I drive all the way from Lakewood Ranch just so Whitney can do my Botox, and I’ve been doing this every 3-4 months for almost 2 years now. Aside from being one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, she’s an amazing master injector and I won’t let anyone else do my injections. That’s saying a lot since I was actually working in a dermatology and aesthetics practice in Sarasota when I first started going to Whitney in Clearwater!

Whitney is absolutely the best in her field. Kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. She answers every question and there is absolutely no high pressure sales. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

This doctors office is the best. The staff is incredible from the receptionist to the nurse who draws your blood to the office manager. In addition to my regular medical care I also got a facial done in the aesthetics side of the office. It was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend

Seems a bit unprofessional because of bad and childish attitudes. I am looking for a place to get Botox and was reading their reviews when I came across this response they left someone who left them a bad review.Response from the owner 3 months ago“The product was recalled by the FDA. We have no control over the manufacturing process with drugs. You were accommodated and treated courteously. You were advised that the item was removed from Groupon. We strive for long lasting relationships. We can’t make all Groupon hoppers happy.”The sad thing is the actual employees could be awesome, but the actual owner makes them look bad.

I highly recommend Eddie Garrido and his staff. As a provider, I am completely confident in him and his knowledge base. I find Eddie to be very thorough, non-judgemental and really interested to not only resolve my health issues but to also be concerned about my overall quality of life. Updated Review: I originally visited in 2018 for laser hair removal. I noticed that it didn’t seem to be working after the first two treatments. The technician that did my laser hair removal preceded to scare me Into thinking that I had Hyperthyroidism or Hypothyroidism based on my lack of results. She convinced me that I needed blood tests immediately. I explained that I don’t have insurance and was apprehensive about cost. They assured me that they could work with me and that I could pay them directly in cash so I did. I later received a bill for the same blood tests at quadruple the amount I had paid in cash and the office was unable to resolve it. They blamed the billing issue on someone else, and said they were working to fix it. In reality, they were evading calls to buy themselves time so they could rebrand. Three years later it’s in collections on my credit to remind me of the awful experience.Below I’ve attached my original review as well as the owner’s original response. It took me two years to finally post the review and I remained respectful while sharing my experience.

I really refrained from doing this for awhile but I have called numerous times over the past month and a half to stop my heart medication and get a refill for my anxiety meds, never got an answer, always left a voicemail and never got a call back. Kind of important.. also every time I’m there it’s almost an hour wait and they’re super unprofessional. Always chit chatting in front of patients about personal life. I’m pretty laid back but a doctors office is somewhere to feel like you’re in good hands and this is not the place. Very upset, now I will find another family doctor.

I am a NP student. I paid Jaime a $250 deposit in June to be my preceptor for school. She canceled before my clinicals started, which is fine, but she refuses to return my deposit even with the threat of legal action. This is very dishonest and unethical!

This office has undergone a huge transition! Changes inside and out! The staff is new ( but experienced!) and retrained with a whole new approach. If you have been here in the past and had a bad experience, I know you will be pleasantly surprised!

The best place in this county for your medical treatment . Healing with a family style . Great staff and doctors. Whitney is the best, great care and very knowledgeable. The office staff Cheryl especially is wonderful. Eric has helped with blood work and keeping up on my vitals to keep me in top running order. He is a great person and helps with keeping you in tune with your care for bloodwork And vitals.

I have been seeing Tiffany for laser hair removal, and she really is the best. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that I am comfortable. I am sad that I am about to move away and cannot continue my treatment under her care.This location is a bit shabby looking on the outside, but it is very nice and clean on the inside. All of the staff have been very pleasant, though the desk staff is not very informed on the laser hair removal practice. This shouldn’t be an issue, though, because you can relay your question to the aestheticians, who are happy to help!

I called and called and called and called. No answer. The machine says Hit one to book and appointment, but then it goes dead. I never did get through and I really tried!I then attempted to book online, which I did, and got a message that I would get a call or email to confirm my appt. I never did, so I didnt want to waste a trip and again, attempted to call with no luck whatsoever.By the way, the calls were made over a week long period, not a day or two.

I cant even give them a star as one star would be giving this place to much credit but it makes you at least put one star. You cant get anyone on the line to make an appt, if you do they place you on hold. Theyve been out of the product i purchased on a groupon for months. Horrible and such unprofessional service! They did my Botox, it was the best job I have ever had. They were very gentle . Hardly no pain at all. The staff is very friendly , kind and understanding, they treated me like family.

She has drawn us pictures that explain what is going on in our bodies. Have been a patient of Doctor Kay for many years. I am extremely well pleased with my care there. Its a small, clean office located near downtown Clearwater. Very easy to access. The personalized attention far exceeds other doctors offices. Thank you Doctor Kay and office staff for all you have done for me down through the years.

This placeHonestly needs to shut down if they don’t get their act together. Doctors lying about being at work to see patients or not. Dogs and children running around everywhere. Employees chatting it up instead of handling clients. My appointment was scheduled and I still waiting two hours for blood work results to get to me. Ended up leaving and rescheduling just for the results they could just give me over the phone. The only one who really actually tries is Garrett he is fantastic but all and all everything else is a mess and needs some serious work and some new employees. Medical appointments are important and people need to know about their health and people need to care.

I have been under the care of Nurse Practitioner, Jaime. She has literally saved my life and is managing my multiple complex health conditions. I recently moved from Michigan and I was worried I would not find a quality provider, I can report I have found an excellent provider and one who genuinely cares about her patients. Her and her staff have come to my house to provide visits because I am unable to get to the office. I thought the days of house calls was long over -- well, its not!Her phlebotomist actually came and drew my blood so I didnt have to go to a lab with my wheel chair and my debility it is very hard to get out to a lab.I take more than 25 meds a day and she helped me create a schedule that is easy to follow.I just cant say enough good things about Jaime. She is an example of what healthcare should be like instead of what it has become today!If you need a truly compassionate health care provider I highly recommend Jaime & Whitney (she has helped me also when covering and she is amazing) -- so look no further and make an appointment with these wonderful providers!

I dont know how this place can legally even be operating as a doctors office. I had an appt for bloodwork for 9:30 and when I arrived the door was locked and the lights were off. I called and the receptionist argued with me that the door was actually open. When I finally got in the one person that could draw blood was late and I had to wait over an hour for him to arrive. I have been about three times and the place is always dirty and disheveled. The only nice room are the botox rooms so maybe they should just stick to that. Needless to say I now have a new primary care doctor.

This place is honestly the worst. Expect hour-long waits (or more), unprofessional staff, an unsanitary facility, and strung-out people sleeping on the couches in the waiting rooms. I dont know how this place is even in business, but it seems like they may change their name often enough to escape the warranted bad reviews. It kind of feels like what Id imagine a methadone clinic to be like, which surely serves a purpose but is not the type of place Id like to be. I ended up getting my Groupon refunded and leaving instead of waiting and dealing with the craziness any longer. While waiting, one of the doctors was trying very hard to sell his handyman services to a couple. Another one was on the phone with the pharmacy after writing a prescription for oxycodone wrong. Are these real doctors? Who knows. Save your time.

Ive been with Dr Kays 15 years, he and his staff have been wonderful to me. I drove 45 minutes from Hudson each way for appts. That tells you how important the Doctor is to me,he reminds me of a small town doctor I had as a child.

My experience with them was really bad. They delayed my appointment for an hour, calling me to come early and then making me wait for an hour. When I complained, to the staff and left after the procedure, the owner of the place run to my car harassing me. He looks like being on marihuana. They sell medical marihuana. I am really concerned that he is taking some too. He gets mad in a blink of an eye and his aggression is uncontrolled. Fortunately, I was in my car with the doors locked and drove away.

Dr. Kay took great care of my mother for roughly 30 years. We need more doctors and more people just like him!
