I went to connect hearing two weeks ago. It was the best thing that I ever did. Paul didn’t push me into buying those expensive hearing aids. Paul was more worried about my hearing than selling those expensive hear aids. I’m 55 yrs old and never knew that I should’ve been wearing hearing aids my whole life. I did get a pair of the refurbished hearing aids. I’m very happy with them. My kids are happy now that I can hear them. My husband had an old Phonak that he doesn’t use any more. I took it to connect hearing and Paul paired it up with my hearing aids. Now I can talk on the phone. I recommend connect hearing to everyone.

Anthony was very professional patience and knowledgeable he took his time and clean my hearing aid not only that but also help me to understand and explained in detail regarding how to maintain my hearing aid and gave me instruction print out . which I have never had experience with other past audiologist. He never try to sell or pressure to buy hearing aid but educate me what is new hearing aid available in market . Usually I never write review but I think Anthony Well-deserved above 5 star for his service.

I love this place! The staff is MOST friendly and theyre beyond courteous. Concerning my hearing aids ... I CAN FINALLY HEAR! 🙌🏾💕 Sometimes I can hear so well, I want to unplug the fridge. I can literally EVERYTHING! Thank you PHONAK and CONNECT HEARING!Please note: I came to this location while on my Disney vacation as I left behind my charger for my hearing aids. The staff within this office gave me their charging case, told me not to worry about returning the device (as I was still under warranty). They would simply order a new one. I drove almost an hour from our resort. I was so blessed to be able to hear again. Thank you!

Very helpful. Even though my mom was not a patient (she is now), he took the time to explain the process in getting her a replacement hearing aid which had been lost at the hospital. I highly recommend Anthony and his staff.

Went in last 2 weeks ago for hearing exam and hoped to get some hearing help. Was super nervous, do not like to have my ears touched. They were really cool about it. The girl that sits up by the door is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I let her know i was nervous and she said it was cool and I was singing Soft kitty really low and she heard me and cracked me up by singing soft kitty to me. Totally put me at ease she is my home girl now. I hadnt planned to purchase but they showed me Care Credit and I was able to get that. The lady that does test was cool and took time with me. Legit happy.

Anthony has been awesome with my mom. She not only deals with hearing loss, but also confusion and memory loss. She is very comfortable here. He has been so helpful and we both are very pleased. I walked in early this afternoon. Brandi, the greeter and receptionist, was on the phone with a very upset and disgruntled gentleman. She was very understanding and compassionate with him, even though it was obvious that he was giving her a very hard time. After giving him several options for an appointment, he was finally satisfied. Even though Brandi had just dealt with this difficult client, she was very kind to me! She was helpful, courteous, and upbeat! She took care of my issues within minutes! Brandi should be commended for her superior client service, patience, and professionalism!

Super impressed. Came in with my grandmother to drop off her hearing aid for repair and there was a guy yelling at the receptionist. He was irate about the fact that the Orlando location closed and we all know she has no control over that. She was so great. She kept a smile on her face and in her voice. She worked to find a solution he would be happy with and she did it with class.This is a great office , they always get you in and out and make sure you are happy. Def give them a try

Ran in for a clean and check before we go on vacation. Had no apt and Valerie still took me right away. She cleaned both of my hearing aids and gave me new batteries. Had a few questions about new rechargeable ones I saw and she showed them to me right away.I am happy with Connect. Always super friendly and quick.

Valerie is the best ever. My dad will be 85 in September and has been dealing with terrible hearing aids for years. Valeria took an extra few minutes to make him comfortable and when we walked out of the office my dad could not believe that he could finally hear. In the past few weeks he has turned into a new person, happier, not as angry, and will now speak to other people all thanks to Valerie. We drive 23 miles from Orlando and will never go anywhere else and will recommend Connect Hearing and Valerie to anyone we know.

Valerie is very kind. She makes her clients feel comfortable and welcomed - like family. She always takes her time, answers all of your questions and does a complete and professional job. I have been a client for a number of years and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Anthony serviced and cleaned my hearing aids and conducted my ear exam most efficiently on Thursday, March 21st. I would recommend him and Connect Hearing without hesitation.

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. They were prompt to take me at my appointment time. I did not feel rushed and was given all the time I needed. Valerie answered all my questions and made adjustments for my inquiries. Very nice office.

My dad visited this office today and was so pleased! They had paperwork that needed to be filled out and english being his second language it made it difficult for him but Brandy sat down and reviewed it with him and explained everything. He said Ms Rivera was wonderful and did his hearing test and explained everything. Very happy with the treatment he received and the care they took w/ him. Excellent customer service ! Brandy and Frank are just wonderful. Everything was explained well, I tend to be claustrophobic but they walked me thru it . Very friendly office and there is little to no wait even when you walk in.

Had issue with hearing aid while on vacation stopped by to have it looked out. They took me right in and had me fixed and out door in less than 15 minutes. even made me a coffee while I waited.

Came along with my grandfather for his apt. Very pleasant experience. The place is clean and well lit, felt comfortable when we walked in, due to insurance my grandfather has we dont always see the nicest doctors offices but this one is not like that. Felt nice there.I have a horrible sense of direction and on the way to the apt got very turned around and I called for assistance and Mrs. McHugh was great with listening and patiently explaining turn by turn how I get there. Unfortanately medicare would not help pay for the Hearing aids we bought but they have take Care Credit and Mrs. McHugh helped me apply right in the office. The doctor was great too, she helped us figure out what would help the best and then even tweaked them a couple of weeks later to make sure settings were right. If you need hearing aids look there because you get the 3 year guarantee which means free cleanings and batteries.

Good Experience. Needed to get baseline Hearing test for a volunteer position . Learned a lot about hearing and base test and that it is good idea for everyone to get one so you have a jumping off point and you should track it as you age. Good advice for an old guy.Gal up front was southern sugar, she made a coffee for me and another lady that was in the waiting room, I also watched her tie someones shoes that was unable to do it themselves and she did it in a nonchalent way that probably no one noticed but me and that kind of thing goes a long way in my book, her name was Brandy and I told her, Brandy your a fine girl just like the song. The gal that does the hearing test was Dalerie and she was good at her job but I noticed she had a sharp tone with some. From where I sat was able to overhear her talking to one older guy like myself and she came across as condescending, not to my liking but it takes all kinds to make the world go round. She should work on her manner of speak though. Honey is what gets the flies sugar.

Very social and eager to please . Listened attentively to us. Dealing with connect was a pleasure.
