If you make an appointment make sure that you let them know that you did. If they are busy they may not realize and make you wait.The process to get an appointment was done online. It was fast and easy. I got my eyebrows threaded and it didn’t take a lot of time. The end result looks good and it wasn’t expensive at all. I highly recommend it.

I have had eyebrows done at this place several times and I have always been extremely satisfied and happy with their work. The staff is very friendly and they give total attention to their customers satisfaction. My partner and I even got the Diamond facial done here and I highly recommend it. It was very relaxing and gave a great glow to the face!

Tried to get eyelash tinting here, when they took me and my mom back in to the room, there was crumbs on the chair and on the floor so that let me know they don’t clean. There were 2 chairs in the room and in the other chair they cycled thru maybe 4 different customers and didn’t clean or sanitize (the station or the equipment!) after any of them.When they started eyelash tinting they used masking tape under our eyes, actual masking tape!! The dye got into my eyeballs and burned like the depths of hell, and the lady took her sweet time cleaning up my eyeballs.I didnt finish the procedure my eyeballs hurt so bad, thankfully she didn’t charge me for that.Anyways don’t go here- not clean, not gentle.

I go here regularly to get my eyebrows threaded and they always come out amazing! I got my first Brazilian and the experience couldn’t have been better! I was nervous about the pain and self conscious about my body. Of course it hurt BUT it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and I felt so comfortable during the process. Excellent service, sometimes the wait can be a little long for walk-ins, but that’s to be expected given how well the eyebrow threading is. It’s quicker to check in online and reserve a spot. I’ve always been satisfied with the eyebrow threading.

I went in to get my eyebrows done. The thread used was of very poor quality and it cut my skin on several areas. The person did not understand my instruction and I was not happy with the service I received. Not worth the money I had to spend.

Honestly could not have had a better experience all around! They were able to get me in same day and short notice with no problem! Cheaper than European Wax Center and much much better service and friendliness! The inside of this place is super cute! I had heard good things about this place and decided to try it out and I am so glad I did!! My friends and sister have pain horror stories from European Wax Center but I could not have been more comfortable and pain free here at Laila’s!!

This place absolutely lives up to the reviews on here. I was a little skeptical because thats just who I am but honestly I was so pleased. They make sure you are satisfied the whole way through and constantly have you check to make sure your brows look good. And I was in and out in about 15 minutes max while still receiving too notch service. I believe I would be comfortable with any of the ladies there. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they are a rather small place and if there are a lot of people waiting it can get crowded rather quickly. I was told that sometimes there can be a lengthy wait, but I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. They do have a convenient sign in method though so if you sign in and theres a long wait they will accommodate you. Highly recommend and will absolutely be going back.

I have health concerns with the sanitation aspect of the waxing studio. The same dip stick is used multiple times into the same wax container after being used on the skin. This is a major health concern especially with bikini waxes. Diseases and other skin infections can be spread. Also there is no changing paper placed on the bed for each client. I am willing to increase stars if the owner responds with updated sanitary practices.
