This clinic is terrible. I went to see the doctor because of hot water burn. After checking and everything, I was placed in an exam room, an hour later a student came in said she was asking me for information about what’s going on, which they did a while ago. NOW AGAIN. I told her I was in a time crunch and couldnot stay for too long. Then 30 mins later, the dr finally came. Didn’t even ask to see my burn. Then said something nonsense. Basically, there is nothing she can do. Then let me leave. The ACTUAL VISIT not even 5 mins. She seemed to have an attitude. She is pregnant and I understand she is tired. HOWEVER, please don’t bring your personal life to work. If you enjoy being a dr, do it. If not, find something you are interested. If you have to be a dr, then PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL!

For our follow up appointment- wedecided to switch from Dr. Villarreal at the Booneville location to the University location-hoping for a better experience ... well, that didn’t happen.We saw Dr Poling at the University location and he wasn’t any better - how do you see some one and do a physical without using a stethoscope? The only thing he physically touched with his hands during our visit was one knee. He actually became upset when I started asking questions. And, to top it off- he gave us discharge papers but failed to give us the sheet with the scanner code to rate the visit. If you’re looking for a real Dr’s experience .. don’t schedule with Dr. Villarreal or Dr. Poling. I would never recommend them to anybody.We saw Dr Haung today in the Rock Prairie Orthopedic clinic and he was impressive.He did a thorough exam and answered our questions. I would recommend him to anyone.Two stars instead of a zero - because of our Orthopedic visit and to give credit were credit is due- all three of our appointments were on time.

Urgent care is very very slow! Waited an hour in Lobby then another hour in the room before even being seen. Also I was told online to get my daughtersresults from strep. Why do I have to go online? Call or send a text! 😡😡 Will never go back!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their clinic on Boonville is amazing (especially Dr. Severson!), however, for this location the same cannot be said. Multiple entrances, 2 of 4 are closed. Given the ongoing pandemic, this is understandable. I went to the main entrance and was directed to the convenient care area. Not a huge deal at all. The gentleman was polite and helpful (but unfortunately gave me the wrong information). I made my way over to the convenient care entrance and was greeted by a nice older woman and directed to the desk. When I got to the desk, I waited my turn only to be redirected again. But this time with an eye roll, rude facial expression, and short answer directing me to areas that were CLOSED OFF and not allowing entry. Ultimately, I gave up and left after the last interaction. Dealing with someone rude tapped out the last of my patience.I recommend visiting the Boonville location whenever you are able to to avoid this location.

This is absolutely Absurd. I’ll call 20 minutes before 5 o’clock to make an appointment for my daughter. They say they have to transfer me to the nurses station so I wait on hold for more than 13 minutes with nobody answering. I’m assuming because it’s right before 5 o’clock. Employees need to get their act together we pay for their jobs. Management needs to fix this issue!!!

Baylor scott and white needs to review who works for them! My wife went in and was tested for Covid, she tested positive the doctor saw her and prescribed cough syrup for her symptoms. Her symptoms were shortness of breath, some coughing , aches, but mainly shortness of breath. I have consulted other medical professionals and all agree an oral steroid should have been prescribed (it was not).When my wife called them to discuss this she was transferred to a GWEN POWEL (I believe that’s how her name is spelled) when asking what my wife was going through my wife explained her symptoms again here’s the BAD PART GWEN POWEL began to laugh at my wife..... really, the most prevalent illness in the world right now and she laughs at my wife’s symptoms... and says continue to rest. My wife has been now told to go to an ER by 3 different doctors so GWEN POWEL I hope it is understood that 3 other medical professionals believe my wife’s symptoms are more serious and don’t deserved to be laughed at.I would like GWEN POWEL to be dealt with accordingly this cannot and should not ever happen in the medical industry.Baylor scott and white I plan on visiting your facility and speaking with upper management to make sure that this has been dealt with.I am appalled and frustrated that you believe my wife should be laughed at! Please with future patients treat them how they should be treated with compassion and sympathy.Please note. This won’t stop at the end of this review.

My mom needed covid pcr test, coz she was traveling , i called spoke with some one they told me $274.32 , they even don’t know how long it takes to get results, they said 3-5 days . But i got results next dayAfter 2 weeks $200 was billed to me, when i asked them they said it is for doctor fees , when i spoke first they didn’t told about $200 & $274.32 . If i know covid PCR test cost $475 i would never went there.In Houston many clinics charging only $125 -150Plz dont trust this clinic, they r cheating5/18 received $186 refund from clinic saying over charge . This clinic is terrible. I came in at 10:30am and still have not seen anyone and it’s 12:10pm. The ladies at the front are not the nicest. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you wake up sick. Other people come in after you and get in before you... it’s WALK -IN which doesn’t make sense. This place sucks so yeah don’t come here

I never write reviews but this place was so terrible I felt like I needed to. On the phone with them for 20 minutes yesterday and they informed me I could walk in and register for COVID-19 testing and wait for a test. I get there and the very rude nurse informs me that I can’t get tested if I’m not showing symptoms. I thought the idea was to slow the spread of the virus?

So I have really mixed feelings, price not too bad I’m a military and only paid 50$, HOWEVER this was for just a routine check up because I hadn’t gone to the doctor in like 2/3 years and I know I have some concerns. I literally felt like my doctor was super excited...TO GET ME OUT OF THE DOOR. The staff up at front was beyond nice and so was the phlebotomist crew, they deserve 5 stars, but my doctor does not. I literally felt as if my health is not important to the Dr. I am relocating to a different state in a couple months so I canceled all of my future appointments because I was so unhappy with my medical visit. I rather just wait or find another doctor to go to because regardless of the amount I’m paying I want to feel cared for. Maybe if I would have had good service I would not have minded paying $50 for just a five-minute consultation with the woman that wanted me out of her room. I regret stepping into this clinic, will never go to another Baylor Scott & White.

Wow! Im really shocked by all the bad reviews. I had a GREAT experience! I had gone in and had to wait in line for a bit, but thats usual for any medical place. The secretary was very helpful, it was my first time going to a doctor without my parents and he really helped me. I waited for less than two minutes, and the nurse was very friendly. I was seen by Dr. James Allen, and he was so nice and helpful! Overall experience was pretty quick and friendly. Ill definitely be coming back here! No problem with billing at all.

Kinda disappointed that every time I need a yearly womans wellness visit I can’t ever get the same doctor due to them moving locations. Didn’t receive notice the last two times this has happened. Make an appointment and then figure out two days prior that the doctor has moved locations. The information provided upon where a certain doctor is is not accurate nor updated in a timely manner for patients. The doctor that I now have a schedule with only two days from know shows that she works in temple, but the lady who answered the phone assured me she was at the university location. Really wish I could find a doctor that is consistent upon staying in a location for more than a year. I usually have a nice experience other than doctors just rush through just to get to the next patient. Worried about money rather than the actual human in front of them. Please work on actually keeping doctors. I remember this place being much nicer 4 years ago rather than what it has become today.

I am not giving 5 stars because I loved being at the emergency care clinic first thing Sunday morning, only because the process and care given were professional, and staff was very kind! I still had to wait- youd be surprised at the steady number of people that come in on a given day. Plus, this was the only clinic open in the area, so early in the morning. I was visiting from out of town, so I was thankful to have anyone open to see me. I met with Dr. Barrow, and he was a very good listener, and provided me with medicine that would give me same-day relief, since I was traveling. Overall, I felt I was in good hands, and thankful that even on a Sunday morning, I was greeted with sincere staff ready to help! Thank you!

I am beyond satisfied with Dr. Allen, the nurse and the support staff. They were kind, efficient, understanding and helpful. I waited for about 3 minutes before I was called back. Dr. Allen was sympathetic and kind. He was genuinely concerned and was patient with my questions and concerns.They ended up sending me to the ER becaise I am pregnant and needed fluids for dehydration and nausea. The doctor even took the time to call L&D to see if L&D was able to see me instead of the ER. I ended up having to be admitted to the ER, but the doctor called ahead to the ER, explained my situation and tried to make the transition it as smooth as possible. Excellent care!

These people are crooks. Extremely disappointed. My wife NEVER goes to the doctor. I finally convinced her to go in for a well-woman exam, and they are refusing to bill insurance as a well-woman exam, but want to charge us $630.This is the second time we have had a problem with billing with these idiots, and have ceased all services with them.That being said, I just found out that since we have had our records moved, we have received another bill. Cant wait to see what this one is.UPDATE: That bill we just got is for another $152 for the same visit. All in all, they are claiming that we owe nearly $800 for a normal annual visit with nothing special to charge us for. Perhaps, you should have your billing department educated on proper billing procedures, or perhaps you should learn what takes place in a well-woman. I mean, if EVERYBODY elses insurance pays their well-woman claim...UPDATE:So, these trashy people had someone call me to tell me that HAD my wife scheduled her intake visit, then had another visit for a well-woman exam, it would have been covered, but since the doctor did it all at the same time, we are liable for all of it.Pathetic.

I sent my college daughter there on Tuesday after she had been sick for 4 days and taken everything over the counter that she could. The tested her for strep and said they would call her. She never got a call . Okay fine. BUT she went back today on Friday with either a upper respiratory infection and sinus infection and having drainage from her eyes and chest. Yes as you can see I AM RN and work in the ER. Worst yet I work for Baylor Scott and White in Dallas! They sent my daughter , who spoke with me FIRST, home WITHOUT discharge instructions ( and she asked for it) and when asked what medications she was being prescribed , she was told they would be called in. All she got was a receipt for her copay. Even then , I am disappointed and embarrassed by the company that I work for. So not okay now. She goes to pick up her medication and she was given the WRONG antibiotic.... it’s said to say my college kid even knew Doxycycline was the wrong choice of antibiotics for a upper respiratory infection. This is NOT good patient care and is not acceptable. I am ashamed to say for.a MAGNET status hospital system this is really below average care. Feel free to call me my number was on her paperwork because I will be calling you

I do not recommend this place. They get over on students because they dont know any better. It was not until it was too late that I noticed they were giving me the run around. They gave me test I did not need and sent me to doctors I did not need to see; making my medical bill skyrocket. Do not go there unless you know what kind of stuff you need performed. They try very hard to milk you for all the money they can.

I have been going to this doctors office for a while, and Ive frequently received subpar care. Yesterday was the worst experience yet. I went in to the clinic and was given an antibiotic that is going to make me sick. I expressed this to the doctor and she refused to give me anything else including an antibiotic my obgyn usually gives me for the same thing. So I left and called my primary care doctor at the same location. I expressed I needed the medicine asap as Im leaving the state for a week, and have yet to receive any response from her and have no way to contact her. This is the second time Ive had an issue with medication outside regular business hours and no one will help me. Im so done with this facility

Terrible terrible service! DO NOT go here!!! My daughter went to Dr Welch for what she thought was a cold but they said was strep. They called in a prescription but the pharmacy closed. She called back to ask them to switch to a 24hr pharmacy and the only one was in Bryan. She called the after hours call center because when she left the doctors office they were closing. She called and I called several times and could not get the nurses to call her back they would only talk to emergency patients. My daughter came in with 101 fever and I guess thats not an emergency according to their doctors and nurses!! Just terrible!! The on call nurse Gina never called her back after several attempts to try to get her to just call in the script to the 24hr pharmacy! Just terrible they dont care about patients. Do not recommend this place.

Dr feaster has become medically negligent to my health care management he cancelled my order to get a head scan without me knowing.I was told by referrals its held up until a year. I was told they were trying to put in an appeal for the insurance. I was saving money for tax time to pay on my own but never got a call about the appeal. I called to ask the cost and they told me it was cancelled. I have been very light headed had constant head pain sinus ear pain and losing my balance at times. What kind of office is this this isnt a game.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My provider never once introduced himself, hardly asked a single question about what was wrong with me, and even proceeded to make fun of me at points. I would not recommend my provider, Jim Allen, P.A., to anyone because he clearly does not care about his patients.

I love my daughters doctor at scott in white on university dr. But since she was booked and couldnt see my babys i decided to go to the walk in clinic WORST mistake ever the lady in the front desk was awesome but the other lady she was african american i had asked her a question and completely ignored me as if she didnt want to be their. And thats not the worst part as soon as we went to the back to see the doctor i repeat 3 of my babies were sick range in the age of 8 months 2 yrs and 3yrs i had got attended by Dr.SHAFIA NAEEM as soon as she walked in she didnt event greet us or even said her name she said exactly this Okay so who is being seen first really rude disrespectful as if she didnt have kids of her own i tried to explain how the kids all had fevers withing the same time and she rudely said im asking you only for your first child not for the other one WORST DOCTOR EVER!! as if i wasent tired of having my babies sick she made it worst didnt even prescribe my daughter that cant even talk cause her throat is so red and was bleeding any kind of medacine then when she did the throat exam she hurt my daughters throat which caused her to bleed VERY UPSET with that doctor they need to have a doctor that is patient with kids if not she needs to be fired UGLY ATTITUDE AND VERY IMPATIENT!!!!!

I had an appointment at dermatology, today for suspicious spots on my skin. They refused to see me because I was given the incorrect information about financial arrangements, yesterday.The poor lady that was checking me in was mortified as the supervisor at the dermatology desk told me I could always go to the emergency room if I was worried. I explained to her that they would only refer me back to dermatology and she said oh well, sorry. I was treated like a piece of trash. I will admit that the service was fine up until I received the bill. I went in for a small infection and was charged close to $600 for only 10 minutes with a doctors assistant. The assistant, Barry Buschmann, was very nice and had a good sense of humor. He was also the one who did the operation which was taking a bacterial sample to culture it. The charges were very redundant, 80 dollars to take the culture, 50 dollars to put on the ointment after the culture, 80 dollars to study the culture, and 50 dollars just because of the culture (makes no sense right?). Oh, I cant forget the $316 that they charged me for office/outpatient, guess that must have to do with the culture also. Anyways, if you dont mind spending a ridiculous amount for having a doctors assistant see you, this place is fine.

I have been a patient with Baylor Scott and White for four years now. Ive had nothing but good services from desk F staff. My doctor, Eschberger, is very friendly and never makes me feel rushed. She answers all of my questions and concerns professionally and cordially. The lab phlebotomists are amazing, too. I am one of those squeamish about blood but theyre always incredibly accommodating and help me feel more at ease while getting blood drawn.

Soooooo TODAY is a Monday, and I just experienced a not so typical (customer service call) Monday!! I called BSW Clinic on University, to schedule an appt for my daughter w/ Dr. Marley. I spoke with an employee named Brittany (sorry if I mispelled her name), & her energy electrified through my telephone line. Brittany demonstrated the most amazing, calming, & pleasant spirit (known to a typical Monday)!!!! I believe ENERGY is contagious, and Brittanys energy/spirit just about knocked me over with a happiness, & a joy that I can not completely describe. (Thank you Brittany) I insisted that I give an accommodation to her supervisor Norma. Sooooo, I spoke with Norma to report this great Monday news, and it all made sense!!!!! Normas customer service skills, and energy was just as contagiously amazing as Britannys!!!!! WOW!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 This was a great example, of being an EXAMPLE & LIGHT of Christ!!! I feel so blessed to be affiliated with this Drs office. Our God is so magnificent!!! 🙌🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽 Also, I am proud to say that my family have received, and experienced the best care from Dr. Higgins & Dr. Marley!! BSW for the WIN!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Do not waste here, the doctors in family medicine, specifically one, do not care about finding out what is wrong with you. She repeatedly stated Its a waste of time and resources... to the health care system. All she mentioned were how much it would cost for me to get the paneling/test I have been needing.(started at an insanely high number $700, then proceeded to scare me with a higher number, $1000) [Note: I pay a significantly high premium on insurance for situation like these.] In the end, she would not help me. Seeking help elsewhere, even if it means out of town.

I took my newborn to see Dr. Brooks for his 3 day checkup. Do not visit her if you are breast feeding. My son had lost 8% of his body weight and she claimed that was way too much, almost so much that hes close to having to go back to the hospital. She was so rude and unprofessional, she made me feel like a horrible mother. (After she had left the room, she actually came back to apologize for being so mean) She made me feed my baby a bottle of formula right there in front of her because she said that he was starving. My breast feeding was going great prior to this appointment, but I ended up almost giving up because he absolutely refused anything but a bottle after he had it this one time. She is NOT the doctor you want to see if youre breast feeding.

My husband’s insulin pump malfunctioned and quit working on December 10th. Today is January 15th. His pump rep can’t reach the same person twice and every time she does, they’re rude and condescending to her. Does Scott and White appreciate their patients, aka customers? The answer is NO. Believe me, our insurance companies reimburse them nicely. I’m sick and tired of trying to get a form signed. That’s all the pump company needs is a signature and our Scott and White doctor/nursing staff can’t even be bothered to do that—a five minute form, while I’ve spent over a month trying to keep my husband out of Diabetic ketoacidosis. What do I do now? Thanks for being so helpful Scott and White. You’ve certainly lived up to the one star reviews so many of your patients have rated you. Nevertheless, we’re going to have to look for a new doctor…a new doctor who cares about their patients and understands how serious Type 1 Diabetes actually is. Please don’t waste your time on this “health care facility.” I don’t know how sick you have to be to “deserve their high and mighty assistance.”

Horrible phone system. I was on the line to double check on an appointment with the Rock Prairie Clinic, and I was on hold for 20 minutes. This is the same line they use to make and cancel appointments, which seemed very unprofessional to me. I called another Scott and White location in town, and they answered immediately, and were able to look up my appointment.Prices are high, and staff friendliness is very varied. Most of the physician offices wont call to confirm your appointments, so make sure you write the date and time down when you make the appointment.Dont ever make an appointment at the last minute either, if youre a new patient. The physicians had a set time period for which they can schedule appointments, typically a month away, sometimes a little less.

Well, first of all it sucks if you dont have health insurance in general. Which as a single mom that does not receive child support I cannot afford at this time and have none.Soooo paid out of pocket $140 for a doctor visit for a skin condition. Was misdiagnosed the first time around and took medication needlessly. Bye bye $140 + $20 medication.Went back in for another $140 visit since the doctor said if the medication didnt kick it maybe a biopsy was needed. This doctor pretty much just told me I had a condition that Id just have to wait out. No biopsy needed. She went online and printed out care directions for me. Bye bye $140 and well still have my skin problem (hope it will go away?)So yeah spent $300 on nothing. But fast forward 2 weeks and I get a bill in the mail for $105.75. I am thinking ok this has to be a mistake - no one took a biopsy or did any tests. Nothing happened during my visit to bring on any extra charges and I paid cash on spot for EVERYTHING.Called the billing department to sort it out. Turns out that bill is for just being in the Scott and White facility!!! You apparently get charged $100+ for just being in the building for your appointment. What the beep.So beware of Scott and White they will charge you for just coming in the building. Ridiculous. And no warning that they do it either. I was told biopsy and lab work would be extra from the $140 appointment but no one said Id be billed for being in the building. Beware and go elsewhere. :(

We had the same problems with billing, they said we never paid our co-pays and we had outstanding bills and we always paid co-pays at the time we had our service now they are telling us we owe them more $ ... they need to straighten out there billing system and get more organized and each time you see a Dr. for anything they ask you all the same questions over and over again when they could take a few seconds to take the time to just look at the computer where they seen you the last time!! unsatisfied... I also called to ask for some of my medical records and it took 4 more calls and 6 days just to get someone on the phone, never got a proper call back from them!

I am so extremely disappointed with the care I received a couple days ago at the Scott & White Todaycare. I went in at 3:15 with some pretty severe chest and back pain. I have a regular doctor that I usually go to who is absolutely amazing; however this was a last minute pain and I did not have time to make an appointment with him. I had never gone to the walk-in Todaycare clinic, so I did not know where to go.Someone pointed me upstairs, but there were no large signs or anything so I was confused where to sign in. I asked the two ladies at the front desk and they were very rude to me.I waited over an hour just to have my vitals taken and then they had me return to the waiting area for ANOTHER hour. During this time, I am in severe pain and the waiting area did not even have any magazines to entertain the patients. When the doctor finally saw me, he did not ask any questions or give me a physical exam at all. He only took the information from the nurse and did not even question his PATIENT at all. He sent me to get an X-ray where I ended up having to wait another half hour. When I returned from the X-ray, they put me in a room alone for over an HOUR. No one came to update me on my results or anything. My phone was dead, there were no magazines or TV or even any posters on the wall to entertain me. I was so bored and alone for over an hour.During this whole time, I could hear the nurses and doctors conversating, playing music, and joking around. It didnt even sound like they were working. Finally, I got up and had to ask them what was going on. They assured me they were still waiting on the results and they would be ready soon. In less than 5 minutes the doctor was back to tell me the x-ray results were clear and he gave me a diagnosis without even giving me a physical exam or asking where my pain was.The diagnosis, in my opinion, does NOT fit my symptoms at all, and when I tried to tell him this, he simply dismissed me and ignored my concerns. He also prescribed medicine for this diagnosis and it does not fit my symptoms or help my pain at all....I am very disappointed in Doctor James Charner Allen and I will not be returning.

If i could give this place no stars I absolutely would. I came here in horrible condition on Thursday 11/30 i was seen by the doctor who told me that i had a virus and there was no medication that she could give me.. i was in absolute unbearable pain for the next 2 days until my parents came & brought me back to Houston to go to the hospital where i was diagnosed with streptococcus that had gotten so bad from not being treated the infection got into my blood stream causing fever, chills, shortness of breath, etc. now i will be missing a week or more of classes simply because the “doctor” couldn’t be a doctor do not come here.

They are usually very fast at the TodayCare clinic. I get sinus infections often and will go because my normal doctor is usually booked two weeks in advance. This last time, the TodayCare doctor I saw put me on Singulair (sp?) for my allergies and I havent had a sinus infection since (its been about three months when I used to get sinus infections monthly). I also love seeing my Primary Care physician Dr. Eschberger. Shes very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been seeing her for four or five years now. Also, the lab is wonderful. Im one of those people that cant handle getting blood drawn, but the phlebotomists are super friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone searching for healthcare.

So what can I say about Scott and White other then I have never had such a great experience over all with the entire hospital as a whole ! From work injury, pediatrics, prenatal, general care, to having my son ! When I had my son there were tears all around the room ! I had about 10 people in there including a med student who was so grateful I allowed her to join in on the experience ! Dr. Price was the most attractive Doctor I had ever had !They have a mychart system which allows you to be in contact with your doctor without having to call or go into the office and wait ! I have all 3 of my children in mychart under me ! I dont even have to log in over and over ! 1 time and its all there ! Need a note because you forgot just log in , send them a message, and boom !I was with St. Joes for years and the service just got worse and worse ! Best decision I ever made for me and my family was switching !Thank you Scott and White

Extremely rude staff; they seem bothered that they have to do their job and are very short with communication. No please or thank you, very snooty attitude towards patients. Also a 2 hour minimum wait time, no matter how busy they are. Had to wait in line behind nobody so the receptionist could send a Snapchat.

I had an asthma attack while I was also sick with a virus. I came in short of breath and barely able to speak. I was sent back to a room right away and was given an exam and then they left and shut the door without hooking me up to any monitors. Still barely able to breath I sat in the room waiting for a neb. I thought to myself, I hope my throat doesnt close up because they will never know till they come back. I have never not been hooked up to a pulse ox machine when visiting bc of my asthma. I was given a neb and felt a little better. I came in with no fever but spiked one while I was waiting for a prescription for steroids and the nurses could care less I was feeling worse, I mentioned I had a fever now and they didnt do anything. They had me WALK (still feeling horrible and barely over an asthma attack) up to radiology on the second floor. By the time I got there I was too weak to stand for my chest X-ray we had to wait till I could stand for a min. I was shaking crying and almost passed out. A nice nurse in radiology was like let me get you a wheelchair I dont know why you dont already have one. When I got back to my room it was taken(had to find my things) and they stuck me in a small room with no bed just a chair and a dr came in and said to see my dr as soon as possible. I left with no care for my fever, feeling worse after treading up to the second floor barely able to breath, and NOT ONE prescription for my asthma meds. No nebulizer juice or ANYTHING. Wont be returning.

Their phone system is HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE! I called 3 separate days trying to cancel an appt. After the first fiasco, where I was on hold for over 20 minutes (literally-I put the phone on speaker and checked the time), finally gave up and hung up. Called the next day-same thing-timed that one, (while I was on speaker), 25 minutes....How can a clinic that has been in town this long be so incompetent? I decided to give it one more try (#3) and FINALLY got through. At 8:01 AM I still had to wait on hold listening to bad music. I had decided if I didnt get through on this 3rd try, Scott and White could just eat the appt. And I dare them to bill me for it. Ridiculous, totally ridiculous.

I was called back and the doctor had terrible bed side manner. She rushed through the exam as if there were a race for a prize. She didnt even put gloves on and inspect my finger. She just said the diagnosis said what she was prescribing and was going to send me on my way until she asked if i had any questions. I told her ive never been seen there and she said oh ok. Closed the door and asked me a few medical background questions. Do you drink? Do you smoke? Do you do drugs? Do you smoke Marijuana? Are bisexual, heterosexual, or homosexual? No no no no, Im straight. She said so you heterosexual?! Yes i am what does this have to do with a infected hang nail? She was a terrible provider and seeing as how I walked in with pain and still had pain and had to drain my own finger at home, I will never go there again.

These people seriously cannot get their crap together. It took them MULTIPLE days to get my records done when they said I could pick them up that next day, they sent the order elsewhere than where I requested, and they dont accept insurance unless its theirs. Like seriously, if you can avoid, do so.
