Dr. Porter not only helped me with replacing my lenses to my favorite sunglasses, he was thorough and attentive. He also helped my elderly mom with her prescription when most doctors chose not to really listen to her needs.

Took a month to receive pricey glasses..after multiple phone calls. Receptionist is rude & so unprofessional. Wish I wouldve shopped around! Dr. Porter was thorough & attentive though.

Dr. Porter is a joke and so is his practice, dont bother waisting your time, there are way better Dr.s to choose from when it comes to eyecare

Omg this is the worst. dont ever go there. receptionist is so rude, and disrespectful. awful people. they should not practice medicine nor be able to work with people.

I was left in the dark about my lenses as well. I couldnt get a call back to save my life, and when I said something about it, the office manager was rude to me also.
