Never even made it past the receptionist! Araceli was extremely impatient and rude. The doctors working there might be wonderful, but I will never know. She should remember to treat people the way she would like to be treated, especially when faced with uncertain and sometimes scary medical situations.

Would give it less than a star if it would allow. Im not one to leave reviews but this place was the most unprofessional Dr office Ive ever dealt with.. It is ashame because Dr. Sundean is an awesome positive person to deal with. Unfortunately her office staff totally ruins any good experience you could have had. Had to wait a week and a half for a surgeon from a referral. That surgeon never called so I called them and was told they heard nothing from barranco clinic. I called barranco to get it sorted and got a run around and blame placed on the pleasant office staff of the surgeon that was trying to help me. Made an appointment for another issue and they canceled my appointment after finding out I was unhappy. The blame was placed on Dr sundean but seems like office staff has issues with unhappy people talking to the Dr about their way less than professional attitude and lack to do what youve payed as a consumer for !!!! Wouldnt send an enemy to deal with them. Be ware

I tried to call the Clermont office today to find out what time my upcoming appointment is this week and I was on hold for THREE HOURS AND WAS STILL THE 4TH PATIENT INLINE ON THE PHONE. WHAT KIND OF PRACTICE DOES THAT?????? I WILL FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.

Its no wonder this clinic gets bad reviews(with no apologetic responses)..they appoint you to one doctor this doctor they appointed me to ..is never available when Im able to come in ..I arrange my schedule to finally see her after three weeks of trying to get a set appointment ..for them to cancel on me ..and they will not schedule you with any other doctor the scheduler was very rude and this is unprofessional on Dr Sundean to do this ! ..

I was referred to this clinic by an ER physician when my ear started pouring out blood, while visiting a friend in Clermont. Talk about nerves 😔. When I finally got through, I had to deal with a Receptionist named Arisela, who was rude but also told me she didn’t care if I went somewhere else or made an appointment and hung up on me. Then proceeded to screen my calls, until I called from my friends phone who area is the same and they answered. Very rude! And if this is how you treat clients, no thank you!

Dr. Sundean is amazing! I enjoyed her overall demeanor. She was very personable and professional. I appreciate how she took the time out to listen to me and help me with my issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Sundean to any of my family or friends! The office staff on the other hand seems very unorganized. Im also unsure as to why they are rude at times. Love the doctor as she provided excellent care, the office staff not so much...

The doctor was late to my appointment and he didn’t even let me speak he said that me coming to the appointment was a waste of time. I have tmj with ear fluid. Ear fluid doesn’t come with tmj.. I’m not trying to bring race into it but I honestly think he took long because Im an African American female. You know they don’t take us seriously in the medical industry.

Doctor Sundean has taken the time to answer all of our questions. I have three babies under three when my husband had surgery for a deviated septum. She has promptly responded to my messages, she has given advise when needed and delivered it in a way we can understand knowing we aren’t medical professionals ourselves. 5 out of 5!

Great experience all around!I was concerned at the front desk staff seeing all these negative reviews but maybe I just caught them on a good day or they fixed it because they were very friendly and helpful.I ended up seeing Dr Stuart (They have several Doctors) and he was great explained my issue in a clear and caring manner and managed to resolve my long term issue Ive had for years.If you are visiting this location rest assured you will be in good hands everyone from start to finish was polite and caring.

If I could give any worse I would have, this place has the absolute worst front staff that is age discriminatory and a doctor who spends five minutes and calls it a day. It starts with the rude introduction on the phone for scheduling the appointment, once that is done then onto the appointment date. At majority of doctor appointments we attend, on first appointment both spouse are allowed back to get a feel for doctor and treatment. My wife has a lot of health issues including memory issues, they did not allow me back there at all to comfort and take care of her. Then later on a elderly couple came in, and they allowed both back together. This age discrimination is why we will not go back. There solution was violate HIPPA rules and have my wife call my cell phone, the garbled messages meant that I could not help her at all making it useless. I highly recommend you go somewhere else than here unless you like being treated horribly by a rude office staff.

Careless doctor that treats you like a number.Staff who take 2 hour lunch breaks with phones off and then will cancel your visit if your 10 min late when no one else is even waiting.Confusing location that’s way out in nowhere.Overall a place to avoid. I wish I had.

Horrible experience with billing. Paid my co payments at every visit. 3 years later I received a call from debt collector stating I owed 58 dollars. They sent bills to an address I have never, never lived at. I got charged an extra 20 dollars for the mistake they made. Lost me as a patient.

This place has the most incompetent front desk staffJust imagine a Referral from July has not left there office, I called consistently to get information and was placed on hold/hung up on , then to voicemail for several month left messages for office manager no return calls. Finally after speaking to the rudest customer service person that refused to give her name... I was told so what the people we were supposed to send your referral too doesn’t take your insurance, had they informed me of this in July perhaps instead I would have been able to get helped else where.....this hasn’t help my health issue at all.(December)The doctor was good and so was the nurse.But if you have staff in the office area that are not doing what they supposed to do or be more customer oriented.... well it falls on the whole business... which now a days this is what the healthcare industry seems to be for the majority....

All I can say is wow! I love my doctor. She relieved me from my stress. She was extroidinarily patient with me. She was fully of grace and understanding. Prior to coming to her office I was full of fear and I came out feeling like myself again. She was able to tend to my concerns and do it in a way that made me feel good about my condition. The care she gave me was very good. On her first visit with me I was concerned about how it would go and she examined me properly and gave me the ability to understand my throat better. The second visit was for my claification and it was on this visit that I realized how amazing of a doctor she truly is. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful person and FANTASTIC doctor. Additionally, the staff are full of cheer and they know what they are doing. They hired a great team. I could not feel any better and that is what we strive for when we leave the doctor office.

After I’ve been coming to this doctor office for two years, the front desk staff was not willing to help me today. Driving over an hour to get to the office to not be seen by the doctor (the PA actually since Dr. Bradfield is out of the office until Jan 2020), is very frustrating. Even after I was able to work out my situation with my insurance and had proof emailed to the office, Lisa the supervisor still said I would have to come out of pocket. I’m unhappy with the service, especially since I’ve been seeing this doctor for over 2 years. They don’t seem to care about the patient at all. Horrible service. Do not go here.

Doctor says my nose doesnt look broken to him. Except he wasnt there when I almost blacked out and ended up in the ER. Didnt order xray or anything I had to plead for 1, then next day when xray is ready (and nose is indeed fractured) his office is closed(friday). Fantastic, but not.. spare yourself the trouble go elsewhere

This doctor office has the worst front desk staff I have ever encountered in the medical field. I had called this office because my doctor referred me to have my tonsils removed. When I called the office, a woman picked up and said Hello??? like I just called her damn house in the middle of the night on a private phone number. So I explained my situation and she was very rude and short with me. When she asked me what insurance I had, she sat quiet for a few moments and goes We dont take that here. Now I dont care that they dont accept my insurance because it happens, right? What really pissed me off is how she said it. I have already contact my family doctor and advised them of my encounter and they are handling it accordingly. I will never refer anyone to this doctor office. Ever.

It took two weeks to get in for a consultation. Not too bad of a wait, specialists are usually busy. From my consultation (which took all of ~5 minutes.) It was not a very extensive examination. We didnt even go over the abnormal blood work that lead to my referral in the first place.Then I was to wait another 1-2 weeks to hear back about scheduling a CT scan + follow-up consultation, which after waiting ended up being another week out. Finally, the morning of my appointment I received a call informing me that I had to be rescheduled, and that the soonest they could get me back in...was in another three weeks.I was referred several weeks ago and Im still trying to get treatment. Its incredibly disheartening.

Zero customer service. I have enjoyed using Dr. Bradfield over the years. Unfortunately, I will not be using this clinic any further. This is the 3rd time I have tried to make an appointment and the staff makes it absolutely impossible to spend my money there!! The receptionist has zero ability to have empathy for their patients. Receptionist is RUDE. Dr. Bradfield is a good physician. Too bad his support staff does not mirror his own capabilities and bedside manner.

Ive quite surprised by the negative reviews after my great experience yesterday! It was my first visit to the clinic and, despite not being particularly fond of any type medical visit, I was pleasantly surprised. The office is beautiful (with PLENTY of seating in the waiting area :) ) and each staff member I encountered was great - very personable and confident. I saw Dr. Bradfield and he is WONDERFUL. He explained things in easy to understand terms, didnt make me feel rushed at all, and I left confident that he will be able to address my issue. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Barranco Clinics Clermont location to anyone...and Im VERY happy I chose this location to visit.

I was referred by my Doctor to see Dr Bradfield for a second opinion, that frankly I didnt need . He ordered a Audiometry and Tympanometry test. The day of the test he was not present, because he has 3 practices and has no time for his patients. I was left with an incompetent technician to do these test. Long story short she couldnt do the test because she pushed a tube I had already in my ear so many Painful times that she moved the tube and damaged my ear. I went in with hearing in my left ear and left with no hearing .(still none) They couldnt get me in to see the Dr for 2 weeks. I went to another ENT who had to remove the tube and insert another and now to an Audiologist . Now the kicker..They charged me for the procedures even after they couldnt perform them. They told me when I left that day that I wouldnt be charged. From front desk to the Professionals very bad service.

I was a new patient at the Clermont office today and had a flawless experience. Doctor Sundean and her staff are very friendly, engaging and provided excellent service. Doctor Sundean is very knowledgeable, friendly and took her time going through the examination procedure and her findings. Her treatment plan is easy to follow and she answered all my questions thoroughly. If you need an otolaryngologist I highly recommend Doctor Elizabeth Sundean.

Terrible customer service. Had a sinus infection for over a month now and the doctor had the audacity to suggest it was all in my head and i was lying. Twice! He even said he would suggest going to a THERAPIST are you joking??? He ordered a ct scan for me and it has been 2 weeks and i have not heard back. Would not recommend to anyone. Updated: It has been a few months since I went to a REAL clinic found out i did have a serious sinus bacterial infection, so they gave me medication and I was normal within 10 days. A bill came in the mail for 500 dollars for my visit that I sat in the lobby for an hour to speak to a doctor for about less than 5 minutes. This office is a joke and I pray that they fix their service because you lost my business and pretty much anyone I know business as well.

Im not much of one to write reviews, but when I think it may be helpful to others I do. My warning here...if you have surgery via this office, and you run out or low on meds, they are very slow to respond. Basically they send a note through an application and if/when the doc sees it and responds then another person is notified...when the next person happens to see the doctors response then you may get meds when they get to it. This IS the expedite process. lol. There is apparently no way to use phones any longer. Software can be great for automation but it does not always help the patient or fix common sense. The process needs to be better.

Wow! I dont even know where to start with Barranco Clinic. I make an appointment for my daughter, weeks in advance, for the office in Clermont. Her appointment time was 8:45 AM in an office with not enough seating for all the people waiting. I stood and filled out the paperwork and submitted it, along with my ID and Insurance card. I was told todays visit was going to be a consultation, therefore she would not receive any testing or treatment today.After an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES, we were finally called back into an exam room. After another THIRTY MINUTES waiting in the exam room, the doctor finally makes his grand entrance. He spent less than 10 minutes with us and asked basic questions about her allergy symptoms before recommending we come back for full allergy testing. Wow, thanks for that valuable medical advice! We knew she needed allergy testing or we wouldnt have been there!We proceed to the counter and the receptionist tells us to wait while she answers a call and scribbles on some paperwork. After about five minutes, she tells us we can leave and the allergy testing department will be in touch. I drive my daughter back to school and realize we forgot to get her a doctors note to excuse the tardiness. Now it gets EVEN BETTER! I call the office and reach the receptionist. I ask if she can email me a doctors note for school and she says she cannot email! She literally told me she didnt have email capability! Seriously, in 2017 she cannot email me a note. I could drive back to the office, they could FAX it to me (yes, I said fax), or they could mail it to my home address. She suggested that I drive back to the office to pick up a note. I told her the office is 45 minutes away and I couldnt sacrifice any more of my day to make that 1 1/2 hour round trip. So I guess they are going to send a doctors not via good old US MAIL. Honestly, Im surprised they didnt offer to send a telegram.Finally, the receptionist tells me she was about to call me anyway (before I called her). She needs to collect the fee for the office visit. I thought this was a consultation!!! I agree but tell her we only saw the doctor for about 10 minutes and he didnt really do anything except recommend allergy testing. She then proceeds to tell me we owe $111 for todays visit!Honestly, this place is not primarily interested in helping you. Their first priority is milking the most money for the least amount of service. Before the doctor even had my daughter tested, he was pimping a new treatment that doesnt require shots and is MUCH MORE CONVENIENT because you can administer it at home. Oh, he also said its more expensive and it ISNT COVERED BY INSURANCE. So, without even knowing what my daughters allergies are, he recommends a more expensive treatment which is self-administered. He is already recommending treatment which has a higher profit margin for his office. Thats right, we would pay more TO THE DOCTOR to NOT ACTUALLY SEE THE DOCTOR.This people who own and operate this practice should do a self-examination. They are in need of treatment and advice far more than any of its patients.

The staff, with the exception off Alex and Dr. Bradfield, seen completely incompetent and are flat out rude and condescending. On multiple occasions weve had them change our appointment, and even the appointment LOCATION, on us without calling to tell us or explain. It is rare for someone to pick up the phone when we call and when they finally do they seemed rushed and uninterested in actually helping. More often then not Id talk to someone at the Haines city office when I was trying to schedule with the clermont office. It wouldnt have been a big deal and I could have dealt with their rudeness expect it seemed the two offices never communicated on scheduling and when the doctors were actually gonna be there. As for the doctors, we asked for Dr. Bradfield but was scheduled with Dr. Merrit. I was not present for the appointment but my wife says he was very rude and talked down to her about her condition as if she didnt know her own symptoms or what was going on. It took us months to get them to switch us to Dr Bradfield because every time they said we were scheduled with him, come appointment time they had us with Dr merrit. Every time we brought this us to the staff they got upset and frustrated about our request and even tried to tell us we couldnt switch at one point. Not only that but they refused to acknowledge any schedule mistake/changes that they made without our knowledge. Dr Bradfield is this offices saving grace and he is extremely nice and down to earth! He listens and answers any and all questions and fully explains everything. It is the ONLY reason we are still here

Believe the bad reviews. I tried to give them a chance, but office staff on phone are extremely rude & unprofessional when trying to make an appointment. Though rare for me to comment on any business, I will not go back to this clinic. Its not every single person on the staff, but the unprofessionalism within the office has occurred enough times to make a difference.Also, as an aside, the wait times are ridiculous.

Went to get help with chronic sinusitis. Terrible Dr Joseph Bradfield. Front desk service were inadiquit and never followed thru . Had really hard time getting the office staff to contact my insurance for tests I needed. Tests the Dr ordered the office staff never called me to schedule. Stay away, do yourself a favor. I since have another ENT and signed a waver for my records....guess who called me to talk?

Horrible just after money my doctor sent me to get allergy testing they did 500 dollars in hearing tests and a camera in my nose for one minute to charge me almost 500 dollars to tell me I needed allergy test and was going to charge me for cleaning my ears out but the nurse looked in my ear and said I not only did not need it but it would cause me pain

Have been here twice, the first time dr. Did nothing for my sever sinus headaches....acted like I was lying, second time, he prescribed antibiotics for an infection he said I DIDNT HAVE. now on top of severe sinus headaches I have severe acid reflux. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
