The staff was all very friendly, and did a great job making me feel comfortable and overall explaining my care! They helped me determine what I was feeling and how to move forward. Even the process of drawing blood (which I am usually nervous about) was quick and easy and painless! I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care.

I was seen in a timely fashion. Chris the NP was amazing. He really listened to what my concerns were and was really nice about it. and yeah he got me out of there quickly. THANK YOU CHRIS FOR BEING AWESOME.

First time visiting here for my daughter. It was very fast and easy. Wating room was clean. Everyone was very kind and professional. Made us feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely will go back and highly recommend to anyone.

Chris was amazing! I felt so safe and well taken care of with his gentle words explaining everything in detail, the nursing staff was incredible as well! Caleb was great with all the questions and getting blood work done quick and easy, definitely a great place to go when in need!

I was having stomach pains and complained to my wife,I never knew this place was so close to our house,We arrived in about 7 minutes after signing in we waited about 10 minutes and was called to the exam room, after a few tests the nurse came out and told me that the surgeon was waiting for me at the hospital and that I had severe appendicitis and diverticulitis, they saved my life. We went to Penrose hospital and low and behold they were ready and waiting for me. After the surgery was performed I found out that the surgeon was married to the surgeon that performed my spinal surgery, small world. I never got a chance to thank the staff who were such professional people and And really caring but thanks for saving my life and may God bless you all.

Best experience I’ve ever had at urgent care. So incredibly helpful and listened to me! My own doctor wouldn’t return my call or the triage so I had to go to urgent care for a reaction to amoxicillin. They knew exactly what to do and took time to hear my situation. Went above and beyond. I honestly am so grateful and feeling better already. Thank you.

Went in needing to get stitches, best overall experience I’ve had with an urgent care. Staff was extremely quick and nice. Dr. Chris did great work on arm, kept you calm and collected while doing a procedure, will recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs one!

The staff was very pleasant and I was helped in a timely manner. I do have a concern, though:The gentleman who helped me with my knee brace had me put it on backwards and never said a word as I walked out with it on...still backwards. When he first went to put it on, it was correct and then he quickly turned it around. I was waiting for him to say something about it being backwards but he never did. This seems like a very odd thing to do and I am wondering if this happened due to a lack of experience with the device or who knows what else? Either way, it could have caused further injury if I didnt know it was on wrong.

This was the best urgent care alive ever been too! got my daughter seen, did breathing treatment, took chest X-ray all promptly and while making sure I was informed. Gave my kids popsicles to make the experience run smoothly too

All the staff is very nice and compassionate! From jump everyone was helpful and responsive. I got seen quickly, they explained everything and followed with any questions. Also an incredibly clean facility! I will absolutely recommend them!

Everyone was very friendly and informative. They were very busy but I didnt feel like they were rushing anything. Will definitely go back if necessary.

This was my first visit at this facility, I went as a walk in. There was only one other patient waiting. My wait time in the waiting room was 10 minutes, Caleb took me back to a room and was able to get me started with my testing, Debra came in and went over my results. Everything was done in a timely matter and all staff was great!

So great with kids! My daughter had to get stitches and they were so kind and made everything as fun and pain free as possible. They were also pretty fast at getting us in and out in a very reasonable time.

First visit here. I was short of breath, rapid heart rate and heart palpitations.The whole staff was great! Loved the receptionist, she was knowledgable, and pleasant to speak with. I must have hit it at the right time, because the time I spent there was relatively short comparatively to other urgent care facilities Ive been to in the past.Their NP, Chris, took time to addressed all my concerns and questions. An EKG was done as well. I walked out of there with a referral to a Cardiologist, and some peace of mind. Im glad I went to this facility, Id recommend them to anyone and if need be, Ill return to this urgent care in the future. Thank you guys, I appreciate you!

I would 100% recommend coming here. It was probably the greatest and most timely experiences I’ve had at an urgent care.The whole staff was quick and attentive to my needs and concerns and validated what was going on with me both physically and mentally/emotionally.

The wait time was short. The staff was friendly. The NP spent a good amount of time with my daughter explaining everything and reassuring us. I left feeling like we were ok and had all of our questions answered.The receptionist was very sanitary and made sure to have everyone sanitize their hands before touching everything, so that was a HUGE plus in her part!!

Went to see them for an X-ray got the x-ray and they notice the suturing done by the emergency room at Saint Francis wasn’t good enough so they fixed me up. They gave me more stitches and really cleaned up the shotty work I received from the big box emergency room. I was seeing quickly and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Very professional will use them again if necessary.

Ive had my fair share of urgent care visits and this place FAR exceeded my expectations. Every single person there was super friendly, pleasant, and funny. From the time I checked in to the time I walked out the door was well under an hour. This will definitely be my go to urgent care! Phenomenal experience. Thank you!

Everyone at this facility is excellent!! Each one of them made me feel very safe and cared for. It was easy to get in and out. My injuries required x-rays and the results were reported back within 15 minutes. Excellent and efficient care!! I highly recommend this facility! If I ever need urgent care again when visiting this area, I will go back to them.

I had such a great experience here. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The facility was clean and cheerful. I normally hate going to urgent cares but this was such a stress free visit- aside from my illness. This will definitely be my “primary” urgent care and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

I honestly don’t know how to adequately describe how amazing the staff are at this facility. My husband went here after hurting his back a couple weeks ago and came home telling me what a positive experience it was (fast, nice staff, etc). I brushed it off until I ended up there today with a broken foot—turns out, he was right. Chris, Rob, and Caleb (nurse practitioner, x-ray, and MA I believe) are three of the most knowledgeable, kind, funny, and caring people I’ve met in a long time. I’ve become accustomed to medical offices with long waits, inattentive staff, and doctors that are dismissive and poor listeners. Not here. Thank you so much for truly caring for us both in every way possible. We’re so grateful, and feel very lucky to have met you all.

I picked this Urgent care for several reasons 1. They are Centura associated 2. The high rating on Google. They were definitely not the closest Urgent care to my house but I thought wed try this one for those 2 reasons. I was not disappointed. My 9y.o. daughter had a severe rash that had gotten worse throughout the day and we needed answers fast. The staff from the front desk checkin person to the NP were all fantastic. Very helpful and very good with my daughter. And we werent there ALL night. Highly recommend this Urgent care.

The staff at Powers Pointe Urgent Care were wonderful. I had step on a nail and need a tetanus shot. They had me in and out in half a hour and my interaction with the staff was friendly and welcoming. Debra and Katrina were both incredibly helpful and friendly. Cheyanne at the desk was an absolute delight. This is the only Urgent Care I will go to and for me it is well worth the extra drive.

I am so glad I found this urgent care!! Every single person you come into contact with is extremely pleasant. They are all very kind and caring. The NP that works here ACTUALLY LISTENS, is incredibly knowledgeable, and has marvelous bedside manner. I highly recommend them!! :)

I am an ER Nurse so I was really dreading going to Urgent Care, but I had held off as long as and had to. I had an excellent experience with both Chris (Medical assistant) and Chris (NP). The service was quick, warm, and effective! I will go back to this Urgent Care in the future!

This is a team that genuinely cares and takes time to listen to you. I absolutely love the guys here, it was my first time in today and Rob the radiologist was the first to greet me, he was friendly and quick to jump in and help. They were quick to see me, no waiting around. Caleb was my medical assistant and again so kind, relatable, explained everything to me in detail. I saw Chris as my NP and I would see him everyday if I could. Such a sweet, genuine person. He listened, and discussed every option, test, and medication in detail. I felt very comfortable here and highly recommend this facility! Theres a reason they are 5 star rated! Just a bonus they all happen to be very good looking as well.They deserve all the praise they get and please pass along how grateful I am to each of them!:)

I went in only to get my cough under control so I could get the pain with my fibroids under control. I learned there were other things that were concerning so Im in the process of having it looked at. The staff was professional, efficient, friendly an compassionate. If you need an urgent care to go to this is the one I recommend, they will take care of you as best as they can.

My experience at Powers Pointe Urgent Care was excellent. I wasn’t able to get in to my PCP or OB for my health concern, but was able to be seen right away at this location. During a particularly scary situation, the staff treated me so well and were very professional and comforting to both me and my husband. From the receptionist who checked us in, to the tech who performed my intake, to the nurse practitioner, everyone was wonderful. The nurse practitioner was very thorough, reassuring, and fast acting. He made sure my concerns were addressed, questions were answered, tests were ordered quickly, and that the plan of care was something we could all agree with and feel comfortable with. I would definitely recommend this facility!

I had a wonderful experience here today. The front office administrator was very kind and friendly. The medical assistant who helped me, Morgan I believe, was great and NP Chris was very knowledgeable, listened to me, and made be feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I waited maybe 2 minutes to be seen and was in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this office!

First off, let me start by saying NP Dr. Chris is great. He is very communicative and knowledgeable. That’s the reason I went here again for a second time when I experienced a bloody cough. However, Chris was not there during my bad experience. I came in for a bloody cough (covid negative) and was told by the Nurse Practioner Debra Jane Tota that I had signs of a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in lung). I’m young, have a family history of blood clots, and moved here alone so that really scared me. Dr. Debra Jane Tota ordered me a d-dimer blood test and said the results would be in within a few hours and she would make sure to call me. I’ve been so terrified awaiting results to see if I have more signs of a PE. It is now the next morning and no results have been back. I called the front desk and they told me Debra would call me within the hour. About 3 hours later, I get a call from Dr. Chris saying that the lab DISCARDED MY BLOOD but marked it as “pending” still. Had to go back in and get my blood drawn again. This is the most unprofessional urgent care ever.

The staff members were all amazing. It was quick and to the point, yet thorough. They got me taken care of and I left with all questions and concerns addressed. Each member of the staff that I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of business. They followed up with me immediately to make sure my referral had gotten taken care of as well. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with this place. The staff was fantastic and really listened to our concerns. They took a complete history of our little guy and even did xrays on site. This is my go to Urgent Care Clinic in the springs for sure.

I got sick two days before a scheduled overseas trip. The symptoms were pretty sever so I obviously was very concerned about the cause and severity. I thought the problem might be a kidney stone so I called my normal provider to see it I could get in for a diagnostic x-ray on a same day basis. The x-ray tech at my provider was off so they could not provide the quick turn around I needed.. Multiple calls to other providers including my urologist returned the same result, though often for other reasons. Ultimately, I found Powers Point who assured me they could provide the diagnostic services I needed on a quick turn around. In the end they ordered a CAT scan which I received a few hours later. The scan provided the critical information necessary to alert me to a previously unidentified health issue and pointed me to the follow-up treatment required. Bottom line I got the help I needed in the time frame I needed it. I leave on my trip tomorrow and I know how to manage the issue.

It was great. Everyone was so nice and patient. Very helpful. My son had a hair tourniquet. It was very upsetting to my son (hes 2 1/2) the staff was so nice. The nps were great as well as the ma. They made a bad situation so much better. I will be back if I ever need urgent care.

Nobody wants to go to an urgent care anytime... let alone on a Sunday before the work week. This team was amazing. Cannot thank Chris, Cat, Rob, and Niko for making one of the sporadic life events that we dread dealing with, seamless and fast. Took my baby in and they got him in within 5 minutes. Decided baby needed to go to the hospital and they were very professional in keeping me and babes comfortable. They promptly called childrens and took advice to get him stabilized before ambulance came.

Chris and his team were amazing! From the moment I walked into the door to the moment I left I had a great experience. The PSR, MA, rad tech and NP all treated me with kindness. The clinic was very clean and I saw someone wiping down touched surfaces with disinfectant wipes. There was barely no wait time at all and chris took the time to really figure out what was going on with me. This team definitely goes above and beyond and I’m grateful for their sincerity!

My husband and I went to this location yesterday for our Covid vaccine. They were extremely organized, efficient and professional. At a time when anxiety seems to be the rule, the people at this location were able to make you feel relaxed and well cared for.
