Kimberly cuts all 3 of my Grandsons Hair and as always does an Amazing Job

I asked for a simple trim for my undercut, and the woman ended up taking a whole half inch out of my longer hair. I was pulling huge chunks of hair for over 10 minutes. She then also wanted to charge me full price for a womans haircut, when it wasnt even a full haircut. Its not hard to take your time triming an undercut. Completely unprofessional.Currently my husbands trying to call to set an appointment for him, hes been trying all morning and no one is answering the phone.

Just went and got my hair cut here Lena did a bang up job LOVE the cut plus shes sooo friendly just found my air place !!!

Husband took teenage son in for a cut and color. Not only did it take all day, but my husband had to buy the developer and color. If this wasnt bad enough, he was charged the same price you would pay at a salon who would have already had the supplies needed. The only reason Im not giving it a 1 star is that my son likes the cut and color. However, had I known you had to supply your own materials he would have just got the cut and I would have colored it myself and saved some money.

I have a favorite haircut that Ive been wearing for a long time and even cared enough to take profiled-view photos of it in case I moved to a new place. Wasnt crazy complicated; short, layered, and blended. Neither Smart Style or Great Clips could get it right. Ms. Samantha here at Classic Cuts got it right on her first try and only charged me half what many of these new spa/salon-style places charged. Come here and you wont be overcharged or dissapointed, and if you like your cut, tip them like you like it.

The renovations look great, clean and well kept place. Very polite stylists and receptionist. Happy to support a locally owned business.

5 Stars because Meagan does an awesome job cutting my hair. If she were not there, my rating would drop accordingly until I can find someone else that can give me the cut I ask for. I hate it when they ask you what number you want the sides? Well, Im not a barber, but since I want the sides to taper longer at the top, short at the bottom, it seems to me that a single number would not work. My experience is that when I get asked this question, the haircut ends up being junk (they just run the clippers on a number 2 all the way up the side of your head....). Meagan, on the other hand, really listens closely and now Ive used her for a year or so she consistently gets it right. As for this place in general, though, its pretty much a cookie cutter deal. Just depends on who you get to cut your hair.I would HIGHLY recommend Meagan, though.Edit. Megan left. But Both Kimberly and Samantha either do a great job. You can call ahead and get in line as well as make sure they are there that day.

I have been happy with my haircut almost every time, and when I wasnt, they took care of it. What I would say is the biggest reason for returning to this particular location for over four years is the sense of family. I feel like I am coming to visit family, especially with how they treat my kids. Thank you.

Elize does excellent cuts

The customer service at this location is terrible. I like to support local business but will never again support this business. I arrived 45 minutes before closing and there were five beauticians working. I signed in and waited twenty minutes. Magically the beauticians disappeared to the back and never returned. This is the third time this location has done this to me. Unfortunately they have high a volume of customers because it’s next to HEB.

My go to place for years. The stylists here are all very professional and do fantastic work

Walkins welcome call in appointments or on line always friendly people working. Also very hard to find a place that can cut a great flat top & more than one person can do so. Been going there since they opened & before when they were on southwest Parkway. Talk to April she learned how to cut a flattop on me 8 or years ago.

I walked into the Towerpoint location desperately needing hair help (long, fine, brittle hair with horrible split ends), and Connie did a FANTASTIC job shaping up my layers and removing all the damage while keeping my hair long. I walked out of there feeling very pretty, and I couldnt stop running my fingers through my hair! When I popped over to HEB right after getting my hair done, I even had a few people even tell me that my hair looked amazing! (Ive never had strangers come up to me with compliments like that before- it made me feel amazing!)Highly recommend. I WILL be going back, and would advise you to as well. Make sure and ask for Connie!

I visited many times and had a number of different hair stylist cut my hair. For the vast majority of visits, Im very happy when I leave save for a few experiences in which I left a little disappointed, but not unhappy... (They even offered to waive the fee!) They also do a phenomenal job of cutting my kids hair!

My toddler is generally terrified of haircuts and cries every time. We dread taking him. We decided to try out Classic Cuts. Pam did a great job keeping him calm and he didnt cry at all while she gave him a great cut! We will be back!

I go once a month to April to get my hair cut and she does amazing everytime and always makes me feel at home with good conversation! The front girl is also so nice everytime I go as well! Excellent place to go!!!

We took our son in to get his hair cut before his second birthday. The woman who cut his hair was personable and friendly with him. But I am extremely disappointed with the cut. Instead of shaving the part like I asked she informed me that she would fade it in. My son now has about an inch wide section of hair thats just sticking out not faded in or blended at all. Then the longer hair on top is extremely choppy. Was not expecting for it to be a designer cut by any means. I just didnt expect to have to come home and shave his head myself.

2 of my kids have received a hair cut here and they are very patient and nice! Love that they have Netflix while we wait😘

Five stars because of Megan I took my two girls with super long hair and asked her for a Bob and she did an amazing job!!!!!! The place is pretty much walk in and walk out but she really takes time to listen to you and you can tell she knows what shes doing !!!!! Highly recommend her

I don’t know what was wrong with Kensie. But Saturday, March 10th her disposition was pure repellent. She was not nice to me at all. She did not greet me when I sat in her chair. I tried to talk to her and she was straight up dismissive and borderline cruel. She was distracted by all others in the shop. I should not have left her a tip. She didn’t care anyway. So sad to be so young and so, so very unhappy.It was my visit to Classic Cuts. The girl up front doing the intake and check out was really sweet and friendly. She smiled and was super helpful. I may go back but will most certainly not use Kensie.
