There is nothing Beautiful about our experience with Dr. Williams. While she has a nice bedside manner, she is a POOR businesswoman. Such a shame to have a desire to support a Black owned business and be consistently disappointed.My husband visited her office for veneers. While waiting for the permanent veneers to arrive she installed temporaries. Two weeks later, the temporary veneers started to chip off leaving his shaved down teeth exposed. We called and the receptionist (Alexis, who has a nice nasty demeanor), showed no ounce of concern; told him he would have to wait TWO additional weeks for the next available appointment. The teeth were falling apart, meaning this is an EMERGENCY, and the temporaries were not meant to last longer than a few weeks.After much persistence we got an earlier appointment. As she was examining his teeth, she was shocked that the temporaries were chipped… like we said they were. That means her receptionist did not emphasize the urgency of the situation putting a patient’s oral health at risk. During the appointment, she dropped his veneers on the floor TWICE and did not clean them off before proceeding to place them in his mouth. Not only that, she answered her cell phone multiple times and did not sanitize her hands or change her gloves and continued to touch dental instruments with her bare hands. Unacceptable. Lastly, we clearly weren’t the only ones who had a bad experience. During the appointment, there were a couple upset patients who were waiting for over an hour and had to reschedule due to her poor time management.We wish we could give Dr. Williams a second chance, but its clear she doesn’t deserve one.Update (June 14, 2021): One of my husband’s veneers came off while eating SOFT FOOD; less than a week after having them installed. Let that be a testament to Dr. Williams quality of work. We will be seeking another dentist to fix the problem she caused.

My husband and I first visit at Beautiful Smiles with Dr. Williams was a wonderful experience. She was very on point with her exam. She was concerned with you underlining health conditions. Encourage you to stay on top of your health. Showed me ways to brush properly to improve plaque. I would truly recommend her services. I had a visit to Dr. Williams’s dental office yesterday 10/14/2020. I was seen right away after checked in for COVID screening. I had fluoride applied to my teeth and her assistant did a good job. The front desk person had a great personality.

Omg!! I am terrified of Dentist but my visit to Beautiful Smiles changed my attitude. Unfortunately I had to get an extraction but Dr. Williams and Ms. Joann helped me through it. They gave me positive affirmations, through the entire procedure. No Pain!!! I just cant stop talking about them. They should be called Beautiful Angels because these women are heaven sent. I had a bridge that was in my mouth for 20 yrs and it came loose. I went to another practice and they couldn’t give me the same bridge I had before. I ask Dr Williams if she could provide the same bridge and she told me yes I came from Virginia to Maryland to get what I thought couldn’t be done. I received excellent service. The bridge was a lot better then what I had before. The staff was very professional and office was cleaned. I highly recommend this office to anyone that’s looking for a dentist.

The dentist did not deliver on what she promised to do, putting in a new permanent retainer on my top teeth. It was so bad. She had to end up taking it out herself the same day, during the same visit. If she couldnt do it she should have just said that instead of wasting our time. AND she charged me $80 for doing little to nothing. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

I am a new customer, of Dr. Williams, and her hygienist and she have provided outstanding customer service and support to me. I had a temporary crown that broke, after a week, and they immediately made arrangements for me to get it repaired. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, with the receptionist (Melissa), who doesnt demonstrate good telephone etiquette by not identifying herself when answering the telephone. It is important, to obtain the name of the person, answering the telephone for various reasons for follow-ups, etc. Today (October 31, 2016) I called Beautiful Smiles, to follow-up on a returned call from their office regarding my permanent crown, and Melissa didnt identify herself. I asked her twice who I was speaking to, after giving my name, and advising I was returning a phone call from their business. She was discourteous, obnoxious and rude but eventually rendered her name. I would expect and hope other customers are not communicated, with or treated the way I was today, and Dr. Williams will address my concern.********************************************************************************On October 31, 2016 I had an appointment for 6:00pm; however, I could not make the appointment time. The reason is that HWY 5 South (all three lanes) were block, because of wrecks, and traffic was at a standstill. Dr. Williams and her right hand person (Gabby) stayed until 6:40pm to service me and didnt depart their business until well after 8:00 pm. Both of these dental professionals went out of their way, to provide outstanding customer service and support to me. I highly recommend dental patients looking for a new dentist, to contact Beautiful Smiles and Dr. Williams for their care. By the way, Dr. Williams apologized, for her receptionists negative behavior, and my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.
