Took my 5 year old son for routine cleaning and exam and had an excellent experience. Staff was very kind and efficient. Would highly recommend!

I had to replace my old crown because 90% of the crown had be lost over many years. Dr. Chow and his assistant did an outstanding job. He saved me money with his recommendations (see details in the next paragraph), he also creates the new crown right there in his office. That means I only needed to make ONE VISIT and I could walk out with my new crown. This is something sort of new.(There are still dentists who have had me wear a temporary crown and wait for the official crown to arrive. Then, in a few weeks, Id drive back to the dentist and hope the official crown fit.)It was a real luxury to be able to walk out of the dentists office with EVERYTHING DONE. And it fit perfectly!Heres how he saved me money. As he was xraying the tooth that needed a crown, he saw that I had a cavity on the neighboring tooth, which also had a crown. He showed me where it was. Explained the challenge. Then let me decide what I wanted to do.Of course, I asked for his opinion and even asked if I needed two crowns. I liked his answer. It was honest and saved me money! He said it would be just as effective to take care of the cavity, without creating a new crown for the neighboring tooth.Boy was I happy! Dr. Chow went to work immediately. During the whole session, he would ask me how I felt and was always checking on whether all was OK. I appreciated that his whole focus was doing a quality job AND making sure he was not creating any more pain for me.The session for 1 crown took about 2 hours plus fixing the cavity. I was in the dental chair for a while, but I had no side effects that day and only felt a tiny bit sore the first hour when I work. That was amazing for me.It meant that he was careful about how much (and how little) deadening medicine to use.Dr Chow called me about 5 hours after our session and asked how I was feeling. I appreciated that personal touch. I even like the design of his offices, great comfy chairs, lovely flower arrangements making it feel more like home than a dentists office. On thoughtful gesture which impressed me, they have mouthwash and plastic cups in the bathroom for patients to use, if needed!I am impressed. It was a good total experience, best ever at a dentists office!
