Dr Saint Elie has been helping me with a severe femur injury and pain management. He is always compassionate and spends time listening. The office is always well run with very short if any delays in appointment times.

I visited the clinic in February of 2021. I suffer from chronic pain and cancer. It took over a month to get an appointment. My physical exam lasted 5 minutes. He did not ask me about my cancer or my struggles with my condition. Per their procedure I had a urine test. ( in a cup) this cup is fairly cheap to aquire. And it gives all the results in 1 cup. My explanation of benefits from the insurance. was billed $366.25 for 1 plastic cup to pee in. During my consultation, a lady was taking phone calls and talking to other people on the phone. Throughout the entire consultation. So it was hard to concentrate on what the doctor was saying. When I tried to explain my pain struggles, I felt rushed. Like the doctor and staff didnt really care about what I had to say. I will not recommend this doctor

Dr. Saint Elie is a wonderful pain management doctor. Not only are his treatments highly effective and help make my moms quality of life so much better, he and his staff are highly professional, kind, compassionate and friendly.

I have to say that Dr. Saint Elie is amazing! He really provided individualized care for my needs. Ive gone to other places trying to figure out what to do in regards to the pain I was having. I am so glad I decided to check Painalgia out! I was actually referred here through a friend of mine. The physician spent time educating me on his recommendations and the treatment plan he had for me.I highly recommend the doctor here! I will definitely keep coming!

Dr. Saint-Elie and his staff are wonderful. Very friendly and thorough; and the doctor did more to help me get to the bottom of my pain issues in one visit, than my previous doctor did in 6 whole months. I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time.

I have yet to meet a nicer or more caring doctor. Dr saint-elie and his staff are amazing to be around and work with. They support you through your recovery no matter what it is. Its not a place that just pushes you out the door.they actually want to help. Thank you dr saint-elie for wverything

1) They called us for follow up check-in before they will give us another treatment appointment. My insurance company does not require any follow up for this treatment. And weve told the doctor this. But it doesnt matter to them. So, the patient has to endure pain and take time away from work just to go to this useless appointment, when they really needed the treatment today!2) Then you have to make another appointment because of course that will be a different day.3) The front desk lady intentionally schedules appointments a month away when she had availability next week. I had to ask for sooner time.Does that sound like this place cares about patients?Its not a bad place. But they certainly never demonstrate that they have the patients best interest in mind.

Doctor listened carefully, understood my needs, offered good advice and a working solution. Recommended!

I don’t know where to start , this Dr and his STAFF have became like family and if you have ever had to leave a dr because of staffing you will understand how important it is to have a great team. I have been seeing him since November for horrible chronic pain in my back due to multiple issues and i finally went to a pain specialist ( he is no pill pusher ) he immediately started treating me with a few meds and one of them being a low dose opiate which unfortunately I have to take to keep working like I do and the others are nerve and muscle relaxants , I also started getting epidurals which were life saving due to horrible burning radiating pain in my back all down my thighs and hips , I no longer have chronic burning pain that was like a bad toothache. I’m starting to feel like a young non injured woman again lol (most days) so I recently started going back to the gym to help with my weight for my back. He is a great listener too so if you are suffering just give him a call and I pray you get relief like I did. Thank you #painalgia staff
