My eyesight is very poor. My previous ophthalmologist said there was nothing more he can do to help me see better with contacts. My eyesight was good with glasses but not contacts. Fairview Eye Center not only educated me about options with contacts but found an easy solution to help me. I can see very well with my glasses AND contacts. They are professional and knowledgeable and far better services than other places. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Krebs has been my Ophthalmologist for years. What a professional experience I had from the initial testing and conferencing to the surgery and post surgery appointment.Might I add that being in a surgery center that only handles eye surgery is a big plus. They walk you through the entire procedure so there are no surprises. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

I have been a patient for annual exams and any problems for many years. I usethe optical department to buy my glasses and get adjustments. I recently had surgery to raise my eyelids and that was very successful.

He is very thorough and takes his time explaining what he is doing when just a regular exam or emergency appointment.One gentleman in the optical department could use a customer service class...not customer friendly, of course that has been my experience with him.Also, need to get more petite frames for clients.

Clean facility with helpful staff.I have seen most every eye physician there over various issues throughout the past years, never a complaint. Excellent care and attention. I appreciate the fact their system maintains great notes and past history available immediately to their touch, so no ruffling through pages. Yes, there are times of waiting but eye dilation takes time. I think it is important to not be rushed through. I am grateful for their care, wisdom and experience. If a particular test is recommended, they thoroughly explain why. I give this office a 5 star rating. They deserve it and more.

After having issues with a secondary cataract I went to Fairview Eye Center, Dr. Kosmidis, to have treatment. This facility is no longer covered under my insurance. I explained this to their employees and was instructed to complete a document release form and the records would be sent to me. THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE. The only way I can receive my own personal records is to pay a fee of $40. Dr. Kosmidis has left the practice. Perhaps due to office management? I wonder. I would never recommend this office as they do not place the patient first. MONEY is the object of their affections. They care nothing for the patient.

I have been to Lakewood and Fairview numerous times. The Drs and technicians are thorough and knowledgeable. The reputations of theDrs, technicians and staff support are outstanding.

When it comes to your eyes I dont trust the just anybody. Fairview and Dr. Krebs has been my eye doctor for years and her and they are the best as far as Im concerned.

I like Fairview Eye Center! I had Vitrectomy Surgery, Cataract Surgery & YAG Capsulotomy Surgery performed there on my Left Eye and they restored my vision to 20/30. I had an appointment with Dr. Carla M. Krebs, MD (Othalmalogist) this morning, she is very friendly, intelligent and sharp at catching things. This morning she said that I still have a Cataract in my right eye that is too small to remove right now and she noticed that I have a swelled up membrane on my right eye and she noticed that my right eye lid is drooping which could be fixed if I would like to? She did my YAG Capsulotomy back in 2017 in my left eye and she did a great job removing all the floaters in my eye. I highly recommend seeing her!

Had issues over weekend which I was very concerned about. I called Fairview Eye Center first thing Monday morning and I was seen same day. I was well taken care of by entire staff. Thank you 😊.

I once again had the pleasure of visiting Fairview Eye Center. The service is always kind and acommodating . I had an appointment today with Ginny, the contact lens specialist and she was so very patient and kept working with me to achieve the best result. This was the 3rd time and 3rd person Ive been treated by and they have all been professional and warm. Highly recommend this for your eye care needs.

My time at the eye center was brief. I checked in quickly and was called to prepping in a minute. The nurse was quite well informed and concise too. My doctor. Came out and greeted me and did some prepping stuff. Then off I went. The caterac surgery went well. Too. I can see again!Thank you all for a great no hassle experience.

I came in as a new patient for my childrens eye exams....previous doctors were at a main campus large facility. Always felt rushed and my questions seemed unimportant to.them. The thoroughness and time that Dr. LOIZOS spent with my children was great. Sorry I did not go earlier. I was recommended by a friend...glad I listened.

Its conveniently located and everyone at their office after Soo very nice and helpful. This is now my preferred place to go. The convenience of getting texted with last minute openings helped me get my appt a month early!! That is a great convenience!! I was going to give only a 4 since my wait time between Drs was longer than normal but had to stick with 5. They apologized for the delay and I just love this place! They also take the time to explain your test results and ask if you have questions.

Three hours at the Lorain Ave location! My appt was at 2:50 and I did not leave until 5:35! It was apparent they had overbooked my Doctor. Four patients that I know for certain we’re booked with my Doctor between 2:30 and 2:50, as I came early and could hear them as they checked in. This is just greed and extremely rude to have no concern for my time. No apologies were extended.I will never return to that location.Never had an issue at the Lakewood location.

As always nice people, COVID set-up etc. Was with wife and they fixed it so after all the tests we were together with the Dr.’s final review. Good job by the crew to set that up.

The doctor was wonderful however they over book and the staff isn’t responsive. After 2 hours and fifteen minutes for a routine appointment I left without a prescription for contacts as they were rushing off to the next patients before they closed. I have since been bounced around for over four hours and continually sent to a voicemail and all I need is what I paid for which is a simple contact prescription.

Dr. Miller is absolutely fabulous!!! She is so patient, kind and caring. The other doctors are awesome as well, Dr. Miller is just always my first choice. I was somewhat nervous when Dr. Miller told me I needed glasses then sent me out to optical where I was met by a friendly smiling face. Jackie was her name! She took her time with me even though I’m sure she had plenty to do. She was very honest and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Now I never want to take them off because I love them!!! Such a wonderful experience and I will continue going back. Thank you all for all your help and hard work!!

Good practice. The front desk is not as organized or as professional as I might like, but the doctors and professional staff are excellent. Reasonable regarding time for appointments, waiting time, and charges. The front desk staff dont seem particularly anxious to greet patients and may be struggling with an out-dated system for managing the practice. With better tools, and a welcoming smile, the first impression of this practice would be five stars - like the rest of the experience.

Had a bit of an emergency and needed to see an ophthalmologist. I called at 8am, and was seen by 8:45. Very nice and professional doc and staff. Very thankful they were able to see me so fast and on such short notice.

Doctor Kosmidis is good at his job,but the company he works for cares more a 65.00 bill then my eyes. I will pay my bill and find someone else to do the cataract surgery.

I have been going here for 15 years and since the sold to Fairview Eye Center, the service in North Olmsted has gotten worse. The hours are a joke and they are incorrect on the website. Open till 630 on Thursdays to pick up glasses... Nope. They wont talk to you past 530. Waited past the lunch hour for them to open back up with 3 people waiting in line to get in. Apparently you need to take PTO from work just to take 5 mins to pick up glasses. The selection of frames is also worse than it used to be.

Do you need new glasses, see Jackie in optical! She helped me pick out theperfect frames and it was fast shopping for me too, which I love. They also have a great selection of frames too.

Over the past 10 years my wife and I have always bought our eye glasses here. We have always been treated great by Beth. Shes wonderful with her recommendations on eyewear, measuring and making adjustments when needed. Beth treats Customers with great respect.

I was seen within 10 min. of my appointment. Then I had to sit at the waiting area again, but that was for my eyes to dilate. I assume they take advantage of that time to see other patients. When I was seen by Dr. Loizos he spoke clearly and didnt seem rushed as if he was just trying to get me out of there. The staff was courteous. Costumer service was good

The Doctors are great but the department that sell the glasses will not be honest with you. They will tell you once you place your order the lab will immediately start work on your glasses. But I have been waiting over two weeks and I still have not received them. I have contacted them about the issue but have just recieved a lot of double talk. I would recommend the doctors but take your prescription elsewhere to be filled.

I had the best experience with the eye clinic. I’m in town on vacation and I forgot my contacts. The staff was fast and courteous when I explained my situation. After they talked to my eye doctor I had a trial set for the week.

Dr. Loizos is so thorough. I felt I got the best eye exam I’ve ever had. He is genuine and looks at you when he talks to you. Seems silly but the past few doctors Ive seen had their faces glued to a computer screen. I also got my glasses here and the optician, Jackie, was amazing! She was truly honest not that fake salesman kind. She was patient with me while I tried on a million pairs of glasses but really helped me narrow it down. She even patiently stood by while I texted some pics to my boyfriend to get his opinion. I felt the all the staff was good though.

Rarely give review but had such a horrible experience taking my Aunt there, Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited forever and whoever is is charge of running this place should be fired immediately! I don’t think they will be in business much longer. The place has definitely changed for the worst.I have never seen anything like it. A few of the workers were running around like there’s a fire, taking people to back for their exams, running up to front desk, etc. But then at same time there were 3 workers standing around, not doing anything, and gossiping right near where we were waiting! When one of the nice nurses, who brought my aunt back to the room, asked another worker standing around for help, the worker told her she was working for another doctor, would not help, then continued talking about a tv show with the 2 other workers, who were also just standing around, for another 10 minutes! Then, if that wasn’t bad enough, while we were still waiting for my aunt to see her doctor, I overheard one of the managers speaking to one of the nurses, like she was speaking to a kindergartner! I would’ve quit on the spot if I were that nurse.So I decided to take my aunt to another doctor, even though she had been going to this place for years. The difference in the experience was night and day. And my aunt said she wished she had switched a long time ago. Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere.

Scheduled an appointment with dr. Loizos one month ago. Was asked what insurance I have, told them medical mutual. I was told yes, we accept that insurance. I went to my appointment today, was asked for my insurance card and I.D. I was then told that they don’t accept the plan I have with medical mutual, and I could pay out of pocket. I wish they had told me this a month ago!

The SLOWEST place ever, no personal or customer service skills, have to wait WAY too long to check in, check out, or pick up contact (not even glasses, glasses you have to get fitted for). Needs a lot of help and better management to give customers a better experience.

Michelle at the billing department is very rude, argumentative for no reason and no customer service skills what’s so ever. Needs to learn how to talk to customers.

Really enjoyed going there until recently. Ordered contacts from 1-800-Contacts, but the Eye Centers did not approve my order, since my prescription was expired as of June, 2016. Funny thing is, I ordered at least 4-8 more times since June of 2016, and they never bothered to tell me my prescription was expired. They enjoyed talking my money without a problem. If you play ball with someone else, thats when they get upset.Gutless, unprofessional conduct. Really dissapointing. Wont ever go back.

Ive been going to Fairview Eye Center for the last few years for my eye exams and glasses prescriptions. All the staff were kind and friendly and very knowledgeable of the exam.

Rude and snooty.... No Customer service skills. Ordered contacts and they charged me extra for stuff i didnt order. Need new staff. Will definitely take my bussiness elsewhere. Sad for being so close to home. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

Terrible customer service. Overheard two staff members while in the public waiting area, talking about a patient after they left. And after our appointment we needed to make an appt at one of their other locations. Receptionist said my computer is down well call you.Many days later, they never called. Clearly we arent going back.

This place very very slow. Why do they schedule so many people and then they have you wait for an hour to see you. This is horrible customer service. . My appointment was scheduled for 3:35pm.And I still have not seen the doctor yet. This is insane. ..
