Kim, the owner, fixed my hair a previous stylist messed up and did a fabulous job at doing so. She also cut my hair beautifully, and didnt take off too much like I asked her. Shes also super friendly, and a great conversationalist! Definitely going back.

Not willing to do the absolute minimum in a pandemic: wear masks (set aside asking customers to). I can at least sympathize when you have an issue with a policy that makes doing business harder - but this doesnt. All that refusing to wear a mask does is express your own immature stubbornness and total lack of humility.

Got my hair dry cut by Lorissa today and Im loving it. She took the time to make sure I was happy. Im fussy and have difficult hair to cut so this is huge. So glad to have found my stylist in town. Prices are reasonable too. All the staff were friendly. Called in the afternoon and they were able to get me in same day.

I had my hair cut very short 6 months ago here for a job interview (growing it back out, needing another trim. Thats why Im writing the review now.) and it was the best cut Ive had. Kayla was the stylist who took care of me, and I dont think I can go to another place. If you can tell by my profile pic, I have very curly hair and for some reason a lot of people dont know how to cut long curly hair on a guy. But Kayla sure does, and Ill keep coming back for all my haircut needs. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a haircut.

Kim the owner had cut my hair today and she did a great job. She also is kind and builds people up with her words. As good as the haircut was that may have been the best part. Low key mad my day and I never got to tell her thank you! She definitely understands that it’s more than just doing a good job cutting hair. The other folks in there were also a great delight to engage in convo with. Great positive vibes that are so contagious you might leave with them. I felt led to write this review on my own due to the great experience.

Holly was able to fit me in within 30 minutes of when I called to schedule!She listened when I told her what I wanted to do with my hair as far as cut and color. She did a great job!! Plus the atmosphere was relaxed, comfortable and pleasant. And the price was very reasonable!

Kylie is amazing! She’s the best at coloring hair in the state of Texas I’ve had and I’ve lived all over the state. She does a great job and makes sure your happy with the results. She really cares about her clients and has even taken the time out of her busy day to consult on hair care concerns. I can’t recommend her enough.While Kylie is the only one whose done my hair at Eye Candy everyone I met who works there are very friendly, they have a great relaxed, fun, and laid back atmosphere.

I’ve been going to Kim for years (started back in A Cut of Country days). A couple of years ago my husband started going to her too! Always great service and friendly smile. We love her and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Friendly staff but if you have curly hair I do not recommend at all. They messed up my daughters hair and when I went back nobody else could fix it since the stylist Stephanie wasnt there. Waste of money and had to fix myself.

Shelby did an amazing job on my hair. Went in to get a cut and color and she did an amazing job! Very friendly staff with a fun an easy going atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend going here.

Overall impression: Unprofessional environment, *but* my hair looks GREAT!So I arrived for my appointment about 20 minutes early, but when I got there the doors were locked even though my appointment was at 11:30 and the salon opened at 10? So I had to wait in my car until somebody opened up shop.The woman that cut my hair was super sweet but she got distracted.. While she was washing my hair another employee arrived and they started yelling at each other across the salon, gossiping, and cussing left and right, which I wouldn’t usually have a problem with, but again, my stylist kept getting distracted, and she would literally stop what she was doing to talk. I don’t mind a good gossip session, but when it keeps you from doing your job is when it becomes a problem to me.However, I did like the vibe of the salon; it seemed like your typical small town salon where all the women get together and talk.So despite being unproductive and unprofessional, my hair does look REALLY good and I got exactly what I asked for. So I think I’ll be going back.

Eye Candy did a wonderful color and highlight on my wifes hair. Very natural-looking. My wife also mentioned that the price was very reasonable and that the stylist was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have never been as happy with a haircut as I am today; I never knew a haircut could make me feel so confident and turn a bad week around. Kayla did a really fantastic job. I wasnt sure what I wanted when I went in, but I knew I wanted something drastic. I explained to her what I wanted and we bounced ideas back and forth until we came to a decision. Im so glad I came here and Ill definitely be back!!

Terrible foil color!! After being assured the stylist could foil my hair, I made appointment. I had requested someone who specializes in blonde color. I ended up with yellow orange hair color and a $200 bill for the color. When I complained about the color, the on duty manager told me they didnt color my hair yellowy orange, although I had just sit in a chair, in that salon, getting foils almost four hours 🤔!!I did eventually get the color I want but not from Eye Candy! I gave 2 stars because my stylist was really sweet and apologetic... although that didnt help my orange hair or the $200 I had to pay for it!!!

Went to get my hair cut off so I can donate it again and my stylist was Terry. Since its my first time getting my hair cut in College Station, I was kind of nervous about finding a new stylist but he was AMAZING! Very friendly and kept making sure that I was ok with what he was doing. Im not normally a person to experiment with my hair because being a girl, Im used to one style of hair, but I trusted him to help make it even cuter than my usual straight across cut. He gave me a long bob (so that my hair curls under a little) with a very slight layer to help. Its adorable! Very happy with how attentive he was. I also told him that I miss having bangs but that I wasnt sure if I wanted them back at this point in time and he told me that if I change my mind and do want them after today that I could go back and hell take care of them for me at no additional charge. I willl return to him for future appointments!

When I came in they made fun of me behind my back for taking the bus. I had arrived late and apologized because the busses were a few minutes late and they were laughing behind my back saying “who takes busses anymore” and talking about greyhound and stuff but I was just taking the campus bus...
