I thought they did great while I was there.

I went to this office based on the great reviews. Unfortunately I only left with disappointment. I called and made an appointment and explained what I was coming in for. I was told my appointment was at 8:30am so I arrived at 8:15am for paperwork purposes. Upon finishing my paperwork I was then told that my appointment was at 9:00am. I was not given an explanation as to why I was lied to about this. When I arrived to check in I had told them that I was there for my appointment at 8:30am and no one said anything about it being at 9:00am until I completed my paperwork. I had arrived 45 MINUTES early to my appointment and I had to call my work after and explain to them why I was going to be late. Strike one.Once I got into the back office I talked to the physicians assistant and also the doctor only to find out that they do not treat the condition for my spine that I had come in for, yet no one had told me that on the phone, or even in the back until after they had examined me and talked with me about my concerns and medical history. Strike two.The doctor had told me that he was going to give me a few scripts that would help me. I gave my pharmacy information to the assistant and left the office. Two days later I went to my pharmacy only to find out that my scripts had never been called in. I called the office and was told that I needed to speak with the physicians assistant. I was directed to her phone and there was no answer so I left a voicemail. This back and forth continued for FOUR WEEKS. I called and gave my e-mail to the front desk girl and also left the voicemail with it. I e-mailed this woman and never heard back. I have called the office several times and every time no one picks up the phone. FOUR weeks later I still had no scripts. I sent a final e-mail and finally gave up on doing anything more with this office. It is IMPOSSIBLE to correspond with anyone here regarding medical reasons and no one at the front desk is capable to doing anything more than answering the phone to make an appointment and transferring the call. Strike three.I left this office with nothing after paying for an office visit. This office is in it for the money and doesnt care about their patients. Still to this day it has been about six weeks and no one has returned my e-mail or called me back to follow up with my messages or scripts. This was a complete waste of my time.

I had 2 artifical disk replacements in my neck 8/2020. Dr. Weber and his medical team were amazing! Dr. Weber and Danielle took the time to explain the whole procedure. Day of surgery the whole team made me comfortable. I went home same day and havent had any more neck and arm pain! Im back to working out and enjoying life again. After the long wait, the nurse practitioner was very rude, left went got doc Kimble wich seemed to have a judgment already had a bit of and attitude as well, ask why i was there , after explaining the im here for 2nd opinion for neck, as i feel he not even listening, said he doesnt see anything so i replied with, so my tingling and numbness is from what nothing, and then stands up replies with. Get out i dont need sarcasm. Completely unprofessional. Worst feeling ever had in an medical place.

I recently got an MRI and X-rays of my cervical spine and had the reports sent to the doctor at this institute. I brought them a CD and they already had the written report that was faxed over by the radiology place. I brought home my CD after my appt. but I forgot to get the written reports. I called the institute after I got home and I told the records lady, Lisa, that I forgot to get the written reports from them. She said I couldnt have them and they never give them out. That doesnt make sense. I am the patient!! I talked to my chiropractor in another office and they couldnt believe that they wouldnt give me my report. Ridiculous.

I have a cervical surgery done by Dr. Jed Weber. My whole experience was awesome! Dr. Weber is a great surgeon. His medical team are super friendly and very helpful. He also has an excellent bedside manner.

Doctor Webber did for me what 3 other orthopaedic surgeons couldnt do. That being me getting back to as normal As a 74 year old man can expect after 3 faild back surgeries. I would recommend Dr Weber for neck or back problems , He is without a doubt the best option

Saw them about 9 months ago for my neck. Dr. Kimball and PT really helped and what a wonderful staff. My son had surgery on his broken clavicle 2 weeks ago from Dr. Bansal who did an amazing job. The staff couldnt be friendlier and great to work with.

Im writing this review of CSI specifically to shine light on the Physical Therapy department. I had surgery the beginning of March 2021, to repair a herniated disc. But once the surgeon was in there and able to see things better, he (Dr. Weber) found another large herniated disc. So that meant 2 herniations about 9mm, which is big. He also found 2 broken bones, which he addressed.I started PT May 5th. I was impressed before I even showed up, when I was scheduling with Amy. She is so kind and detail-oriented. She was even able to get me in earlier than anticipated. The facility is clean, no strong fragrances, and well organized. No waiting time! I was taken right back after being greeted downstairs to make sure I made it up ok.Then it was time to see my Physical Therapist - Cybele. She too is very kind and really knows her stuff. I was a little nervous, because the last time I went to PT (at a different place) it made things worse. I explained this to Cybele and she assured me she would not be pushing me. Ive been going for about 3 weeks now and I am so grateful for Amy and Cybele. Schedule your PT here. You will be glad you did!

Dr. Weber operated on my wifes neck vertebrae. She always raves about Dr. Weber and his staff after every visit. Best in area.

Released me as a patient after one official visit because I was choosing to use my neurologist for nerve conduction velocity (NCV) test rather than wait until new year when I have a new deductible with there recommended provider.

Interesting that with insurance I’m quoted a very high co payment and then when I call insurance to verify not only do I find out the price the office told me was wrong but I’m directed to 3 other spinal centers that offer FREE 2nd opinions by the insurance company. Do your research prior to going here.

Dr. Jed Weber is an honest, knowledgeable, & very compassionate surgeon. Highly recommended! He and his staff both at Comprehensive Spine Institute and Advent Hospital are very patient, explain in great detail what they will be doing and give you plenty of information to go home with. Needed Dr Weber over Memorial Day Weekend & when my husband called the Emergency number - they were prompt in reaching Dr. Weber and Dr. Weber personally called my husband back and called in a prescription for me ASAP! No complaints on my part! Highly Recommended.

Associates and assistants receive me with a smile every time I get to my appointments. Dr. Bansal explained the procedures clearly, detailed and patiently answers all my questions. He spends the right amount of time on every visit, not more, not less.They searched for affordable options without sacrifying quality of service.My quadriceps tendon surgery on my right knee went perfect. After the surgery, pain was minimum and they provided adequate medication to control pain.He inspires self confidence and trust. I am 100% pleased with their care, knowledge and support.I would not say I wish to be back again, but if I break something again, of course this is the team I would choose to fix me.About 90 days after my surgery I have my first bike ride. My life has been completely changed after visiting this center. I highly recommend this center and Dr. Kimball to anyone needing spinal surgery.Before coming to this center, I was facing excruciating lower back pain for years (at 24 years of age) after a horseback riding accident. Doctors kept telling me my pain was normal, and at my age a herniated disc was not likely. I could not walk more than a few minutes, and hated my life.When I arrived at the Comprehensive Spine Institute for my first appointment, I was treated immediately with respect and my symptoms were taken seriously. My MRI was reviewed, the diagnosis was throughout explained, and options were clearly laid out for me (including non-surgical options). I was even able to schedule my surgery the same day of my office visit.During my surgery, the staff and surgeon (Dr. Kimball) were extremely kind, and made sure I understood what was happening and was comfortable. Dr. Kimball and his nurse each called me personally the next day to make sure I was okay.One month after my surgery, I am a completely new person. I can walk, I have eased into yoga, and can actually enjoy my daily routines. I cant thank Dr. Kimball and the staff at this center enough for everything that they have done for me. I would highly recommend them.

The office staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. As a new patient it is always nice to see a friendly face when you walk into a new office. Everyone took time to answer all of my questions. DR. Kimble was extreamly welcoming and took the time to explain my diagnosis. He was able to take a ton of medical terminology and turn it into plain English. He also made sure that I understood all of my options for treatment and the next steps. I cant say enough about how great this office is. Everyone was Outstanding. Doctor Weber knew what was wrong when my Orthopedic doctor did not. The Nursing staff was always helpful. The Surgery center staff is the best and Ive been in a few. Dr. Weber is a phenomenal doctor. The nurses and the whole crew was very kind and took great care of me. They made an effort to make me feel calm and happy, which I appreciate very much. Dr Kimball was awesome. Great doctor that understands patients need info, time and attention. I cant say enough about his skill. I feel great. I knew he had to kinda change things up after he got in there but this is where expierience and skill comes to a great doctor. I also need to compliment the nurses and the rad tech. Nice and very professional. Lastly I would be remiss if I didnt mention Kathrine (Kat). She was the surgery coordinator and she really lifted the load of dealing with insurance and scheduling. Top marks Kat.Added 5 March. I feel great. I keep using the back brace to remind me to not bend lift or twist. I hope everyone who reads this has my experience and it all started with Dr. Kimball and his staff. Ok its 3 months now. I feel great. I couldnt walk. Now I am back to a normal 56 year old. Doctor Kimball fixed me. Not made me better but fixed me. Im still in the girdle but I know its right. Thank you Dr. Kimball. I know it wasnt easy but I am so thankful.

I always have a great experience at this office. It starts the minute you walk in, the front staff is very friendly. Dr. Ragab and Mandy were amazing. My surgery went perfect and Mandy did a beautiful job work my incision. I would recommend my own family to this practice.

Dr Jon Kimball,MD did my surgery in February 2018. Now 9 months ago. I have waited to give my review to see how well I was progressing from a badly ruptured disc in my lower back. I was able to walk out of their Surgery Center later the same day mostly free of pain. Today, at age 70, I am able to maintain an 8 handicap and can play golf several times per week with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend this clinic🏌️‍♂️

I had a fusion at L5 - S1 1 1/2 years ago at a different facility. That surgery did not work for me, in fact, the pain got worse. I was referred to Comprehensive Spine by a friend and had a consultation with Dr. Weber. I knew immediately that he was the doctor for me and he was going to help me. Dr. Weber explained the process of implanting a Neurostimulator and I agreed to have the surgery. I am now pain free!!! Dr. Weber and the staff at Comprehensive Spine are amazing! Before meeting Dr. Weber I was in agony 24/7 for 8 years from having 14 neck surgeries due to a broken neck. I had seen many other doctors and once they saw my x-rays and cat scans they would not help me due to all the intense hardware that I have in my neck. I am fused from C-2 to T-4. Thank to Dr. Weber and his team and his determination I am out of pain. Dr. Weber gave me my life back and the ability to be the man that my wife and children need and deserve. I have been coming to this office and facility for several years now. The staff are so helpful, professional, effecient and caring. I have only been seen by Dr Ragab. He is an awesome Dr and has a great personality. He is willing to listen and come up with options. I have and I will continue to promote this place.

Staff was really great. Dr Ragab did shots in my back which made me worse. Now I have constant pain in my kidney area about 4 days after shots. Then said he recommends nerve stimulator in planted. NO WAY ! And like someone else commented. The Dr spent about 4 minutes if that. Good luck

I had a surgery done in January of 2017 but I was in pain everyday still. The first surgery was not done here. I was going for a second surgery and was told Id need a fusion, Dr. Weber looked at my chart and saw things no one else saw, gave me a 95% chance of being pain free without a fusion. Comprehensive spine and Dr Weber gave me my life back! I wouldnt go to anyone else. Laser spine did the first surgery and I was never pain free. Thank you Dr. Weber and your staff for being there and always calling back anytime I called.

Before I went to see Dr Ragab I suffered with chronic low back pain. Herniated L5-S1disc with pinched nerve and awful sciatica for 6 long years. I saw Dr Ragab in March 2018. He performed a necessary spinal fusion April 2018. When I woke up from surgery the pain was completely gone (other than the surgical pain of course) im 2 weeks out from surgery and feel like a whole new person. Waking up everyday without pain is priceless. They gave me my life back! The experience from A-Z was great! The staff is friendly, helpful, and are all very caring. They don’t treat you like a number. They treat you like family. Best decision i made was going to comprehensive spine institute

Im very pleased with comprehensive spine institute. Ive had back problems for the past 2 years. I was seeing another doctor prior to coming here. My previous doctor didnt seem to know what to do or how to communicate. So I got a second opinion with Dr. Regab. From my very first appointment I was impressed with the whole staff at the desk to Dr. Regab and his assistants. They all were friendly and communicative with me. I felt heard and knew they all had my best interest for me. The team that also helped during my surgery was just as good also. I highly recommend Dr. Regab and comprehensive spine institute to anyone and everyone from my own personal experience.

Dr. Ragab came into my life and did spine surgery to repair my back and is truly my guardian angel He goes above and beyond for his patients. His surgical experience is second to none and that along with his aftercare and bed side manor is why I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Came in with all my imaging for a multitude of specific injuries. Dr. Ragab spent maybe an entire 4 minutes meeting with me. Did not seem interested in spending any length of time with me to answer my questions or concerns. Gave me a steroid shot in the hip that made everything worse. Does not prescribe any medication to deal with acute pain. Overall a less-than-pleasant experience.

Dr. Kimball was excellent and taking the time to explain everything in full detail to me and his Nurse assistant Amanda went out of her way to get me in earlier for my injection. Very pleased over all. The receptionist was very nice and polite as well. Unfortunately i had to give 3 out of 5 stars. The issue i have with this practice is that they seem more concerned about payment than care of the patient. Expecting 20 percent of the cost of my surgery before hand is proof of that. They say they will work with you, or you can put a deposit down etc. The stress of a fusion surgery is enough but then have to worry about coming up with the cost before hand is even more stressful. I will more than likely go with my 2nd opinion, Dr. Colbassani for my fusion since they do not expect payment prior to surgery.

Excellent place. Dr. Weber is an excellent ortho & neuro surgeon. My cervical spine surgery went great, went home same day with minimal pain. He really genuinely cares about his patients, hes honest, upfront & down to earth. Usually after surgery a nurse is waking you up but not with Dr Weber, he wants to make sure youre okay!! A surgeon up north messed up my back & Dr Weber is going to fix it once my neck is all healed. I truly do have complete trust & faith in Dr Weber and his entire team. I dont have to live in pain anymore and neither do you!!

Dr Ragab is just the best! He is an excellent orthopedic surgeon with a very kind and compassionate bedside manner. I recently had a 2 level lumbar fusion by him and I am healing well with no infection and a lot less pain. All of his staff are very courteous and helpful and they put you at ease immediately because every part of the process runs smoothly every time I visit this office. The office is nicely remodeled and there is a separate surgery center on the property where Dr Ragab and the other physicians in his practice can perform minimally invasive procedures. They are conveniently located in Clearwater and I have never had to wait over 15 minutes before seeing the doctor which is pretty amazing for an Orthopedic practice! Thank you soooo much Dr. Ragab for giving me great orthopedic care!

Had acdf c5-c7 preformed by Dr. Raga a little over a week ago. So far so good :) I was able to walk and talk and eat solid foods immediately after. He said it was pretty bad and It took about 3 hours. The results are amazing. The pain in my neck and the nerve pain down my entire left arm was getting unbearable. I had instant relief when I woke from surgery. Then theres the staff. All of them are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I can say its been quite pleasing to be treated as a person and not a number.

Called around 11 am. Was told I was 2nd in line. After about 6 minutes, 1st was first in line. I gave up around 16 minutes of being on hold just to make an appointment. What is going on with this place?

Tired of waiting for greedy Dr.’s that quadruple book.My time is $ as well. One hour so far....

Doctor Ragab is a great doctor he didnt want to rush and put steel rods in my back like other surgeons he took a more conservative approach. I had been in a serious vehicle collision in February 2017, I went to see Dr. Ragab. I had a device in my neck from a previous accident 12 years ago, which now one of the screws was protruding into my esophagus. I was in a great deal of pain in my neck as well as my back. After Dr. Ragab performed surgery on my neck at the end of March, my pain relief was immediate, recovery has been normal and I received shots in lower back which has helped greatly! I am so glad that I chose Dr. Ragab to diagnose and perform my surgery. Although it will take some time to completely heal, I am not in the awful pain I was after the accident! If you are living in pain, I highly recommend Dr. Ragab and his staff which are incredible. Its now the beginning of June and I feel so much better!

Dr. Ragab performed a lower back surgery on me 5 years ago. It has been 5 years of pain due to the failed surgery. Approximately 1 month after the surgery, when I was released from a therapy center I visited with Ragab. An x-ray was taken that showed screws he had placed were at an angle to the horizontal and he fractured at least 2 vertebrae. He told me with 2 MORE OPERATIONS he could fix the problem. My response was NO WAY would I allow you to operate. I have spent 5 years in 24/7 pain. I cannot stand for more than 2 or 3 minutes nor can I walk for more than perhaps 100 feet. I have visited with 6 surgeons and was told 5 times they would not operate, too much DAMAGE. The last surgeon told me I should try Pain Management.If anyone asks my opinion about back surgery I tell themNO WAY AND IF YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM RAGAB.THIS SURGEON(?) HAS RUINED MY LIFE.

When you arrive at the CSI, they will ask you on a scale of 1 to 10, what degree is your pain. Statements like that are meaningless, since with severe back issues, no one is quite sure just how bad a 10 is. What they are doing is gauging how aggressive/assertive they need to be in addressing your situation. For me, after MRIs showed two herniated discs and considerable bone spurs due to related issues, they opted for the slow approach, which should have been read as the expensive approach. The shots to the spine were almost completely useless, but they insisted going on that route. After 7 months of procedures, Im out thousands of dollars, and my back is in worse shape. Even while giving the shots they repeatedly commented on how difficult it was due to the high density of bone spurs. Dont you think that if the bone spurs were causing issues with delivering shots, youd want to focus on dealing with them first? The slow approach guarantees that they will do everything else before getting serious about pain relief, which means you will pay a lot more for relief (if you ever find any... I didnt) than if they just would have started with more relevant procedures to begin with.Some people might find relief this way, but when you have more serious issues, it needs a serious response. CSI is more interested in milking procedures for profit, and as long as you arent screaming in pain while you are there, I guess they feel they arent in violation of their Hippocratic oath.Oh, and they have problems with billing and scheduling, which is just the icing on the cake.My .02$.

Dr. Ragab and PA Brad are awesome. My husband had been suffering from back pain that was robbing our whole family of a normal and active life style. The outlook was not good, the next step for my husband was probably a wheelchair and maxed out on pain medication relief was nowhere to be found. He performed three surgeries including one emergency surgery. The outcome has been phenomenal. Its like having a new life. My husband wakes up with no pain and I can see the joy in his face again. Dr. Ragabs staff is caring and was always available to answer questions and provide support. They treat us like family. Dr. Ragab is without a doubt one of the finest spine surgeons in the State of Florida. Highly skilled and proficient, he is at the forefront in his profession. I had low back pain for years caused by bulging discs, however nothing like what happened to me when I blew out a disc spilling the gel contents against my Sciatic nerve trapping it. The pain was horrible, I literally couldn;t walk.Doing a Google search I became aware of Dr Ragab and read of his expertise and success. He quickly diagnosed my condition, ordered MRIs for confirmation and scheduled the procedures. In my case he cured me of extreme Sciatica, performing 2 minimally invasive foraminotomies in a 3 day period. This was done on an out patient basis, I literally crawled in at 6am and walked out at 11 am pain free. Amazing, I was astonished to say the least. After a couple weeks of minor pain in the area of the procedure, I am pain free and do what I want within reason. If you have spine problems do yourself a great favor by paying him a visit,The staff at CSI are friendly, well versed in their professions and caring. They know their business and can handle all your needs in a professional manner from scheduling to billing your insurance company, They make for a seamless pleasurable experience. Came to Dr. Ragab in early March 2014 with severe pain in leg on recommendation from my family practicioner. His initial diagnosis was to recommend excercises for pain management, and he told me he only recommends surgery for 15% of his patients which created an immediate sense of care,trust and confidence that I was looking for. The following week, the pain was still severe and he performed a surgical proceedure on my lower back. That afternoon I was able to stand up free of any leg pain! Thanks to Dr. Ragab, I had two highly successful surgeries in 2013. My first surgery was laser procedure, consisting of a partial facetectomy, particial laminectomy and a lumbar foraminotomy. I was an outpatient and never needed to take any pain medication after surgery. My second surgery, several months later,was more comprehensive. This surgery covered grafting, decompression, fusion and rods in the spine. The results have been amazing. This kind of surgery was frightening to contempalate and one must have faith and trust in your surgeon. I certainly have complete trust and admiration for Dr. Ragab. He listens to his patients, cares, wants to help them and has genuine warmth. Unlike my mother and grandfather, I will be able to live an active and independent life.
