If I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived on time, 15min prior to my appt time. It took 35min for a morning appointment for Nguyen to see me, which is completely unacceptable. There should not be a backup or delay of this kind this early in the day. No one let me know that she was running late. In fact, when the nurse left from checking me in, said she would be there soon.Nguyen finally shows up after 35min wait. She was there less than 3 minutes and had her hand on the door trying to leave as Im still asking questions about my care. She was trying to walk out the door and I had to remind her that I had two prescriptions that needed to be refilled and she opened the door and walked out mumbling something. I will never see Nguyen again, she wasted 2 hours of my day and Ill make sure others dont make the same mistake.
