I just arrived from Michigan and needed a repair on my hearing aids. I stopped by to see Karen who was so helpful. She took care of my issues very professionally. I will be back in the future for a follow up. Highly recommended.

I stopped in after work one day to get my hearing checked. Both ladies were very pleasant and willing to accommodate me. Even through they were closing soon, Diane still took the time to explain the process in detail. To my surprise I didn’t have hearing loss! I recommend this place to everyone! Thanks Ladies!

I previously wrote about the negative service I experienced from the Hear Again America on Orange Blossom Trail, and I would like to update my review. Following my online reflection I received a call from the Hear Again Americas president. To say the least, I was greatly impressed that the company took a true interest in improving and reassuring customer satisfaction and most importantly quality customer care/service. I was reassured from the president, that the employees will be provided training in how to address similar situations, and levels of professionalism. Again, I am so impressed to the fact that the president just did not call to apologize, but rather to inform me how he was planning to resolve perhaps other future incident such as mine from ever occurring again. Even though I did not have the best experience there, having the companys president make a personal call to me to resolve the issue, is a true sign of a great company - one that listens, and values their customers. From this point, I feel positive that if I were to reenter the center at this location again, I would have a completely different experience!

Professional, caring, and competent! Kayla was absolutely wonderful! I walked in (no appointment) with my Moms broken hearing aid which she not only fixed but also cleaned and adjusted them while I waited. I most highly recommend this office and this company!

I have had very positive experiences with this Hearing center. Every one has been completely professional and extremely friendly. If you have a problem with your hearing and/or your hearing aids, I would recommend that you stop in here. You will be well taken care of.

I Have been on the hunt for custom ear plugs for a while and stumbled across this place. Diane was patient and very pleasant to work with. It took us several tries to find the correct plug for me but Diane walked me through step by step and made this experience very easy for me. Thank you.

It is hard to imagine two people better suited for customer service than Anthony Glynn and Linda Diaz at this office. They follow-up like they promise, and both are genuinely dedicated to ensure a quality experience. If Linda says she will call you back with an answer, she does. Anthony goes out of his way to ensure that you are happy and can hear well before leaving the office--each time! I drive about 35 minutes to get to this location, and there is a reason for it. Great service by caring people!

We recently moved our elderly parents to Central Florida and were in search of a Hearing Center for our father. He has been suffering with pain from one of the molds for more than a year with no relief. Even the hearing center where we originally purchased the aids and paid over $6000 were not able to help. I took him to Lyrus in Clermont yesterday to see if they could help. The doctor (who was quite understanding and empathetic) used machinery there in the office to quickly smooth down the mold where it was rubbing against his inner ear. He immediately felt relief and we were both thrilled! Highly recommend!

Diane was fantastic. Decided to have my hearing tested because of tennitus. She was very thorough with the testing and pinpointed where my loss of hearing was. She gave me good recommendations of my next steps. Office staff was very friendly.

I have been struggling for the past 2years with understanding my family & friends. Diane tried adjusting my aids time after time to fix the problem, however it never was enough. Then we decided to try Starkeys new livio tech. and now my life is so much better. I have become happier & able to connect with those around me.
