I’ve been going here for over 4 years and all of a sudden they have been rude and nasty to me asking for insurance. Which can easily be taken care of a the front desk when I arrive to my appointment just like it has in the past. I understand they need my insurance information but they need to work on customer service. Also I called and made an appointment and they mysteriously didn’t have me down so I wasted a whole morning taking off work for nothing because apparently someone doesn’t know how to do their job. Very annoyed at this point because I got threatening and harassing voicemails saying they were going to reschedule me and make me pay out of pocket for a check up, cleaning because they call me at 7 in the morning demanding my insurance when I need to get my son to school and get to work, calling me at Inconvenient times. This is a joke and i will be talking to higher ups upon my arrival today.

New to the area and trying to find doctors, I made appointments for 1st visit exam/xrays, cleaning for my husband for yesterday. The office on 21st was closed. I called and they answered the phone Star Dental Institute! WHAT??? On top of that, they are on Tenderfoot Hill St!! AND THEY DONT DO ANY CLEANING! There are 2 doctors there she said and they dont clean teeth and dont have a hygentist! What the heck is going on??? Just cancelled the whole thing. Back to square one!

Great personal experience. Everyone is very friendly, Myra was wonderful and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my new teeth. 😊

This is By Far the BEST place to go in Colorado Springs! They are not only kind and gentle but also they help you with Insurance and Have their own Laboratory! One day Seevice with a smile and a gentle touch, what else could you ask for???!!!???

The people I’ve dealt with appear to be experienced and they have been very courteous to me. I’m amazed at the prices and how reasonable they are.

This is a dental group that not only thoroughly knows what its doing but also knows its patients and treats them with respect and kindness. You will always get a smile here. The work they do is beautifully done and with your comfort in mind. This clinic and itsstaff, all of them, are in a class of excellence above others. I would not go to see another dentist. They are in a word, Awesome.

Very nice very thorough comprehensive exams. Everything was explained in great detail. My wait time was approximately 2 minutes if you have any Dental needs they will do their best to get you in as fast as possible I highly recommend Star Dental

Terrible client service and communication. On my first visit, I arrived early to fill out any paperwork and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The hygienist did not know how to use any equipment and it took multiple (painful) tries for her to take my x-rays. My second visit was moved to another location which was not communicated to me until the day before my appointment. During this appointment, the hygienist did my cleaning and I only saw the dentist for a 5 second peek into my mouth. My third appointment was canceled due to COVID-19 but this was not communicated to me until I called to confirm my appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment because I had not received the usual appointment confirmation call. I was told that my appointment had been canceled and no reschedule date was available at the time (this was in July 2020 when most dentist were seeing patients again). The receptionist was unapologetic and seemed annoyed I had called to confirm my appointment as she had not done her job but was planning on calling me later in the day. If you want to only see a hygienist during your appointment and deal with staff that does not care about their patients, then this is the place for you!

I LOVE the entire Staff at 21st Street Dental Group!! They are very friendly and courteous!! They always greet me by my first name and reassure me that everything will be fine during my visit!! They are prompt and just.. OUTSTANDING!! Thank you!!

Dr. Moore is the best. I’ve been seeing him for the last 5 years and he’s literally taken such great care of me.

These guys were great I went in to have them look at a tooth I thought was cracked and they were able to get it temporarily fixed that day. The whole process was quick and painless and they explained everything before doing it including any out of pocket expense I will definitely go back in the future.

I had an excellent experience with this store the people were real cordial and decent and tried to do the best they could to make me happy I am very happy at this point full set of dentures in when I got home at noonish I ate food and it didnt even get up underneath my plate now thats what I think is good Im having a little issue with the bottom plate because I havent had any there for a long time but I put some of the poligrip on there Annette that plate doesnt move anywhere and it works just great I cant keep my tongue out of the way but feels like I got a mouthful I think you guys are doing such a wonderful job......

This place was awesome! They have great friendly attitudes, the atmosphere is relaxed. Very clean but not sterile feeling. They did not make me feel bad for having a broken tooth like others have done in the past. Instead they explained the plan in detail checked with me for questions and concerns and got me on my way. This is definitely the dentist office for me!

They do not answer there phone I am a patient here and I have been trying to get someone to call me back for a month now,getting very irritated.I have left several msg.and even tried to get a appointment on the website.

Sure would be nice if they had anyone to answer their phones.

I hate the dentist. But Dr. Moore and Dr. Randy are awesome. The office staff is top notch. Tracy is great to deal with.

The staff are all exceptionally friendly and very caring!

Dr Randy and Kyle are amazing and make you feel comfortable and they definitely know how to take care of there patients.

Star Dental going the extra mile.

Why set somebody up an appointment, and tell them that you will do dental work and then not? Had my wife called to set up an appointment which she told them we needed dental work the same day. They said of course but I’m assuming that was just to get us to come in. Thank you for wasting my day.
