Had an opportunity to visit this office today and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff, all the ones I interacted with, were professional and personable. I was able to schedule an appointment and been seen the same day. They were punctual and I was out of there in no time. I appreciate the promptness and respect for my time. I read previous reviews regarding the hygienist, Kenny. He was great and has a great sense of humor. They all made my experience a good one; will definitely be back.

As someone who is not a big fan of the dentist I have to say that my experience was amazing. The staff is friendly and Kenneth Lamar is the consummate professional. He made the process less intimidating and was considerate of my apprehensions. He was very relatable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I was informed today when calling to cancel and appointment that I have a cancellation fee of $25 dollars from June 2019. I asked why haven’t I been notified of the fee last year (2019) and finding out October 2020. I feel if there’s a payment due, clients should be notified well in advance vs one year and five months later.

Shout out to the staff at Audubon Dental. I’m grateful to Mr. Kenny for calming my fears with humor and education. The professionalism displayed and customer service are paramount. I have been a patient here going on close to 5 years. The professionalism of the staff has always been satisfactory. Most of my visits has been with the Dental assistant Kenny who has always made the visit pleasant and fun. Do not and I repeat do not send your kid(s) here. They treat kids like adults and recommend unnecessary procedures to collect more money. They are also known to schedule you and then tell you they can’t perform the work same day. My kid had been going to this office and they had a treatment plan outlined for him. My kid went in with severe mouth pain for an “emergency appointment” and after poking in his mouth and stating everything that I initially shared with them, they told me they couldn’t do what they stated as the necessary ($500+) procedure that day and never suggested when they could. So we essentially got an emergency consultation. Who wants that with a kid in pain? Yes, imagine a small kid in terrible pain going to the dentist and coming out with the same pain. We ended up at another dentist office where we were treated not only professionally but in such a warm and welcoming fashion. Come to find out the tooth only needed to be pulled! Not only that, but another filling that Audubon recently did on my kid was done incorrectly and has to be done over. It hasn’t even been 6 months. We have waisted so much money and my kid went thru so much unnecessary pain. So glad he has a new dentist.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a dental office.

I was referred to this dental office, while having the access to only having state care. They are affordable, but most importantly the nicest people we would ever meet. Today I had my routine tooth cleaning (which I have not had in over 3 years. My doctor Kenneth Lamar did a phenomenal job! By the time he was done I barely recognized my teeth; in a good way! Kenneth has this way of making feel comfortable about the process of dental care, as well as throwing in small jokes to keep you at ease. I have to say I am very beyond pleased with what he has done and I will be returning!Thanks Audubon!

I have been a patient here for the last few years. Each and every appointment I am greeted by friendly staff that actively take an interest in me. I do not feel like a patient, I feel like Im visiting friends. They all know me by name and ask me about my pets and hobbies. The office manager Ray is a great guy to talk with before or after appointments.I have had countless work performed here from cleanings to fillings to crown installations. Every visit has been great and Dr. Pantano does excellent work.I highly recommend this office to anyone in the area.

COVID-19 Response was disgraceful! I understand the concerns for staff and patients during this health emergency BUT this office did not have office hours for emergencies as of April 6. The ADA provided guidance recommending that offices be open for Emergency procedures.

I enjoyed my overall experience. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Brittany was exceptional and very patient with me and Kenneth as well. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend this dentistry to everyone. Additionally, Deanna was very pleasant and professional. She provided me with a cost breakdown at my request and she explained the services. I simply love this dental center!! The atmosphere and staff are both what you look for when search for professional dental care. It’s like a cozy spa dental center if you will! It’s relaxing, calming, and kid friendly at the same time. It’s a joyful experience for me with each visit and YES, I look forward to my 6 month visits lol. I have been seeing Dr. Pantano for a few years. I really took my time looking for a good dentist taking into account my insurance and the location and finally because I have had some bad experiences. The dentist is one of my biggest fears. I began seeing her in her other location prior to taking over this practice. We began working on a list and it took a few years to check everything off. I believe that I am almost done and my teeth are beautiful! Dr. Pantano is the only person that I will allow to inject me due to my fears and she is always accommodating to me. I have found the best dentist in the world for my family and I. Currently my son and I have very healthy teeth. I am Blessed to have pretty good insurance, however it has still been costly. It has been worth every dime. Beautiful teeth take years off of your face and a healthy mouth improves ones overall health. I am so grateful!

I visited the office as a new patient and had a wonderful experience--from the courteous, prompt greeting at reception (Deiadrah) to the warm and diligent care from the hygienist (Kenny). No person could honestly describe a dental visit as pleasant, but my recent appointment was as close to pleasant as I have ever had. Far more than that, I have nothing but positive things to say - everyone is very professional and extremely knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Everyone, (especially Kenny) makes sure you are as comfortable as possible. Get in to see him as soon as you can - you will not regret it!

This dental office has by far been the best Ive ever been to. Each time I visit staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Contacting the office and scheduling an appointment is a breeze and their customer service is unmatched. Deanna the front desk clerk always greets you with a smile. Yesterday I worked with the temp Tasha who was great and the time before that the dental assistant Danya was a pleasure to work with. Dr. Pantano is great, and such a pleasure, Im glad I found this place thats why it was such an easy decision to bring my children as well.

I took my 12 year old daughter to this dentist. She was very sacred because she had to have a baby tooth removed. Mr. Kenny cleaned her teeth and removed the tooth without her even being aware (it was already loose). He was fun, professional, and made her have an positive experience. The person that cleans my teeth is Kenny . This guy is amazing. I have been coming here for a few years. I keep coming back, because he simply does a great job. He is detailed, and clearly displays compassion in the work he does.When I come here the rest of the staff is very polite and caring. Even when I have to reschedule several times, staff works with me to accommodate my schedule. Trust me, When its time to clean my teeth again. its a no brainer to set up an appointment to see Kenny.

For someone who actually does not like the dentist bad childhood experience. I can appreciate the team at Audobon. I really didn’t like that I could not get my cleaning done the same day but they did explain that to me when they were scheduling my initial appointment. Sometimes I can be a bit spoiled lol. The staff was warm and welcoming from the Receptionist to the Assistant to Hygienist and the Doctors. My husband just developed a cracked bridge. He went to the dentist seeking something to help him stabilize the bridge before a 20 day trip to Australia. He was basically told that if the fix would not last for 5 years they would not help him. Their best advice was to be careful while he is away. On top of that it took almost 2 hours.

I had a mixed experience at this location. Coming in I was greeted by a receptionist by the name of DJ I believe. She was very nice and patient, I was checking in 3 people as new patients and she was very helpful. I dont remember the tech who did my xrays but regardless of not having the correct size equipment for my mouth she made me feel as comfortable as she could and kept apologizing and making sure I was ok. Afterwards Kenny came in and did my cleaning. He was awesome! He kept me laughing, answered all my questions and gave me great care instructions. Next I saw the dentist, she came in looked at my xrays, examined my teeth and told me she will give me a treatment plan. I was expecting a little more of an explanation of what things meant, never saw her again. It wasnt until I was at the front where I received a$991 treatment plan. I asked another receptionist if I could talk to the dentist but was informed that she was with patients. She did her best to explain to me what everything meant. I was rushed to make an appointment and decided to call later. I called the next day and spoke with DJ about my options and she informed me about things I wasnt told before. Overall not everyone was bad. I was just expecting a little more information.

My visits are always pleasant, especially when scheduling an appointment with Ray, who is always so accommodating. And I can’t leave out staff. They are very friendly, welcoming, and patient. I highly recommend this dental office !!!

Beware of Dr. Polu. I thought I was booking an appointment with the owner of the practice but I actually got Dr. Polu. I booked the appt due to severe tooth pain. After xrays it was determined that I needed a root canal. Dr. Polu could see and even commented on how much pain I was in bit she refused to give me adequate pain medication and suggested I take ibuprofen . She stated that as a younger doctor she wants to be apart of the solution bot problem. Excuse me? As if to suggest that I was seeking medication for something other than the pain I was in. She was too busy trying to up sale implants instead of understanding that ther will be a time and place to treat patients with adequate pain medication. She needs to go back to school if no one told her dentists procedures and tooth decay cause pain. Wont return here.

So I refrained from initially writing my review regarding my office visit for a filling six months ago with Dr. Ashe even after the HORRIBLE experience that I had, because I thought the issue I had, had been corrected. Apparently not. While completing my fillings, Dr. Ashe injected the numbing solution into my gums OVER SIX TIMES (as I could still feel everything she was doing) and the fill procedure took TWO hours to complete for two fills! After I left the office, my mouth was numb for SEVEN HOURS (which was probably because she injected my gums with so much numbing solution), I still could not bite down properly, and those two teeth were overly sensitive when I would eat (almost felt as if they had not been filled/I knew something was done incorrectly). I ended up coming in the following week and I expressed my concerns to Dr. Ashe and she assured me that the numbing and pain I felt in that area that had been just bc my teeth had been filled and any pain or sensitivity would go away in months (“MONTHS”). Eventually, she got the fillings down to where my mouth felt almost normal (still weren’t perfect) but I just figured I’d eventually wear the fill down when eating! Fast forward to now, six months to-date, I have a new dentist and I am told that the fills that Dr. Ashe did were done improperly (which explains why I continuously experience sensitivity - part of the cavity wasn’t filled). Under proper care at my new dental office, I have to get my fills removed and redone as the spaces in the fill could potentially allow decay!! I’d recommend NEVER going to Dr. Ashe!

This is my 3rd visit and I’m pleased with the services and the care of my teeth. Awesome staff. Clean office. With soothing tunes. Great family office.

My visit to Audubon Dental Center was a great experience. The atmosphere is similar to a spa or salon - very relaxing. They even provided a face mask and earphones for a true spa-like experience during my teeth cleaning. Dr. Pantano was the kindest dentist I have ever been to. If you like spas, this is the place for you. The ambiance is healing. When you walk in, you will leave your worries behind because the calming music and the welcoming staff, who remember your name and are funny, will give you the care your teeth need. Every question, no matter how silly, is answered in a supportive way--My husband is a dentist so I can be a high maintenance patient sometimes. I have jaw issues and have trouble keeping my mouth open for long periods; Dr. Pantano has always been extremely patient with this and gives my jaw as many breaks as it needs even for simple cleanings.

As good of an experience as you are going to get at the dentist. The staff was friendly, professional and skilled (at least everyone that I had contact with). I am very happy with the care I received.

My tooth was aching and the only thing the dentist told me was I need to come back for cleaning and then they could schedule a root canal. I left out of there with the same tooth pain I went in with. While I appreciate the dentist squeezing me in for a fill for a tooth that was giving me pain, I was unaware that she would leave me in the chair with an instrument in my mouth while she went to see another patient. I ended up being left in the chair with my jaw propped open and the assistant continually spraying and sucking my mouth, until i finally gestured to figure out what was going on. My jaws are still very uncomfortable for being left in the chair while she went to examine another patient. I would have much preferred to know that she needed to do that, and be left in a reasonably comfortable state while she saw the other patient.

Dr. Tami and her staff are great. Dr. Tami is professional and very knowledge dentist. Her staff is pleasant and willing to go the extra mile for their help patients.

As soon as I walked into Audubon Dental Center of Clinton, I was greeted by its friendly and attentive front desk staff who offered me a selection of beverages while I filled out the new patient forms. After I completed the forms, I was quickly taken into an examination room where I had my x-rays taken. I really liked that there was very little wait time throughout the whole visit. Even more, I appreciated the extra care Dr. Pantano took in examining my teeth since this was my first visit. She then went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with water pressure, water temperature, etc., while I had my teeth cleaned. Lastly, and most importantly, Dr. Pantano seems to genuinely care about her patients and making sure they leave her office happy. I definitely am happy to have a dentist in the area that I can trust for all my dental needs!

DO NOT waste your hard earned money at this facility! They do not care about the health of your teeth! It is all about the money. Here is my experience... I had been visiting this location for almost two years and have spent a great deal of money, I went in for a routine cleaning when it was suggested to me that I get a deep cleaning because my gums were receding in a few spots. Mind you that the said suggested treatment would be around $1600 dollars. So I decided that my dental health was important and I would do the suggested treatment, one side was $600 which I did on the spot. Fast forward 4 months. I get a call from the dental office saying that it was time to complete the treatment, which I politely declined stating that I thought the procedure was over priced and it wasnt in my budget at the moment. I went on to say if it is time for my regular check up you can go ahead and schedule that. The person that called me went on to say that if I chose not to continue the treatment I could no longer utilize that dental office!!!!!! What the hell? So a treatment that is suggested to you becomes a medical necessity???? Even though they said insurance would not pay for it!!!! So you are telling me you are trying to ransom my dental health because you want my money!!!!!! I later spoke to the office manager Paul who stated because I had gum disease that they were required to complete the treatment. HOLD UP ONE DAM MINUTE.....Not once were the words gum disease EVER MENTION....EVER in the course of my visits!!!! Now your saying that I either pay $1000 to be treated or look elsewhere for treatment!!!!! I am utterly disgusted with this facility and there treatment of unsuspecting patients.

A+ dental practice. From the doctor herself, Dr. Pantano, and literally every staff member are all the absolute best. I am horrible with names but I remember them all because theyre just that great. Kenny the hygienist, Brittany dental assistant, Khadija dental assistant, Deanna at the front desk and Ray the office manager - all awesome. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Just remember that most dental insurance plans dont cover many services so dont misplace your anger at the office, which is not a free clinic, because of your dental coverage.

We are family of 4. We went to Audubon for the first time today after being dissatisfied with the service from our previous Dentist. The service was exceptional. Everyone was very nice and polite and personable. Brittany and Kenny made me (Eric Sr.) personally fell welcomed and comfortable. I also felt they were very thorough. Im 43, Ive been going to the Dentist forever. But today I heard and learned things that i had never experienced before. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in mine and my familys dental health. We will definately be returning.

Brittany, my dental assistant, is absolutely a amazing. Lovely black faces everywhere. An all around pleasant experience!!! Also my dental hygenist was hilarious and they made my awkward teeth life much more bearable.

Traumatic ordeal! The dental hygienist Kenny was awesome!! I’m very particular with dental treatment and want the best by all means. Unfortunately, the doctor never discussed with me her plan(s) for repairing my tooth nor checked for any flaws upon completion. Once I questioned her about the outcome, she then stated her reasoning for my tooth being a “hairline” shorter than the original length. Secondly, after brushing and flossing I experienced the floss snagging which resulted in an additional visit, as she filed the excess off I began to experience an uncomfortable feeling and requested her to stop. That’s when her unprofessionalism and poor customer service skills unleashed!! The tooth later chipped in the same area she filed, I returned for another repair which she refused to perform by indicating she didn’t not see anything wrong. She never x-rayed the area either.I allowed her several chances to apologize and correct all her actions which she refused. It’s so bad that I selected a different doctor under the practice and was denied. As a patient I rightfully addressed the issues and requested supporting documents. Only get cleanings I’m afraid to experience this ordeal again or worse! I don’t want no one to ever experience this costly ordeal.

I was bummed when I had to switch dentist due to my insurance, but this office has been so great. Everytime I go im greeted warmly and my wait is hardly ever longer than 5 minutes. Brittney and Kenneth are the best and Dr Tammy is always nice and available for questions. Ive never felt rushed or worried going here.My only wish is they get better toothbrushes for the baggies :)

I would like to say that in my personal opinion Dr. Tami Pantano and her full staff are amazingly wonderful. They care about the patients and they make you more aware of your dental hygiene. Ive gone here for the last year or two. Just had my first cavity filled today. It was the first time in my experience that Ive had absolutely no pain during a filling, even during the numbing injection.Edit: Doc was Tami Pantano

They could have killed me. No dentist would see me after seeing this horrible woman did this to me. I had to see an allergist and was told that I was over dosed with the numbing agent. When I was over dosed I was seeing triple vision and she told me that it was all in my mind. They would not even let me recover in their office. I stayed there anyway for about 30 mins and then drove home. I could have hurt someone in a car accident. The red and intense burning went from my face and moved down my body then it was finally gone. This dentist was treating two people at the same time and looked stressed and in a hurry. This horrible treatment cost me $80.00. I should of sued her. Beware.

This was my first experience at Audubon Dental Center of Clinton and it was outstanding. The entire staff was patient and understanding. After having several bad experiences with other dental practices I was apprehensive. Kenny (Dental Hygienist) was AMAZING! He was extremely gentle and comforting, so much so that I had little to no discomfort during his inspection of my mouth and teeth nor during the cleaning. Dr. Pantano was also very gentle and had a great chair-side manner. I also had the pleasure of working with Deena (Patient Coordinator), Jessica (Front Office), Khadija (Dental Assistant) and Ray (Front Office) who all provided me with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Audubon Dental Center of Clinton.

If youre ever afraid to visit a dentist, I would highly recommend this place. Not only is the experience very comforting as soon as you walk into the office, but it continues like that throughout your whole visit. You are greeted by friendly and professional staff and that is not where it stops. From X-rays, examinations, and on to more extensive work, Dr. Pantano and her staff do an excellent job in not only educating the patient on proper care but also in terms of procedures to be conducted. It was quite comforting to speak with her and feel as though I was getting the proper care that I not only needed but deserved. When it came to procedures, I have to say that Dr. Pantano has to be the first dentist that I have had that gives so much care in making sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole session. I highly recommend visiting the professional and friendly staff when youre in need of a good dentist with a great experience!

Today was my first visit with two of my children. My son had his first cleaning and the staff was awesome. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere, thats kid friendly...this is it. Shout out to Stacy, DAnna,Donna, Dr. Patano, Dr. Lopez....cleaned my teeth for real...Thank you Kenny for the nursery song.. The wheels on the bus That he sang to my daughter.. I was busting out laughing while getting my xrays done..

This is my third time at Audubon Dental and I am impressed with the staff professionalism especially Brittany and of course the Dr. I would recommend Audubon Dental.

I was very impressed at first when I visited the dental office, but my last visit I had a serious concern. I was recommended certain procedures that I could have, in which my insurance would not pay, so I decided to at least start treatments. I had two treatments done, but when I came back for a follow up, I felt the negative body language of the person who cleaned my teeth. At no time, were we eye to eye, but you can tell by his remarks that he was having a bad day. Listen. I hate going to the dentist and now I have to deal with this.....it appeared as though since I didnt take the recommendations and pay $650.00 out of my pocket I had done nothing for my teeth. So why do I need to come back in 3 months ? I dont have 650, its xmas, or was that suppose to be your xmas gift? Either way, I was not treated kindly on my last visit.

Always a good experience with the dentist, dental staff, and office staff. Would recommend to others.

This was my 2nd appointment with Audubon and just like the first I was satisfied with there service. I also would like to give thanks to Kenny. May he become a Steelers fan in the future..LOL!

I just LOVE my dentist and her staff!!!! About a year or so ago, I was looking for a good dentist near my home that would honor my dental plan and have reasonable prices for dental services. I came across Audubon Dental Center of Clinton and made an appointment. When I walked through the door, I said this will be my new dentist. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and the staff is absolutely amazing! The other bonus is that they get you in and out. No wait time.Dr. Tami Pantano is soooo friendly, professional, and caring. She explains everything and provide great advice on what services I need next. Brittany---what can I say about her?? Incredible and Personable!!! She is always making sure I am o.k. before and after services. Kenny is hilarious! He always makes me feel comfortable and our conversations take my mind off of what I am there for. The office manager always makes sure my charges for services are accurate and provides me with any additional information/documents that I may need. I could not ask for a better place to take care of my teeth. I highly recommend Audubon Dental Center of Clinton for your dental needs. Great job and keep up the great work you are doing!!! When I first came to this location for dental services, the Dentist was Dr. Kabernauff (sp) - very cool guy. unfortunately he retired, and informed me that the new dentist would be good. I was ok with the new dentist up until my last experience there. however, the front desk attendant (which was her husband at the time of my experience) is selective about who he has a nasty attitude with and I noticed that he would talk to me with slang, but use proper English/professional language when speaking to Caucasian clients. my last experience, I forgot I had an appointment (completely my fault) and he called to remind me (15 minutes after the appointment time - which was pointless). they allowed me to reschedule, I wrote down the date and time and specifically picked 11am because it was at the beginning of my lunch break and I worked around the corner from the office. I arrived at 11am, and was told I missed my 10am appointment. the husband was rude and made it clear that he didnt care if I took my business elsewhere. I requested to speak to the Dentist herself, and instead of her acknowledging theyre mistake, she decided to reference an appointment that I was late to ONE YEAR PRIOR to this experience and also made it clear that my business wasnt cared for. horrible professionalism

Loved the spa like atmosphere! The aquarium is such a welcoming sight. Dr. Pantano and her staff exude professionalism, positiveness and genuine kindness. I hadnt been to a dentist in 5 years. After the exam and xrays, Dr. Pantano explained what needed to be done. She didnt beat me over the head with what needed to be done, but applauded the good work I had done in the absence of professional dental care.Im going back to have my treatment done. It would be a pleasure!

So happy to find a great dentist at a reasonable price! The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 is that I could have used one less text reminder.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years and each time it’s been a pleasant experience. Kenny usually handles my cleans, he’s been really good about making me comfortable and not nervous about the dentist. Music is chill, Office is clean, and overall I do not plan on changing my dentist anytime soon!
