Hi I am not too big on giving reviews but I have to!!! I was completely blown away with the service at this salon. I must say the service was completely Spot-On!! Anyhoo if you ever wanna look good as I did like the Fresh Prince Of Bel Air I suggest you come here and ask for Natily.

They cut my sons hair (my son is 3 and he does not sit still) The lady did such a good job though. She worked really well with us and my sons hair turned out super cute!!

I had it appointment time at 2:30pm TODAY, once I arrived the stylist was doing someone elses hair still. On top of that I waited in the lobby area for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me after checking in. They told me it would be a couple more minutes after 15 minutes, which then turned into 30 minutes, I left. One thing I can not stand is for appointment times to overlap or not be acknowledged!! Do better.

Id give it 5 stars, but... I made an appointment with LYNDA (please never make an appointment with her) for a balayage at 2:30pm today. I came in before with my mother, but she was not there yet, so my mother was attended by another stylist first and I then I waited for my appointment at my car. I came back at 2:30 and she was not there yet, so I waited inside JCP for 20 minutes. One of the stylists told me she was not there yet because she thought my appointment was at 3:30pm (?). So I went to my car again to wait for her at 3:30 and she finally was there. When she started checking my hair she rudely told me she cannot attend me because I have lice. I was in shock because first I have no kids, secondly, I dont work handling with kids at all and third Ive not seen any of my nieces nor nephews for almost a year. In addition, I share hairbrush with my mom and her stylist did not find any lice or anything. I went to a lice clinic after that and they did find any single lice, the lady that attended me told me it was dander!!!In summary, Lynda came to my appointment ONE hour late and in top of that she could not simply double check if indeed it was lice or dander. She also started saying to the other stylists I had lice. I think she was so unprofessional, rude and she clearly did not want to work today. On the other hand, the other stylist that attended my mother was very nice with us.Id say DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS WITH LYNDA.

Shannon was so nice and did a great job covering my highlights! Normally, when I go back to my natural hair color, my first dye job ends up being a little splotchy but she took her time and did all the steps necessary to make it look good! The online appointment making was so helpful and I was able to be seen the same morning.

Went in for a cut and style. My stylist was right on time. She washed my hair and left me with conditioner on. She said for a few minutes while she finished up her other client. 30 minutes later a different stylist finally rinses me out. I walked out, never will I visit that or probably any Pennys Salon again!

Jennifer was my stylist and she put rose gold highlights in my hair. She did a beautiful job and made sure I was 100 percent happy with the results. Not only is she skilled at coloring hair, but shes sweet and enjoyable to talk to. I recommend her 10/10

The trip was sudden, and many detours were made due to my lack of planning/patience. I intended to visit the Regis salon located inside the mall (which I didnt realize until our arrival) because they claimed to remain open until 9 pm (it was approx. 730 pm.) Of course, once I found my destination, I found it to be dark and deserted. I decided to try one more place before I gave up, so while making our way towards the exit I found that JC Penney also has a salon and they were not closed! The young lady was alone and with a client upon my arrival but once she saw me, she came right over. I was asked to wait about 20 or so minutes which was no problem, and my cut took another 20 minutes give or take. The young lady working the salon was more than helpful and really saved what I thought was almost a wasted trip. She worked efficiently, thoroughly, and she was friendly.. She did a great job on my hair, so my daughter insists we pay her a visit over the coming weekend. If my memory serves me correctly, the young ladies name is Natily.. She was wonderful and she really saved my night.

Yolanda and heather are my favorite! They’re amazing whether it’s cutting your hair or dyeing it a completely different color. Definitely would recommend them!!

Sharon did a great job!

Got a pixie haircut. Worst haircut I ever got and I wear mine short all my the time. Got home and one side was an inch longer than the other. Had to get someone else to fix it😡. The person cutting my hair was always talking to her friends instead of paying attention. Don’t recommend at all.
