The receptionist was so rude to my wife and I. She lied about a couple of things. first that she needed the SSN to look up the coverage, where only the group number and ID was required. She also lied about the insurance not covering the retinal examination and imaging. I checked the insurance and it explicitly says its covered. She lied again and said its what Im told to do. She kept on talking over me when I was talking and was very, very rude and unprofessional. I Will be following with a law suit about lying and scamming people.

Everyone there was very friendly and most importantly, the doctor was informative and kept it real about the prices. I would recommend.

Came here as a walk-in because my glasses broke. Got me in for an exam and got me my prescription within a hour. As well as a pair of contact lenses. Very pleasant service 10/10 would go again.

Dr. Rowson is so kind, takes time and explains everything. Would recommend her, highly.

I spent $150 on an appointment and did not receive my contacts prescription.I was told it would be another $25 dollars for a follow up appointment. Although I was late for my follow up I did pay good money for a service I did not receive.So Im out $150 dollars and have to go make another appointment elsewhere . I feel like Ive been robbed.

Ive had great experiences here. Been coming for my regular eye exams for years now. Most major insurance accepted, friendly Dr.s and staff.
