I was provided with caring friendly treatment at my one day postoperative appointment following cataract surgery. The offices were very clean and consideration of safety from COVID spread was apparent. The staff and doctor were knowledgeable and supportive.

From the onset of my appointment, the reception staff was very welcoming, courteous and expedient at signing me in and having me to fill out necessary forms.The wait was minimal. The Technician administered various examinations; she was patient, accommodating and very thorough in the process. It was refreshing as one could tell she was extremely knowledgeable in this field of endeavor and exuded much pride. Her work ethic is admirable.Dr. Pierre was very relatable. He has a genuine quality about himself that allows one to relax and be comfortable in the exchange with him. He answered my questions readily and in a way that I could understand. It was surprising that he took notice to other enigmas in relation to my eyes, that I had never thought of addressing. I appreciate that he did not try to upsale me on the cataract removal procedures; ( there are 3) he proposed that the basic procedure would serve me well. Everyone was so friendly and made sure you were comfortable. Doctor was absolutely amazing! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!As you can see above I had previously left a great review after my first initial visit with the doctor. During the first visit, after the exam my daughter got to pick out her glasses and I was advised they would arrive in about 2 weeks. To my surprise they were in earlier then expected. I take my daughter to pick them up and check in and was asked to have a seat until someone is available. I had taken my lunch break at work to take my daughter, so after waiting 20 minutes to be called and still nothing I approached the ladies at check in and asked if I could please just take my daughters glasses and if there are any issues I would bring them back for adjusting. They told me absolutely no problem and proceeded to grab her stuff. When they bring me the glasses they confirm name and insurance. I open the case and they are definitely not what my daughter had picked out on her original appointment. They had her try them on and make sure everything was good and she could see. After they brought out a box asking what was wrong with the glasses she received. I show the woman what the glasses were originally supposed to look like, to which she responds, they are the same style just a different color. She can use these. My daughter received a red pair of glasses after picking out black frames. This may seem petty or not a big deal to most, but my frustration comes from the fact my daughter has never had glasses before and is now told she needs to wear them 24/7. With that being said, I wanted her to have exactly what she wanted so that she stuck to wearing her glasses all of the time. She is 9 years old, so it isnt going to be the most ideal situation trying to get her to wear glasses all day, everyday especially now that she has a pair that she doesnt even like. Im sorry for the long review but I just felt like this whole situation couldve been handled better then being told theyre just a different color and she will be fine. It is frustrating to not receive the same service you were expecting as your first visit. Extremely disappointed, and now my daughter is stuck with glasses she doesnt even like.

They are fast and professional and very fast get you in and out.

I had a wonderful experience there yesterday. My first time getting glasses. The woman who checked me in (I wish I could remember her name - I think it started with a B?) was very friendly and pleasant. The optometrist was kind and funny and so was the young man who was training with him. They were so patient with me as I picked out my frames and gave me their input. Excellent safety and social distancing measures were in place.I didnt have to wait long and Im looking forward to going back to pick up my new glasses!

They screeen you out in the lobby before you an officially enter the building, if you need a face mask they provide you with one. The staff is awesome and wonderful, they are so very kind. I hate the location of the building. But hey what can be done about it? Anyway the 4 stars is for the fact that I had my eye exam about 3 to 4 weeks ago and have not yet received a phone call about my prescription eye glasses yet.

I love going to the Cleveland Eye Clinic!!! The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful, and they treat every patient as if we are apart of their family! I especially love Dr. McKinnis for his patience with not only myself but my children as well! The front desk team Ms. Kathy and Ms. Bernadette are phenomenal! Im new to Cleveland,I looked for a eye doctor that took my insurance and this eye doctor was the one that did. The doctor here was awesome told me what was going on with my eyes and prescribed me medicine to fix what was going on with my eyes... I also found a nice pair of glasses too.... Upon walking into the Cleveland eye clinic I received the warmest welcome ever. The ladies all had big smiles. Hot coffee, and fresh baked cookies. The wait time was not long either. We had an amazing experience with Dr.Daniel Pierre. My 3 year old daughter is pretty afraid of ANY doctors check up room an screamed her little head off just about the entire time. Dr.Pierre was very calm and funny and instead of telling us that there not able to do anything until she gets older he got the job done beautifully. I’d recommend him to any parent with a little one, every staff member we encountered was very lovely and accommodating. Thank you again Cleveland Eye Clinic Staff!!

This eye clinic is the best in the world. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated like i was the most important person there. The ladies up front have such a great sibsi of humor, along with hreay personalities. My only wish is that I could come back every week to splash some sunshine on my face.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to the Cleveland eye Clinic. The building is a bit unassuming from the outside, but as soon as I walked in the doors I was met by an extremely kind and welcoming environment. All the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The free coffee/hot chocolate machine is an added bonus for patients that I wasnt expecting. I arrived early and was able to be seen early as well. My eye exam was very efficient, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I had Intacs surgery 2 years ago and from day 1 every follow up exam has been incredible from the front desk to Dr. Augustine and everyone in between. I’m glad I was referred here for my eye troubles. Would recommend them to anyone with vision problems.

Everybody here was extremely nice, very clean and welcoming inside. Process took no time at all, maybe waited at most 10 minutes for my appointment. They made the whole appointment a very pleasant experience and they answered all of my questions thoroughly. I did not buy glasses here but they had a whole section of their office to show off frames and try them on. I would recommend coming here.

The doctor and nurses are great and seem knowledgeable in their field. However after multiple attempts at the Cleveland eye clinic itself I cant seem to get a good adjustment to my glasses which is extremely frustrating. That is a big deal for me and annoying that I have to go somewhere else to get a decent adjustment.

Dr. McGinnis and Dr. Pierre are EXCELLENT! Both are wonderful with our kids. They completely went the extra mile. The ladies out front and behind the scenes are all wonderful and keep it all running smoothly. I really cant say enough about this place :)

Girls at check in are very kind and considerate. The doctor is excellent and I feel he really cares about his patients and tries to do the best he can for his patience.

Dreading the fact that Im getting older. I found myself not abling to focus on Little Words anymore. I had to get some help. I frequent Central Cadillac showroom on Carnegie Avenue I have often looked out through the glass and stared at this eye clinic across the street , and in the back of my mind over the years saying I hope I never have to go there. Well yesterday I found myself there at the Cleveland Eye Clinic 2740 Carnegie Avenue. Me being reluctant was put to rest fast, when I was greeted by the amazing staff from receptionists , eye doctors and assistants. I found these people to be sincere, empathetic and warm-hearted.
