Amazing experience here! I was visiting from out of state and didnt know where to go. Im glad I went here. Staff were wonderful. Professional and clean facilities. Very thorough with me and I was not rushed at all. Highly recommend urgent care.

I was asked to go to urgent care by my primary care because there were no appointments available. I was hesitate to go because I know how Urgent cares can be so I was stressed and already had an attitude . But once I go there the staff was amazing and so friendly they got me talking and laughing. I received excellent care and I left there feeling like my needs were met.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My wait time was minimal. The entire visit lasted less than an hour.

I had the pleasure of working with Joy and Melissa during my visit. I don’t think I can say enough kind things about the two of them! I felt safe and comfortable (which no normal person should feel at an urgent care) and even under my stress I could see how much they actually care about what they do. Service was quick and efficient. Thank you both for fixing me! Thank you both for being amazing and professional!

After a week of symptoms and trying to get all 4 kids tested for strep at their regular primary care doc with zero success and round-about care, I was tired of dealing with bureaucratic nonsense. Centura Health Urgent care got us in without a referral, took our insurance, and got all 4 kids checked, tested, and sent back home in about 30 minutes. Extremely helpful and kind staff, and a doc who tended to the kids individual needs and actually listened. Why cant every trip to the doctors office be this way? Thank you so much!

I unfortunately cut off half of the thumb length wise on a mandolin. I was bleeding profusely and drive myself to Centura Urgent Care praying they were open. Today was my lucky day. Urgent care at Venetucci and Lake WAS open and Lance was there. Lance is a very caring and knowledgeable care giver. I’ve had to see him more times than I care to admit, however the level of care he provides is at the top. He is a great leader and teacher to the other staff. I was very upset but as soon as I saw Lance I knew I was in good hands. Thank you to all the staff at Centura Urgent Care.

I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received at the Broadmoor urgent care! I had been turned away from two other urgent cares that wouldn’t even see me in the parking lot because they were afraid I had Covid. The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful and they got me the medicine I needed for a sinus infection after having it for three weeks without being able to be seen anywhere else.The nurse practitioner Melissa was absolutely fantastic! Very personable and definitely in the perfect job for her- you can tell she really enjoys helping people! I am never going to any other one but this urgent care again!

Got there a few minutes before 8 am and filled out paperwork with an understanding that I would not be checked in until they officially open at 8. Receptionist said they are always open early due to lab next door which opens at 7:30.I was glad that I could wait inside (not outside for a place to open).I was visiting CO but luckily my files were in the database from my local urgent care. They use Epic. So I didn’t have to explain my past visits to urgent care.Very happy with my visit and it was quick and professional. My insurance is Tricare.

This was hands down the BEST experience we’ve ever had at a doctors office!! We were able to be seen right away by Laura Kushner PA-C. Everyone we spoke with (from the front desk, nurse assistant and doctor) was incredibly pleasant and had such a great demeanor with my 2 1/2 year old son.

The staff were amazing. They Nurse and Nurse Practitioner on duty were very accommodating to our daughter. They took their time and made her very comfortable. It was a very Pleasant experience. We will return in the future for care.

The staff, Emily and Nurse Practioner, Michelle were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and were not rushed. Very pleased with my visit and would definitely return if I needed to!. The receptionist was kind and courteous, too.

My Military Primary Care Manager and her team were unable to see me for an illness onset. I was told to seek urgent care. I went to the Centura Health-Broamoor Urgent Care Center. The treatment I received there was phenomenal. The entire staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous from the time I entered until I exited. I was examined in less than 15 minutes. I am now being treated with medication for Acute Pansinustis and am confident I’ll be feeling better soon. The overall experience at Centura Health Urgent Care Center at Broadmoor was excellent. I highly recommend it.

As far as urgent care goes, this one is the best in town. I came in, close to closing, for a badly cut finger. Dr. Lance and the nurses were very funny and made me laugh while they were patching me up. They explained everything as they were doing it and made sure to go over the aftercare instructions with me. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel like I was a closing time burden. The process was quick and I left with nicely patched finger. I wish I could say it was painless, but if I werent in pain, I wouldnt have needed to go to urgent care 🤭

Went in for back pain and Melissa Stibbins NP was amazing. She took me seriously and provided options to help. I have never had an issue with any of the providers at this location. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. 10 out of 10 would recommend

We were in Colorado Springs for a wedding and I needed to squeeze in an appt before ceremony. Whole team was awesome in pushing me through quickly and for being so delightful to worth with. Didn’t catch my nurse’s name but she was AMAZING! Even wrote note ‘have fun at wedding’! Loved her! Highly recommend to anyone in need of healthcare services!!

I went in to Centura Health Urgent Care and received excellent, friendly, kind, and professional care from beginning to end. The environment was clean ave comfortable.

5+, my overall experience was extremely positive. I walked in at 615 pm on a Friday evening, the office closes, I believe at 7 pm. From the very beginning, at the front desk, the receptionist, and I apologize for not remembering her name was very gracious, polite, efficient with signing me in and gathering information. I witnessed her check in 2 other patients, and she was as pleasant with them as well. Again it is after 6 on a rainy Friday evening. My nurse, Emily greeted me and was lovely. She initiated the consultation promptly and most courteously. She was professional, yet very compassionately patient. Her inquiry, questions were asked to assess my concerns, and vitals were taken. Given my concerns she also preformed a EKG scan, for the attending Dr.s assessment. All timely and considerate to my concerns. Dr. Ginsburg, having reviewed Emilys findings, was quick to assess that my concerns were nothing serious, but proceeded to speak.to me about my concerns and reassure me. He examined me appropriately, asked questions, and answered my questions, listened and gave me his conclusions. All the while being very present, jovial, yet professional and knowledgeable. Paperwork was promptly provided, a resolution determined to satisfy my concerns. I was in and out of the clinic in an hour, 15 minutes after they should have closed. Highly recommend their services. Nursing staff was very nice and explained everything in great detail as to what she was going to do. (Vitals check). Then continued on with questions as to our visit. Nurse was very friendly and polite which made my granddaughter feel very comfortable. Doctor Stibbens was extremely thorough with examining my granddaughter, explained her test results and then continued on with the examination and what kind of treatment my granddaughter was going to have. Doctor Stibbens then explained what my granddaughter should do to help make her feel better and provided a complete printout of directions. Great overall visit.

The wait to see someone was not very long. The nursing and radiology staff was very good at what they do, friendly and professional. The NP I saw was delightful thorough, professional, knowledgeable and communication was excellent. This is a great place to receive outstand care from receptionist to departure. So thankful.

Wow! Broadmoor Urgent care is the best! I was in breath taking pain from a fall and they were so caring and compassionate, it put me at ease right away. Thank God no broken ribs! Everything went quickly and efficiently. After ice pack and meds I was feeling better already by the time I left. I’ll never go to the ER at the hospital again! (Unless I’m dying)

Great staff we were in and out. My son was treated very well.

Front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful. The 3 times I had to interact with her was miserable. Wait times were ridiculous and no care was taken with my pain. I was rushed around when I was finally seen and I was responded to rudely when I had questions by the nurse practitioner. I had to go to a different urgent care the next day to fix mistakes they made. The only positive was the friendly nurse who took my x-rays. I wouldnt go back under any circumstances

I never have a long wait at this urgent care, and the medical team is always great and kind. This last visit was due to a gnarly ear infection. I needed a steroid shot due to the symptoms I was experiencing; I have terrible anxiety with needles. (They offered an oral but I said I’d be ok with the shot) the nurse was very patient and understanding with me needing a few minutes to prepare for the shot. They had me wait about 10 minutes after receiving the shot to make sure I didn’t have an adverse reaction before being sent home. Overall great care and highly recommend this urgent care!

I had to bring my daughter to urgent care for a minor infection and the nursing staff was hands down the best. They were helpful and treated my daughter and her body with respect. So many times, basic consent isn’t extended to kids. I was pleased when her nurse took the time to tell her what was happening, her choices and to affirm her awesomeness!Our experience was great from start to finish and my daughter got the care she needed.I Highly Recommend this clinic.

My overall experience was pleasant. The nurse on staff, Nurse Joy was very kind and informative. The NP Lance was light hearted and informative as well which made the overall experience less stressful.

I went in to Urgent Care for a possible broken coccyx because of a fall on the ice. The waiting room had one other patient who was called back a half hour after I arrived and I was called back after an hour. The nurse took my vitals and I reported a high level of pain though I had recently taken Ibuprofen and she said the doctor would be in shortly. Another hour passed and pain and discomfort increased due to the hard surfaces to sit on. I had to use the restroom, so I went across the hall. Looking up and down the hall I saw no people. No patients, nurses, or doctors were visible. Empty exam rooms with open doors was all that I could see. After an hour waiting in pain with no update or response, I left. I am writing here so others will hopefully not wait in pain for hours for nothing.

All staff was professional and very friendly. I broke my foot and they explained the break clearly. They also asked if I wanted an ice pack and ibuprofen when they could see I was in pain.

I had to take my 9 year old son for X-rays this morning, and from the very beginning we were met with amazing staff! Given my sons history with broken bones, we’re in and out of the urgent care frequently. I mean if we had a punch card for visits, this one would have been free LOL There is no where else I’d take my son for his emergent needs.

It was one of the best experience PA’s or doctors that I have ever had. Michelle was very thorough super job.

It was extremely busy when I arrived including a person coming in with a dog bite. The receptionist handled that matter, covid 19 procedures, and waiting room full of patients with the up most politeness while being professional. The wait time was not long at all and the medical staff were great and were on top of their game. Best urgent care I have been to. Ever.!!! Than you!!!

They will SCAM you!They told me my insurance would cover a flu shot. I got my flu shot. They then gave me a $480 bill.I looked up Centura Health with the Better Business Bureau and found out this is a scam organization with a D- rating (see screenshot). Do not fall victim to their scam!

The staff is caring and knowledgeable, I never have a long wait time, and they always listen to my concerns even when I am too sick to articulate them properly. I really appreciate that. I also love the fact that my doctor can see all test results through the Centura system. Ok, I only use centura because I know I am getting high quality care no matter what and all my records are together. Thank you for working so hard during the pandemic!

The Covid vaccination clinic was very well organized and efficient!! Both my husband and I have received both doses and are doing great! The health care workers who volunteer their time to help us are so very kind, and they welcome the opportunity to help out. Thank you!!

Overall great care. Now that I know for sure they are in my network will return whenever in need regardless if there is one right by my house.

This is the best experience Ive had at an Urgent Care.The receptionist was pleasant. Her name was Dorothea or something close. The wait time we also short.I was taken back by either Joy or Cindy (a small, perhaps Asian-descended lady). Im not sure. She was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to help me find a pharmacy by my house.My doctor was Dr. Reasoner, and he was a scream. Hes hilarious, kind, and very inviting. It was actually almost nice to be a little sick this once.Only issue is that there is no pricing available beforehand. I was charged about $450 to have my temperature taken, speak to a doctor for about five minutes, and receive a sick note. Sure, if I made $1000 less a year I could have Medicaid, and if I made a few thousand more a year I could buy real insurance, but Im in a sticky spot where this kind of pricing is literally detrimental to my health. Unfortunately, I wont be back unless Im literally dying.

Dr Reasoner is one of the best doctors Ive ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable in his medical field and at the same time has the compassionate of peoples health as a natural. He has serviced my entire family and we have all cant believe how blessed to have received medical care from some one who cares for People, and each medical facility we have been to has also spoken of him in great rewards as well.

I walked in today at 12:15p.m. and stood at the front desk for 5 minutes, I said hello, nobody answered.I tried to call, nobody answered. I knocked on the door to the back and the lady came out extremely rude and said can I help you with an attitude. Excuse me but youre the one not doing your job at the front to check and see if patients are coming in to be treated. She continued to be rude and nasty as she forcefully helped me.. and after Id given her my ID I change my mind and said I would go elsewhere and get better care. To work in healthcare and treat patients this way is completely unacceptable!!! I did receive the best care at the Optum Urgent Care on 21st Street!!!

Nurses, doctors, and receptionist got me in and out as fast as they could and helped get my allergic reaction down!

I was seen twice at the Powers Point location by Christopher the NP on January 4 and 6, 2021. He was kind, attentive, and helpful. He ordered a Covid test. When it returned negative he explored other options and listened to my continued symptoms. A week later, additional symptoms appeared and I returned. This time I saw Debra, the NP, who basically dismissed my symptoms as being psychosomatic and told me if I didn’t feel better to go to the ER next time. She drew blood and ordered me a Covid antibody test from the lab. She also stated things about my health that were not true such as I never had a fever at their clinic and my pulse ox was never low...this is on record as being incorrect.When I arrived at the lab, they turned me away and said cannot test due to Covid symptoms!I will no longer visit or recommend this clinic as my illness was not validated or addressed.

In and out in about an hour, top notch care and staff. I had such a great experience here! Thanks!

Needed a cut on my hand taken care of. All of the staff were very polite and professional, Lance in particular was awesome. While I certainly hope I dont need to be seen at an urgent care anytime soon, I will definitely come back to this one!

This place was super amazing, was in and out in no time, everyone did their best to make you feel safe and welcomed all while still keeping a safe and clean distance.

When you come to an urgent care, there’s usually some level of distress. My daughter was in tears and severe pain after breaking her wrist. That’s why I was surprised at how negative our initial interaction was with this clinic. The receptionist did not seem fit to work in such an environment. She was rude, unresponsive, and so curt with her responses I made up my mind that her response reflected the general care of the entire staff. Because the wait was long, the receptionist was unhelpful, we left to another Centura Health Urgent Care. I am so glad we found a better place where the staff cared and were professional. It was night and day from the Broadmoor clinic. I hope the Broadmoor location reads this and makes appropriate staffing decisions to better serve people in their time of need.

Dr. Reasoner & Janelle were phenomenal! They were both so kind and helpful in treating me. Were the wait times long as others have complained? Yes, but in my experience, that is said for A LOT of UC facilities. The wait was worth the care and relief the medical staff provided.

The staff here was amazing! The doctor was very thorough and did an excellent job. Ive been so sick that I havent been able to really sleep or eat much and thanks to him Ive finally been able to eat and get some rest. The office was also very clean and a nice office. They were also very good with my 5 year old who normally doesnt do well with doctor visits but he really liked this office. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

I tore my rotator cuff. They took x-rays. Kept telling them my arm hurt. English is not what they understand. Finally someone from another place sent for MRI. IT FELT LIKE THE MUSCLE WAS HANGING OFF. These people are clueless and do not care. The older fat receptionist said stretch it. To this day the nerve and muscles give me problems from shoulder to hand.

Got in at 11:00am and it is now 1:38pm, my significant other was taken back to the room and left there for a half hour before anything happened. I have been to urgent cares several times in my life unfortunately and have never had service this horrible. We come to an urgent care for prompt service. Not to be here all day I can understand an hour or so but this... really unacceptable. I won’t ever be coming here again.

I’m here from out of state, so of course I was a bit hesitant going to an Urgent Care I know nothing about. This was the one closest to me, but didn’t have the greatest reviews. I wasn’t in a rush and my symptoms were progressing to more serious (without being “ER serious”), so I took a shot. I am glad I ignored the negative reviews, because the WHOLE staff is so amazing! I’m definitely not discounting the experiences of the bad reviewers, but mine was quite the opposite. The security guard, the receptionist, the PA, the doctor - everyone was so above and beyond kind to me. I came in near closing time and there was one person in the waiting room ahead of me, so I was the very last patient. Both the waiting and exam rooms were very clean and comfortable. No one ever made me feel rushed (despite the fact that they had actually closed while I was waiting in the exam room), they took their time and listened to me. My wait times in both the waiting and exam rooms were completely normal, if not faster, than other Urgent Cares I’ve been to - and certainly much faster than waiting in an ER. The total time from checking in with the receptionist to leaving was approximately an hour and a half. It was about 40 minutes after closing that I left, and everyone was still just as cheerful and kind when saying goodbye. It was a very pleasant experience. If I had to go back to an Urgent Care while in Colorado Springs, I’d come back here!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care! From the front desk staff to the nurse staff and the DR! They were all equally so kind and patient with my toddler and I. Highly recommend!

I would like to give a zero due to the receptionist alone, but the reality is the doc and xray tech did ok. BUT , I showed up at 630pm, the receptionist repeatedly stated theh close at 7p. After collecting my information and having me fill out paperwork...she failed to process the information. Im not even sure why she asked for my insurance card, or to have me fill out the information. My insurance changed in October of last year. She did not update my information even though I provided it and again not sure why she bothered to take the card, because my OLD insurance was billed. I called billing today, 1 month from being seen, because I noticed my insurance was not showing billed, nor was the co pay collected. Unnecessary headaches.

BUYER BEWARE: Centura Health of Colorado is crooked. I was billed $444 for a 15 minute visit for a sinus infection back in July at their Woodland Park Clinic. I was told up front (I asked before agreeing to be seen) what the exact costs would be. I was told $175. I paid them in full the $175 before even being seen. I then got a bill later for the additional amount. I talked to multiple supervisors there and was told that I signed a document stating that I was able to be charged whatever they determined above and beyond the $175 I was told it would cost. This document I signed was an electronic pad that I couldnt even view what it was that I was signing. That is simply crooked. I would never treat a customer like that. AVOID CENTURA HEALTH OF COLORADO FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. They can charge you whatever they feel like and theres nothing you can do about it.

My wife took our son in today and got the best care from the staff. They were friendly and prompt and got them in and out in a timely fashion. Chris took very good care of my son and made sure he was comfortable the entire time!

My grandparents have been treated recently 2 times this week. The care that they received was extremely poor. My grandparents left very frustrated and confused with the instructions given. They were originally seen on Tuesday for a cut, when they asked about antibiotics they were told no without any reason, even after expressed his history of infections after cuts. They did not seem concerned with the anti coagulant medication that he is on. He experienced significant bleeding when he got home. Today they were seen again for a possible infection. They were there for 4 hours, in which many people came in and said it was infection but no one seemed to be in a hurry or any concern to treat them in a timely manner. They were told the wound dressing placed was sufficient to last till the next day when it fell off before even getting home.My grandparents will never go back to this urgent care, and I would recommend others to do the same.

My experience here was outstanding. The MA that took me back was kind and sweet and funny too! She made sure I was comfortable with the light in the room and whatnot. I eventually mentioned a symptom that I thought was very small and unimportant and she assured me that that could be the most important symptom! She didnt make me feel stupid or anything and she just was so nice. Since there is only one doctor, the wait is pretty long, but after a while Dr. Reasoner poked his head in to reassure me that he hadnt forgotten about me and he was doing the best he could and would be back soon. When he came in, he was thorough and kind and he took his time to really evaluate my condition. When he figured out what it was, he explained everything so I could understand, made sure I had all I needed to know. He also thanked me multiple times for my patience in waiting for him. This was an absolute amazing experience.

Every time I go in there isnt a long wait. The staff are always very friendly, and efficient. They dont make you get tests if they arent necessary, and still are more reliable than other places I have gone to. They have a radiology department in the same building, as well as primary care doctors, physical therapy, and for workmans comp.

I have no idea what the people that are giving bad reviews are talking about. I have had multiple visits here and the has been wonderful and I’ve never had a problem otherwise.

Have taken my kids here before, and although they are a bit slow, never had any real issues until recently. I took my 17 year old son here at 4:30pm on a Saturday. They close at 5:00. No one else in the waiting area. Was told to go elsewhere because they closed IN A HALF HOUR and the doctor really wanted to go home at 5:00. WOW!Took him to another Urgent Care where he received the treatment he needed (we were in and out in 30 minutes, ironically).

Entered lobby area with people coughing. Told woman at desk the mask dispenser was empty. She told me jokingly Yeah, the kids take them all. Didnt do anything about it. Saw the doctor for a staph infection who walks in, doesnt wash his hands, touches around my staph infection and then leaves without washing his hands! Gives me antibiotics for 7 days, which doesnt kill it completely. Call back for more antibiotics and PA Heather says rather nastily I dont know you and am not giving you any antibiotics without coming in again. I ask her what normal number of days prescription is for staph and she says 7-10 days. So, they dont give you enough antibiotics and then want you to pay again to see them. Forget it! Will go to a more competent place in the future. Cant recommend going there for anything with poor medical practices.

Took our 6 year old son in and was attended quickly. Everyone was kind, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Schabinger was very personable and explained what was occurring and what next steps were. Overall we were super impressed.

I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about honestly. My fiancé called me at 1 am saying he couldn’t open his eyes and was in the worst pain he had ever felt. We were up all night trying things to comfort him but nothing worked. 7:30 finally rolled around and we drove to multiple different places searching for help and we kept getting refused. Finally, we went to this urgent care and they were amazing. Made him as comfortable as possible and although they aren’t professional eye doctors they did everything they could do to make him comfortable. It was a Sunday so no eye doctors were open and able to help so they got him through the day and made him comfortable enough to get some sleep finally. Everyone there was so helpful and kind and truly wanted to help. Thank you.
