I am vaccinated and wearing a mask. I have congestion and a headaches due to a cold. The chiropractor assistant refused to help me and just kept saying I was not allowed in the building. I have no fever! Do colds and other sickness not exist anymore to you people? She was rude and had a tone. When my parents had covid you guys literally told them to come in!

The care received is very good and the doctors and nurses are friendly and easy to talk to. I didnt have any money last time I went and they agreed to bill me for my visit and didnt give me a hard time at all when I asked them to do so. I broke my finger and needed x-rays and they gave me a referral because they dont do x-rays in-house. It was only $25 for the x-ray when I paid for it through Evara. Also same when I had to have a pelvic ultrasound-a referral to the place that did the test and $25 when prepaid through the clinic. The only thing was that I needed orthopedic care for my broken finger and physical therapy and there were no options available to obtain those through the clinic so I had to do without because I didnt have any money. I know they can only do so much though and did most issues they are very helpful and can offer options for obtaining what you need.There are only two things that I dont like much... The first one is that they are so busy that is difficult to get an appointment any sooner than the weeks or a month out so not to good if you have a non emergency condition needing prompt attention. The other thing is that they have a centralized phone number that you have to call for anything and they handle the calls for all locations. Sometimes it takes forever to get through to swindle because they are so busy. There no way to call the clinic directly to speak to them about your appointment, to ask a question, or speak to a nurse or doctor. Everything has to be done through the main number. Other than those two things, I am very pleased with Evara Health and would recommend.

Sat in office for 30 min no one even called me back after checking in... Everyone after me already called back with appointments after me... Finally get 🆙 to walk to desk they didnt even know I was there how in the hell when I checked in on my phone and in the office.... Yall gotta do better

The level of care is excellent. The front desk is always very helpful to me and will answer any questions that I have. The back office staff is always courteous and make me feel comfortable even when Im not feeling well. The doctor is generally concerned about my health and also answers any questions I have about my care and makes sure I 7understand

I would give no stars if I could for their OB department I kept telling them about a very serious medical issues I was worried about and they never took it seriously. I saw Lucinda and express VERY serious issues I was having and instead of paying attention to my actual medical issues and past she carried on to tell me I had something else wrong with me and that I would deliver a still born baby if I didn’t get a certain test done when actually it would have put me in the hospital if I would have gotten the test, and I did end up in the hospital a week later with the problem I knew I had, I almost lost my life and so did my son, thank goodness baycare stepped up and got myself and my son taken care of. Won’t be returning.

There would be 5 stars if my doctor was personable…. The front office staff were as friendly as they could be as busy as it was. The medical assistant was excellent. But Doctor Sava was super standoffish and weird. When he walked in he sat right at his computer, barely made eye contact, didn’t introduce himself and said “what is the problem” facing his computer the whole time. Midway through the exam I asked him his name and he seemed very annoyed by this. He definitely made my experience awkward…. And when all was said and done he popped his head in and said “you can go now”….. weirdo……… never had an experience like this in my life.

The staff including their supervisor are not professional and dont care about patients. They never follow up with doctor orders. They dont respond to pharmacy requests, they dont answer the phone calls.They even give patients verbal appointments without putting them in their system waisting their time and missing their medication refills.I do not recommend this place to anybody, there are some doctors who care out there. There are always problems with staff.

It’s a vary bad place! I am pregnant and called to make an appointment for an appointment, when I arrived, my reservation did not exist! I made a reservation one more time, the day before the appointment my reservation was canceled! I have been waiting for this for 3 weeks. This is a disrespectful attitude towards customers! COVID19 Testing: I called and was informed that testing begins at 5pm, but it is suggested to get in line around 4-4:30pm. I was told minors could be tested and only need an ID. I was also told I would get my results within 15 minutes before I left.I arrived in line at 4:04pm in the parking lot across the street. I was tenth in line after several cars left from waiting so long. They allowed cars to pull up in line at the tent outside the building at 5:50pm. In other words, they began testing 50 minutes late. As tenth in line, I was tested at 6:50 (1:50 after supposed start time, an hour after testing actually began). I was told my sister, who is 16, could not get tested because our mom was not present even though no one stated that when I asked over the phone. They took our paperwork and IDs and then shouted names and struggled to locate which person was in each car. This location was the epitome of poor management. The nurse who was about to test me said the wrong name before I corrected her. Then, she only swabbed one nostril. After she tested me, I was told I would get a call in a little while if I was positive. I clarified, I will only get a call if Im positive? She confirmed. I stated my concerns and she completely dismissed them before walking away.Do not get tested here. Go anywhere else. They do not respect your time and their lack of organization raises concerns for the validity of testing results.*Update after they responded to my comment*This is to make them look better to future patients reading these reviews. I called them the next day to complain and they did not care at all nor did they transfer me to anyone to listen to my concerns.

Its hard to leave a review, because honestly, My mother and I like the doctor she saw on 3/26/2021. The issue we faced was that my mom and I came back to CHCP because she was in pain the entire weekend of 3/27-3/28/21. She wanted something to help with it. So we went back to the CHCP on 3/29/21 in Clearwater because we had been using (4) 200mg ibuprofen & (1) 500mg acetaminophen to help subdue the pain, since she hadnt gotten anything for the pain on her visit. Sadly this combination only lasted about a day and a half. Shes 65 skeptical of doctors to begin with and refuses to go, which we explained to the doctor. So when we came back to ask for an alternative you shouldnt just tell us to go to the ER. You made her feel like she didnt matter, and that she wasnt in real pain. Then your team questioned why she didnt get any on the day she came. For a woman who has not been to the doctors in almost over 20 years, should you really have treated her like that. I am a healthcare professional with the State, I completely get how busy and all over the place is, but if you have employees and co-workers who have the attitude of this is just another poor person wanting drugs I will gladly take my mother to a private practice doctor. She asked and no one heard her. So what is the issue? Why cant she get something slightly stronger than what she tried? We arent asking for oxycodone or hydrocodone you know Schedule II drugs! You know there is a requirement to look in the database to see if someone is trying to get illegal refills. Come on!

I waited to get an appointment in this place for almost a month, and when I arrive at the place they do not let me go to my appointment because I do not have someone to take care of my daughter, if I bring my daughter it is because I have no one to leave her with if not myself I would not bring her and the only day that someone can take care of her for me is Saturdays and they say that Saturdays are closed, it is frustrating that they cannot attend you because you have a baby with you.I know that times are difficult because of covid and that they do not allow more than one person, but they also have to consider that not all of us have a person who can take care of our babies when we have an appointment, at least they should try to get us into appointment in special circumstances.

Service had started to be horrible since covid has started. They tried to put me and my baby in another womanin the same room with our kids during covid😲. Finish the appointment the dr didnt call in a prescription for my baby an trying to get someone on phone is not working at all. Will be finding another pediatric center for my kids so unsatisfied.

It is ridicuously hard to make an appointment. Ive tried over three days now to make one and theres always a long line of people in front. 9+ or more. Always 2+ hours on hold and never recieving a callback if optd in to recieve one. The online appointment option is awful. They never respond to those inquires either.Ive had to use this location for years due to low-income, etc and every time Ive had to make an appointment it is ALWAYS equally difficult every time. Something needs to be changed...Unecessarily time consumingCheap healthcare = cheap outcome.

Doctor G. Its the best I see her every Monday and Wednesday and she help me so much so I can continue with my movements. I wish I can also see her again on Fridays though I understand since the covid19 its been reduce to Monday and Wednesday. Im glad they decide to return her I dont know what I would do if I dont see her in a weekly basis. She helo me with the stretching, and also her advices. One of the best chiropractor you can ever find.

The CHC of pinellas is an amazing health center. We are blessed to have them in our community. The CEO, Elodie is amazingly generous with partnering with other health centers - and has prioritized mental health centers for COVID-19 testing and now the vaccine. I am sitting here at the Clearwater location and 100% of the staff have been kind, pleasant, professional and funny. After long days of caring for others and still this team is amazing. Thank you CHC of Pinellas for all that you have done and continue to do to serve our community.

My daughter is very sick, and went to get a COVID-19 test. People who work there were touching driving license with not gloves, passing papers to every single car with not gloves on. THEY DO NOT CARE to catch or infect others, and didn’t keep their distance getting so closed to patients. Now she is more concerned than before, she went to see if she has the virus or not, not to catch it and spread others. ZERO STAR!!!

I honestly dont know why this center is rated so low because it was wonderful. All of the staff was efficient and friendly even though it was pretty busy when I went. It was very nice inside aesthetically and was very clean and organized. I plan to use this as my permanent PCP location. Thank you Katina Bonaparte especially for being so wonderful!

Billing system severely flawed. AFTER I promptly paid them in full, they continue to bill me every single month. It has now been seven months. Their billing system is so flooded with calls, they rarely answer. I have left more than 20 messages; they have never once called me back. Never! When I do catch them in (after long holds), they admit they made an error and promise to fix it, but it never gets fixed. I have talked to them in person three times in addition to so many phone calls I have lost count. It has cost them more in postage already than they are billing me, but I cant get them to stop. It has cost me more in gas and time than the amount they are billing, but I dont want to pay twice and still have them continue to bill me. All I ever get is promises. Service itself was OK, but the billing snafus are so frustrating, I would never return or allow anyone in my family to go there. I have found a much better place that gives top quality medical care and bills appropriately. I suggest you do the same.

Takes hours on the phone to get someone to answer. Saw OB Gyn last year who basically scolded me for making an appointment with her, then told me I didn’t need to see her to get my meds. So this year I saw the pcp, who supposedly gave me my script, or at least that was what I was told at the front desk, I do have to say she was a nice doctor. Needless to say, I didn’t get that important medication I have been on for 5 years. Apparently quitting a med cold turkey is fine. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone, Lisa was rude, nor did she return my call as she indicated she would. The COVID 19 check in lady could be a nicer as well. Beside extremely difficult to contact them, I never had a problem with the pcp, but the OB GYN doctor & Lisa needs to be fired.

This place is a joke.They don’t know how to schedule, communicate or operate as professionals.Go anywhere else available, this was a total waste of my time - they made me wait over a week to get a CALL FOR AN appointment and then only gave me an hour notice to “get there by noon”. My mom goes to this clinic. She doesn’t speak or write much English because she just moved here... but she sees a Russian speaking doctor there. I just want to say thank you for taking good care of her. The actual clinic is a little busy for my taste, but my mom likes going there and visiting Doctor Sava. He is very calm, straight to the point and actually gives you a medicine and advise that helps. She always tells about this clinic to her Russian speaking friends and asked me to write this post. :)A.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. When you call you are on hold for a very long time. I’ve waited an hour more than once. Their check in process is awful. You have a long wait standing in line just to check in. We have waited over 45 minutes just to check in on more than one occasion. My son need some blood work and shots for nursing school. We gave them the paperwork with exactly what we needed. They had the wrong bloodwork done and did not look at his chart closely for his shots. This resulted in us having to foot the bill the rush and get the proper blood work and shots. We have been here numerous times and every experience was awful. Just awful.

This practice is an absolute nightmare-from beginning to end. It takes forever to just get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I found myself on hold for hours. Once you do make an appointment and get in to see a doctor, the nightmare continues.I went to the Tarpon office with a specific set of serious symptoms and was told by the practitioner there that I just had depression. He wouldnt even listen to me, insisting that I was just depressed. No blood work, no physical exam, no discussion of my medical history...nothing. He then tried to put me on Paxil and then I insisted that I didnt need that medication-I am a 50 year old woman and know my own body. I know when something isnt right physically. He then pretty much stopped listening, and called the Paxil script into my pharmacy anyway, without my permission.I then went to get a 2nd opinion at the Clearwater OBGYN office and that location is a joke as well. Same thing-even though I have a list of serious physical symptoms, the doctor there wouldnt even listen to me-stating that their other doctor in Tarpon Springs was correct. Again, she didnt even complete an exam on me, didnt even listen to me speak. She also tried to put me on Paxil too. Im not sure whats going on with pushing Paxil on patients. $$I then found another doctor altogether at a different practice, one that my insurance recommended. This new doctor did what all doctors should do- she listened and respected me as a patient. She ran some blood work and I ended up being diagnosed with a serious illness (not depression), which I am now being treated properly for. This is the way things should happen.I spent months in serious pain and had many sleepless nights because of Community Health Centers. Do yourself a favor-dont waste your time here. Choose another doctor. You deserve to be listened to, respected and properly cared for.

Had an appointment set for 1020. I arrived 10 minutes early. The door was locked and I was told to check in. I did waited in my car for 40 minutes. I finally walked back up to be let in by lady who claims she tried to call me and text a bunch when I received calls and texts no problem. Now been sitting here for over an hour. I have no clue why I came here.

People dont waste your time!This place is a complitely big mess.Yesterday I was supposed to have my covid test scheduled one week ago.They tell you they are going to call you during their office hour for tell you what time to go, so I kept my phone with me from 7:30 am till 5pm.At 3pm, since no one called me yet, I called them asking why I did not receive any phone call, the lady told me they had still 2 hours for call me.So I waited till 5:20pm and still no call, so I called back and guess what: closed!Lost my appointment and also today I tried to call them back and they wont pic up the phone.THIS IS THE REALITY TRUMP VOTERS not what that big fat clawn is stating!! After 2 very good experiences with the staff at the clearwater location, my luck came to an end today. The nurses and other staff were great as usual but my doctor left much to be desired. Apathetic, seemed to be mad or upset but I DEFINITELY got the impression that he did not want to be there. Must have said 10 words to me the whole time. Felt like i was wasting his time. I will NEVER let this person care for me or my family. I will not reveal his name to ANYONE but your management. This type of person does not belong in health care. I have bad days too with the public, but i HAVE to suck it up and put on my caring face and attitude for them anyway. Ask about the staff with other patients . This cant be the first time for this.

I waited a full week for a covid 19 test. I got an appointment for today between 8:00 and 5:00 and was told I would get a phone call for a pre-screening. I received my phone call at 1:30 I was told to come in and be there before 2:30. I arrived at 2:00 p.m. and was told they stopped testing hours ago. Would give this place one star, but there were certain staff that were friendly, nice and helpful. I took my nephew(16) for a re-evaluation for a med refill as my sister was ill and doesnt drive. My day off is usually when I take them on errands. This is not his regular Doctor or office, but he can be seen there as his regular primary was unavailable. After several staff members did their thing, the doctor(Montgomery)entered an hour and a half later. She never introduced herself to us and never engaged with my nephew, just stood there and pretty much told us we should not be seen in this office and that she looked up his doctors schedule and she is wide open. She also stated that the people who do the scheduling are not very good at their jobs so we need to continue to probe them until they come up with an appointment that works for us! SERIOUSLY?! About as unprofessional as they come! We waited another twenty minutes for someone to come and give him 3 shots as his records stated he was due for and she only showed up with two and said that was all she was told! We actually were walking out when she chased us down because it was taking so long. two hours total.....come on Florida health care get your act together.

WANDA at the front desk is AMAZING! I was scheduled and ultrasound and given the run around at baycare imaging trying to figure out who could do the test I need. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and need an ultrasound to check my baby’s heart, I had so much trouble but Wanda is my superhero. She called everywhere and was on the phone for 30 minutes to find someone to provide the test I need and she got me an appointment for today. I am so grateful for her, Wanda is the only person today who actually helped me and took the time figured out exactly what I need. Thank you!!

Pros: yesterday I went there for a yearly (womens) exam and the staff was extremely fast, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness and concern over a health issue I was experiencing. Im glad there is a professional place I can go to that doesnt cost a fortune.Cons: I cant stand the two-sided wait here lines before getting checked in. It should be one line only. Everyone seems unsure who should go next and were all hoping we dont get cut in line. Seems petty but, in reality, its stressful.

I almost feel like I shouldnt complain because I received medical services for little cost. However, I was appalled at the way I was treated at this facility and I know I cant possibly be the only one.First off, let me start off by saying I am a single/only parent of 1 child, working 2 jobs, college educated and still perusing my studies. I am not a scummy person milking benefits off of the government. Unfortunately my employer does not offer insurance, so I had no other choice BUT to come to this facility.With that being said, dont let the beautiful landscaping and newly built center fool you, it just looks nice. On top of being there for 2 1/2 hours for a simple new patient visit, and no one else in the waiting area... The woman working the front desk was incredibly rude, I couldnt believe it. She treated me like I was complete scum of the world.I actually had to ask her why she was treating me the way she was and she had no response, naturally. I was at the facility 3x in a weeks time and every time, she was the same way, completely miserable.I guess you get what you pay for.. I would NOT recommend anyone here unless it is absolutely necessary.

I think the rating is too low considering that its been one of the cleanest and more cozy places Ive been in my entire life. The atmosphere was very friendly and it has a big lobby area to wait for your appointment. The staff is super friendly and helpful , making you feel like you matter to them and they want to help you. I spoke with Evelyn and not only she was nice, she listen and gave me solutions to my medical treatment plan every step of the way. They have everything here for your personal problems even to solve legal matters related to the medical field. Its s an affordable healthcare system for the low income to have resources to receive help at any budget you can afford. #lifeisgood #godisgood

Dr Saba was very concerned with my health and listened very well to what I was feeling, and the staff was very helpful and genuinely concerned for me to get the best care and help. Although the receptionist were rude my experience was A+ And I still rate this Dr Office a 5 star

I am new to Clearwater and so far all the reviews I am seeing online for some of these offices are kind of scaring me... I am looking for a good doctor and facility. One that takes the time with their patients and doesnt make them feel like just another number... So far I am not liking what I am seeing... They go above and beyond in regards service rendered... Nurse visits are free no matter what insurance you have. I have never seen this facility dirty. The exam rooms have always been clean. The staff has always been cordial. Ive been going for 1.5 yr as of now... I have recommended my mom, and children. (Young adults.) I have not visited pediatrics so I do not know off hand the physicians on their side.Yes Dr. Pargas works at 707 Druid office.

I would not recommend this place for even a pregnant dog. My whole pregnancy I have been dismissed and mislead. They NEVER call you back if you have a question. You have to call an average of 5 times to get 1 call back. They have randomly changed my appointment times 3 times already, it’s not until I get the text message alert THE DAY OF that my appointment has been changed, even though I have written, documented proof from their office my appointment was at a completely different time. This place is a joke.

I’ve been trying to get a copy of my results to take to a new obgyn so they’ll know if anything is wrong or abnormalwith my pregnancy and they refuse to just give me the results, they can fax them over however I’ve requested 3x now for the obgyn I saw to okay the request to get the paper work to take to my first appointment elsewhere so I didn’t have to redo my lab work and wait even longer just to find out if anything was wrong and what precautions I should be taking however they always have a new excuse ! I’ve always had problems with this doctors office over the past 4 years but now that I’m pregnant I don’t even trust this doctors office to simply do their job accurately. They barely deserve one star I see why they are rated 2 stars in total.

I received a bill for my first visit. The only way to pay your bill is via a check. There is no 800 number to call to make a payment via your HSA card. Doctors and service are good but I will have to find another doctor because the only payment method accepted is check through the mail. You cannot user your HSA card to pay.

Its funny how on the website it says open until 8pm. When you call the clearwater office, it says they are closed. It automatically prompts you to an after hour line. Which is quite pointless considering when they ask you what they can help you with. They say this is the after hours line you will have to call back during business hours then they give you the business hours and they say mondays open until 8pm oh? Well why does it say closed when i call? Should probably fix how this is done. Or stay open until you are supposed to? Very annoying and frustrating.

I would give zero stars if possible but this place is SO POORLY MANAGED! I made dental appointments for my children back in December of 2020 for Jan, the day before the appointments I was left a voice message that they were to be rescheduled until March and they apologized for the inconvenience. Then for their March appointments we were rescheduled yet again to July. My childrens appointments were for July 21,I again got a voicemail message from Alyssa stating that since I didnt have the time or concern to confirm the appointment it was being given to someone else more deserving. I cant even believe she had the audacity to leave that on my messages. I called immediately the next day and spoke with a supervisor kim who apologized for the employees verbage and then was told i had to reschedule yet again but they did not have any appointments any time soon it would be 2 to 3 months out. You should not wonder why you have ALL these bad reviews! Your practice is so mismanaged with such poor customer service! I want EVERYONE to know that even thinks of bringing their child here RUN dont walk away from this place! You are treated like trash especially if your kids are in medicaid you are nothing to them! You will always get in sorry for the inconvenience but sorry about your luck! You will wait months for an appointment and ANY kind of service! You will be talked to like you mean nothing to them, which you dont, they only care about the money! This place is run like a zoo and NEVER good customer service! I have to say that You have the WORST phone system I have EVER experienced. Every time I need to make an appointment I call, and I CANT GET THROUGH TO schedule an appointment this is what I get Im sorry, Ido not heard your selection, please enter your selection now! Then, I enter my selection (number 2) and the same thing goes over and over again. I spend the whole day doing the same thing if I would have time. WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE????? WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE????It is not fair that I have to drive all of way over there just to make an appointment. I drove half hour to get there. It wouldnt be any problems if you would not offer the service to make an appointment on the phone, but you offer the service, and I think you have people that get pay to do the job. I had nothing but a good experience with the dental staff but do there job efficiently and made sure i had no pain and they did my sisters 3 hour dental surgery and she didnt complain about the service they provided but calling theses people are the absolute worse. I was on hold for 5 minutes before i got to talk to anyone, asked to be transferred was on hold for another long person of time and again while they were attempting to find a place to reschedule my appointment. It would be better if they had some music playing but no they just had an Indian sounding voice talk. And that made the wait that much longer.

Bad policies. I am off my meds because they wont refill unless I come in for an appointment because its been a little over 3 months since I have been there. Its not like I take painkillers. I take 2 antidepressants. Seems cruel.and dangerous to cut someone off meds that they need and have been on for 2 years just because I was unable to leave work to come in and have no money for the appointment right now. Feeling weird right now.

After waiting for 45 minutes, I asked if the lady at the front desk if she knew how much longer the wait would be and she responded by telling me that it will be my turn when someone calls my name. Huge lack of professionalism overall that I observed in that 45 minute wait.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This place is a nightmare. You shouldnt go here. Do whatever you can to find a different place but avoid at all costs. Horrible unsupportive drs and staff has no clue what is going on. Not to mention you sit on hold for 2 hours (at least) to get any answers. God help you if you need to get in urgently to see someone. It will take you all day and then some. Dirty exam rooms, always packed full of people who mean nothing to this place. Its all about the money. Left countless messages dont get called back. Lost my medical records they had previously. And the only response you will see on here from a negative comment will be a canned response. Not even worth the time it took to write this. No one cares about you at this place.

They are the rudest... I just recently found out I was pregnant and every time I call in they always tell me I called the wrong department and then hang up on me instead of transferring me!! When I SPECIFICALLY pressed 9 for an operator!!!!! I work 12 hours a day every day with an hour drive to and from I do not have time to sit on the phone and wait and wait for someone to assist me.. Then for them to just tell me I pressed the wrong button and hang up on me!!! Im so irrate . this just happened YET again. As soon as I find another doctor to take my insurance I will never return!!! Hire people who are atleast pleasent to deal with on the phone..

I called a week ahead and made an appointment with a very nice lady. I told her my situation that my daughter had Medicaid but I was not sure of what plan. She told me that they run her name through the system 24hours before her appointment so I had nothing to worry about but to bring proof of income just in case and I told her no problem. I have been to the clinic in Tarpon before and never had issues.I go to my daughters appointment (leaving work 3 hours early as well as getting her out of school early) to arrive at the clinic. I go up to the front desk and I am being helped by Karen. She asks me if I have proof of income, which I did, but i asked her if they pulled up insurance for her and she said no but I will now. She finds the insurance (which she wouldnt have checked if I didnt ask) and tells me that my daughter cannot be seen because they dont accept her primary Doctor. That I would have to call the insurance and change my primary to one of their doctors (which I dont want to do). I asked her if I could just pay and she told me no. Yet two minutes prior, she was asking me for my income verification. Now Im furious because I was told this was something they do 24hours in advance and they didnt. So now Im waisting my time, missing out on money from work as well as my daughter missing school. I am now sitting at the minute clinic because she refused to see my daughter. It would have been wonderful of them to call me before hand to tell me they didnt take her primary Doctor before I waisted my time. I would never go there again. Horrible service. Karen didnt even offer to help me in any way at all. The only good thing I can say is the grounds and indoor area were very nice.

Had a good experience the first time. Im an expecting mother trying to get a hold of my DR and the phones arent working. They keep hanging up. I called other offices to get a hold of my DR and no luck. Ive been miserable for days now and I cant even talk to the woman whos supposed to be in the delivery room with me. Ive been calling for days and apparently the other offices have been leaving messages for them from me and said I would get calls back before they close. Which hasnt happened. So, definitely not happy with whatever is going on. I understand Im not having a medical emergency but its just unprofessional that I cant even talk to the office

Horrible front desk staff. Wanda waited on me individually and was not pleasant to deal with. Paid for a session to just talk to a doctor who didnt care. When I have an out of state doctor that just needed confirmation of a due date while I attend the rest of the semester here.Will not be going back, I will wait 5 hours at the emergency room.

I wouldn’t bother coming if it weren’t for Doctor Conde. She is amazing w my kids and answers all my questions thoroughly. It’s not her fault the receptionists have attitudes and they’re understaffed. I had an appointment at 9:30am and I’m still here, at 11:32am, writing this review from inside the room. He was already seen by Dr. Conde but we’ve been waiting for his vaccines to be administered for about 20 mins. Don’t come here in a hurry, you absolutely WILL be irritated w the wait time

It took months to get in to the dental clinic. Finally had first appointment. I set the next appointment for their first available which was over a month out. Decided to get a referral and needed the referral and my x-rays. It has taken 3 attempts and I still do not have anything. Called once and operator couldn’t get through to dental clinic and said she would have them call me back. Of course they never did. I drove there twice to get help. First time they had closed already . This was mid-afternoon. Second time I went and no one would help me because the Doctor was at lunch and they couldn’t do anything. I’m livid. I don’t have all the time to drive there and sit in the phone waiting for no one to answer.Actually after these episodes, I don’t trust them to touch my mouth. Patient care is seriously lacking.

This place cannot even read my ultrasound that they sent me for and Im 24 weeks, mind you I was 21 when they ordered my ultrasound. I lost my first child due to placenta previa, emergency room says that its the same case but these people here are treating it very lightly, hardly telling me anything. Very disapointed.

Gave the Clearwater location 2 stars because most of the receptionists are so verrrry slow and at times rude and unprofessional. The reception/ waiting area always smells badly. The appointment call center seems to be understaffed since the call wait is usually very long. The doctors on the other hand, are very thorough.

The entire Community Health Centers organization is terrible. I keep going to different offices hoping for improvement, but I am let down every time. I was ordered an ultrasound over a month ago and the results came back normal, but I still dont feel well. When I asked about it, the lady told me she could have a doctor call me back. I received a phone call today, exactly one month from the results of my ultrasound, from some other lady telling me I need to make an appointment with no other information. I also needed a prescription refilled and the pharmacy tried to reach them for 2 weeks with no response. I called myself and got nowhere, only to find out they sell the medication over the counter. But why does it take so long to respond??!!!?? Everyone I speak with seems so incompetent. Completely ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable for medical professionals.

This place is the worst excuse for a doctors office I have ever visited. You cant get a hold of your doctor or even schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone. I ended up in the ER because the doctors here dismissed my complaints. The doctor at the hospital informed me I was about a day away from requiring surgical intervention. Ridiculous that they would let a pregnant woman walk out of their facility with a potentially life threatening condition to my child. I would report them if I thought someone would actually answer the phone. Id give them 0 stars if I could.

Save yourself the headache! The way they do appointment scheduling is unprofessional and unhelpful AT BEST! I will be 40 weeks pregnant at the end of this week, and theyve screwed up my appointments on at least 6 different occasions. They now have told me they cant do my appointment this week because there wont be a provider working that day, and tried to reschedule me for next week... My due date is this week, and theyre trying to argue they have no appointments this week, but they are the ones canceling my appointment, not me...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Once my child is born, I am definitely discontinuing going to this office! The real shame is the nurses and providers in the OB department actually do a good job...wish I could get in to see them.

I went there yesterday a lil worried because all the bad reviews I red here, but I had such a great experience, front desk girl was really nice to me, the nurse and doctor really caring people, I can’t afford to go to a walk in clinic so I decided to go there, my prescriptions are a lil pricey so dr gave me a discount card to get my medication, everyone treated me good, very clean place too. I just waited 10!minutes to been seen, Dr was concerned for my condition, sent me lab work that I just paid $20 for, I don’t have insurance and definitely can afford that, sorry no everyone has a good experience but my experience was great I highly recommend this place.

They call me to schedule a physical for my son. Day before appt (nearly 3 weeks later) they call to say they gave us wrong slot for physical. Reschedule. Arrive to appointment. Sit in a hot stifling room for over an hour. Doctor is an uppity snob. 2 hours later....lesson learned, never coming back. Wasnt like this a year ago. Guess its gone downhill.

The doctors are ok but the front counter staff are very rude... patience shouldnt be treated that way or the parents of the patients.. the show that they dont care about their patients at all they dont give it knowledgement when you talk to them they act like they so frustrated when you talk to them or ask them a question.. they need to put people in the front that show the patience that that is a caring facility.. the last thing people want is an attitude when theyre not feeling good.. theyre giving that place a bad name

Do yourself a favor and dont come here for medical care. Didnt have an issue with the doctors but the staff leaves much to be desired. Every single time I needed a referral I have had problems. The first time they called me 4 times AFTER I went to see the specialist to ask if Ive gone yet (told them I had). The second time they never bothered to call me to tell me it was ready. I called them 3 months later and they said it was ready and that they called and left messages twice (a lie. The only number I use is my cell phone which is always on me). The third time was after a visit to the er where the doctor at the er told me I needed to see a specialist about a skin graft. Now, this was on a Thursday night. After calling the office in the morning I get them telling me we have to see you first we can see you this afternoon after trying to explain that I was on a time constraint and had to be at the specialist on Friday not their office I was cut off and point blank, told verbatim Im not going to argue with you, its our policy. After speaking to the manager someone finally went and talked to one of the doctors - who confirmed the point I was trying to get across! I needed to see the specialist that day. Monday is too late. They said they would get the referral and find someone to get me in today. I called back an hour later and they tell me they have the referral ready but I didnt tell them where I wanted to go! Uh, that was your job! I ended up calling my insurance company and getting on a 3 way call with these incompetent people (even he was shocked). After they drug their feet for 2 and a half hours with him on the phone, I had mentioned that I pay quite a bit of money every month for good insurance so I dont have to worry about getting the care I need. Her response maybe you shouldnt pay so much for good coverage then! Are you kidding me!? The insurance guy was flabbergasted at this one. After they drug their feet and all specialists were closed (I didnt get to go and is now too late) he told me his recommendation was to get me a new primary. He was also forwarding it up in the company to have them investigated.When i went for my bloodwork, i received 5 calls that day saying everything was normal. The 6th call was telling me something WASNT normal. I only had 1 panel of bloodwork done! They couldnt answer why I was called 5 times and told everything was normal when it wasnt.Any time you call for an appointment you are on hold forever (listening to everything in Spanish). If you have questions the staff treats you like a bother.My regular doctor left this practice, I wish I knew where she went. I can fully understand why she left though.I have since cancelled all my yearly appointments and switched primary providers. I recommend if you are looking for a new doctor, look elsewhere. You wont be happy with this one!

Disgusting office, disgusting staff, disgusting doctors. I went here because I had to visit my primary care doctor because I was in the ER. These losers said they will call the er and get my records. And to go home and they will give me a call back when they look over the results. 2 weeks later, THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK!!!! I call their office and they tell me u never signed a release form well they never gave me one to sign!! UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT , LOSERS! They dont care about your health one bit, dont go here, Im serious, DONT GO HERE. Dont mess around with your health these people dont care about your blood results. Oh and another thing, when you call the office on the phone EVERYTHING is in Spanish! Like what the heck? Im not in Mexico, I dont understand any Spanish.Ashley.
