Worst store... Asian lady behind the counter stole 10 dollars of change instead of giving it to me. Plus no receipt. 1 12 pack or Michelob ultras .13.99 and 2 bold flavored nuts (Wasabi and salt and vinegar. 19. Something paid with 100 dollars and got home with 70. Unfortunately I hold no honor fpr thieves. Especially after 40

Short staffed in the pharmacy. Not unpleasant, just more, disinterested. After waiting more than a reasonable amount of time I finally apologized for the interruption, an employee appeared to be explaining to the pharmacist how to do her job, my prescription medications were announced as they were brought to the cash register for all the other customers to hear…. HIPAA anyone?? Not sure they broke any rules but it was certainly unsettling.

Pharmacy staff is great been going there for years. They work with super urgency and are always very polite. They always have my medication in stock which is normally a headache if I try to bring my prescription to a different location or other pharmacies. Also the store is usually in very good condition and low traffic in the Drive-Thru pickup.

Prescription was sent in to be filled at 8:00 a.m. called in at 5:00 p.m To see if it was ready was not expecting such a rude clerk who told me it would be ready when it was ready and that he cant fill it being on the phone with me like my 5 minutes of his time is what hindered this entire process. Next month I will definitely be keeping in mind that Publix pharmacy is right across the street and and Walgreens is less than a 1/2 mile down the road.

They cant ever get my prescriptions correct, they are filling medication I already recieved, ! Attention to detail is not their strong part. The Pharmacist, needs to be a Bill Collector she knows NOTHING about customer service, she speaks over you by yelling! There is a tech in there wouldnt know her hands from her feet..I am a diabetic and I didnt have the script for my needles, I said please allow me to purchase, so I could use my insulin She Refusesd!!!!!why give me.insulin woth NO needles I would die? I prayed I want to curse her out, I could go further with myBouts with this Pharmacy!

Not sure where all the bad reviews for the pharmacy are coming from. I went to get tested for Covid with my daughter and the woman administering the test had the most incredible customer service ever! The test by nature, is not pleasant, but she had us laughing through the entire process! Wish I got her name, but amazing job!

This is a great CVS store/pharmacy. The staff keeps clean and safe and wear masks and are kind and helpful. The pharmacist is very knowledgable and helpful.

Do not use this pharmacy. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent. I called at 7pm on a Friday regarding a prescription that had been sent in by my doctor that afternoon. They were open until 9pm but told me they would be unable to fill it that night. I asked when it would be ready, and they said by 11:00am the next day. When I went by at 1:30pm to pick up, they told me it would be 20 more minutes. Im livid. This isnt the first time theyve done this. I will be transferring my prescriptions.

This is the second CVS I went to for my pre approved Diabetes medicine, Mike was a bit rude, I asked him look up the item, he told me I had to call trulicity to get approved for a coupon, so I did, went back in, he acted very annoyed said gimme that paper, typed in the bad info from the other CVS and then told me its not approved, then said WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO. What happened to customer service?

I have been calling this pharmacy for 3 days and have been left on hold for over 20 minutes each time. The first time someone did answer but hung right up without speaking. This is a dismal failure of business management and customer service. I will be contacting regional management and moving my business to walgreens.

Worse pharmacy ever only reason I use it is because its right down the road they never do their job correctly you have to explain to them as if they are 5 year olds they are always busy and under staffed to make it worse!Sometimes I have to wait DAYS for my 1 prescription because they cant figure out how to do it I guess

Going on 6 minute hold time with the piano music still nobody picking up phone from pharmacy! Bet you nobody picks up! Everybody use PUBLIX they are the best! I’m about to say f this prescription my insurance company makes me use with CVS! Hanging up now at the 10 minute mark no human being even to say please hold

Ive never had any issues with this CVS until today. I was checking out with Don and he accused of coupon fraud just because i printed out printables coupons from coupons.com. I think he should be more informed about CVS coupon policy before he accuses a customer and he lacked customer service!

This is the worst pharmacy ever! They never have enough staff! They never answer the phone in less than 10 minutes. Every time I come here they only have one person working the drive through and inside. I have always waited in line forever to get my prescriptions.

First & last time I will be going to this location. Due to my insurance (Florida Blue) I had to switch from Walgreens to CVS. This location is closest to me so I had my PCP forward my asthma prescription to CVS. I called everyday for over a week & they told me they hadn’t received my script yet (even after my Doctor personally called in the script). I explained my situation & the worker said “let me look at your profile. Oh yeah I see we received it days ago”... what the hell were they looking at to begin with? I had to go without my VERY necessary medication for over a week because they didn’t even bother to look into the problem. Then when I went into the pharmacy to pick it up, the worker told me my co-payment was $100. I asked why because at Walgreens my co-payment was $0. He looked at me with an attitude & said “then maybe you should go to Walgreens”... I lost it! I’m in healthcare myself & I would NEVER talk to a patient like that. From the very beginning this location has been a nightmare. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I have used CVS for years. I moved and started using this CVS and their staff including pharmacy need retraining in Customer Service skills. Pharmacy never address you if you are waiting in line to drop off or pick up a script. They do not make eye contact until you get to the counter. Pharmacy drive through is very slow and the Pharmacy itself never picks up the phone. I called 4 times today beginning at 1:30 pm. Time to change pharmacies.

I was completely out of my seizure medication, and my reg store is in NPR, and closed already, but they were happy to promptly fill it and make sure I was okay. Really nice and showed genuine concern. Thats rare... Thats CVS!

I have been using this CVS Pharmacy location for almost a year because its 2 blocks from my home. I have always had courteous fast service and only one incident where a tech told me they couldnt fill my prescription. Went back the next day and Nhu-Ha, the pharmacist, took care of it. The staff is very nice and always professional. I will always use CVS.

Honestly...If I could give less stars I would. Karen V. the pharmacist is terrible. She has zero customer service skills and doesnt care about quality or customer experience. Apparently she is there to push pills and nothing else.

Customer service was amazing this morning... Staff Very welcoming and friendly! However, due to the constriction and grit, I left with a nail in my tire. There should be a wider area that is prohibited while construction is taking place...perhaps I shouldnt have parked in frony of the store? (I have to be late to work today to get my new tire replaced). Not happy ab that.

Karen the pharmacist deserves- 0 stars. She would not fill my prescription, for what reason, Im not SURE. She said I needed a prior auth thru my insurance or pay $33.00 and change, I advised I will get the authorization.. I go back to the store, she then say the meds are not in stock. I go to a different CVS..they tell me shes lying..What type of pharmacist is this? Corporate will know my name!

There are some recent changes with this particular store and they are not for the better. New staff has no idea whats going on , they can not answer any questions and just call for help. Management got rude and clueless as well. I am not a big coupon user ,bought bunch of stuff forgot to use a coupon. Literally came back right away they refused to use it. Thats just not right in my opinion. Less enjoyable to shop here every time I go.

Never had a problem w/ any staff. Always answered questions and were friendly. Hardly any wait time.Offered a flu shot and gave it within 5 minutes. They billed insurance and I had to do nothing.The store is clean.As to be expected, shelf items are a little more pricey than at Wal-Mart.My only complaint is that the automatic filling service never worked correctly and never called me even when it was ready. However, I had been employed by 2 different companies that had similar coverage thru Aetna, which for some reason my Rxs became mixed up in CVSs system.

Apparently at this location the pharmacy makes its own hours. Though we keep missing each other on calls about my prescription, when I call back NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!! How long does one need to wait??? I have been waiting 20 minuets!!!!
