I live out of town otherwise this would be our go-to urgent care.

I called to see wait times as another urgent care was 2+ hours. Emily at this UC health location was so nice and I was able to check me in very quickly. Marla was my R/N who checked my vitals and was very helpful and swift as I was in discomfort. I saw Jim PAC and he answered all my questions was so informative and helpful. I got my meds ordered and was on my way home less than an hr later. Exceptional service!

I have been to this facility a few times the past couple of years. I have always paid my regular copay. However, on my visit June 3, I was charged $100. I was given the explanation “As of April, if you haven’t reached your insurance deductible yet, we charge an upfront fee of $100”! I wasn’t feeling well enough (and after 5 p.m.) so didn’t have the clear thinking to discuss this “new policy” any further. However, the two people that came in after me were not charged/told of this new policy! The nurses and doctors were great, but I will not highly recommend this facility as I have in the past.

I’ve actually been multiple times and every experience has been great. Most recently, I was a walk in and it was fast and efficient. Everyone was kind, caring and truly focused on my well being.

Want to thank all the staff and especially PA Cori Lynn for exceptional service for my wife on 25 April. I await the referral for a specialist for the follow up, but I feel comfortable with the diagnosis and recommended treatment. Thanks

I don’t know why the ratings are not higher. I went today and the urgent care doctor, Krista, was not only knowledgeable but quite gentle around a private area. She talk Ed to me all the way through taking the tissue samples which was excruciating, and told me what she was going to do before she did it,She had a great demeanor and a fantastic sense of humor. And the whole visit took 20 minutes! I’m sure that’s not the norm when it’s busy but they didn’t just park me there like some other places have done.And she gave me some good treatment medicine and I just feel completely taken care of in the way that used to be the norm. It was genuine feeling of complete well-being and I highly recommend going there. Then she was willing to answer all my questions as well which many doctors seem resistant to doing. It was an experience That left me with a feeling that she wanted me to be ok. This post his long because I cannot say enough good things about Krista and the facility.

I brought my daughter in with what I thought was an infected eye after a recent surgery. We saw Terry and he was great! He was the only medical professional to take my concerns seriously. While he suggested the ER and starting antibiotics, the on-call ophthalmologist and the ER doctor told me it was normal. The very next day she was rushed into emergency surgery to clean out her very infected eye. I wish all medical professionals would listen as Terry did. Thank you so much!

I have visited this location many times and the staff and doctors are always so wonderful. Their knowledge and care are above excellent. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Friendly staff every step of the way. The receptionists, nurses, technicians, and physicians. They have onsite equipment that some urgent cares dont have like and x-ray which seems simple but its nice to not have to go to another location for imaging. It was refreshing to be seen at an office where they seem to care about patients.

Excellent staff with excellent customer service. I always get in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. It always looks immaculate and clean. This is where I always go.

I recently came in on 1/9 as I’m up here for college and it is a pain to get to my primary care provider. The front desk staff was lovely and facilities were very clean. However, I came in with fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, and small white spots and swelling on my right tonsil. The rapid strep test was negative and I was not given a timetable on when this would clear up and was not given any answer on what a potential problem could be after 3-4 days of having this issue. Today I visited my university health center because my tonsils have gotten much worse, with this infection spreading to my left tonsil, much more swelling, white pustules, and a fever. I now have a ten day prescription for amoxicillin and concerns about a possible abscess within my tonsils. I’m very disappointed with the disinterest and feeling that I was just being pushed through and not being “seen.” I will not return to this location.

Have been here three times for different family members and every time had a great experience.

I was in Colorado for my fathers funeral in Aug of last year. I called this UC to see if they take apt or not. I was told no. When I got there their they had the same clockwise system that we have in the Urgent care that I work in. In a different state. The parking lot was empty when I got there after I checked my daughter in her name was 3rd on the list. We waited for 2 hours to be taken back to a room. As my very sick daughter sit and wait in the room for someone to come in. we could hear the staff just chatting away. I felt like we got forgotten about in the room. We finally got to see the Dr. She was nice. Although she misdiagnosed my daughter. After 3 days of being on an antibiotic my daughter was getting worse. So I took her to another Urgent Care which was associated with this one. I got my daughter treated right. Patient care was a lot better at the other one I went to.

I was on vacation and ended up in this Urgent Care with bronchitis and sinus infection and was very impressed with the care I received. The facility was clean and very nice, they got me in quickly and gave me the treatment I needed, the doctor really listened to me and came up with a great plan, and they even called me a few days later to check and see how I was feeling and to make sure I had good care. Recommend this place.

Great staff and very friendly. You cant expect to get seen instantly especially during flu season but they get to you in a timely manner and make it worth the little wait. Just bring a charged phone or a book and you will be fine.

I wanted to pass along my sincere appreciation to PA David Japp and the staff at Integrity Urgent Care for the excellent care given to my family on two separate occasions. Both times there were great decision making skills demonstrated along with wonderful bedside manners. My youngest Son left the clinic saying, I really like that doctor. I will definitely use this clinic again and would highly recommend to others. Again, thank you.

Really clean facility and good service but I waited nearly 2 hours for a physical when there were only two other patients in the waiting room.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The front desk clerk refused to see our son after the ER directed us to follow up with urgent care after coming down from a higher altitude. Apparently the front desk clerks have medical degrees and refuse service. This was after she told us to go to another location Due to the wait and we said we’d rather wait. Clearly didn’t want to work and didn’t care to have something as simple as an O2 level check done. Didn’t even refer just a no we won’t see him.

Cared about my personal recovery so much that they transferred me to the ER and by calling ahead for me , I was able to be seen by a physician within minutes of arriving at the hospital. Bravo!!! Couldnt ask for better service and care from every member of the staff there.

Came in with a pretty gnarly cut on my finger from some broken glass. I was in the back receiving care in less than 5 minutes, and all stitched up in less than 30. Luis did a great job on my stitches, and his positive attitude definitely helped me stay calm. Thanks to all the employees who truly cared about my mishap, yall deserve it!Just before pressing send on this review, I received a call from UCHealth asking me to rate/describe my experience. Needless to say, I was happy to make these folks look good.

Another great visit at this urgent care. Fast friendly caring service from all. My doctor listened to me and explained everything he was doing.

Unpleasant experience. I came in with a severe laceration, the end of my finger being mostly separated. I walked in the door and up to the counter the guy behind the counter without greeting me or even looking up, just said if you want to be seen go check in on the iPad. Didn’t ask what I was there for or anything else, acted like I was bothering him just being there. I turned around and left to go find another place to get my injury treated.

Reservation system is entirely dysfunctional. Told to come in an hour only to find that I have to wait another 45 minutes just to be called back. Cold have walked in and been seen sooner. Nothing urgent about their care. Staff completely disengaged and complacent.

This is the second time my family and i have had a bad experience at this urgent care. our first visit was for my mom because, she had been coughing and was overall just not feeling very good, so we went to urgent care. the doctor told her that she just had a little cough. this is extremely frusterating because, two days later she was in the hospital with very low heartbeat, and had bronchitis and puenominia. our second expirence took place a few days ago. I had been very sick for the past 3 days. my expierence was going good until a pa refused to take a second look at my ears after I had been complaining of pain in both ears. the next day I went to my regular doctor and it turns out, I have an inner ear infection in both ears. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant and didn’t rush me even though it was the end of the day. The Dr went above and beyond; I would definitely recommend this place!
