Excellent service with a very professional staff. Only negative is that Bright Now needs to review its business model toward recruiting more staffing.Other dental outlets are attempting to move into what used to be Bright Now only; domain

First visit was 25mins early to fill out any needed paperwork being a new patient. Appointment was at 8am was not seen until 8:45am. Did not leave office until 10:45am. Switches hands several times while I was being examined did not receive my cleaning which was the whole reason for being seen. Told me I would have to come back end of July to do so. I will be getting my tooth repaired and will not be coming back. Dental assistance and dentist were very friendly and professional. Front desk was not very friendly and stand-offish.Almost 5months later I was able to see the dentist to be able to have my permanent crown placed. I will save you the dramatics lets just say I spent 2hrs in office for no reason. I will have to make a additional appointment but once again they are only taking Doctor appointments on Tues. So I most likely will not be able to get in for another month or so. Once my crown is places Im am done with this office. I would never recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I had to wait over my scheduled time and then they were going to charge 3x more than Comfort dental for the work I need done. Like most people, I’d be willing to pay a bit more for outstanding service. However they didn’t even have the correct information for why I was visiting. I had to repeat what I was doing a few times and it was the receptionist that took the X-ray (not the correct X-ray even) and not the dental staff because they were over scheduled. At least I now know that I’m getting fair treatment and a much better price at Comfort Dental.

Kristina and Danielle were the sweetest girls. Danielle did an amazing job on my cleaning. I normally have such anxiety about any kind of dental visit, but these girls made it all worthwhile. Will be coming back!

I had a bridge installed about 10 months ago by Dr. Baek. About a month ago it broke off. I have tried to make an appointment to have it repaired or replaced and was told he was no longer there and they had no dentist. I kept calling and then they said they had a fill in dentist, Dr.Bravo and I went to see him and he said I would need a new bridge and it would cost about $8000 dollars and that I was out of network. I paid $2461 for this last August. I asked if there was any warranty or could I get a refund and was not given any answer. Am now trying to contact Bright Now Corporate. I just keep getting the run around. I am retired and on a fixed income. I feel they should be able to do better than this.

WOW!!! This office does it right. The hygienist is so gentle and quick. This was the most pain free dental visit I’ve ever had. Doesn’t hurt that the ladies are all easy in the eyes. Great office, great staff!

Best dental hygienist I’ve ever had (and I’m 67). She explained things about cleaning and tooth/gum care that no dentist or hygienist ever did. My teeth would be in better shape had I known some of the information years ago.

TBH I have had a phobia for dentists and dental work almost all my life. I get extreme anxiety even when I go just for a cleaning. So far, I have used the COS Bright Now for a cleaning and a couple fillings. They are FABULOUS!! Patient, kind, considerate and communicated with me in efforts to ease my anxiety.

Dr. Andrew is amazing!!! I explain that dentist gives me anxiety and that my mouth is very sensitive and he makes sure I’m completely comfortable. I also appreciate the assistant. She always makes me at ease by comforting me the best she can. Thank you

Great experience, I was in and out for my cleaning and fluoride treatment within half an hour. The Receptionist Christina was very welcoming and professional and the Hygienist Danielle was very thorough and did a great job. Will definitely be back, thanks guys! :)

My Dental Hygienist is fantastic here and the doctor took the time to explain my situation with pictures and demonstration, making certain that I understood whats going on in my mouth. My cleanings have never been painful or uncomfortable, no Novocain needed. Thank you

Not good experience for my first time going to that location. I use to go to the citadel location and loved it never had bad experience. Drove over an hour to get there for them to tell me they couldnt do anything that day since they scheduled another person at the same time as me.

My mouth used to feel like the dumpster out behind that Home Depot every morning. But after my first trip here, they did a deep cleaning and I’ve never felt fresher. The hygienist was super caring and very descriptive during the process. I felt comfortable and had zero issues the entire time. Today I got 2 fillings and once again they made sure I was comfortable and zero issues! And to top it off everyone in the front of the office is super super nice and always make things easy for me. 5 stars for sure.

This location has horrible customer service and a hazardous 15 deep hole in their parking lot. No point in showing up on time for your appointment, their receptionists wont pay attention to you for at least 15 minutes anyway, then theyll say you were late. Billing practices are unclear, and I spoke with another client who had issues with a botched crown. Wish I could give these people less than one star, they are a waste of your time and an all around unpleasant experience.

The staff was so efficient, and friendly. The doctor did a thorough exam, and they made time for my cleaning as well.The hygentist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I have a new dentist office!

I’ve had a great experience every time I have visited this North Academy location. But this last visit has been the most fulfilling.The Dental Hygienist, Danielle, was very thorough and detailed. Left my mouth feeling like it had been cleaned with a ray of Sun and rinsed with Tropical rain😁.You get my meaning... But it gave me confidence in her work due to the fact that she x-rayed my mouth after my cleaning, checking her work to be sure she got EVERYTHING. Means a lot! Had an orthodontic emergency over a long weekend and worried until I sat in the chair at Bright Now. Total chair time was less than an hour (for two visits!) and my problem was completely resolved. Employees were kind and professional. Given it’s a dentist’s office, it’s about as great as you can get! Highly recommend.

Office manager neglected to respond to insurance which resulted in a denied claim. Then, after lying about insurance being declined; they asked for cash. Poor/No ethics.

If youve had bad dental experiences as I have. I REALLY recommend this establishment. My last cleaning before finding Bright Now was an absolute nightmare. So naturally I was afraid to go again. I heard about this place and decided to give it a shot. Everyone was really understanding and kind. Then i met AMY. And let me tell you! This woman has such a gentle nature and is a genuine doctor. You can tell that she really wants to help you. She made me feel safe and welcome, and really is a hero with no cape. The cleaning was easy and she pays keen attention to how youre doing, and really that made it quite painless. Absolutely recommend. If i couldve tipped her I wouldve.

Dr Dainty and his staff are by far the greatest medical professionals I have ever gone to. I had to go in for a tooth that most likely needed a root canal, but I have no insurance and had to take all my change to coinstar to even pay for the visit. But they work with you so much, they have a dental plan that is so very worth it, sometimes even cutting your price in half, and making future visits for things like check ups free. They have an in house financing option as well as a medical credit card that they will apply to for you. The in house is 100% acceptance so no matter what you can get the help you need. I wanted to go cheap and get the tooth pulled, but Dr Dainty knew he could save the tooth and really made me feel taken care of. He did talk me into a half measure, a last step before the root canal to see if I really needed it. He was so kind and understanding that I got emotional and cried a little which is not like me. Between no money, starting a new job this week, and all the pain I was in I couldnt help it. He was so kind, I just became overwhelmed.Bottom line, these guys are going to take care of you. They know what it takes for people to say Ok I cant take this anymore, I need a dentist. It takes a lot from your time and pocket, and they make sure you are comfortable and its all as easy as possible. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend BND from scheduling, no wait times to the friendly atmosphere. But most of all to Dr Norris whom performed the best oral surgery (scaling and bone grafts) to save 4 of my molars.Just went for 1st visit for 2020. They have changed all personal in main office and had no record of my appointment. I arrived at 7:57 AMand finally asked at 8:25AM what I was there for. I saidThe 8:00AM appointment I setup inSept 2019.They looked at me like I was out of my mind. I ran home and took back the appointment card, they filled out!!!! He continued to look like it was my fault. The bad thing is they did it to my 93yr old mother last Oct. after I drove her on solid ice. But they hada girl that could get her teeth cleaning(poor job) that morning. My mother said she will never return!! I was willing to give them 1 more chance but not any more!!! You are running this franchise worse than a hamburger place !! No reflection on the Dr.s just office reception,management and schedulers.

Took my money but the dentist never came in to see me. Left with 0 help. Huge disappointment.

Going into this office knowing specialty’s are only there two times a month and if they cancel the front desk works very hard to get you in as soon as possible. There’s been many changes in the office in the past 6 months and they are trying very hard to accommodate everyone and their needs as best as they can throughout new changes.

Service on dental and ortho is wonderful . However if you are owed a refund , it takes forever. My son got braces off 9 months early and we were owed a big refund. It has been 5 months and we still don’t have the refund. I have been told for a month straight that a check was sent and I have not yet seen it . I have called office on a weekly basis and have even called more than once a week: the other down side is there is no direct phone number to call the billing side of it . The office staff has to be the middle man. Not sure why it’s taking so long but I’m to the point where I will call call for action news. I am also under the impression that I’m not the only one waiting on refund . I guess I need to be the voice for us all.

When I called to make my appointment I expressed my financial situation and asked if there would be any co pay or out of pocket expenses. I was told no... I just walked out of the office and was told all patients are being charged a $10 ppe fee to facilitate their growing demand for supplies die to covid.Not only does this policy seem ridiculous as doctors and dentists have always been in need of the user of such things pre and post covid but I CLEARLY asked and was not told.Having said that I feel as if even though my financial situation was discussed in detail with the person who set the appointment and expressed the difficulty in even scrounging up a few dollars I was coaxed in under false information causing me to waste limited fuel resources on a fixed income.Communication is everything and in that they failed.

I was charged for ppe they considered it a copay if you feel you need protectionfor your a business and chose to open at a time like this then you need to provide quality care for your patients or not be open to the public during this pandemic and let ppl know before hand about this so called copay you will no longer have my business

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff are amazing and when I say amazing I really mean it. I have been to other dentist offices and I have never been as satisfied as I am now. Staff makes you feel special and for me having that ugh I don’t want to show my smile my teeth but when I got in they made me feels so comfortable and reassured me that I was in the right hands. Dr. Hinnaginn is the best I was glad to know that he was back at the north office. I will continue to come to Bright Now Dental North. They are amazing at what they do and they come with plans and options that are sure to make u smile! I love love love them and will not go any place else!!!

Took the time out of his day to make sure my filling were done. And also took the time to do my cleanings when the hygienist was out sick. Great Denist takes the time to make sure its done right.

Andrew was the best office manager, its a shame they let him go.Secondly, they never have a consistent orthodontist in office. Changes every time we come in. Needs to find an orthodontist who lives in the springs and doesnt have to commute from Denver 2x a month. Would be great to have the specialty doctor available when needed.

Im posting this for my husband, who is back to work, finally.My husband, who is an over the road truck driver, broke his partial and needed a quick replacement. He went in Monday and was told it would be in on Thursday at noon and they would call to let him know. By 1 p.m. he still hadnt heard anything. He calls them and is told it wouldnt be in until Friday. Ok, one day delay - no problem, right? Wrong! The partial did come in, however, there are no dentists working on Friday to fit it properly . Really? Why even be open?!? When he gets home he tried putting it in his mouth and it didnt even begin to fit. So, he calls the dentist office and makes an 8 a.m. appointment for Monday. He then has to call his boss and ask for another week off. So, he has now missed 2 weeks of work. So, he goes in on Monday and the dentist works on the partial for 2 hours before coming to the conclusion that it just doesnt fit. So, he takes another impression and tells my husband it will be in on Thursday. Guess what? Again, it didnt show up until Friday, with no one to fit it for him. So, again, he makes an 8 a.m. appointment and by golly it actually fit! Since he had paid extra for express service he asked the dentist for a refund of the extra fee. He says he cant do that. Well, guess what? I cant give you a good review.

Only place that I know that charges their clients $10 for ppe, basically $10 for their staff to wear masks during my sisters appointment. Horrible service, dont go here.

I just got my wisdom teeth taken out around 3 hours ago and they did amazing! I was very scared as its the first procedure Ive ever done. I hate doctors, needles, all the things.. I even cried a little, but they made me feel comfortable and safe.. I feel so much better having my wisdom teeth out as they were giving me pain. I recommend them to anyone thats looking for dental work in a professional environment that works with people with fears of doctors/needles/surgery. Also it may not have been peak hours when I came in but my first visit, consultation, and then surgery I was called back very quick and didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes!

My experience with Bright Now! Dental has been enjoyable despite my anxiety with dental treatment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the office personnel, the lovely dental assistant Teri, and kind and understanding Dr Hennegan, it was a pleasant experience. I feel like I have found a dental office I can feel comfortable and taken care of at!

I was lied to, saying there was a doctor available for extractions. Made the appointment, filled out paperwork, went to the back where I was informed there was no doctor for extractions. It was a complete waste of time and gas. Will be sending invoice for hours wasted. Perfect Teeth had no problem seeing me and extracting tooth. I recommend Perfect Teeth!!?!

The facility was nice and the staff were nice. HOWEVER, my husband and I each went in separately for their new client deal, where you get a cleaning plus a x-rays and stuff for just 29.99 or something like that. Well, we were in it for the cleaning for sure, but first for him, they told him they couldnt clean his teeth because his teeth required special extra cleaning, at great additional expense. He asked if he could just choose to get the regular cleaning that was advertised as included. They would not give a cleaning, nor could he get his cleaning saved for a future date after his special (EXPENSIVE) cleaning he had to get.Then when I went, they said the exact same thing. They would not clean my teeth because I needed a special expensive cleaning, and they would not work with me at all on cleaning my teeth. They also still charged us each the full price, even though they refused to provide the cleaning ever.Dont waste your money! They will make up reasons not to give you your cleaning!Also, then we went across the street instead, where they also have a new client deal. It was a little more expensive, but NOTHING like Bright Now sought to charge us. And guess what? Their competition across the street had no problem cleaning our teeth. There was no reason they couldnt, so we got our moneys worth from them and got great service.

Everyone was friendly. The office was clean and easy to move around. Everything was explained and done quickly.

Its unfortunate because I wanted to make this my regular doctor but I cant simply because the lack of communication. The surgeon is only in twice a month so an information sheet at the least should be sent home with people when scheduling an extraction. Withholding this critical information could be harmful to those new to the operation.

I have lived in many parts of the country, so I have had many dentist, and in haste I have made some bad decisions. However with the compassion and skill that I have received from Dr. Hennigan I have new faith ,new teeth and Im very comfortable with them. I suffered for many years with bad care that will not happen again with the Care Im receiving today and everyday from Dr. Hennigan and Bright Now Dental. Thank you Robert D du Pignac

Dr. Hennegan and his staff are awsome. They answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about seeing a dentist regularly. They also provide a warm and welcoming environment which makes going to the dentist 10 times easier! Highly recommend!

I wound up wearing my invisalign for an additional year as they were constantly cancelling my appointments as they could not keep an orthodontist in office. I saw about 4 different orthodontists while there and each had different recommendations. When I complained that they werent fitting one told me to shove the liner down on my teeth more by biting on a piece of pvc. The next orthodontist finally made me a new set that fit so I could make progress. When I wanted to get them off I couldnt get an appointment for months and so had to drive 3 hours to Longmont.Beyond this the dentist here continually just told me that everything looked fine when he glanced in my mouth for all of 2.5 seconds. When I finally got new insurance and switched dentists it turned out I need multiple fillings replaced, 2 crowns, a root canal, and had periodontitis- These issues probably wouldnt have gotten so bad with better dentistry care.

Dr. Shaffner, Jenniffer, and Monique treat me so good. I love my braces and my smile is really improving. I enjoy picking my colors and all the staff is so nice. I recommend this place for braces. They are wonderful!

Avoid this dental office like the plague. I went in for a routine cleaning and left with a scored line on the back of my front tooth. I addressed my issue with the front desk and was assured it could be fixed with a little buffing. I trusted them again with my teeth…BIG MISTAKE! The dental assistant ending up filing the backside of my front right tooth NOT buffing for several minutes. Yes, even smoke was seen!? Afterwards my front right tooth and side incisor (#7 and #8) were noticeable shorter and crooked. I immediately addressed my issue with the dentist who looked shocked at the damage. He put some composite resin on the damaged teeth and called it a day. This temporary solution lasted a week. Later on, I found-out that dental assistants arent licensed to do this type of procedure (its illegal) and if I sued they would lose their license to practice dentistry. Its been a nightmare. HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE!!!

I got all my teeth taken out and was really scared in the beginning. After it was all done i dont know why i was so scared in the first place. They were all awesome and would recommend them to anyone! Dr. Hennegan is also awesome. I have to keep going back to get them re-aligned and he has no problem doing it for me. Thank you and thanks to all the staff. I give that dental office a 10 out of 10.

Best Dentist office in Colorado Springs that accepts Medicaid!! Very professional and friendly! Front Desk people are great. Dr Paul Hennegan is a great Dentist! Always does a great job on my root canals! I live all the way down south in the springs so I tried changing my dentist to save gas and wear and tare on my vehicle. But went to a new dentist and they said they would have to extract my tooth. BS. So drove all the way up north back to Dr. Paul and he said my tooth was savable that it needed a root canal!! Dr. Paul is a life saver and he actually cares!! The numbing meds always wear off quick on me. I tell doctor paul that i can feel it and he numbs me back up. And continues working. Hands down best dentist I have had!! And ive had a couple good ones in California and Dr. Paul Hennegan (sorry if spelling his last name incorrectly) is even better. I dont care where you are in the springs, hes worth the wear and tare on your car and the gas!

The front staff is the worst Ive ever experienced, first I was on time and the office manager let someone without an appointment in front of me, which was weird because I had the very first appointment of the day, and my wife had the second. Next, the receptionist was very rude, tried to have us fill out paperwork that had already been done, and did not even check to see if we were previous clients. She, the receptionist, got hostile, making inappropriate eye contact, challenging us verbally, telling us we were wrong about our information and if we had a problem, that we could leave. She then told us that WE were being hostile and that they could not see us now. The sad part is, I had gotten a cavity fixed a couple of months earlier by Dr. Hennigan and it was the best dental experience Id ever had. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE, I ADVISE EVERYONE TO GO A SUPPORT A LOCAL DENTIST, YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE DISRESPECTFUL TO PAYING CLIENTS JUST BECAUSE THEYRE EMPLOYED BY CORPORATE. Nobody should be treated this way, especially when your a returning customer.
