Too bad service!!! The nurses are rude. They are too lazy. They dont want to provide any convenience for the patients. They never answered the phone. There are going to be closed because of the terrible service! If you have any other choices dont come here. There are tons of great doctors and good nurses in BCS. Find a good one, dont put your health in the wrong place.

Best doctor in the Bryan College Station area! I moved my family to this area 4 years ago and have been to multiple doctors, we couldnt find anyone we liked. About a year ago i booked my first appointment with Dr. Pierce and have been going back to her any time I need a doctor. She is great at what she does and very knowledgeable. She also genuinely cares about her patients! Great to have a family doctor again that we can trust!!!

I love the College Station Family Medicine Center. They have been treating my children for several years now. I have always been treated with the utmost kindness. They stayed open one time late just to help my daughter, they have seen me on short notice several times.I will never take my children to anyone else!!!

Dr. Pierce is an amazing doctor and person. She answers all of my questions and seems to really care about me and my well being. I highly recommend her. Everyone I have encountered in the office has been friendly and helpful.

I went in for an appointment with Dr. Herron and paid with cash. I had an outstanding charge on the patient portal, but I called the office and they cleared everything up for me right away. The staff was very nice and helpful and Dr. Herron did a great job. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely be back again!

I called as a new patient need an appointment in a timely mannor. The receptionist told me they didnt have any new patient appointments that week!

Getting them to send the request for blood work over to labcorp was very frustrating and when they finally did they never called me to tell me I could go like they said they would. I also expressed before I even got my blood work done that I wanted to see the doctor and they wouldnt let me make an appointment until after my blood work. Then they told me the wrong day of my appointment and two weeks later I still havent gotten in to see the doctor to discuss. Very frustrating. The front office is so disorganized.

After multiple visits, I have found consistency in this practice: unpreparedness, rudeness, and complete apathy towards helping patients.To provide credibility to my claim:After 2 weeks of waiting on pre-authorization of my medication, I had to take matters into my own hands because the office refused to help me. Whenever I had to call in between the office and insurance company, the people who answered the phone at the office became increasingly irate with me. At one point, the office manager even called me in what I perceived as a threat to quit calling them. Not even once were any of my phone calls received in a friendly or even helpful manner. Now it is 3 weeks since I met with Dr. Massoud and still no prescription and very much resistance from the office. Again, it is up to me to perform their jobs in following up with the insurance company while I am without medicine for 3 weeks after the original perscription! Mind you, whenever I finally did meet with the doctor for this perscription this was a rescheduled visit because they didnt have my paperwork in order but still asked me to come in - forcing me to take off work - and, get this, made me wait in a room for nearly an hour before telling me that they were unprepared for my visit.I would never wish this practice upon anyone and I hope that this message gets received.

Have seen Dr. Pierce for years. Pleasant staff and great treatment.
