Amazing! I can hear, and everything is so clear. The most amazing part is that they set me up with minimums and maximums, so I dont have to take them out when things are too loud! We synced them to my smart phone!Theyre all so friendly and courteous, and oh so helpful! The Best!

I was told by Estaban that my hearing aids would be covered by my healthcare plan when I went in for a scheduled hearing test. He said that all I would have to pay was my deductible, but that was false information. I had even handed the receptionist my Christian Healthcare Ministries medical card to photo copy.I am a disabled veteran and could have gotten my hearing aids for free through the VA Medical, but I trusted them to do a better job of testing my hearing. Estaban said that he was a Pastor, and seemed nice enough.When my wife submitted our claim to CHM it was denied. They only cover hearing tests and not hearing aids.So I emailed Stephen Holden about the situation and when called me later that day he said it was all a misunderstanding and that I would get a full refund. I told him that I had to go to Pennsylvania but would mail him the hearing aids. He said to hold off, and he would get back to me on how to handle it. Several days went by and I didnt hear back from him, so I called his office and he had blocked my phone number. He also refused to respond to subsequent emails.I had to borrow the $6,990 from my Brother to pay for them since I had spent every dime we had for the down payment and closing costs on our retirement home in Lady Lake. I was going to pay my Brother back when we were reimbursed by CHM, but that never happened, so my wife and I had to borrow the nearly $7,000 from our bank in Pennsylvania.What they did to us was fraud, deceptive, unethical, and probably criminal. What decent human being would do that to a disabled veteran?I had even contacted True Ear about it, and they told me that each branch is a franchise, and they have no control over them.My wife and I are just sick about this. They knew I was a disabled veteran, and that I hadnt worked fulltime since last October due to my PTSD, and they acknowledged that I could get the same hearing aids for free through the VA.

Victor recommended the oticons and I love them. I was talking to my daughter on the phone and I have always had to ask her to repeat what she said. I received mailers from TruEar. Since I was shopping for new hearing aids I decided to give them a try. I have had 2 sets of hearing aids which were very expensive and I was not very pleased with either one. TruEar offers a 30 day trial with full refund if you are not satisfied so I had nothing to lose. I saw Victor Rosario for a hearing test. He was very thorough and I felt he really cared about making me hear better. He recommended Oticon Opn hearing aids for my hearing loss. They were not the most inexpensive that he had to offer but much less expensive than my last hearing aids and I was concerned about price but my main concern was hearing better. I picked up my new hearing aids. Victor showed me how they worked. We loaded an app on my phone. There were only two settings. Volume and open sound booster off and on which helps you understand words. Not like my last set which had volume and four modes normal, crowd noise, TV and music all controlled by pushing buttons on the hearing aids. The Oticon does that all automatically. Two other features are when setting the volume you can separate your left and right ears and adjust them separately. And a find my hearing aid feature which will track your hearing aide by GPS if you lose one. I left with my new hearing aids and stopped at a local restaurant on the way home. I could actually hear the people I was talking to above the background noise and I had a loud mouth on my right and I was talking to a Lady with a soft voice on my left. I turned down the right ear and left the left ear at normal volume and to my surprise it really worked. At this point I am very pleased With TruEar and my new hearing aids.Michael Palese

I made an appointment at TrueEar to get something done about my hearing loss. I met with Victor Rosario and we went thru the most extensive hearing test I ever had. It showed strong points and weak points and everything in between and provided enough data to make recommendations for 2 hearing aid families. I chose the higher end product because the test showed that background noise was a major factor in not hearing well, and this unit was the best for that problem. The staff at TrueEar were great, the testing extensive and I look forward to getting my hearing aids in the nest few days.

I have needed hearing aids for the past 7 years as I knew my hearing was not as good as it once was. When I looked into my Medicare coverage I was surprised to find out that your hearing is not covered by them. So I decided to seek out several providers who would advertise very low priced hearing aids just to get you into their office and then tell you that those devices were only for people with mild hearing loss and in my case I needed the better ones that would cost over $6000, of course I could get some some of lesser value for around $4000 but I would not be getting the full benefits that the higher priced ones would give me. It seamed that each place I went to had the same story line and as a retiree I just did not have have that kind of money to spend.Then in May of 2017 I saw an advertisement in Tampa Bay Times that caught my eye for a new place Hearing Health Center that had just opened in Wesly Chaple and advertising some great deals, so I called and made an appointment. The Hearing Specialist that I worked with was Adam Woodard and his partner is Anthony Joseph. They both are very friendly and make you feel so relaxed and are very professional and most of all take the time to fully explain what are your issues and what would help you the most at the lowest possible price and they really try to beat any other competitor while selling all of the leading brands of hearing aides. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend them to any of my friends or family
