Kristin and staff are very good at their craft. Answers all questions with follow up directions if needed. I trust them completely.

This is a great office. They are very helpful and friendly. I was provided with lots of information and no pressure so I could make my own decision. Also, I like the fact that the office is peaceful and calm.

I was very please with the entire time I was there, the staff & doctor where very helpful and guided me thru the whole thing, starting with a hearing test which I was asked to repeat the words I heard without looking at the person, once with the doctor & once with my wife. I scored a 0 out of ten & 1 out of ten. Then went into hearing booth to prceed with the testing, she then came in and put the probe behind my ear, I then was ask again to repeat the words my wife was telling me and this time I got 9 out of ten.Testing was complete and show me that I needed hearing aids.We went back in a week to get the hearing aids and guees what I made 10 out of 10. Thanks to there time and help I now hear the smallest noises....Thanks so much for making my life better and I dont have to keep saying WHAT?

I have used Precision Hearing for six years for my hearing needs. Dr. Weinbaum is a very experienced Audiologist. Precision Hearing has by far exceeded my expectations by always responding to my needs, having my hearing aids adjusted precisely. They spend extra time with their patients, no rush, no waiting. Also, A plus to Customer Service.I recommend Precision Hearing to anyone wit hearing loss.

Top-notch in every regard. Love my hearing aids and the technology that makes them so easy to use and very hard to notice in my ear. They work great with the iPhone app, via Bluetooth, to easily adjust volume or use one of the three settings: General, Restaurant, Front. So glad I found Precision Hearing by responding to a flyer in the mail and then researching their credentials. Very attuned to the physical & psychological needs of the hard-of-hearing. Much more impressive in person. If you can go the extra $$ - get the overnight charger so that you dont have to replace batteries every week.

Precision Hearing has taken care of my sons hearing aid needs for about four years now. The people are nice, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

Very good at what they do.

This is one of the greatest gifts I have ever given myself! It is as if the people I thought were mumbling have learned to speak clearly. Like many others, I wish I had gotten my hearing aids earlier. I cannot even tell that I have them on and certainly they arent noticeable. So happy I got the rechargeable batteries. I put them in the stand at night and when I put them on in the morning they go all day. As you so often hear I wish I had done this sooner.

My experiences have always been great with Precision Hearing. Dr. Weinbaum does an excellent job of making sure you have the proper fit with ear pieces and makes sure that you are hearing as best you can. I did not feel rushed or feel that any of my questions had gone unanswered or seemed to be on no consequence. It was a nice process.

Bob bought his hearing aids from Harmony Hearing. They are wonderful but so are the people who work there. Jolene is so very helpful and friendly. Marcus checked everything over and was very efficient. I would recommend them in a minute.

Its all about the money. If you allow them to overcharge for the Hearing Aids they are nice very and attentive. If you force them to meet a competitive price for the hearing product they are not so nice. I changed my Audiologist and find I am better served.

Kristen Weinbaum is the best around. She is honest, that is a big PLUS in the sometimes shady hearing aid business. I went to 6 or 7 different people before I found her. WHEW! What a difference. When I asked about a hearing aid I had seen in an advertisement. She gave me a clear explanation of the pros and cons.Now I have been seeing her for about 5 years.Hearing aids are expensive. When I asked about less expensive alternatives, she was able to find some that had been refurbished (or whatever they call it) for a much lower price.The office is welcoming, (with excellent coffee.) Ive never had to wait for more than a few minutes.Very nice person who knows her provession!
