The good news is that the removal of the cyst seems to have gone well and I am not in discomfort today. I am unable to give a 5 star rating due to the incredibly awkward body position I experienced. Laying on my stomach was appropriate for the procedure but my knees were left at the edge of the chair with my lower legs and feet not supported. I had to hold my feet and legs up for over 25 minutes, sometimes bending them upward but mostly holding them straight out. I’m 80 years old. My neck was hurt from holding this position. PAY ATTENTION TO PATIENT COMFORT SO UNEXPECTED MOVEMENTS DON’T CAUSE SURGICAL ERRORS. Sandy Percy

I have been going to Dr Angeloni for years and also have referred many of my patients to him for management of skin disorders. Excellent clinical skills but also very good bedside manner.

As a first time skin cancer surgery patient the experience I had was a nervous event. I was greeted at the reception desk very graciously. When I was called by the nurse that it was my turn, she greeted me just as gracious and made sure that my wife was treated that way as well. Taking her to a different waiting area where after my surgery was done we could be together until dismissed.I was taken into the surgery room and treated with great care. When the doctor arrived he introduced himself to me and immediately made me feel comfortable. He took great care to proceed with the procedure and explained what he would hope to expect.I was taken to the waiting room to wait for results and was offered choices of coffee, water or soda as well as some snacks while I waited. I was called back for some additional surgery to remove more skin. The treatment was the same.After this, I was again back in the waiting area until results came back that they had taken it all and time to close my surgery area. Dr Did a fantastic job of closing me up and I must say that his methods of deadening me for surgery and stitches was remarkable as I felt no effect of it being done.The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a surgery procedure to consider it being done here.

Good intake. Exam and discussion was great and time was taken to discuss findings plus the procedure (freezing a few spots). They were both very professional and friendly putting me at ease.

Was very impressed and relaxed with Dr. Angelonias bedside manner. He was very precise and accurate in removing my basil cell carcisnoma. I would recommend him very highly.

Everyone was very professional and very kind. While this procedure may not be serious, it is still stressful to the patient. The doctor and the nurses helped me relax and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. I was very pleased with how they handled the procedure.

My daughter had a small cyst removed from her belly button and everyone took such great care of her. She was upset during the numbing shots and they reassured her and took the time to let her settled down before completing the procedure.

Not much good with word, prefer answering questions. We have had previous procedures done, and both a nose and cheek site have healed to the point of near invisibility. He is very thorough and provides explanations if you ask about something. Recommended if you have skin issues (tissue issue?) pun intended.

It’s so important for first impressions to greet the patient when they walk through the door. I stood at the front counter as I watched the 2 ladies finish up what they were doing. No one said one word to me until they finished what they were doing. All they had to say is “I’ll be right with you”. It was very awkward. The actual office visit went very well. Thank you.

My visit was a positive one. It was only yesterday but Dr. Angelino was kind and quick to answer any questions I had. The staff was kind and professional even as I checked out.

Nurses, assistants, and doctor are all very professional yet friendly. Dr. Angeloni is never in a hurry - he always takes whatever time is necessary with me. He is very thorough and answers all of my questions. They make it easy by just scheduling my next appointment before I leave the office each time. I do get a little confused sometimes when my billing statement comes due to the way in which the company applies payments. But I can usually get the bottom dollar to match up with my insurance benefit statements.
