Dr. Morgan himself is a wonderful doctor and is extremely nice and caring. However, the rest of the experience has been an absolute nightmare. I needed some lab work done and it got billed to the insurance company incorrectly, leaving me with an almost $400 bill. When I contacted my insurance company, they said all the doctors office needed to do was resubmit the claim. WELL, after speaking to the lovely people in the billing department apparently it is AGAINST their policy to correct claims, EVEN IF the doctor agrees that it was submitted incorrectly. They told me that my only option was to set up a payment plan. Ive been going back and forth with them for over a week now and still no resolution. When I asked to speak to the doctor or one of his nurses, the receptionist basically refused my request and said that there was already a note for the lab manager, even though that is not who I asked to speak with. All in all, once this is settled I will NEVER be a patient at this location again. They should be embarrassed on how they are treating their patients.
