Ive had to visit this urgent care twice in the last week. Once for myself and once for my kid. Each time we were in and out of there with diagnosis and prescriptions within an hour. Probably within 40mins on the second visit. For an urgent care clinic, that is super fast. The building is very clean, all staff, nurses and providers are very kind and caring. Even though this location is an hour away from my home,(There is no urgent care in my county) I will continue to come here when my primary care physician is not available. I really cant say enough good things about this place.

Front desk was completely rude. The girls seemed very irritated with everyone who came in. If you don’t like your job try another profession.

Great service and relatively quick care. Although they seem understaffed at times that most likely has more to do with corporate decisions rather than the individual location. Some of the issues I’ve experienced here have more to do with the individuals seeking care. Most don’t appear to have their own healthcare are on government Medicaid programs and somehow think they’re entitled to platinum care level.

This is not an Urgent Care! This is an Emergency Room and they will bill you as such. Carefully consider if this is the place for you.Im a huge fan of UCHealth but if you are on this side of town, I recommend the Centura Urgent Care about a half mile to the west. Youll get billed a much lower rate.Only reason for two stars is because the staff were knowledgeable during my visit.

All the staff from the receptionists, pa’s, nurses and nurse practitioners are so phenomenal and caring. I’ve never felt as much compassion and care from anyone in a medical setting, let alone an urgent care. My visit from start to finish was only maybe an hour with little to no wait time. The facility is clean, organized and they have plenty of COVID19 safety precautions in place. I left the office feeling much better and even a cherry on top with a smile on my face. Much much much appreciation for the staff at UCHealth Urgent Care, I will never go anywhere else for urgent care if I have a say in it.Thank you everyone for taking such good care of me, I’ll never forget it.

Been having a consistent cough for at least a year after quitting smoking, Amanda is a great physician she prescribed the correct meds and my issue was finally resolved

Dr Brad is AMAZING! It’s so hard to find a doctor who actually cares and gives you what is needed. He has treated me and my son and I’d rather come to him verses my primary care doctor which says ALOT. The staff are always nice and it is always quick. I will go to this location over any of the rest.

Very kind and friendly staff. Every person we encountered was so nice and supportive. And we went in an hour before close and I know that was probably frustrating.

Treatment was so fast I’m still in shock. And the staff was amazing. I’ve never had a better experience at an urgent care.

Avoid this place. We all know the US health care is a mess and UCHealth takes gross advantage of this. I walked in because I was new to the state and benefits at my job hadnt started yet, but I was concerned I had broken my foot. Staff was very nice. Had a nurse take a look, but she wasnt sure if the foot was broken or not, was offered x-rays but declined for fear of the cost and because the nurse didnt seem too worried about it, and was given a little boot thing to wear. All in all about 30-45 minutes in and out.Since then Ive been billed three times over the past three months with new charges. When questioned, I was told one bill was for just going into an exam room (seriously), one bill was for the doctors time (never saw a doctor) and one bill was for the visit as a whole (we paid a fee at the time of visit so this new charge is for...funzies?). Over $400 dollars, billed at separate times, without so much as a diagnosis. Seems like they just bill as they feel like it, for any reason imaginable, whenever the mood hits, and without the slightest care that nothing was medically done during my visit, minus a foot squeeze by a nurse.The foot pain was bad, but this place has been a whole lot worse.

Took my sons best friend there for a small cut on his lip requiring 3 stitches. I made the initial assumption that this was an actual urgent care facility with a cash price list...due to the giant neon sign saying urgent care.BLUF: this facility is an emergency room deliberately misleading people into thinking its an urgent care facility using specific legal policies through both signage and the staff responses. The difference being a $500 procedure of 3 stitches is now billed as $3000.I specifically told them he did not have insurance and I wanted to pay cash for the stitches. The desk personnel told me it was no problem and I could pay when he called me to come get him. After picking him up they then informed me it was billed like a hospital, and they werent actually an urgent care facility, there was no cash procedures or even a price list. No explanation as to why I was told otherwise before. I called the facility administration numbers listed in these reviews who told me they actually are instructed to answer questions in a manner that would stop me from seeking care elsewhere, which means in this case...lying to my face at initial reception. Otherwise they have done nothing to assist me. So, his 3 stitches were now billed as $500 for the procedure and an additional $2500 for the ER fee.I will be contacting my congressman and the media about this, and from research im not the only one. It is nothing short of deliberately preying on some of the most vulnerable people possible, those without health insurance.Edited to add: so far I have sent an email to the address listed below with no response whatsoever, and I have a log of 24 attempts tocontact either the facility manager or patient representative over the span of about a month. As of now I have recieved no information nor a single response to the half dozen times I was told they would look into the matter and call me back.

I usually try to go to this urgent care because for the most part the people here are super nice... until you overhear them literally making a joke out of your issue like god I’m just a scared to death 20 year old just trying to figure out what’s going on with me and why I’m feeling the way that im feeling why is there a need to make jokes about it.

Called the number on google and was told they do rapid covid testing. Drove 30 minutes to take the test and then they told me something different when I got there.

Our experience taking my 5 yr old in was awsome! He stuck paper in his ear and wedged it against his ear drum, Shannon and Katir did wonders working to get it out! They did without causing pain! Reception ladys are awsome too thank you team!!

This place is a joke! I went in for a uti and was there for not even twenty mins. Couldnt pay on the spot due to not having insurance and that I had to wait for billing for medicaid might approve of it... Never got asked my income or if I was employed during this awful pandemic. Got billed $170 dollars to pee in a cup and a doctor to prescribed me medication which also was a fortune. Got another bill for $485.98 on top of the $170. How can I be approved by medicaid if you cant get the financial information needed. The doctor was miserable and not friendly at all. I feel sorry for those struggling with more serious problems then a uti. I am employed and left struggling paying this bill. The bill is datwd two weeks ago but didnt recieve in the mail until today leaving in total only two weeks to pay for this bill. No emails no online updates.The whole billing system online is the worse setup. The whole point of urgent care is on the spot treatment to help not put them in debt for a piss cup.

BUYER BEWARE!! This urgent care bills as a hospital-based outpatient facility. I went in for a simple UTI and received a bill (4 months later) for a whopping $2200!! Two THOUSAND dollars!! It says right on the outside of the building in huge letters URGENT CARE, so one would assume it would bill as an urgent care clinic. Ive learned my lesson to stay away from UC Health urgent care clinics. Not that its at the forefront of your mind in an emergency, but learn from my mishap and ask how they bill when you go in. Good luck fellow consumer!In response to UC Healths response: I have contacted billing regarding this issue on multiple occasions. In fact, Ive spent more than 4 hours on the phone since December trying to get this bill figured out, but still no resolution. That is the most frustrating and aggravating part, and the reason for this review. I understand a simple billing error and sometimes a phone call is needed to get it clarified. The problem, though, is the deceptive practice of advertising as though youre an urgent care, but billing as though youre the hospital. THE MAIN REASON PEOPLE GO TO URGENT CARE IS TO NOT GET A HOSPITAL BILL. If I wanted to pay two grand for UTI testing, I would have gone to the ER.

This is far and away the best Urgent Care facility I have ever used. They are kind, professional, with a streamlined check in process. I doubt that I have ever waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. They records of my medical history are impeccable. Treatment is excellent! Facility is spotlessly clean.

I came in this morning for muscle spasms and had a great experience while even in pain. All of the staff showed me a smile without having to remove their masks. The front desk ladies were so sweet and very efficient. The nurse was a doll and also very efficient. Had another young lady who is temporarily a student.. she wont be for long because she is very educated and so sweet.. were lucky to have her in the medical field. Dr. Brita was my doctor and remembered me from 4 years ago. She took my pain seriously and made sure to offer me everything she could. I was given all the options in my treatment and also given a goodrx card to save me money on my prescription. Even though I have to drive further.. I will always go to this location because of the staff and service.

Just had a question about a simple billing thing that I found weird and Hailey or Kaley just hung up on me.So rude, can’t believe these are medical “professionals”Plus, they took an hour to get my arm back into socket probably just to charge me more! I had to listen to them outside my door just laughing and BSing while i clutched my arm in pain.Dr. Coughlin even asked me if I’d let the medical students and staff observe my shoulder. I love this urgent care!The staff is so kind and understanding! I came in with my 3 kids and one was a cranky 4 year old! And not once did I feel judged or rushed! They were understanding and very patient! And they were super quick at getting us seen and out of there! I always prefer going here over the ER!Thank you so much!

I’ve used this urgent care plenty of times and they always take really good care of me. I do have TRICARE and I’ve never had a problem with a bill.I really do recommend this clinic.

Everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable even though I didnt feel well. The PA listened to my concerns and treated the issue while explaining what to expect with my treatment. I definitely recommend this place if you are not needing an emergency room. I will definitely be going back if I need treatment for minor issues.

The front desk, nurse and doctor were so incredibly personal and so caring it honestly touched my heart. I wish and pray that all medical help was like these outstanding people!!!!

Ended up being sent to the ER to have other scans done. Ended up having surgery, but thanks to them calling the info over, it went faster and smoother than usual. Thanks guys!

My VA doctor sent me here in August 2020, we are now in February 2021 and Im playing your turn with UCHealth. This clinic was suppose to bill the VA and instead billed Tricare, now they want me to make a co-pay due to their mistake and I get nothing but the runaround for months. Why should I have to try and reach the VA for a authorization code when the clinic made the mistake. So frustrating, will NEVER so to a UC Health Urgent Care again.

They cleaned out my cuts and stitched me up quick. Very nice people at this place.

Dr Tullberg was literally the most professional and down to earth doctor that Ive ever met! Not to mention his student ( whos name has eluded me) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable !

***UPDATE 8/4/2020***If you have Tricare - STAY AWAY from this place.Per the UCHealth billing department an urgent care visit is an emergency room visit because if it is urgent than it is an emergency never heard of that one before. They also conveniently declined my right to view the disclosures that indicated there would be additional charges.Where does the this place mention that they are Memorial Hospital? I received two separate bills for each visit I made here. I was billed as if I was going to the emergency room. Yes, the NPs are great and the wait times are awesome but why is an URGENT CARE billing as a HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT? I will never go back.

I went into UChealth Urgent Care and was treated with respect and concern. Staff made me feel as comfortable as possible and did all they could to help me.

At UCHealth you get the joy of experiencing a hefty surprise bill in the mail a few weeks after your visit, and a very rude staff. A staff member argued with me when I asked to not have a very expensive procedure done that I did not see necessary. I recommend never going into a UCHealth location under any circumstance, as it can cause a lot more damage to your health than what you went in with.

Im not sure how to rate the urgent care. The staff was great, the care was good, the wait was not long. But...This urgent care bills almost like an Emergency Room. The facilities bill will be separate from the bill for the Physicians care. Also, depending on your insurance, they may charge you for seeing a specialist if you see a nurse practitioner, so the charges piled up for a simple strep test. cost twice as much as other facilities I have recently been to.

Had a great experience here recently. I went during non-peak times; I was one of two people in the lobby. Barely sat down before my name was called. Exam was quick and painless. Doctor and nurses answered all my questions thoroughly. They didnt force any prescriptions on me either; only asked if Id like anything to alleviate the discomfort. Will be going back next time.

Very grateful to the NP who treated my daughter, thanks to him that he realized that my daughter needed emergency medical attention and sent us to the emergency room.. That saved my daughters life.

I had the best experience at this facility. As I am new to the area & found myself in a health crisis, I was extremely nervous. EVERYONE here was personable - from the time I checked to the time I checked out. They made me feel comfortable and for that alone I was grateful. The NP even advised me on some of the local resources. I would easily recommend this urgent care facility.

I took my son here and we were seen IMMEDIATELY!!! It was amazing. There wasnt a soul in the waiting room when we arrived. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are needing to visit an urgent care clinic. I had a horrible experience at a different urgent care and decided to use this facility at my husbands recommendation. My toddler got Nursemaids elbow on a Saturday night and when we realized what was wrong Sunday morning, we wanted to get him immediate relief. I called ahead to make sure it was something they could fix and to see how long of a wait to expect. They were ready for us as soon as we arrived. Every person went interacted with was amazing. The facility was clean and seemed larger than other urgent care locations Ive visited. There was no wait, the administrative staff was quick and courteous, the nurse was waiting by the door to take us back, and the PA we saw was informative and got us fixed and out in no time. This will be the only location Ill use if the need ever arises again.

Minimal waiting and excellent, efficient, professional, kind care at every point from sign in to check out. Best Covid protocols - kept exposure potential to absolute minimum with masks, plexiglas, sanitizers, etc. and even checked out by phone!

They really took the time to listen, analyze, and empathize with what I was experiencing. It seemed as if they weighed not only the data and likely outlook, but considered some practical, everyday factors in, like CARING, and how things might be affecting me day to day. The doctor worked through his thoughts with me, and said one of his considerations was what would I recommend if my wife was experiencing this? It just blew all the rote, take - this - and - call - me - in - the - morning shrug offs completely away. FINALLY, people empathized and wanted to help! They even said, I hope you feel better, as I left! Wow! I felt seen and cared about. AND got thoroughly thought through advice and follow -up directions. I cant be greatful enough! I sure was treated like an individual, and NOT as only a number, or a cluster of diagnoses to be problem solved and moved on from once the answer was found. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!

Went in on Monday! Its Friday...still sick! Had told the doctor I believe its sinus/bronchitis! She requests flu test...30 minutes later-positive. Tamiflu prescribed. Now they will charge me to go back in same week to get antibiotic prescription. Head and chest congested! These doctors and nurses dont even listen to you...who knows my body better than me??????????? Complete waste of time and money!!!!!!!

This is the only Urgent Care I will go to. The staff has always been genuinely caring and respectful. Always listen and very informative. In a world full of hate and no compassion for others, that is commendable.

My kids and I have been here many times. It can take a while to be seen during busy times, but the care is always great. The staff and doctors are attentive and professional! Much better alternative than the ER!

Recently relocated from San Antonio and my provider on Fort Carson was unable to see me until after a month. This urgent care came highly recommend from other spouses on a private Fort Carson spouse page. The provider and staff were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I left feeling encouraged and informed. Suffering from a work out related back injury and provider put my mind at ease about it. Thank you !

Little bit of a wait, but the doctors were nice. They had my insurance on file. Paid $2. Luckily i didnt need stitches, the most compassionate nurses here.

I would give them 5 stars, everyone there was great with me and patient except one person whom seemed to be rushed while fitting me with a brace for my wrist. Its felt like he was rushing there, they werent that busy I went. If he rushes when its not busy how does he act when it is busy.

I went in with severe stomach pain and vomiting the got me hooked up to fluids right away and gave me some meds to stop the vomiting. By the time I left I was feeling much better.

10 minutes and $522 later... I would highly recommend anyone who has little to no insurance stay as far away from here as possible. I went in for what could only be described as a simple infected wound I suspected I needed to get antibiotics for. Other urgent cares here in town I have been to in the past charged me $95.While the person at the front desk and everyone at the facility is admittedly friendly, they were clearly a part of a larger scam aimed to make money over helping people. I explained I had no coverage and asked for a ballpark of what I was getting into and repeatedly told they couldnt give me any idea whatsoever. Several months later Ive been hit with over $520 worth of charges for a visit which entailed no more than 4 minutes of useless discussion and one prescription being written.Again, very friendly staff but if you dont have premium health coverage make an appointment anywhere else or with a primary care physician. This is an emergency room labeled as Urgent Care that is clearly out to make UC Health a profitable business and not an honest healthcare provider.

My second time there and both times there was not a long wait. The people who work there including the doctors were extremely Pleasant and caring. This will be my regular Clinic from now on!

Waited to be seen for two hours overall. The doctor came in very briefly, to listen to my heart and whatnot. She left to run a urine sample. She never asked my symptoms either. About 10 minutes later she sent in a nurse to discharge me and prescribed me nausea medication for the nausea I didnt have or say I had since my symptoms werent asked. I questioned the nurse who didnt seem to know what was going on and she couldnt give me an explanation and discharged me anyways with a diagnosis of a gastrointestinal infection. Now Ill be on my way to the ER instead. They were kind of busy for it being 4pm, apparently too busy to give good care and pay enough attention to detail.

Don’t love having to come here but love the staff here. They are fast and nice! We’ve always had great service here and we are extremely grateful they are here. Thank you for being human!

I very rarely go to an urgent care and part of the reason why is how I have been treated in the past. This urgent care has been phenomenal to me. From the front desk to every person who helped me treated me kindly and with care. Aaron, Riley, Jesse and Cindy were the staff who were helping me. I felt absolutely horrible and I was thankful that someone explained and guided me through what I needed to do to take care of myself. I strongly recommend this urgent care to anyone who is seeking help for an urgent situation.

Was recently in town,and suffering from a migraine attack(a very bad attack) my family recommended this clinic rather than the actual emergency room of the local hospital..Long story short,they checked me in,maybe a 15 min wait if that.The staff was fantastic Amanda Bishop FNP-C was the one who treated me and she was awesome the nurse Sarah was excellent she knew exactly what to do for a migraine sufferer and both of them treated me like a patient and not a number..My prescription was sent to the nearest Walgreens in a timely manner.From beginning to end the whole ordeal might have taken 2 hours which includes picking up meds. Thank you sincerely Amanda and Sarah for knowing what to do to make me better fast and really listening to the patient.This place is definitely better than the hospital emergency room.

This is always the only urgent care I go to. I also have a neurologist and a cardiologist through uchealth. At this urgent Care they are very friendly. Very quick in and out. Nurse practitioner was nice and very knowledgeable on this visit. Staff was very friendly. Received more information and care then my daughter did at her PCM. Would definitely highly recommend

WOW! We are new to the area I wasnt sure if they took our insurance I called the front desk lady check for me she was very friendly! The moment I walked in with my daughter they were very attentive got her back right away cheered her up got an X-ray cleaned up her hand and we were out the door with in 30 minutes!!! The doctor was very nice and so was the staff. Very clean!!!

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. It wasnt busy and I was seen right away.The foyer/front waiting room smelled horrible. No, really, they smelled bad.

Absolutely great experience. I hate doctors offices and my toddler never gets sick so she rarely has to see a doctor. We did not have to wait long to be seen when I brought my toddler in for an injury. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor we saw laid out all of our options and gave me choices for what would be best for my daughter and what the procedures were and her recovery time would be. They treated my daughter with respect and kindness and explained everything to her so she had nothing to be afraid of. I would absolutely go back again if we needed a doctor.

My family always has a good experience when we come to this UCC. We always feel heard and receive the treatment needed. Everyone in the clinic is kind and caring.

I really like this hospital, my son had to have surgery and the doctors and staff made sure he was comfortable and made sure I knew every detail of what was going to happen with the procedure. They were caring and actually took the time to tend to my sons specific needs.

Visited for children breathing problem. Doctor understood problem and provided recommendation. Short wait time and front deck was aware of surroundings and provided barf bag without being asked!

I have only visited this place twice. Each time I received top notch service. The staff has always been very attentive to my needs. Yes a few times I had to wait but I completely understand how triage works. All the staff at this facility deserve a huge pat on the back.

Being an ex employee of uchealth and knowing the ends and outs of this company, I was pleasantly surprised as to how good I was treated. Everyone was so nice and professional. UCHEALTH has definitely stepped their game up regarding customer service.

I came in with an extremely painful dog bite 10 minutes before they closed. I thought they may turn me down and tell me to go to the ER, as most Urgent Cares in the past have. Not only did they see me, they took such good care of me and were SO nice. 100/10 would recommend. The nurse was the nicest of all, she took really good care of me and actually made me smile and laugh despite how much pain I was in. I’m so grateful for this urgent care and their employees.

This is my go to urgent care clinic. I can always get in quickly, the people are very kind, and the waiting rooms/offices are really clean. Ive only had one bad experience with a doctor, and that was more of personal health care choice that she didnt agree with.

Awesome experience..not a long wait in waiting room or room. My issue was priority while in room.

We had been traveling all night and our baby girl was sick with an ear infection so we stopped here. We were in and out within the hour. The staff was extremely friendly and the doctor (Dr.Tullberg) was awesome with our kids, friendly, and very knowledgeable. This was by far one of the best urgent care experiences I have ever had.

I have first and second degree burns on my face hands and chest. It was from a bad reaction to an antibiotic. They treated me like an addict who wanted pain meds. WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED AND SAID, I don’t want opioids. Nothing. Just burn cream. I even complained to management about how poorly I was treated. All I wanted was burn cream. What a terrible experience. WILL NEVER GO BACK

This place is awesome. Very respectful staff and extremely fast to see my son when he was sick with a weird cough. They gave him exactly what he needed and I was in and out of here in like 30 or 45 mins. Great place!

THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE. They bill as an outpatient hospital, charging you a physician fee and a facility fee. Truly unethical. Not sure what makes them believe they can do this. My 20 minute visit for an ear infection cost me $300. I might as well have gone to the ER in the middle of the night when my pain started. It would have cost less. My insurance disputed the claim unsuccessfully and the UCHealth rep I spoke with on the phone stated that he receives multiple complaints concerning this, yet they have not made any changes. Really disappointed. I will not be returning to any UCHealth facilities.
