The lab service is very poor. The check-in does not work. It’s weird how they manage to call people. I saw many people that arrived more than one hour after me and were called before.After they called me, theyve explained that the system generates a time slot, but they usually call before the time set up in the system. I went out to solve one thing because I thought (based on my schedule time) Id have time for that. So, they called me when I was not there, and when I returned before the scheduled time, it took long for them to call me again. This would not happen if the person in the check-in had told me that the time in the system was not the correct time of my visit.

The hospital can put arbitrary charges to your account after you have paid, even though they had promised that there is no extra charges. And if you ask them for reasons, they will say that what you have paid is just an estimate. Once you visited them, you are in their trap. I sincerely recommand everyone never go here.

Extremely bad, Dr Karen Diane Magness, she didnt even approved my prescription after she prescribed it. My prescription never went to the pharmacy. How come she became a doctor without giving a prescription to the patient? Baylor Scott & White, please hire a better doctor who can give a better service after paying all those money we have to go home with no help and no prescription.

I don’t even want to give this place a one. My mistake for not reading the reviews before having my daughter check in online to be seen for possible strep throat ( we all know how painful that is). When she checked in online it told her she would be seen in an hour and eleven minutes. Then the time kept increasing . After 3 plus hours she went to the office and there were 4 people waiting to be seen in front of her. She left and went to Brazos Valley Urgent Care and was seen immediately. That place will be our go to place now and not an unprofessional joke of a place like this ! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I waited here for four hours. Watched my name be on the top of the patient list and then have two other people below me get called. When I went to the front desk to ask what was going on, they said they had called me. I was then told I would “be put back on the list.” I want my copay and four hours back. Do they only have one doctor working here?

Saw Dr. B. MY BACK pain was nerve pain b4 shingles. Previous episodes on other side so didnt recognize symptoms. Started valacovalor. Quick efficient.

Made an appointment at 11:30 AM this morning for my baby and I am JUST now being seen at 7:50 PM! I thought it was suppose to be a conviene care location, but the time kept increasing as the day went on.

Extremely slow. Estimated wait time given was 29 minutes. After 1 and a half hours I left. 4 people were called back during this time. 2 arrived after I did, no triage process was done so unsure how they decide what order to see patients in. The regular office visit side is great, but the convenience care is everything but. If you cannot make a Dr appt and dont need a ER, caprock urgent care or st joes urgent care are much better options.

Aside from the text messages going crazy for the pre line check in this was a pleasant experience. The screening lady saw me hobbling and brought out a wheelchair and got me to the front desk. The doctor who saw me was conversational. The x ray tech wheeled me to imaging and we chatted about video games. I was struggling to leave on crutches and a passing nurse insisted on helping me to my car and helped get the crutches in. Not every experience Ive had here is this good but this one is with commending.

Chances are you will NOT see an actual doctor. Beware of nurses who wear a white coat and introduce themselves as “Doctor ____” but are actually “advanced practice” nurses (NP, DNP).Be smart, demand medical care from medical professionals (only an MD or DO).

Condescending Physician, acts as if me being here is an inconvenience to her. Im pregnant and having SOB and chest pains. But she doesnt understand why Im here.... Never again.

Brought daughter here for possible broken ankle ur to a volleyball injury. Pleased times 1000. Quick, friendly, and caring from each staff member we encountered. Will definitely be back if necessary.

Best clinic ever

Today Care has made it possible for my family to get the help we need quickly and thoroughly, in a friendly and professional way.

I just had a visit and when i got there at 1:08, i was checked in pretty quickly, and was shown to the back within a few minutes, this had had me kind of impressed that i was seen so quickly. however after the nurse had taken my vitals, weight, and symptoms, she had me put into a room to wait for the doctor. the doctor did not arrive until almost 50 min later, and when they did arrive and start asking me questions about how i was feeling i was telling them my symptoms and the doctor kept saying that i wasnt giving her enough information, and maybe i was out of it because i had a such a high fever but that doesnt deserve the attitude they gave me. i eventually had a urine and blood test ran, and yes these do take time to process and analyze the information from them, but all and all i ended up not leaving until 4:39!! i dont think i have ever had to be inside of a clinic this long.

Fake online check in system. It lies about position in line. When calling in they wont tell you the true wait time. They say you have to come in and that the online wait time could be stuck. The patient complaint line says they have no plans to change this poor policy. People are moved ahead of you even when they are behind you in the line. Stay away if your looking for true wait times to be seen. They should be ashamed of themselves for such a poor system and their refusal to change it for the better.

I rated this clinic 1 star because I can’t rate lower and because the staff was friendly, but that is all I can compliment on. We arrived, waited about 1.5 hours to be seen. Went in and the doctor looked at my daughter’s throat and said it’s red and has blisters, but I will need to do a strep test. Swabbed her throat and released us and said they would call us in 30 minutes to 1 hour with the results. Well we never received a phone call and little did I know they closed 45 minutes after we left. So we had to call all night without knowing anything.But that is just the beginning. Woke up first thing in the morning to call and find out the results, and the number listed on google is not a direct number. The receptionist who answered said the clinic does not have a working number to call. So I asked, how am I supposed to find the results? She advised I would have to return to the clinic in person to get the results.But wait, I am not done. I return to the clinic and you guessed it, I check in at the desk and have to get on the waiting list again to have someone discuss the results. Luckily I only waited there for about 30 minutes in the lobby before someone came out and advised the test was negative. I asked about the blisters and she advised they would have to run the course.Went to a DIFFERENT clinic the next day because my daughters throat was getting worse. They got me in within 15 minutes, did a strep test with 10 minutes, gave a shot, prescribed medication, and checked us out within less than 45 minutes. Thanks to the DIFFERENT clinic my daughter is feeling much better.

The text messages and wait system are bogus and in accurate. I started waiting at 9am and it’s 2:55pm and I’m sitting in the exam room and have yet to see a doctor. Do not make my mistake this is a terrible experience.

People there are super nice! My toe hurt really bad when I arrived there. They talked to me nicely and tried to make me feel better. They explained things very clearly as well. I waited in line online and were kept updated about the waiting status via text message. Everything is very organized and efficient!

Waited 2.5 hours. Was finally seen by a very rude and condescending Nurse Practitioner. Talked down to me the entire time. Did a 30 second test then sent me away with nothing. Ive never liked Beutal, but my experience here made me realize Ive taken them for granted.

I’ve tried to give this place chance after chance to redeem themselves and they have finally proved that they absolutely are not worth your money. I went in to get my throat looked at and they took two tests (which DO cost money). They said they would call me in an hour with the results. When I tried to call them, after it had been over an hour (3 in fact), I found out that their office was closed. How am I supposed to know if i’m sick or if i’m positive for any illnesses if you do not call me!? Extremely unprofessional, yet again. I am so disappointed and hope if you’re reading this that you will decide not to come here and save your money for a better urgent care clinic.

It was a little bit of a wait. But, they were friendly, efficient and listened to my concerns. (I was pretty sure I had strep.) The CMA took the culture along with my weight & vitals. By the time I saw the dr. she knew I had strep. She did a quick exam and had already ordered my meds! Overall, an A experience. Thanks Scott & White for being open on a Sunday. I will not have to miss work. 👍

24 hours later and still no prescription has been called in. Pitiful excuse for healthcare!

I will not be returning here. Ive had to go twice in one month, once for some kind of respiratory infection and one for ringworm. The first time they swabbed my throat to test for strep, and didnt tell me that they charge extra for that. When that came back negative, the doctor sent it off to the lab again for a culture, which was yet ANOTHER charge. Not only did I not receive any kind of results or notification, I had to pay $200 for something completely useless. She then said she was sending me a prescription for an inhaler, and I never got that either. Second visit, I went because I am covered in ringworm. I had started treating rings on my back for about 4 days before I decided to go to the doctor because it was on my scalp. The doctor basically told me I if I couldnt show her rings, I dont have ringworm AND that ringworm didnt go away that fast or spread all over the body. FIRST off, ringworm CAN visibly go away that fast. The circles were smaller than the tip of my pinky and Ive had ringworm before, just not on this large of a scale. SECOND, ringworm is SPORES. If you sleep in ringworm, it can spread all over your body, which is too much area for topical treatment. She prescribed me a weaker antifungal for two weeks and sent me on my way. Ringworm takes more than two weeks to kill, and now everything is getting WORSE. She wants rings? Well now I have them. Wont be going back EVER.

Arrived at 9, it is now almost 11. Still haven’t seen a doctor. Go somewhere with less ridiculous wait times on a weekday morning.

Im a student who recently graduated from TAMU, so I had to look for a new place for a walk-in (since I couldnt attend the Walk-In on campus anymore). Many people worked at the check-in desk and worked at a fast pace, even though there werent alot of people there. Theres also a tv screen that shows how long you would need to wait and it was accurate (only waited 5 minutes). I was in and out in under an hour. Will definitely visit again if needed.

I signed in online and they told me to show up in an hour. I did just that. Then we sat in the waiting room for 2 hours while I was number one on the list and they let people who got in after me go first. I finally get to an exam room and they try to do a strep test and the doctor says he will he back in 15 minutes. It’s been 30 minutes and I’m still sitting here, miserable with a 103 degree fever.

I had to wait awhile because I was a walk in, but Im seeing tons of negative reviews online due to waits. Many students in College Station are from small towns and dont understand complex algorithms, such as lines and wait lists.Good experience so far, very friendly people.

My son went it today and Dr only told him what he has but does not prescribe any medicine.Just says take over the counter medicine as prescribed by your health care provider.So then why go to doctor if she does not says what to do or take.Wait time supposedly 12 minutes but actually was 1 hour and a half with only one person in front.

Quick, quality service with only a doctors visit co-pay.

When your office hours tell your customers that you don’t close until 5:00pm, your doors should not be locked at 4:50pm.

Had to wait 2 hours just and my doctor acted like she didnt understand what a dislocated knee was.

Bill was high (I had a strep test done), wait was long and the doctor was a little rude. Granted, I was sick so it could have been me. I will not return to the Walk In Clinic here.

Great doctors

I have an absence tooth on a Saturday morning it says your clinic is open call to schedule or to see if I can just come in they are closed . Why make people waste their time calling you when youre not even open. I have Scott and white insurance thats why I tried to go to your place I guess its Saint Joseph now
