Rude management and no sympathy for patient. Dr just turned me away since I was late by 5-8 minutes even called and explained it was hard time finding the location. It was raining heavily too worst experience. When Dr’s can make you wait for long time before they even see you but for a patient every minute counts that’s ridiculous. Patients are human too

Good Doctor. Listens, explains and doesn’t push drugs for everything

Dr. Ravi embodies a few things that I think are fundamentally important to have from a primary care physician.I’ve seen about 7-10 different physicians in total, and she is the one I feel the most comfortable talking to. It’s easy to be honest and open with her just because I know she cares.I noticed a few extraordinary things about her in the past year and a half or two: 1) she really cares about her patients on a personal level, and 2) she wants to make sure you’re the best you can be health-wise, and she checks on how I am feeling (I think it’s because she knows it helps me), and also 3) she’s NOT pushy. She’s adamant about her concern, but doesn’t go too far.She takes her job serious. She doesnt want to just ”go through the motions,” which can be easy for a primary care physician to fall into. It’s nobody’s fault, of course, but she can bring the personal dimension in, and adds value to her encounters with patients.She keeps things professional, but that does not create a weird communication barrier. I actually feel like I’m talking to another person.All in all, she is absolutely wonderful, and being this pleased with my doctor gives me a good sense of peace.

Dr. Ravi is absolutely the best!!! I recommend her for anyone looking for a doc. :)

Dr. Ravichandran is probably the best GP I have ever had the pleasure of working with in order to manage my health needs. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has a very caring bedside manner.I trust her with my life and highly recommend her!

We had a very nice experience with Dr. Ravichandran. She was very professional and knowledgeable, without seeming arrogant, aloof and in a hurry. She actually sat patiently and listened to my daughter.A major plus in my book.As things change over time, I do sincerely hope that she sticks around. I just cant tell you how difficult it is to find an exceptional physician. In my opinion, shes worth keeping.

Dr. Ravi has a great personality/ bed-side manner and her staff was very friendly, but I had a horrible experience with her and her staff as medical providers. They lost the results to one of my medical tests and they were not put in the system (which was the reason why I made the appointment in the first place). Also, I felt that my thoughts and concerns were not heard at all by Dr. Ravi. But what really disappointed me was that the information she told me in my latest appointment was the complete opposite of what she said when I contacted her office a few days later. Since this ordeal was a time sensitive matter, it really put me in a bind. There had been numerous instances of inconsistencies, but it turns out that the 3 appointments I had attended were a complete waste of my time and money. In sum, if you want a friendly, upbeat friend, Dr. Ravi is good for you... but if you want an organized, consistent general doctor who takes time to listen to you and responds to your medical needs, Dr. Ravi isnt right for you.
