This office an staff is the worst with insurance..they have made me pay a bill which i had a primary an scondary insurance..screwed me outta money I needed..that my kid needed..Watch your insurance people

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. This office is rude and condescending. I would never trust them to do surgery or any other type of treatment.

They worked well with me. I have very high anxiety as well as other mental diagnoses and they took their time to listen to my concerns and dealt with them perfectly. Definitely recommend Dr. Anderson and staff. They’re all very friendly and thorough to get the job done right.

Not very happy ,I had my wisdom teeth removed there a week ago almost and I been having really bad pain on my bottom and it’s been swollen , so I called and made a appointment to be seen my appointment was at 3pm ..had to wait in pain till 4:30 almost and the lady was very rude and when I went back didn’t even look at me just told me I had a dry socket and cleaned it out .. and here I am still in pain

Dr Anderson was wonderful. Christy was great with my young granddaughter after her surgery. The only complaint I have was the front office staff. I could hear their conversations which consisted of talking bad about their husbands, and other personal issues. And one of them was pretty rude to another patient telling him that she had been doing billing for 22years and she doesn’t make mistakes. Overall our experience was good

This place is awesome.I went in with anxiety. They assured me I was in safe hands. They talked me through everything. Helped me out with what I needed. They also explained everything to me where I can understand better. Those nurses are awesome. Dr Anderson you need to give ur nurses a raise lol lol.Thank you all very much for being so caring.

Hateful front desk.

After a pretty much traumatic experience at another surgeon getting my top wisdom teeth out, I was pretty stressed out about getting the bottoms removed anywhere. However, it was an entirely different experience here! Friendly and caring staff! I would definitely recommend.

My 2 year old grandson had a fall and knocked his two front teeth almost out. Took him to Tenova ER...after 30 min wait was told dont have oral surgeon on staff. Called Cindy at Dr Anderson she said bring him there. They took excellent care of our baby and all of us. Sadly Cole lost his 2 front teeth but the excellent care and information given by Dr.Anderson and Cindy made it less traumatic for him and us. Thanks so much for your excellent care of all of us. Also this was Memorial Day and they took the time from their family and plans to take care of our emergency....

Ugh.

Dr anderson is great but office staff is terrible. Condescending hateful. Dr Anderson couldnt do my sons surgery in office and staff couldnt get hospital approval thru insurance so I had to get new surgeon. I paid for surgery upfront .Got a letter saying I owed them money or turning over to collections when I called to see what the problem was the lady said I owed for a surgery. I told her no I didnt because my son still had his wisdom teeth because NO surgery happened. She basically called me a liar. I then told her that they owed me money and that really set her off. She then got hateful and loud on phone. I then told her I was going to call a lawyer. A few hours later she called my husband to tell him they owed us a refund. If Dr Anderson doesnt get control of his office staff he will lose alot of patients.
