We miss Dr. Couchman, but we are so Blessed to have Dr. Sayers as our permanent dentist. We really like him and our patients really like him! He is a young version of Dr. Couchman...preforms all the services the office is known for including implant placement and restoration, oral surgery, root canals, crowns and dentures. It can all be done in one location with the same quality our patients are used to! Our hygienist, Lelah, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth today. And Couchman Center for Complete Dentistry continues to follow all the safety guidelines set forth by the ADA, OSHA, CDA and government guidelines. We intend to continue the legacy that Couchman Center for Complete Dentistry has established.

One of my crowns came out. They were quite accommodating with my schedule during the holidays and were very professional, courteous and treated me like family. They were amazing.

Had a root canal and crown all done in one convenient appointment! While walking out of the dentist office to my car, I realized that the whole left side of my face felt better than it had in YEARS! Didnt realize how beneficial a root canal could be to my overall well being! Feels great to be able to enjoy food and drinks without worrying if they will cause tooth/nerve pain. Dr. Couchman has performed outstanding, competent dental work for me and my family for over 25 years. He continues to stay current in the industry and his excellent work demonstrates this. I am always grateful to be in capable hands. The dental assistants have also shown tremendous care and effectiveness in their work. The practice has a new dental hygienist, Cristina, who is excellent. She takes the appropriate time to do a careful cleaning without hurting the patient. Her training exceeds what is required of a person in her job. The entire staff have always been courteous. I have great confidence in this dental practice and have not hesitated to recommend them.

Dr Couchman and the entire staff were absolutely amazing! They were warm, friendly, and took the time to answer questions, as well as explain their procedures, and just plain make me feel at home. I had been told that I needed scaling, that I had the beginning of periodontal disease. After doing a thorough exam, I found out that I didn’t have periodontal disease after all! I’m so glad I went to them!!! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

For not being to the dentist in over 3 years, I was very nervous for the news that I would get in regards to my teeth. However, my teeth cleaning was a piece of cake! Every staff member there has a heart of gold. They are all attentive and caring. My dental hygienist, Julie, really examined my mouth and took her time to leave me feeling minty fresh! I am looking forward to going back and getting my bleach trays for my wedding, and feeling even more confident about my smile!

Couchman Center for Complete Dentistry is a great place! The entire staff is both friendly and professional and I really feel like they care about you. Just had 2 crowns put in this morning (start to finish) and everything went perfectly! Highly recommend!

The Dr. is awesome but his receptionist is rude every time I call . She’s been there to long and does not value her job or there customers ! My husband used to go to this dentist also loved him . But could not deal with the receptionist !!! I called to reschedule my dentist apt it was a big to do when I was done she’s like are you positive you can come in that day !!!! I am paying three hundred out of my pocket plus insurance ! First time I rescheduled this apt !!!! I had a screw in my tire tires need to be replaced ! Over thousand one hundred I need to come up with to be able to drive ! Sorry I need to work take my kids back and fourth to school ! It’s all about priorities ... Really ! So I will be looking for a new Dentist ! With a more professional receptionist !!!!

Dr. Couchman has provided dental services for me and my family for 23 years. His work is excellent and he has high ethical standards. He is the rare dentist who continues to update his personal knowledge and equipment to provide the best practice possible. The hygienist, Julie, has a high level of education and is very skilled.

As a 40-year old whose teeth had never been great, and got more crowded as I got older, I opted for Fast Braces. The experience at Couchman Dental was great. I have severe anxiety about the dentist and the staff including Dr Couchman have always been sensitive to that. Last year I went to him for wisdom tooth extraction and now we are working through treatment for periodontal disease. I was scared to start the process but it puts me at ease knowing that the staff will talk me through each step. Also, they never make me feel like Im being judged about my poor oral hygiene in the past.

I have a severe dental phobia. I was told that Dr. Couchman was very experienced and handling such cases. This was utter bologna. The man is extremely uncomfortable if not outright offended when someone (a woman) is crying and asking him questions.This is my story...I came in initially for a root canal. My infection came back and I had to come in a second time. He didnt take the time to explain what he was going to do and started a painful procedure to scrub the infection out of my gums with no notice. I thought I was simply laying back for a basic exam. I thought maybe he would give me stronger antibiotics? I was extremely distraught leaving and his receptionist, Dolly, brought him out to speak with me. While he didnt apologize for performing the procedure without my knowledge he seemed contrite. I decided to give him a second chance and came back 6 months later for a cleaning.At this visit Dr. Couchman then tells me Im going to need a crown over the root canal. I asked him to tell me more about the crown and told him I wish you would have told me about this at the time of the root canal. He explained that most root canals have to have a crown. I asked him to explain to me what a crown was and he told me the process by which they were manufactured in his office. He never explained what a crown actually was. He appeared upset for me for asking twice, he told me that I had interrupted him. I guess that was his reason for not explaining it to me? He then proceeded to tell me the manufacturing process in a very slow voice, as if you were talking to a small child. He left the room without saying goodbye and as I looked up to ask another question I realized he was gone. The dental hygienist, Reese, was kind enough to pull up photographs and explain to me exactly what the process was like. I explained to Reese that I would not be coming back to this practice. That I needed a dentist who actually cared about my feelings and was more concerned with making me feel safe than getting angry and offended at my fear.

I was recently in the office to have a few cavities filled. The staff at Couchman Center for Complete Dentistry made me feel as comfortable as possible. I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past but everyone in this office is extremely welcoming and professional. I would say this was by far my best dental experience!

Ive had bad experiences with other dentists before so Im extra critical now and not the simplest patient either. Dr. Couchman and team are really great at what they do and never make me feel rushed the way other dentists and medical offices in general can do. They seem comfortable around each other and that makes me not as nervous when Im being operated on. Its difficult to find a professional team to trust so Im glad to have found them!

I am an extremely nervous individual when it comes to going to a new dentist. The team at Couchman immediately washed away my nervousness from the moment I walked in the door. The entire staff is professional and caring. They even occasionally laugh at my jokes which is really saying a lot. My three-year-old son hit his face on a wood floor and loosened his front two teeth. Our visit to the dentist was fraught with concern that there could perhaps be an abscess above the baby teeth roots that would harm his permanent teeth. We needed an x-ray and, at first, my son was terrified. But, through Julies patient kindness, my son eventually sat on the chair and let her position him for the x-ray. After she and Dr. Couchman answered all of my questions, Julie continued with a cleaning and my son left with a big smile on his face, holding a bag of special treats. We had a positive experience all the way around—from Brooke at the front desk, to meeting Dr. Couchman, to spending the majority of our time with Julie. Another major bonus for us is that they accept our Careington Discount program. Ive scheduled an appointment for myself for next week!

I was treated like a queen as I received my very first crown today. In and out in two hours, amazing. Dr. Couchman and crew are top notch!

I cannot say enough Good stuff about Dr. Couchman and his Team. From the 1st contact with them via the phone to stepping into there lovely warm office I knew I was at the right place. Although I felt embarrassed about my teeth and gum issues they really do a great job at not making you feel worst than you already feel.Many year prior to meeting Dr Couchman and his team I have a very bad Dental experience. As a result I vowed never to go back again and perhaps it would have worked had I vowed to keep manage my teeth and gums with the same convictions that I had not to go to the dentist again. So here I am many years later, embarrassed by my teeth and gums and very uncomfortable due to poor management of them. But after being forced to find a Dentist through prayer I was guided to Dr. Couchman. I had no idea of the award winning Practice that he has in my opinion. I thank you so much Dolly, your sweet loving spirit really has helped me from day one and each time I hear your voice I am comforted, Mia, I just met you and thank you for your kindness, Julie are the Best Dental Hygienist on the Planet. Your job sets the tone for the rest of the visit. Thank you for always smiling and being so so gentle. Dr Couchmans Daughter whos name I forgotten was a lovely fragrance as well and since I dont want to leave anyone out.. each person in the office is so gifted and special. And last but by far the least is Dr. Couchman who set the tone based on his Love and care for us all. Thank you for holding my hand when I came in the last time, it comforted me so much and helped me with the anxiety. This Dental team has more than a business they have a Ministry and I hope so many people get the opportunity to visit with them if you cannot maintain health gums and teeth on your own. Great staff, awesome and gentle care for me and my kids one 3 one 12. Very sanitary feeling, comfortable and super kind people.

I showed up to Dr. Couchmans practice this morning as they were opening their doors with a dental emergency and severe pain.Not a soul in the waiting room. The phone was not rining at the reception desk.I informed the older, gray-haired intake nurse that I was having a bit of a dental emergency and asked if they took my insurance.She curtly said no and could not explain why google search results returned multiple results saying that they did.My question seemed to pose a nuisance to her.She recommended a clinic very far away and seemed quite irritated when I asked where exactly it was (I am new to town).As I tried to get a little more clarification she again seemed vexed by my presence, need for help with pain and request for a general idea on location and directions.Unless you like a dentist whose staff has little to no care, help, kindness nor concern, I would not darken the door of this practice.I doubt you will get the kind of service, comfort and assurance that one should have when selecting a dental practice or seeking help with debilitating pain.

Don’t go this man. 30 minute cleaning stain not even touched. $78 plus insurance. He told me I needed a crown quoted $2500. When I old my daughter her mouth dropped. She sent me to her dentist I also compared prices in Colorado Springs. Best rated dentists 1100-1200$. My daughter sent me to her dentist. For crown 1300$. I was also told my stains were not removed. I was told needs to be redone however I could wait 6 moths so insurance can cover it. Mr Coughman I cannot bring my self to call you a doctor, you are not an honorable man. You knew I was an 80 year old trying ends meet on social security. You didnt give a damn. Besides un cleaned teeth $78, plus $50 for a missed appointment you were going to rip me off 100 per cent more, 1300$ more for a crown. . No wonder you work 3 days a week. How do u sleep at night?

I NEVER thought Id say I look forward to visiting the dentist, but in the case of the Couchman Center for Complete Denistry, I DEFINITELY have made an exception. The comfortable waiting room, the marvelous front desk staff with their magnanimous personalities, and of course, the virtually painless, always comprehensive and exceptional wizardry of Dr. Couchman himself make each visit to the Center one I honestly look forward to.

I felt pushed into getting an appointment.I had told the staff I did not have the insurance needed to cover their prices & I was told I didnt need to worry about it because they have financing set up inhouse. I did ask for some info to be sent, or was pressured into allowing them to send me info. I have not even received that & I have sent me a text giving me an appointment date (Click C to confirm or to call the number given to cancel). I feel they are overpriced and are only doing financing as another line of income..... I did check My mail & saw a packet from this office with a card stating I have made an appointment even tho they could not perform the procedure I wanted.after reviewing the insurance I have found I could LEASE 2 brand new cars cheaper & is covers cosmetic dentistry. The long list of exclusions was amazing.if you are looking for multiple cleanings a year And want home whitening kits for you & your family you may have found the right guy. $280 a month with a 2 year commitment seemed steep when they will charge additional amounts if you need other care (fillings ect.)

THE DENTISTRY PERFORMED ON MY WIFE WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE STAFF FRIENDLY BUT FOUND OUT, TOO LATE, THAT THE PRICE FOR HER IMPLANT WERE EXTREMELY HIGH WHEN COMPARING TO OTHER LOCAL DENTIST PROVIDING SIMILAR SERVICES.

Terrible. I had multiple botched fillings and when I tried to approach Dr. Couchman about it, he scolded me! It wasnt until I went to a new dentist that I realized I had to have all the work redone because of the careless job Dr. Couchman did! Expensive, painful, and condescending experience. Do not recommend!
