My primary care provider recommended me to this dermatologist. When they called to schedule an appointment, I ask up front how much this would roughly cost me. Knowing they could not give an exact figure mind you! I was told roughly $180. I scheduled the appointment. Lo and behold I get a bill in the mail for $450+. I literally got charged a $185 “new patient fee”. They knew my bill was going to be substantially more on top of that but neglected to tell me. I only went because my PCP referred me. If I was told the costs up front I would have never made an appointment. I tried calling to dispute the bill. Was told there was nothing they could do. They said they could set up a payment plan. I told them what I could afford/wanted to do and they never called back to go over the details. They have since mailed the bill 3 more times but have not called back? Would not recommend based on my past experience. At this point I am basically going to let the bill go to collections. Take a hit on my credit & hopefully I can settle with the collection company. Doctors were fine. That is why I went with 2 stars.

I started going to Ducharme Dermatology because of cystic acne. From my first appointment the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I felt like Dr. Ducharme really cared about my problem and was there to help. After 6 months on accutane my skin was clear and Im so happy. Im grateful for the entire Ducharme staff and highly recommend going here!

The professionalism of staff and especially Dr. Ducharme and office manager Alex is outstanding. My wife and myself have used this clinic for skin care and recently using EMSCULPT. Wow after three weeks we can tell a difference, cant wait to see the results in three months!

I gave them a courtesy call to let them know I hit construction and would be 10 to 15 minutes late. They said I would need to reschedule my appointment. It doesn’t make sense because she told me they were 30 minutes behind already. How is it OK for me to wait 30 minutes but yet they can’t treat someone ahead of me who would be happy not to wait 30 min? The first time I was there the service wasn’t very good anyway. I will take my business elsewhere.

Dr Ducharme and the entire staff were very professional and caring with me. They cared about what happened to me and explained my procedures to me very clearly. I am very thankful that I was refereed to them and will continue to go back to them. I would recommend Dr Ducharme to anyone in need of a Dermatologist.Jay

Absolute professionalism! Dr. Ducharme is brilliant and the nursing staff is exceptional. So impressed with their kindness, compassion and commitment to their patients!!!

Do not go here if Covid protocols are important to you. They are a medical office but they dont require or even encourage patients to wear masks. The front desk staff and nurses wear a mask when they talk to you but immediately pull it down under their chin when you walk away. I understand they may be vaccinated but the science on transmission is still being studied. It was shocking to think about their lack of care for all the immunocompromised cancer patients they may treat.

Dr. Ducharme is absolutely the best dermatologist! She is genius level smart, kind and really goes above and beyond. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I will refer all my friends and family to her.

I highly recommend Dr. Ducharme. This was my first annual skin check with Dr. Ducharme and it could not have been better. The staff with whom I interacted were professional and efficient. Dr. Ducharme is extremely competent, gentle, and thorough. What impressed me most was the time she spent with me! My last check up with another derm, actually one of his many PA’s, seemed to be no more than 90 seconds. I left my visit with Dr. Ducharme feeling confident my skin was healthy.

Dr. Ducharme is the top dermatologist I have seen. She has helped tremendously with my sons eczema which was flaring up. I had taken him to his pediatrician numerous times for staph infected eczema. Dr. Ducharme immediately came up with an action plan and had us coming in each week to make sure that he was getting better. She followed up to make sure I felt comfortable with the plan of action. Her bedside manner is gentle and kind with her patients. She always gets on the childs eye level even if that means squatting on the floor next to them so they feel comfortable. We went today for a recheck and my son was having a tough time. She got on his level and checked him out. Always being patient and making sure that she answered all of my questions. I would recommend everyone to go see Dr. Ducharme for any dermatology needs. She is fantastic! The top doctor in her field by far.

Dr. Ducharme was great when I went in after seeing different dermatologists and doctors to help with my cystic acne. I had been through many different treatments and it was a constant cycle of creams, pills and birth controls. Dr. Ducharme listened to me and we decided the best treatment option would be accutane. She has been great through this journey and I know I can ask her anything about this treatment. Shes a wonderful dermatologist, person, and is highly intelligent in her field! Her staff is amazing at listening to what you need, accommodating and very friendly!

I have seen Dr. Ducharme on several occasions. Recently I had a medium chemical peel done to my face. It was well worth the money! Family and friends tell me that my skin looks healthy and that I look younger. I love how my skin looks and feels. I dont often give reviews. I have given a couple of harsh reviews in the past, and I sometimes regret it. But when I receive excellent care, AND I feel like I got my moneys worth, I sort of feel compelled to say so. The care that I received at Dr. Ducharmes office was excellent. I would recommend to anybody. She is all business when it comes to your health, but at the same time very pleasant. I just have great confidence in her ability.

Disappointed. I sent in a request for an appointment and ended up getting a call while at work and they left a voicemail. I went to call back and the girl on the phone obviously had no idea what to do. She put me on hold multiple times. I told her I was calling back to set up my appointment and she asked if it was for my daughter Lucy? No I obviously said for me. Then told me she doesn’t know what they need from me so put me on hold. Went around and around multiple times while I was calling and still couldn’t get it. Then told me they will call me back. I answer the call and said AGAIN I want to set up my appointment with a new lady this time and she says you don’t want the appointment? Followed by laughter from her and in the background. Obviously I am not calling to NOT have an appointment, that’s just ridiculous to think. Incredibly rude, incredibly unprofessional, didn’t even try to set up the appointment and looking for someone who understands what patient care is actually about.

I had problems with my hand for 4yrs. Skin was dry and would break open. Would case open sores. I had seen a dermatologist but was misdiagnosed. I saw Dr Ducharme and my hand looks like there was never anything wrong. Amazing!!! I will be seeing her again for all dermatological problems in the future and highly recommend her to others.

Dr. Ducharme and her staff were so lovely! Dr. Ducharme has created an incredible facility that I only wish I had brought my daughter to sooner for her severe eczema.
