I had been exposed to covid 19 and was concerned I might be contagious. I stopped in without an appointment, filled out some paperwork and received my test immediately. I received my results later the same day. Where in todays world can you receive that kind of service? Thanks to urgent care, My mind is at ease. Thanks to the entire staff.

The employees there at the Clayton location are very friendly, professional and fast. The office is clean and smells good. I live 1.5miles from N. Dayton location, but would rather drive the extra miles to this location. Presentation means everything to me and their work ethics are very caring to the ppl that walks in the door.

This place has gone downhill since it went from Hometown Urgent care. It is terrible patient care when the place opens up at 9 and the wet behind the ears doctor shows up at 9:15 and not a single patient gets called back until after 9:30. The doctor was busy talking with the nurses about the Browns game and his children. I recommend going elsewhere if you expect decent medical care and proper customer service. Should be called not so urgent care.

Due to being so busy they had a real long wait time so only change would be maybe a estimated return time. Other then that the service was great and the Doctor was real good and knowledgeable (Robert Kanuckel, PA). With all that was going on and being busy most places doctors and nurses are stressed and short with you but he was refreshed and very engaged with us. Only improvement is maybe a 10min text before you are called so you can return to area since wait times everywhere are long.

I didnt have to wait long at all. They got right to it, they were kind and caring which is what you need when your feeling horrible.

Big shout out to Naomi, who was working the front desk at the Well Now clinic in Clayton. I was SOOO impressed with her customer service. The moment the clinic opened, the lobby was full, and calls were coming. She managed a timely flow of getting people signed in, answering the phone, and getting people people checked in. With EACH interaction it was as if she was able to give the same level of 100% niceness, as if each person was the first guest of the day. I am sure, along with other healthcare workers there, they have answered THE SAME QUESTIONS a BILLION times. But she never seemed annoyed, and made every person feel valued. And our nurse Courtney was great with me and our 5 kiddos. Plus, their follow up communications have been really great.

I went there. They got me in a timely manner. The lady at check in was was so nice and friendly. The doctor was thoughtful and detailed. The nurse who gave me a shot was very sweet and supportive. I felt cared for by the time I left.

Took my 6 yr old daughter yesterday. The staff and Doctor was really good with her. When the Dr came in she did not want to let him look at her at first, he was very patient with her though and she finally did let him check her and do what needed to be done for her. I have taken my kids there more then once and I have been there myself more then once, and the staff and Doctors are really good there. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Went in for allergy stuff at 9:30 and they opened at 9. I was there quit awhile but know they were understaffed. I was seen by a nurse and doctor who took time to listen to me and make me feel better. Today I feel actually much better thanks to some allergy spray.

Clayton WellNow location is staffed by some of the best staff. We’re seen quickly and treated well.

Hometown Urgent Care is the place to go for any medical condition. I was going to go to the ER for stiches and remembered an ad I saw that they can do most things that the ER can do and its so much less expensive. The Drs and the entire staff are great. Quick in and out. Tiffany is awesome!

I went in for a COVID test because the website said and I was told on the phone, same day results. Test was done late morning on a Monday, and it’s now Friday morning and I still don’t have my result. I understand there are more people getting Covid tests, but I’ve been tested many times and in the height of the pandemic in 2020 and have never waited longer than 2 days for PCR results. Please don’t tell people who need results for work it is same day.Otherwise, staff was friendly and I was seen quickly. Nice experience despite the wait.

My visit to hometown urgent Care went so smoothly. The girl at the front desk was absolutely the sweetest thing. She called me by name and she was sincerely very very sweet and caring. The doctor that I saw was extremely personable, took his time with me and answered all my questions. The nurse that came in to take my vitals was very very personable and also answered all of my questions. I left very very pleased with my visit

Open sign was off and blinds were closed. The receptionist Proceeded to make fun of me for calling them to see if they were open?! They laughed and made smart comments then one jetted out the door after I made her mad for telling her to turn on the open sign. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NEVER RETURN THERE! Ive read other reviews on the place. Seems like this lady is a major issue and hurting the business.

I called to see about school sports physicals. Was told walk in... no appointment... we walked in and inquired about wait time. I once again asked about making an appointment and returning. Was told no only one person ahead of us. In the meantime about 6 people have gone in and almost 2 hours later I was told they all had appointments so we have to wait for them and still one person ahead of us. I have already paid for the physical and have no other good day to do this. Will never return to this place. Too bad too because they are a contractor for the VA.

This was my first time at this urgent care location. I was extremely satisfied. The office was clean and really nice. The front admin were smart and efficient. They let me wait in my car, which I really appreciated. The wait was minimal for the amount of people being seen before me. Once back in the room, the nurse was quick with vitals and super nice. The doctor provided one of the most thorough evaluations i’ve ever had at a urgent care. She listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, discussed options and got me taken care of. I was very impressed! Will most definitely use and refer this location over other urgent care companies. A+

I’m writing on behalf on my husband. He was driving trough Ohio and start having COVID-19 symptoms. While he was driving I was calling different places to ask about the testing. I found Hometown urgent care number online and called on the phone to ask if he can get tested because we are from TX and without insurance. First, I was happy because I got to talk with real person and the lady explained me everything on the phone. When my husband arrived at the location they tested him for free, without appointment, even though he was late for the day. You saved us from a lot of stress. This is the best and the smoothies experience we had ever!I’m not sure if you have offices in TX but I will definitely look into it. Thank you!

I am so happy with my experience! My doctor was trying to charge me 200 dollars just to come in to be seen and they got me together for 35 bucks, got me medicine to help and wrote me a note for my job. I was in and out and the lady at the front desk was nice, the nurse complimented my makeup and the doctor was so nice!!!!! I am just so happy with service

The attending physician was great. Welcoming and communicative.****The severe issue here is Tiffany the receptionist.****She was extremely neglectful of the sanitation requirements. She allowed many patients to use the pens in the dirty pens jar. She also was disrespectful to a patient who refused to use a pen and clipboard that was handled by a man who stated he was positive 10 days ago but asymptomatic, until she santized it. She clearly did not like being told she did something wrong and stated I guess Ill clean this for you. With an ill tongue, as the entire time she cleaned it she continued to state the C-19 positive patient was asymptomatic as if that meant there was 0% probability of being contagious.She told patients they could leave their number and wait in their car if they would like. No social distancing could happen in this lobby as people were less than 3-4 ft apart. Even the chairs. She told patients that she would call and phone them when it was their turn. Yet she didnt phone anyone. One patient was there for an arm injury was bumped back to the end of the line because of this and ended up behind me in line. She was there before I arrived as a walk in myself and I waited 3 hours for my own appointment. I am unsure how long the other patient ended up waiting for her turn.

Very professional and friendly staff that provided a safe healthy environment while attending to the care of others. The environment was conducive to handle the covid social distancing and care. I would recommend this urgent care to others.

This was horrible service I came in 15 minutes before closing and I got turned away because a nurse had to attend a family event. Went to the Huber Heights location and received way better care there and was told that “No matter what time a patient came in there policies states not to close.”

I called on a Tuesday in August for a Covid test. They scheduled me for the following Saturday. I really wanted tested sooner to get my results back quicker, but they insisted on Saturday, so I took the appointment. I went in, got tested, checked over and left. Got my negative results back on the next Tuesday. I have insurance that I knew would pay 100% but a few weeks after my appointment, I received a bill for for $29.99! I read through the bill and saw that this Urgent Care charges $29.99 for weekend and holiday appointments. I was not made aware of this when THEY scheduled me for that Saturday appointment or else I would have declined and scheduled to have my test done elsewhere. Urgent Care SHOULD have disclosed this to me when they scheduled me. They knew about the extra fee for a weekend appointment and they also knew that insurance wouldnt pay it. Do not use Urgent care on a weekend or holiday unless you absolutely have to!

Very friendly staff and took care of making sure everything was cleaned after each patient. Gave the option to wait in your car and be called when it was your time versus sitting in the waiting room.

We had to wait over 6 hours before we got takin back. But I never once saw them wipe anything down even after a confirmed covid person came in. (We know because a person came in asking for a flu shot, and the girl at the counter said you tested positive for covid, please leave you shouldnt have came in in her defense she cant stop him from walking in,) but she can wipe down the counter after each person she helps. (Or at least after him.) We do not recommend them, because the doctor himself was very rude and dismissive. So we dont want to go back there.

No one ever answers the phone. Idk if it just how they are trained or if they feel like theres no need to answer the phone but calling and sitting on hold for 30+ minutes is ridiculous. Next if you leave a voice mail they never call back. If you ate lick enough to get an answer they are rude and act like its an inconvenience to them to answer the phone. Wait times are a little long but I expect that. They are sometimes faster than the normal doctors but not often.

My husband went to have Covid test done on Friday, all that went fine. He got his results back Sunday (yesterday) and they had told him that they would fax results to his employer, my huband got the fax # from employer and called them back several times, even left them a voicemail and no return call so I drove over there today and the girl working reception area was RUDE RUDE RUDE, said they dont fax results and rudely put papers under their shield of protection. If you are going to have an employee working front you probably should make sure she is somewhat polite. Oh and inside building was 100 degrees when temp outside was 83, spread those germs......but the test and getting results back were good.

I was forced to give it one star in order to warn you all. 09/15/2020 Staff was Rude, unprofessional and they lied straight to my face. The staff could careless about anyone or anything. Not even an apocalyptic injury would force me to go back in there. I wouldnt let them feed my neighbors dog, let alone let them touch someone I care about. If you should happen to accidentally arrive here, my suggestion is to run to the nearest exit and go anywhere else. Anywhere else seems safer.....

I walked in on Sunday Feb. 16 and they no issues at all for getting me back to see the doctor. They are all wonderful and did everything help me. They made sure I was comfortable and took care of my needs. I am so glad I went now. I was actually sicker than I thought I was. I wish they could be myprimary medical family all the time. I will choose them in a heartbeat from now on when I cant get into my primary doctor. Thank you all for being such amazing people.

Waited over 2 hours to be seen. Receptionist lied about not being able to make an appointment and then lied again about there only being one person in front of us. She was very rude and had her AirPods in the whole time we were trying to talk to her. I would not come here again.

Shout out to Shannon on the front desk. I, and half of Englewood, decided to get a covid test this Monday morning (11/16) and she handled us all like a pro. She was juggling phones, answering peoples questions, training someone else, processing everyones documents... and the whole time she stayed friendly and patient. That girl deserves a raise!So does everyone there for that matter. The whole process was as quick as it could be, everyone was nice and answered my questions.

I wish when going here for non covid issues you are not in the waiting room with people are getting tested for covid, also those that have/had covid that are checking to see if they still have it. Most medical practices have patients wait in their cars to be called in when a room is available to be seen. I did not like that I was in a waiting room with my young daughter with people all around us to be tested, but we were told if we go out to our car and they call our name we would lose our spot in line. Im only pointing this out so staff will make the requirements that keep covid patients in their vehicles until a room opens to get their test and are not with those that are their for other issues. Putting others in danger of getting the virus. Please put in practice what other medical offices have in place. I was tested for covid at this location after learning I was in close proximity of a friend who tested postive a day after our appointment. I went online to schedule a test with the procedure is not the same as instructions online. Please have those that are there for a covid test stay in their car until you are ready for them!I was told I would get a call if or if not positive. I was not called. I call the number that is online to retrieve the test results. No one answers, and asks for your name day you were tested date of birth and a phone number. I left multiple messages after 48 hours three days in a row. With no return call. I called their office to wait on hold until the voicemail prompted me to leave a message. I again never received a return phone call. I called then on Sunday spoke to the receptionist who gave me to the nurse to retrieve my test results she let me know my test was negative. I asked for a copy to be at the desk Monday morning so I could take it to work with me for their records. The date on my test results was the Thursday before!

Usually a wonderful place to visit. Whomever was working the front desk on December 2nd around 6:00 pm was very rude and disrespectful. The woman laughed at the person at the front desk in which she was speaking to, because the patient was at the wrong location. The patient walked out crying. I am very upset by such service.

I went to this Urgent Care early Sunday morning! The staff were amazing, cordial and very efficient, from the receptionist, the nurse and Doctor! I expected delays with 3 or 4 people in front of me, but they moved them through quickly! Also, I would like to mention that the decor is awesome! Love the rustic furniture and decorations. I am completely disappointed in this facility! My brother scheduled an appointment on 10/30/2020 for 10/31/2020 at 10 AM they took copies of his insurance card and drivers license, he even filled out the paperwork on 10/30/2020 and turned it in. He arrived for his appointment on time and was told that he didnt have an appointment today and that the information that they took and scanned into the system was no where to be found and they lost it. After going back in and demanding that they find his personal information that was taken the day previously. The very disrespectful receptionist stated that he was in the system but had no appointmnet and they could only squeeze him in. We had to drive back home and get his personal information that he had given the previous day so they would squeeze him in. After waiting 2 hours for an appointment that was suppose to be scheduled yesterday but was not due to the receptionists neglect, he was squezzed in finally. Im and very disappointed as patience care representative myself the amount of neglect, disrespect, and HIPAA violations that took place today we will not be returning or recommending this facility to anyone.

Doctor taking Covid-19 test shoved the Q-Tip into my nose way too hard. Healthcare providers must understand that these Covid-19 test can cause damage to the nasal passage if they are careless. Many working class people I know have had at least two done since the outbreak.Ive had 3 and this is the hardest they have shoved the Q-Tip into my nose. Waiting time was fine. I got in and back as scheduled for my appointment. Out in a reasonable time as well.

Waited an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment which I booked online, won’t ever go back, only explanation from staff and Director of Operations in Troy was that they were behind. Totally unacceptable! Don’t schedule online they overbook by 4 per time slot!

Receptionist is absolutely rude and does not care one bit. Waited over 2 hours to be checked in before being told they wouldn’t take my insurance (didn’t even ask what kind I had or anything. Simply stated upfront cost and didn’t want anything but that).

Place was clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. They even had a Little Pantry area where those in need could take a can or two of food.

I went to this Urgent Care today around noon! The staff were awesome! The reception up front was great she was very nice also i thought the wait was going to be long because its the weekend I was out of therw within an hour it was nice experience as well! I will recommend Hometown Urgent Care to people! Also the always have a great show on in the waiting area great people and staff!

Great experience! Had an infection and was in pain. They got me in quickly and everyone was very nice. The doctor examined me thoroughly and gave me the proper treatment. I felt much better by the next day. I would go the next time I am ill and would highly recommend them!

Such a great place for quick care! Had to bring my son in and the PA was so friendly and personable:) Was able to get his strep throat treated quickly before it got worse. Very clean and nice inside. Definitely grateful for their services and awesome, knowledgeable provider!

Made appointment for covid-19 test and waited an hour. I have to be lifted in and out of vehicle to be put in wheelchair. They dont come out to car to give the test. Didnt expect much but inside could have been nicer.

Made an appointment, as we were told to do so. Appointment was at 1pm. Took people in front of us with no appointment. We decided it wasnt worth the wait for a Covid test. Waited over an hour before leaving. What a joke. I will never go to this place again.

Was put on quarantine by my job. Came here to get a Covid test. Called ahead and made sure with the receptionist what time I needed to be here. At the time of writing this, I’ve been sitting in a room for almost two hours. The utter impolite nature of every last nurse doesn’t help them either.

I normally praise this Hometown Urgent Care. But after this visit I am questioning that. I saw Dr. Alexis Parks Myton. No doubt she is a nice woman. But she clearly needed some assistance in treating patients. It was clear she was EXTREMELY nervous, and Didnt really have much of a idea of what she was doing. She tells me that she is perscribing ___ medication, and assusres me that I am not on anything that it will react with. Then goes directly into asking me what medications I am on. Along with constantly telling me she is a intern. Then she did not know the same exact infromation I had told the nurse of why I was there. She also over talked me a few times to many. 👎

I’ve gone to hometown urgent care a few times this year. Every time I’ve gone I’ve had quick and efficient service and the staff is very friendly and kind. They all make you feel very important and laugh when you make jokes. Love that facility! Thanks for everything 😁

I found this facility via a quick Google search for a local urgent care and decided to try it out as the reviews were pretty good. Im pleased with my choice. The facility is very clean, up-to-date and nicely decorated. It offered a warm environment. I purposely went during their low traffic time to get in as quickly as possible. The wait was not long at all. The medical staff were very friendly and professional. Tracy, whom I believe to be an Medical Assistant (possibly a nurse, Im not sure!), was especially warm and kind. When youre feeling your lowest, its always nice to have someone there that is patient and hospitable. Dr. Myton was also very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. You dont frequently get that in clinic settings, as they are usually so busy. If I ever need an urgent visit again, I will be coming back.

This is the most incompetent group of people in healthcare, their disorganization and lack of knowledge are a true testament to the broken healthcare system and our countrys poor response to Corona virus, I have wasted 3 trips here to get tested followed all instruction on their website and turned away everytime. Very clean and great alternative to the ER. The doctor was incredibly helpful and took great care of my child. The lady at the front desk seemed a bit unprofessional when she told me the wait time would depend on how long it took another lady to come back with their lunch and for them to get to eat. However, as soon as this was said, the doctor came out into the waiting room to check on my child. I understand that health care professionals have to eat, but I should not have been told that was the reason for our wait. The doctor did immediately make the situation right and we were out of the office quickly after that. She took the time to speak with me about home care and made sure I understood what needed to be done. We will definitely use this facility again, but hopefully, next time, it will not be at their lunch break.

Im an RN and this the only place I go to when I cant get into my Dr. The facility is very clean along with nice professional staff. Diagnosis and treatment have been always spot on in my case. There is sometimes a wait depending on how busy but quicker and cheaper than an ER

The wait was a little long but it was worth it. Staff was profession, efficient, and courteous. Dr. did an excellent job taking time to explain everything and being through. Highly recommended.

Very clean facility. Thoughtful staff. Most importantly, the doctor I saw was competent and I believe accurately diagnosed me. He examined me and answered all of my questions; didnt just prescribe antibiotics and send me home. I have bronchitis and sinusitis and I received specific prescriptions and comfort care instructions. I went at 430p and the wait was pretty minimal. I will definitely go again and would take my kids, if needed.

Went on a Sunday at lunchtime. They were great! Super fast. I was in and out in under an hour. And the staff and Doctor were all very nice. Would definitely recommend.
