Definitely put off the dentist for longer than I should have due to the pandemic and needed to find a new dentist in my area. The staff was lovely, never made me feel like my teeth were gross even though I know they were. They were also incredibly flexible with my schedule and fit me in for an improptu cleaning appointment the day of my intake xrays. Overall great experience and hassle free

Pinnacle Dentistry is the best of the best. Everyone there is great from the front desk, hygienist, scheduling, billing, and Dr Jennings. My husband and I had bad dental experiences in the past, we were both having problems caused by another dentist at the same time that caused emergency issues, we were searching for someone that could help us and not cause more pain - that was over 8 years ago and to this day we are grateful to have been given Dr Jennings name. His knowledge and care is exceptional. My kids have never been afraid of going to the dentist, they feel comfortable and get taken care of well. Our family has gone to Dentist Thomas Jennings for many moons now. It started with our kids and then my husband and I got with the program.So today I went in for a cleaning. Christine was my dental hygienist. She was very proficient at the x-rays for cavities. She did a fantastic job!Oh, I almost forgot the cool x-ray machine that gives a 3-d image of your mouth. That was way cool. Clearly, Pinnacle Dentistry is using the very best equipment for their patients.We can thank Dr Jennings for our daughters winning smile after having peg laterals. He did a fabulous job and recommended other specialist in gum alignment and tooth coloring.I had issues with TMJ and Dr. J. made a night guard. Amazing results. I was able to chew gum again.The support staff is amiable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Dentistry.

I love Pinnacle Dentistry! Everyone there is friendly and they call you by name to make you feel comfortable and at home. The receptionist greets you as as you walk in and tells you goodbye when you leave. The staff seems to be stable so you dont get passed around to different hygienist when you visit. Your hygienist knows you and your teeth! The hygienist even walks you out at the end of your appointment! I have been a patient of Dr. Perrett for over 10 years and he is an excellent dentist with a wonderful bedside manner. Even if you hate the dentist, you will love Pinnacle Dentistry! Sept 18, 2020.Dr Bradley Perrett did an excellent job fixing the “pot holes” of my molar teeth!!! He is the 3rd dentist I have tried. The first two recommended crowns. I didn’t want crowns yet because they won’t last me a lifetime. Dr Perrett spent two hours evaluating my teeth at the initial visit. I was very impressed at how comprehensively he did the exam and planning for me. He is the first doctor showing me the pictures of the cavities in my teeth, which resulted from really bad acid erosions. I was astonished at seeing how big and deep the cavities were, which were vividly described by Dr Perrett as “pot holes.” In subsequent visits, he did several meticulous and lengthy/tedious reconstruction prodedures on my teeth. He was so gentle that I was in and out of sleep during the procedure ( although I pre-medicated myself with 25 mg of benadryl an hour before the appointment. I am a doctor myself.) You probably wonder, how a doctor shop for a doctor? From reading the patients’ reviews, I learned that many like their dentists being nice/funny, making people feel relaxed. He/She is charming/attractive. He/She is empathetic/caring, has a good bonding with the patient. He/She shares the same ethnicity/home town/schooling/personality/hobbies, etc. All those qualities are good, but they are not what I am looking for. I need a dentist who is good for my teeth. I used to think all dentists are similarly trained/certified/technically competent, and the only difference is the price they charge. Until my 20-year-old son had a complication from a preventative filling of a small asymptomatic dental cavity at a different dentists’ office. He developed an infection on the same tooth three months after the procedure. He had to have a root canal done to clear the infection, and a crown installed to cover the root canal. A 20-year old already has a crown? A routine dental cleaning led up to over $5000 charges of procedures to fix a complication? I do my due diligence now, and I am glad I did. Dr Perrett is truly a gentlemen and scholar. And his assistant, Becca, and the office staffs are awesome too!

Mary does a great job cleaning my teeth. I really enjoy her knowledge and skill. My teeth feel really clean after a visit with her.
