Don’t waste your time no more resolved than before I went in the place, scratching my head, at least the two receptionist had great customer service,

I am very dissatisfied with this location. People come here because they need services. The staff is not welcoming. They look at you like they are unhappy to see you. They do not acknowledge or greet patients. They talk about other patients in front of you when registering you. They like and enjoy making fun of patients is just pathetic to watch. As if people wanted to see the staff voluntarily. The only reason people are actually talking to the staff because of the unfortunate event they work there as I certainly would not pick up a conversation with the front staff outside of this location. They make you wait hours for no reason just because they take FOREVER to do the simple registration process. The name may say urgent care but i am not getting any urgent attention. My opinion based on my perception of my experience at this location. I will be filling out the survey for sure.

First time using this facility and I was greeted by an amazing staff and an even nicer doctor. She spoke to me as an equal but, had a fish logged in his palm. When the hook didnt cooperate, she calmly took appropriate steps and removed the hook without issues. Thank you to you and the amazing staff.

Ive gone previously and had fairly good experiences but unfortunately today I waited in line 20 minutes only to find out they do not care for obstetric patients. There was no notice on their website and the only way to find out was to wait to see the sign when you go in to sign in. Very disappointing. Hopefully they can update their website so other pregnant women dont have to wait to be turned away.

Love this place! I get in so fast and they are so friendly! Saw Dr. Ferguson she absolutely one of the kindest doctors with such good bed side manors. If you need to go to a urgent care they are the ones to go too!

This is the First Google Review that I have ever done. I have never been motivated to figure out how until today. I took my son to Clermont Urgent Care today. This was our first visit there, yet they treated us like long time customers. More like family.They performed all proper tests to get us an immediate diagnosis. This was way better than having to wait. Thanks to their care and compassion, my son will be on the mend sooner and they gave us true guidance in how to proceed. Great Staff working in a great clean facility.

Don’t waste your time here..this place is basically being used like a PCP. I’m instead of referring patients to their Primary care for school physicals they are doing them and turning real Urgent patients away. What a joke!

What a complete waste of time and money it is going to this establishment for help. I had to call out sick from work because of a back injury. I was given a form for the doctor/ pa to fill out and return to me to fax to my job. The pa checked the box that says, no, Im not Ill or have an injury. According to her and one of the receptionist, I have back pain and its neither an illness or an injury. However, I was prescribed ibuprofen. This was a sure way for me to get fired. I would NEVER set foot in this establishment again

Rapid covid test process was organized. Went at around 10:30 am and no wait. Was done with test and received results within 30 min. Very happy.

Yea this place is trash. I went here to try and get a COVID test, and i left and went somewhere else to been seen after the elderly couple in there car had told me they were waiting for about 2 hours. After I went somewhere else, got seen and taken care of and was on my way home, did they call me and tell me I could enter the lobby to start to be seen, 3 hours later. Carespot down the street is dope, go there, not here

Very rude unhelpful front desk. They do not care about social distancing. I never made it to the doctor because I left after being treated rudely and feeling uncomfortable in an overcrowded waiting room.Update:Your reply is aggressive and really expresses well how you treat patients. I would like to suggest that you consider kindness and understanding when replying to a review. An apology could easily heal a poor review.For example: I’m very sorry to hear about your poor experience. Thank you for bringing it to our attention...etc.

Stopped in for a Rapid COVID 19 Test The only thing that is rapid is the 10 seconds they take to swab your nose. Other then that expect to be here minimal an hour to an hour and one half. The most unfluid process I have ever experienced in a clinic. Absolutely no consideration for peoples personal time. Its literally like going to the DMV!!

Waste of time. Completely unprofessional and doctor does not listen. Would not recommend to anyone.

Long wait which is ok but they let people skip

My 16 yoa daughter had an insect bite that was swelling on her ankle. So I went to the Advent Health urgent care and was told it would be hours before they could see here. So we were seated in the waiting room which was extremely hot and I noticed they had 2 portable fans. So I decided to google walk in clinics near me and Clermont Urgent Care popped up. So I called and asked if they were open and I was told yes and that as long as I made it there by 6 pm they could see her. I immediately left where I was at and made it to their location in 2 minutes. We were seen within 5 minutes of being there. My daughter was relieved and we were in and out with 15 minutes of being there. The staff and doctor were very friendly and we were seen in a timely manner. Not to mention their prices were cheaper than the other urgent Care.

If you need an urgent care facility in Clermont, this is the place to go. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner was extremely knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed my muscle sprain efficiently. I was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely return.

I was impressed with Clermont Urgent Care. I walked and and was taken care of right away. Professional, friendly front desk staff and nursing staff. I was seen by Brenda the nurse practitioner. She took the time to explain my health concerns and my options. I felt heard and cared for. Very clean environment. .

I went to this urgent care for the first time. All of the staff was very friendly and caring. They got me checked in with my insurance quickly and I didnt wait very long to get into a room. The nurse was very thorough and caring as she took my vitals and symptoms. The Dr was professional and had an excellent bedside manner. She explained everything to me well and made sure I understood what was going on before I left. She didnt make feel rushed and took the time to explore all of my symptoms and not just the initial ones I complained about. She verified her diagnosis through a couple of quick tests. I did receive a prescription to help with my symptoms and was in and out with testing done and my copay taken care of relatively quickly. I will use this urgent care if I need one again in the future.

This was my first visit to Clermont Urgent Care and I would recommend this urgent care facility to my entire family. The staff were very friendly, professional and empathetic. Dr. Ferguson was amazing! She was very thorough and took the time to speak with me and answer all of my questions. Thank you Dr. Ferguson, to you and your entire staff. I was in and on my way to work in under an hour after being taken care of. Although Dr. Ferguson took the time to really listen to me and answer my questions, there was no wait time, they put me right in a room and the doctor came in almost immediately after.

Had to get a pre flight covid test. All the employees were wonderful to work with. I had have 4 prior covid tests for surgeries and checks. This one was by far the least painful. This facility is clean and safety procedures are #1! I was extremely happy with the fast results and the privacy they upheld in delivering the results. I would go there for any emergency prolem.

Great service from beginning to end. They went out of their way to help. Brenda, ARNP really listened and made suggestions for my medical problem. Very professional!

Very nice and clean facility. The receptionists are friendly, attentive nurse, and most important, a patient and understanding doctor. Lucky I was the only one in the facility when I first arrived, but by all means, very efficient. Highly recommend if you are feeling sick. Thank you

They are so incredibly helpful and nice. The front desk goes above and beyond to help people! I would definitely go back just because of the support staff. I went to 4 other places before I found them. Finally some good people!

Dont bother going here. They dont know know what they are and dont deserver your business. They will reply with a story of how they followed policies and procedures but as a healthcare professional it complete bs. You will end up with huge BILL and they dont communicate or reponse to letters, so you will end up going to collections.Stay away!Update: Added pic of Reciept. Maybe there is another Clermont Urgent Care on Hancock. Folks stay away, you see their response.

Though Dr. Ferguson was great the experience as a whole was not. The front desk was also not well informed on the services they provide. I asked if they nasal suction infants and she said yes. I also asked if they had an RSV test where she also replied yes and they had neither. I don’t know how they don’t have an RSV test kit when that is extremely common in infants. Having practiced in pediatrics I do not feel this facility is prepared to care for babies. They were unsuccessful at getting a pulse ox and heart rate on my baby which are vital vital signs for a pediatric patient. They also had an X-ray tech triaging my baby. They need to invest in a sticker pulse ox for babies as the baby one they had was not effective. God for bid a baby is having some serious respiratory issues they would not be able to get simple vital signs. Maybe they are ok for adult patients but I do not find them to be adequately prepared for young pediatric patients.

My 90-year-old father was brought here for a urinary tract infection in the middle of a pandemic with cases and deaths surging in Florida only to find that the receptionists were not wearing masks. A sign indicated that masks should be worn only if one has cold symptoms. This is a violation of CDC policy for enclosed public spaces during a pandemic. As a physician, I closely monitor and follow public health guidance to protect patients and prevent the continued spread of COVID-19 whose exponential growth is no doubt a function of spread by presymptomatic or asymptomatic people unaware that they are infected and infectious. Im stunned that a healthcare center serving the most vulnerable would not follow public health pandemic guidelines. What does it say when a local Mexican restaurant has a more enlightened mask-wearing policy than a healthcare facility?Update 7/26/20: The establishment replied that CDC guidelines are not law and that the CDC has established that mask-wearing alone is not enough to slow transmission, and that other engineering controls are even more effective.As a provider, what I am legally compelled to do to protect my patients is the bare minimum. It is a starting point. Politicians should not determine how much patient safety we provide. Thats up to us.I never made the argument that mask-wearing alone suffices but mask-wearing is critical.part of any transmission reduction strategy. Best estimates are that universal mask-wearing in enclosed spaces reduces COVID-19 infections and deaths by at least 40-70%. The CDC DOES recommend universal mask-wearing in enclosed spaces, especially with vulnerable populations (over 65 or any age with multiple medical problems).You are simply not following CDC best practices. Its sad that you must wait for a law to force you to do the right thin .

I went with my son who was also sick, it was our first time at the facility. The front desk ladies were amazing. They helped us to figure out if my insurance covered the visit. Dr was great and on point as to what we had. We spent about 1 hr from the time we checked in until we were dismissed. The facility is very clean and everyone is very welcoming.

Worst place I have ever been.

Brought my mother in law there yesterday after she fell. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the first thing I noticed was that there was no hand sanitizer at the front door. I was ready to go elsewhere, but my husband just wanted his mother to see a doctor. Upon entering, I noticed that the receptionist had no mask on. I asked her why she was not wearing a mask and she told me that they had no positive cases there. Of course that could change at any time. She was behind plexiglass, but did slide it open to talk to them and pass forms back and forth. I was uncomfortable with the situation so remained standing. I had no confidence that they would be taking any steps to keep the waiting area cleaned. No sign of and hand sanitizer inside either. At one point an unmasked family of 4 entered the waiting area from the examination area, and plopped themselves down near me. The entire waiting room was empty, but instead of keeping their distance, they picked the closest seats to the only person in the waiting room. At this point I left. I did notice the practitioner was wearing a mask. From my car, I called Paramount Urgent Care to see what their protocol was. I was informed that they were following strict guidelines. Knock on their door, forms brought out to you to fill out, all people required to wear masks. Can wait in the car until you are seen, My mother in law reported that when they did her heart rate the machine was either not working or her heart rate was erratic. She reported that they never tried a different machine While in the car I noticed how the nail salon next door was operating. They took more precautions than the urgent care did. In the future, I will drive the extra 15 minutes and go to Paramount Urgent Care

I called this facility and boy was I needy the receptionist answered all of my concerns and questions. I decided to go there instead of the hospital where you wait hours. My wait no wait as soon as she had my paperwork I was called back with my daughter who was being treated. The doctor so professional and good with my daughter quickly diagnosed and instead of referring me to another doctor, did a surgical procedure for her there . I was so impressed with the doctors sterile technique and how quickly she did it ...my good to from now on. Thank you to Doctor and all the staff.

Extremely friendly staff and very professional. Most urgent cares are unorganized and the people could care less about you. This place is different all around and I highly recommend this place.UPDATE- had to Change the rating after they charged me $25 for a copy of my EKG that I paid $500 for that and a physical to get. $10 I get, but $25 for a 2 minute reprint. Enough to make me not go back.

The staff were all kind, friendly and welcoming. As a retired RN, I was very impressed with all. An RN took me in for the initial weight, blood pressure, temperature etc. and current illness info. Then I saw Dr.. Ferguson who listened, examined me and provided a very thorough plan of care based on my current illness and history. Thank goodness my doctor, who was “booked” referred me to Dr. Ferguson and her staff. This is the best Urgent Care experience I have ever had.

I would not recommend this facility at all. The doctor and one nurse were kind but the rest of the staff was terrible! I went to ORMC right after this (Doctor recommendation) and the difference in customer service was very noticeable. When I got to the facility I was in a lot of pain and looking back I should have just gone to the ER but I thought the issue wasnt ER worthy. The staff took an unreasonable amount of time to get me to the back then the first woman I met in the back to take my blood pressure and such refused to bring a wheelchair and I couldnt walk so I had to be carried to the back. Note, I had a wheelchair brought to my car at ORMC. When taking my stats she was very rude and inconsiderate. Absolutely not the personality one needs for the medical industry.Long story short, in the future Id rather fight the crowd at South Lake ER than ever return to this facility.

I went to this urgent care center this morning for a minor problem. The paperwork took less than 5 minutes. The office is spotlessly clean and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr Ferguson less than 15 minutes after walking in the door. She did a though exam, asked me lots of questions and gave my a prescription for my problem. If the need arises for urgent care again., I will be going back here. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the Clermont area needing urgent care or even if you have a minor health problem and dont want to wait days to see your primary care physician.

They were quick and efficient and Dr. Ferguson was excellent. I went with a knee injury and the woman who did the x-rays was very gentle. And the clinic is spotless.

Facility and equipment is immaculate, kept that way by professional medical personnel. Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk highlight this excellent healthcare facility along with very knowledgeable, kind and gentle Dr. Ferguson! If one is coughing when entering, facility has masks readily available which again, keeps contamination and spread of germs at bay. Tissues also in abundance as is multiple very clean rest rooms. This Care facility does not skimp whatsoever and the principals of this Care units pride and caring show immediately walking into the reception area. You wont wait long for help as staff is keenly aware you are not there for a friendly visit. Kudos to the professionals at Clermont Urgent!!

I went in hoping to see a specialist, and was met with rudness and judgement. I, as a transgender individual, realize that I’m not the type of person you’re used to seeing on an every day basis, but at the same time I don’t believe that I deserve to be laughed at and judged for simply trying to give you business. I have my insurance through the Disney company, and I’m happy that your company doesn’t do business with the type of insurance they offer. I don’t think that your business would be the type of company that Disney would want to work with anyways. Very disappointed in how I was treated!

I have been struggling with a serious pain in my foot and ankle. So severe that I havent slept for several days. I went to Clermont Urgent Care and had a great experience.Cat, the Receptionist saw me struggling to make it in and she was helpful, kind and had me registered in no time. I was treated great by everyone there and Dr. Ferguson was interested in helping me, she agreed with some of my unjustified self diagnostics, but she also suggested Xrays to be sure, of what she thought. Its a good thing she did. We found a couple of extra challenges including a slight fracture in my ankle for which I had no idea was hurt, but pain was generating from it. Other than waiting for the Xrays to come back, this was a totally satisfactory visit. They spoke to me, not at me. They were all interested in my problems and most of all, they were all very nice.I will go there again. My family Dr. is about 40 miles away so its truly great to know there is a place I can great doctoring and professional treatment.Go there, you will be glad you did.Thanx guys!!!
