Dr. Haman and her staff were so professional and had a great bedside manner with my children. I really appreciated how each of my children got their own report card. They also had a no cavity tree that my children each got to place a leaf with their names on.

This was our first time here and it was so fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and made my kiddo feel right at home. It was so great! Highly recommend to anyone!

We love it here. After a bad experience elsewhere we found our way to discovery kids and are not leaving. Everyone made my child comfortable and didnt push her when she was still terrified from the previous dentist.

I brought my children here for the first time a few months back and it was an excellent experience all around! The entire staff was incredibly professional. They made my 4 year old who is anxious about dental cleanings, feel at ease; and they made it a great experience for my 1 year old’s first visit to the dentist. Dr. Haman is amazing! I’m writing from personal experience because I was a patient at this practice since I was in elementary school up until high school.Yes, the environment is excellent and staff is friendly but their service is NOT proper.The staff administer no oral numbing gel or any sort of anesthetic when you’re getting a cavity filled. The staff simply say, “we’re going to try and do this without the anesthetic” which is extremely traumatic for a child. I had no say or choice in the matter.Additionally, once I left for University and started attending a dental practice for adults and the Dental Hygienist was SHOCKED at how much plaque was built up on my teeth despite visiting this dentist every 6 months. She said it looked like my teeth were not properly cleaned in years.I had a filling that was performed by this practice in a back tooth that continuously fell out when eating regular foods (once it fell out when I was eating spaghetti), and I got this same tooth filled by them OVER 3 times. When I then told this to my adult dentist he was astounded and said that no filling that is PROPERLY placed should fall out that easily. My new dentist re-filled the tooth and it has not fallen out since (6+ years).I cannot say this enough. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. They ruined my teeth and I had to pay significant money to get it fixed by a qualified professional.

After switching to a new dentist, I feel as if I should leave a review for this one. My personal experience with both of my children was less than stellar. My oldest (10) had 4 canine teeth pulled. She felt every bit of it, and even as she was telling them it hurt, they dismissed her and said she did not. She was in tears, curling her toes the entire time. And my child has a very high pain threshold. They didn’t once take her complaints seriously. They said she’d be numb for a while after, she was in pain before we left the office. My youngest (5) had a cavity filled, and they “numbed” her. Again, they start drilling, and she says ow, and they dismissed her. Ow was the word I heard during the entire procedure. I’ve never felt pain when having a filling or extraction, so this seemed odd to me. I waited until now to write this because we had a fabulous experience today during a filling. She didn’t feel any of the drilling, no toe curling or sounds of pain. She was numb for an hour or so after her filling. As a children’s dentist, I feel as if you should take their pain more seriously, even if you feel that it might just be pressure. They’re tiny humans, and it’s your job to make sure they are as pain free as possible.

Great dentist and staff , we have been the for 4 years now. Always easy to get both kids in at once , my kids are never scared to go , clean place , easy to pull up and walk right in parking lot never packed full of cars. Never have to wait , we usually walk in and walk right into our appointment! Well organized

They are very kid oriented and making sure they are comfortable! The doctor is very informative and cares about your child. They are also very quick to get you in and take care of your needs. It’s very clean and presentable inside the establishment!

I love this dentistry, however I wish they would fix the pot hole in front of the parking lot because this morning I hit it and my tire went flat. Bummer.

10 stars! I cannot say enough about Dr. Michelle Haman and Discovery Kids Dental. Ive been happily taking both my kids here for the past 10 years. I always loved how the office is fun for children, with the video games and the cool rooms. Dr. Haman and her staff are Amazing. Shes a women of integrity, exercising a great love for children, and it certainly shows throughout her practice. Shes always made me feel completley comfortable caring for my 2 children. Always professional and thorough. They are very covid conscious, they employ numerous safe measures, and use a great system to give our children the important dental care they need during these challenging times. Itll be sad when my kids have to move on because they wont stay kids forever, but at least Dr. Haman is still seeing my older son whos now 20 LOL! Shes been caring for him since he was 10 years old, and my 13 year old daughter since she was 3 years old. I consider Discovery Kids Dental one of those Gems of Colorado Springs... Sincerely happy Father of 2 of their patients!

Weve just had our first visit for my son. He has genetically terrible teeth. The staff didnt shame me or make me feel like a failure, they were kind and caring and fun for him. The safety practices were evident through our visit.We will be back for a follow up soon.

Discovery Kids Pediatric Dentistry is a warm friendly place with good staff and nice decorations of Charlie Brown, Disney, and super heroes. With movies playing and warm colors it is probably the least intimidating dentist office I have been in. My son has been going there since 2013.

I adore this office. They take such great care of my little ones and my children actually like going to the dentist. No scary experiences (Even while getting a filling) and the office is very cute and a friendly environment. Staff is exceptional!

Both my young girls have been fearful of the dentist, but their first visit to Dr. Haman went incredibly well! Dr. Haman and staff were friendly and patient, and the girls walked out clutching an assortment of freebies with smiles on their faces.

This was an amazing office! It did take a while to get in as new patient this time because of covid goin on. But all the staff was great! From the front office, to the dental assistants, and the Dentist! They even did an extra service for my son that was needed and did it last minute super quick!

Took my kids here for the first time today. I was nervous because sometimes my kiddos can be angels, sometimes it’s the exact opposite. Everyone was friendly, the office is clean and cheerful. My three year old son has needed alot of work done and as he is a typically strong willed and active toddler, it is no cake walk getting him in the chair and through his appointments. Had a great experience! My 2 yo hasnt had the best experiences with dentists and I was nervous with how the visit would go. The staff was very friendly, the dentist was great and made my child feel comfortable. The dentist was knowledgeable and answered my questions. The tech was great with the cleaning. There were no tears and my child cant wait to see the Tooth Doctor again.

Hands down the BEST pediatric dentist in Colorado Springs. I first met Dr. Haman 22 years ago when my oldest son injured his teeth. After meeting with 3 other dentist, she was the only dentist we felt confident had the right plan of action. Due to a change in insurance, we had to switch dentists. This led to many awful experiences When I found out she was talking our new insurance , I could not make the call fast enough. She has now seen and treated all 7 of my kids. One has special needs and because of her knowledge, patience and kindness he has never once had an issue with being treated. This office is incredible and runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Haman and her staff truly make you feel like family. You are able to get an appointment with absolute ease, and are always seen in a timely fashion. Even with a large family like ours all children can be seen the same day. My daughter actually begs to go there. Trust me we have been to numerous dentists, and not one can measure up to the quality of Dr. Haman. We are truly blessed to have her as our dentist.

Very impressed! This was my daughters first visit. We were greeted and introduced to staff and given a tour of the facility. Very clean and fun environment. Excellent service and friendly people to work with. Very fun and child friendly waiting area, as well.Throughout my daughters check-up, cleaning and ex-rays, the dentists talked to her made her comfortable and did what needed to be done without any discomfort. Dr Haman was a referral from a lady at my church after discussing my daughters horrible experience with one of these kids dental franchises. We live in Highlands Ranch however my 3 kids ages 8 (twins) and 10, loved experience with Michelle!! They now look forward to seeing her. My girls call her a human Barbie lol. They hang onto her every word and gladly brush and floss twice daily, because thats why she has such pretty smile. i could go on and on from kids stories, so refreshing to have kids remind us!!!, its time to go see Dr Barbie Michelle.. lol. Shes great with kids and listens to them sincerely they love her.

What a fantastic experience I had this morning at Discovery Kids Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff members were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. The office is well-equipped, clean, and I felt very welcomed. Dr. Haman was very gentle and kind with my child, and her assistant, Jessica, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. I have feared visiting he dentist for a long time and this morning made me a believer in regular dental visits. I highly recommend this office and will be referring my friends.

Everyone here was amazing! They worked well with my children and were extremely patient while I got them calmed down and settled in the chairs. They understood that my children were nervous to be at the dentist, and did an outstanding job helping calm them; explaining what all of the tools were and what they were doing before they did it! I cant see us going anywhere else! I will definitely be recommending Discovery Kids to everyone I know with children, So glad I found them!

My son has been dealing with a painful baby tooth that wouldnt come out. We were able to schedule an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning. All the staff was friendly and clear. They were able to get the tooth out with no problem quickly and back to our day. Thank you Discovery Kids!!!

We are brand new to Dr. Hamans, Discovery Kids Dental, and we were blown away with our experience. The kids absolutely loved it... I have never seen such a welcoming, fun, amazing environment for the kids. I cannot even explain it, nor do I want to ruin the surprise... You have to experience it for yourself... As a parent, the welcome, and experience was top notch... We have found our permanent dentist for the kiddos. The front desk staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful... The assistants were very easy going and kid friendly. The Doctor did a nice job of evaluating and giving me a summary. Very creative place... Makes the kids want to go back tomorrow...

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with “Lady”. Our daughter is now traumatized after her first dentist visit. We will not be returning.

Great service every time and a fun and creatively decorated environment. Very kid-centric from tvs with kid shows playing to prizes at the end. Communications as a parent are effective and made easy, like being able to confirm appointments via text. My kids have been going there for years and remark on how fun the experience was.

This office was a delightful experience from walking in the door to walking out. Supremely friendly staff, SUPER fun decor and atmosphere, minimal wait time, lots of kid-friendly activities to put your minis at ease, and more... they even called right away when we left to tell me that my boy had left his NEW PATIENT GOODY BAG in the play area and ran it outside to us. ❤😭 I picked this place on a whim after a Google search and I am so glad. No interest in going anywhere else.
