The staff is always friendly and courteous. This was my first visit with Jacquelyn and I felt she did a very through examination. She answered my questions fully.

It felt timed. Like she was allotted 10 minutes to be with me, in which she needed to assess, treat and educate. I felt like an inconvenience to her asking the questions I had come to address. I do not think this is a reflection on the practitioner so much as the business model. Very impersonal. Formulaic. Rushed and therefore not thorough.
