I am a nervous dental patient, but my root canal at Springs Family Dental was the most comfortable I’ve ever been during a dental procedure. Dr. Terveen is great about telling you what he is doing step-by-step. They used top-notch instruments and tools that made the experience much more bearable. Also, the entire staff is super friendly. I can’t say enough about this place!

This is a small family practice, and I can’t express enough of how wonderful, friendly and super personable they are! I had a terrible experience with a previous dentistry, which made me feel like I was just a number that needed to pay them so much money for oral issues that weren’t even issues at all. Here, they listen, are extremely gentle, patient and walk you through everything. They remembered me by name and face, and like I’ve stated, they are super personable.If you’re considering a family dentistry, consider this one! You’ll feel like family here, and that is something that’s super important to me!

When you see 5 stars you wonder, but you shouldnt. This office truly IS 5 star dentist place. Michael is an amazing professional, even if on the younger side. He knows what he is doing, explains perfectly every step, friendly, doesnt pressure to do more than absolutely needed, even if offering more options, and does the job quick yet solid. The office (run by Patty) is super-friendly, feels like a family the moment you walk in, and stays like it. Patty will call your insurance as many times as needed and surrounds you with such warmth, you will not want to leave.

Extremely professional yet very comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Terveen is everything you want in a dentist. Hes very smart, likable, diligent, and compassionate. Every aspect of my checkup was explained perfectly. Highly recommend this staff!

This is by far the easiest, most relaxing, and friendly dental office I have ever been to. Literally the entire staff is absolutely amazing! Shout out to Penny, Julene, Nicole and Dr. Terveen. I moved down to COS from Denver. Been seeing my old dentist for almost 20 years. I was nervous to switch but had a hard time making my last few scheduled appointments in Denver. Dr. Terveen has been a easy transition. I found his staff to be super polite and fun. His office is equipped with some pretty fancy tech and has made some of my dental work a breeze. Not to mention doing things the way of more modern dentistry. I have had such a great experience that I am having my boyfriend come here when he is ready. Can not recommend enough.

Dr. Terveen is amazing. His entire staff is amazing as well. I had put off my dental cleanings and check-ups for quite a long time due to my unreasonably high fear of dentists. He checked everything over and I received an EXCELLENT care plan printed up for me and explained in great detail. I wish I wouldve done this far sooner. I need some work, but its definitely attainable. I would (and will) recommend this solid crew to ANYONE! TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHOMPERS!

Just moved to the state so imagine hard to find a good dentist. Was recommended by a co-worker and definitely was not disappointed. So friendly, efficient, intelligent and through. Staff was great too. Discussed in length my plan and options. Reasonably price as well thru my insurance. He is my dentist from now on.

Had a root canal. Quite pleasant, oddly enough. Doc is funny and an expert. Skilled hand. He really understands people and putting them at ease. Staff is professional and kind. Can’t ask for a better root canal. I’d probably choose this over another zoom meeting.

My family has been getting our dental work done here for over 3 years now. My husband and I both have great experiences with dental cleanings with Julene.We have been taking our toddler for about a year and a half. Julene and Dr. Terveen are great with her! Didn’t put five starts only because this was my first appointment and no actual dental work has been done yet. From my first consult appointment, Staff were friendly, timely, and caring. Doctor was very nice and understanding and was realistic about what I needed and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I look forward to working with him.

I hate going to the dentist, and usually wait until I can’t stand it anymore. I had to have an extraction, and if it’s possible to have a pleasant experience at the dentist, this was it. Dr Terveen explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Highly Recommended! Everyone is friendly and they make you feel right at home. I was really nervous coming to this appointment as I departed my previous dentist after an 2 issues had occurred. The staff of Dr Terveens office made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything they were doing. They explained my options, gave me the pros and cons to make a better choice. They actually showed me pictures of my teeth, before and after the work was completed. I wish my wife and I would have changed over sooner.

I arrived and departed as fast as it takes to extract a tooth. It was simple and quick. That was nice. Seems to me that their Professionalism was exemplified through their efficiency and being informative at every step of the procedure. They were kind and a bit humorous. It was a fantastic experience.

Great place! The staff is very friendly and welcoming: everyone from the receptionist to the assistant to the dentist himself :) The office is clean and never did I feel rushed or like I was in a factory. Dr. Mike was very informative and patient with all my questions. He also gave me different options for treatment. Highly recommended!

Good atmosphere friendly staff. I signed up for their membership plan which offered a 15% discount not stackable with insurance. The dentist was great i felt my comfort was a priority as well as the quality of his work. I had a root canal it was painless and done right.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and thorough. The hygienist does a great job working with my 7 year old daughter. Very patient and thorough cleaning and even got X-rays. I am also pleased with the cleaning she gave me. Again, very thorough and explained to me areas I was missing. Thank you Springs Family Dental!

Honestly, from the first moment I came into contact with this office, it was a positive experience. The receptionist was awesome on the phone making the initial appointment and has continued to be incredibly helpful and cheerful. The dental assistant is super sweet. The hygienist did an amazing and thorough job. And Dr. Terveen is very very good. Least traumatic fillings I have EVER had. And I’ve been to a lot of dentists in multiple states. He seems genuine and dedicated. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience! Literally could not have been better. I brought my 4 old (who, due to moving across the country, hadnt been to the dentist in over a year- hello mom fail- and had expressed some fear beforehand, as in: I. Will. Never. Go. To. The. Dentist) along with my 15 month old, in for checkups. The staff- from the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dr.- was amazingly caring and attentive. They called my son by his nickname (which was asked for in the paperwork filled out beforehand), immediately putting him at ease; explained everything they were doing so he knew what was happening; patiently listened to him and let him choose (and re choose) his toothpaste flavor. They treated us all with kindness and respect. My son was truly excited about his experience, and cant wait to go back. The whole family will be going to Springs Family Dental from now on.

I have been a patient of Dr.Terveen for nearly 4 years now and he is stellar! Very professional and personable. He has done work for me that usually wouldnt be asked of him. Him and his office went out of their way to reattach a retainer that had broken off and is always quick to delegate the speciality work that is out of his realm to his colleagues. I look forward to my bi-annual visits and to see how him & his office are faring!

Same day appointment for my tooth extraction. My gum was numbed before the anesthetic was injected. I had a difficult tooth but the dentist removed it without added pain. I was instructed to avoid a dry socket. Both dentist, receptionist and dental assistant were nice and polite. Was not expensive.

Dr Terveen is great. Hes funny and personable, which makes you comfortable; but is also a top-notch dentist. His staff is friendly and efficient. I have been to him several times after my dentist retired. I would recommend Mike and his staff!

I got a bill.Twice, during my visit, I asked Is this procedure covered under my insurance? Both times I was told yes.When I was finished with my visit, I was presented with some prices on paper, for my future visits. I asked, what is this? Is this my bill?The receptionist said, no you dont owe us anything.I told the receptionist. The last time I went to a dentist and they told me I didnt owe them anything, I ended up in collections!They gave me another appointment, and said I was good to go.Two weeks later I get a bill in the mail!Which makes me think!This dentist tells me that the root canal my dentist did 15+ years ago, is bad, and I have an infection from it. He gives me a business card for a guy who fixes that kind of thing.The dentist who did the root canal, is the Dentist, who had been dealing with my teeth from the time I had teeth! Until the last time I saw him for the root canal 15 + years ago!Since that root canal , I have seen several dentist, in a number of states, for typical dental appointments and one tooth removal.None of those Dentist told me I had a bad root canal, and none of those dentist gave me a card to go some where else.Apparently this dentists parents couldnt afford for him to go to dental school! So now you pay!My wife went to this dentist first, for the same procedures with the same insurance.She had no charge and I get charged!Their excuse is, they, think they know how much insurance company might cover! They already processed the same claim! Why are they guessing!The whole medical/insurance/pharmacy complex is corrupt!I demanded to pay for the services I received on the day of and I was rebuffed!

I was able get an appointment even for the next day! This was my first visit to Springs Family Dental. I have a fear of going to the dentist so this is the very last place I want to be. but they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The staff is very helpful and out going. They explained what is to happen before it was done, so I knew what to expect. I was in for my six month cleaning. Every time I go to Springs Family Dental, I am welcomed and received as family. Yes, everyone there is professional but they go above and beyond to really make you feel at home. It doesnt matter if it is a routine check up or an emergency situation, they take great care of you, and your smile. I think the only thing that might make you feel more at home, is if they had cookies baking in an oven while you are there, just for the smell, probably not good for the smile or the waistline, LOL.
