I love Dr Norquest he has been there when I need him always, his staff are always willing to help and fit you in. I have been through several Drs in the Clermont area he is tops on my list and I highly recommend him

Dr. Nordquist refused to give an order for the antibodies infusion, because he just “doesn’t do that,” to my 75 year old stepdad and 63 year old mom who begged for it about 5 days after being tested positive for Covid. They were both very sick and weak. My stepdad passed away less than a week later at home from Covid, the day before Governor DeSantis opened the infusion centers that do not require a doctor’s order. Dr. Nordquist then told my mom she was no longer eligible for the infusion. FALSE information!!!! People can get it up to 14 days after onset of symptoms. My stepdad’s life could have been saved!!! When I was able to assist my mom and understand what is available, we helped her get the treatment she needs for Covid from telehealth visits with other doctors who are willing to do anything to save a life!!

Love this practice, professional and always willing to squeeze in an emergency. My family has been seeing Dr. Nordquist for years and we choose to drive 45 minutes now as we moved out of the area, .

The worst doctor office. They are not even able to find my blood results. Stay away from that office.

I dont like leaving negative reviews and have nothing against Dr. Nordquist or the team personally, but with health, one big enough mistake is enough to ruin lives and so Id like to warn on the side of caution here.Ended up thinking I was going to die due to taking a few medications prescribed to me here, and have since had permanent side effects after almost a year. Please be very careful when taking things folks (and when prescribing things, those of you who can).

Ive been reading some of these reviews and do not agree with many. Longer wait times are common everywhere. Remember that time when you called up and were so sick that you needed to get in right away. Well you took somebodys appointment time that they made 2 months ago just so you could get in that day. Ive been going here for 8yrs and have never had a bad experience with anyone! The doctor always takes the time to make sure Im all set for whatever I have going. The staff have always treated me wonderfully. This is MY Doctor, and I hope will always be.

This is literally the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. Today is last appointment with them. Been here since 1030 (my appointment). It’s now noon and still seen no one. This is my 2 nd appointment here. Same thing last time. They don’t refill meds over the phone even tho they state they do. They don’t do appointment phone call reminders like any other doctor office in the country. They extremely rude over the phone. Can’t get them to get me a PA for my sleep study for the life of them.The only thing this place has going for them is the office is beautiful. That’s what sold me. I’m done.

I kept trying to think 3 stars or 4 and only went with 4 because Dr. Nordquist himself is such an awesome doctor. The reason I’m not totally satisfied is because making an appointment is almost useless. The last 4 times I’ve come in with an appointment it literally meant nothing because I’d still end up sitting there for a minimum of 30+ minutes just to get into a room to wait another longggg period of time. For those that can’t commit to longggg wait times even with an appointment I really couldn’t recommend coming.EDIT: Changed this review to two stars after never receiving a call to pick up my meds from Walgreens I called the pharmacy to discover they never sent any requests for my meds so yay me I went to the doctor for the fastest visit ever where the doc listed things it could be sent me off with a list of meds I “may” need only to never receive them.

My mom had dementia, she fell and broke her hip. When leaving hospital, Dr. Norquist would release mom to a nursing home, or home with Hospice. We said we did not want Hospice Dr. Dr. Norquist assured us he would be the Dr. In charge. That Was not true, when we needed him he said talk to Hospice Dr. Mom lived 3 months, and never saw a Dr.

Amazing doctor sincerely cares about his patients. We were On vacation Florida and my daughter became ill. Wish we lived there we would definitely have him as our doctor. We travel to Florida numerous times a year and willBe using him while there for sure. Great office staff friendly and helpful and fast!!

Dr Nordquist is professional and caring. He helped me through a difficult infection by listening to my needs. I love his office staff. I always take a list of the things I need to talk to him about because he is busy and I never have a problem with him listening. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Nordquist is the BEST Doctor I have ever had. I began going to him about 2 years ago. I have never felt rushed or not listened too. He is very smart and believes in preventive treatment. The staff is awesome. Jackie is at the front desk and Meg is the head nurse. Things dont always go as planned 100% of the time with anything in life. Its sad someone can have one bad experience which may account for 1% of the time and they write a negative review. If they wrote a positive review for each experience they would see the whole picture. Plain and simple. Do you want a good Doctor? Do you want a nice staff? You have just found both!

Friendly staff. Dr Nordquist is a very nice guy and listens to his patients. He also admits his own patients which you dont see too often nowadays. He is regularly at South lake hospital visiting his patients that are staying there. More Physicians should be like Dr. Nordquist. A+

Dr. Nordquist is smart and friendly. Great bed side manner. Takes the time to listen to your needs and try whatever it takes to help you. The office staff are nice. Its almost impossible for any GOOD doctor to run on time 100% because there are emergencies. I have never waited that long at all. I feel that he is the best choice in Clermont. He is my family doctor and I am happy with him.

Fantastic Doctor. He took great care of my Mother, now me. Hes one of the few Doctors that also serves his patients if they are in the hospital as their hospitalist. Hell work a full day in his office, then make hospital rounds late at night to be sure youre well taken care of. Hell do anything for his patients. I you want a Doctor that really cares, hase and has a full range of medical knowledge choose him.

After hearing the stories about this doctor I have learned that the best thing to do is just stay away. I figured that I wouldnt have these issues, but shocker. I did. They really have a bad practice. They set policies up to extract more money and waste time. They need to line their pockets I guess.

While other doctors want to price gouge you, this doctor fill out FMLA forms for free while other doctors wanted over $175.00 for 5 mins of paper work signing. That says a lot about someone.

My husband might not be alive today if it hadnt been for Dr. Nordquist..He knew all the right doctors to send my husband to. He is extremely intelligent, caring and 5 stars are not enough.

I try to be efficient and get things done right, but they refuse to help me. They crammed way too many appointments into 1 day the doctor was way too rushed and I ended up needing more doctor visits to get the stuff done I needed done

I had been seeing Dr Norquist for a while. On most of my visits he was running behind about 1/2 hr. On my last visit he was running behind 45 minutes and while I was waiting I was talking to other patients waiting. Come to find out he had doubled booked his appointment for my time and the appointment before mine. When I finally got called back the PA came in and asked me if she could do my physical. At this point I just wanted to get in and out. What they call a physical is a joke. It took the PA all of maybe 3 minutes to do. When she was done she said the Dr would be right in. Dr Norquist came in a started on me about not being able to get my bloodwork done. As a truck driver I was unable to get home early enough to get this done. I tried to explain to him what had happened but he would not listen. He was in to big of a hurry with me. It was their lunch time. It told me to get the bloodwork done and come back when he wanted me to. When I was leaving the receptionist told me I had no copay and I told her I did. She argued with me about it and I left not paying. 2 weeks later I got a bill for my copay. This service by the Dr, PA and office personnel is unprofessional. I will not be going back. My time is valuable also. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING YOUR TIME

Pitiful Dr. nothing but a meat market. Doesnt give flu shots, doesnt do prostate exams, annual physical took about 4 minutes. He rushes in and is looking for the exit in minutes. The office hours and fax number are incorrect on his web page, and havent been changed even though it was pointed out to him twice. He also wants to do chelation a great money maker but totally proven ineffective. I also dont want a dog running around barking at my doctors office

Showed up for my appointment that was scheduled for today, was told no, I was mistaken, my appointment is for tomorrow. Mistakes might happen, except for the fact that I called yesterday to confirm and to ask what time it was for today. They dont call to remind you so I was trying to be proactive and make sure I was there on time and yesterday my appointment was still scheduled for today. But today when I walked into the office they told me it was for tomorrow.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to this ridiculous 2 minute doc, rudely looking to rush out the door. His so called person who likes to call herself a nurse doesnt hold a license as one is extremely rude and unhelpful.

I have a special needs daughter who is Dr. Nordquists patient. Dr. Nordquist is an excellent physician. He is also very kind and supportive.

The doctor is always in a rush, doesn’t take time to listen to me, doesn’t do much in the way of testing to see what I have. “Let’s try this medicine and see if it fixes the problem”Only test he does is blood work, which he asks I do every visit.

This office does nothing but lie. I wouldnt refer anyone to this place. Staff is rude and they could care less about your health because its about that money. Dr. Nordquist appears to be genuine about your health but never follows up with you. Not professional at all.

Be careful I was seen in the emergency room and was told how great they are, when I called to make a follow up appointment as recommended by the ER staff they told me they could not get me in until middle of October, I was told We dont have time for you.

This quack Dr. Nordquist would not prescribe my terminally ill brother pain medication even though he was on his death bed. My brother finally received pain relief after being taken into Hospice and removed from this quacks care. He died the next day. I wouldnt take my dog to see this clown.

Someone has been using my visa card to charge some services at norquist medical without my consent. Behave people!!.. Theres some thieves trying to get some services from a stolen credit card. I live in PR and never has been in this place. Behave!!!

I made an appointment and waited HOURS because they double booked us. Then they tried to push me I to booking a follow up appointment and refused to give me the things I asked for when I told them I didnt want to do their follow up.They just wanna get you in and out as many times as possible
