I’m so glad I went to Carolina Spine and disc center to heal from a slipped disc in my cervical spine. The entire team put together a great plan for me to recover, heal, and get back to my normal life after this painful injury. I’m so grateful to have experienced such knowledgeable and competent care during such a difficult time.

I have never written a review of anything before, but Dr. Talerico, his staff, and the physical therapy team at this clinic are simply extraordinary. I’ve had a lot of frustrating experiences with doctors, so when I was referred here, my expectations were not high. I am very pleased to have been proven wrong. Dr. T is different from any medical professional I’ve ever encountered. He truly listened to me, instead of rushing to a diagnosis, and it is clear to me that he actually cares about the well being of his patients. I am sure he would give you the shirt off his back to help you be free of pain. He is upfront, honest, and committed to helping you understand your condition and treatment options. Additionally, the staff has been nothing but warm, professional and accommodating to my ever-changing needs, and the physical therapists have all been amazingly helpful and kind to me. I absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking help with spine troubles.

Enjoyed my experience working with Dr. Smith to rehab from a running injury. He provided me with a customized strength and flexibility plan that I could use at home. The plan included a digital format that I could follow along and provided step by step instructional videos which were very helpful. I was back running without pain in a matter of weeks.

Hands down the BEST facility for any type of spinal treatment!! Dr. T is very thorough, understanding, and does whats best for the individual patient. The therapy team, Travis- PT, Amy, and Allie all work together to meet the patients needs and goals. I have never received such wonderful, dedicated, caring treatment any where else. I am an RN, and highly recommend Carolina Spine and disc to anyone who has a spinal issue of any sort. This amazing team will work very hard to get you back to the BEST you that you can be. I was sent here for a pain in my leg that would not quit... I went for an epidural and an NCV... Did not help in the least. The Dr said the pain was chronic. That is tptally ridiculous. 2 months later I was diagnosed with a 99% blocked artery and after a Stent insertion my pain was completly gone. Thsnks for nothing.

I am 60 years old today. After having achy terrible back and neck pain over the years I knew it was time to visit a Spinal Physician.I can only say in all truth that if you are suffering, this is the Doctor and kind, smart compassionate staff that you need to visit.They have worked with me in some of my darkest hours. I live in Flowers Plantation and they are located on 70 past BB&T in the office park on the right.After attending Nursing school myself I am somewhat aware that progress is happening in this Physicians practice.From Dr. Talerico to the PT staff I personally have excelled every day and continue to do well.I have been having Decompression, PT, and a couple of other procedures for a thinned disc. This is being done without surgery which I was so afraid of having to go through.If you are having problems with your back every day then you should consider this option. You will not regret it.

Dr. Talerico really takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes a treatment plan that is tailored to each patients specific needs. Amazing results with both the physical therapy and decompression machine.

Let me just say Carolina Spine and Disc they are best at what they do. The staff are all wonderful. From the time you walk into the waiting area till you leave. You are taken care of as if your the only one there. I just feel right at home there. I have seen many doctors about my back and bc I am not a easy fix I have been dismissed by many doctors. Doctor Talerico has not giving up on my back that doesnt seem to want to fix. He is willing to take his time to talk to me so I understand what exactly going on. He has came into the physically therapy room to where him and Travis both racted their brains on what to do next. Angie has magical hands that will make you feel a million times better when you leave. Sarah and Devon are wonderful When helping out and talk to you like they have known you their whole lives. Travis and Angie are great at coming up with new strategies to work out your kinks. I have never seen a staff that are more caring and wanting to make you feel 100%. I have seen many that want to rush you in take your money and send you on your way, which at Carolina Spine and Disc they want to give what your paying for.... They want to give you results and make you better. I want to say thanks to everyone there. I wouldnt recommend any other place.

The staff seem very nice. Travis seems like he knows what he is talking about and i even had his diagnosis confirmed while getting a massage. I did not tell the massage therapist my issue and she suggested the same muscle/spine issue as travis. I was asked if i would like a tens device. I was not pressured and i agreed. I paid 125 and got home and found out it cost 26.50 from the vendor. This made me angry because no one likes feeling swindled. So i emailed them and went by today for my appt and to get my money refunded. I was told because of the time it took to tell me how to use it was the main reason (15 mins) for the cost. I was also informed when you order it, it will ask for your business address so i was told i would have to lie and make up a business name...which you dont. Now here is the kicker. I was then informed my pre-paid (20 appts for 1500) appointments actually ended my last visit even though i am scheduled till the 28th of this month. So its odd when i complained about something my appts were done. Maybe they in deed were, i havent counted but sure seems convenient. Basically this may work great for some people, i cant say i am not at least a little better. But they lost my trust. I know a business is about making money but you dont charge 5x the amount it cost you for something. That is a bit excessive.
