Excellent lab. In and out of lab on a Friday morning in record time. And results of lab work viewable on portal two hours after blood was drawn. Rooms clean, chairs socially distanced and everyone wearing masks and wearing them correctly. Treated with respect and compassion.

This double billing is getting out of hand. They quickly charge you for the services but then a month later you get another bill for the doctor/radiologist to see you for all of 5 minutes or snap 5 x-rays.If this place isnt the textbook version of whats screwed with our health care system I dont know what is.

I have to leave this doctor’s office and should have a long time ago. Took them 8 months to diagnose my lung cancer and by that time it was stage 4, and I finally had to ask for a CT scan or I would be dead by now. Before diagnosis I asked for an upper GI and it took them over a month to get that for me. So I had an appointment on May 15, 2020, and last week tried to get a prescription filled for my blood pressure medicine which I had filled by the doctor on May 7th and have been taking for more than 6 months. Talked to the RN nurse and she said they had no record of the script. When I told her I could give her the script number she wasn’t interested. When I called back to get status, the same RN nurse tells me the doctor doesn’t want me on that medicine but my previous one. I told her the previous one made my ankles swell. She said I have to make a new appointment with the doctor. I told her I just had an appointment but she insisted. I told her I’ll just find a new doctor. Very sad! Now I see why they have such a low rating!

The doctors are amazing 90% of the time for both me and my wife.Just bare in mind they arent specialists so if you have sleep disorders, heart issues, etc., your best bet is to go to a specialist. For general care and checkups, this is definitely one of the best places in town.

Had imaging last October.(My1st MRI)I was considerably late for 1st appt.& had to reschedule. Staff very understanding. My following visit(s) were ecceptionally pleasant. The staff made my experience a favourable one.They were not only efficient and informative but very compassionate. I would recommend anyone a little anxious regarding having a MRIor other Imaging procedure to definitely consider this location if it all possible.

The staff was friendly enough, except when I asked how much it would cost, they said my insurance would take care of it. However, I received a bill for about $250 after insurance discounts for 5 minutes with a doctor. Absolutely absorbed pricing. Dont go unless you know your insurance covers it, because they will lie to you.

The urgent care staff are the absolute worst! Extremely rude (even with regards to children)! Will never ever go back there again. We have a few friends of ours who also had to go here and have similar experiences.
